The chicken isn't fresh at all, the noodles are usually mushy, and the food is poor quality. The price is okay, but I'd rather eat at home than stuff myself and end up with stomach problems later. Also, I've seen them keep noodles in a bucket and only heat them up when they're ready to serve. So it's already cooked food that's briefly fried and served. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it if you have any self-respect. They give a good amount per portion, but you get a kebab for less, and believe me, it tastes better than that.

The food was delivered: sweet and sour duck with rice and baked bananas. Everything tasted very good. The wait time was about 90 minutes to Velbert. The delivery service was good and warm (Saturday evening).

Since long time I didnt have so good service. Ömer was super nice, took time to put the sauce in my sandwich properly, was with a smile on his face and just made me smile as well. Thank you Ömer!

I actually really enjoy eating at Dean&David in Rüttenscheid, but that changed today. I called to order my food to pick up on the spot. When the employee on the phone even heard the word "order," he interrupted me, said I could only order online or in person, and then, without giving me any chance, cheekily hung up the phone in my face. The problem isn't that I can only order online or in person. I would have done that too, if he hadn't been so rude. When I called him again to say that the way he treated a customer earlier on the phone was inappropriate, he again cheekily hung up the phone in my face. I've never seen such rudeness and disrespect, and then towards the customer! Strangely, I've never experienced it like that in person, which is all the more disappointing. But as I said, the food is delicious and plentiful, but I've made it clear: I won't be eating in Rüttenscheid again.
