We had dinner in the restaurant. This is much better. My order was taken, then the employee ran off and left me standing there. Luckily, after a while a colleague stepped in. The table near the window turned out to be a rivet. He was near the patio door through which smokers walked out every minute. We then moved again. On November 1st something very fresh. The food as such was acceptable. For dessert we chose a filter coffee and an espresso. The filter coffee was hot and good and very cheap at €1. The espresso was a joke, if not a joke. For €2.40 we got an espresso cup whose bottom was barely covered. At the checkout I was told it was always like that here. The employee was clearly uncomfortable.

Clean, good offer, incompetent checkout staff that took forever. There are so many cooks in the routine that if everyone would cook at the window where the dishes are and the food is served there, you could avoid the utter chaos and long waiting times. Waiting in line for 25 minutes for pasta Napoli? 30 min for schnitzel fries and only because 4 people were waiting for curry beforehand and they had to go somewhere else. In my opinion, the organization and the speed leave a lot to be desired. Then we didn't eat anything. It should taste very good

We are a bit disappointed and have communicated this personally, unfortunately we were sent from one to the other. We had a promise for a dining table in mid-November and may not get the table until the end of January. This was just shrugged off. It's a shame we know it differently from another furniture store.

The employee's service on site was very good and forthcoming until things continued. Data was not sufficiently passed on. You literally run after höffner and despite the anger you express, you still don't get an apology. I have the feeling that höffner doesn't need sales in the 5-digit range (without financing). The first and last time we left our money there! Simply without words! Customer service is a foreign word here! I'm really disappointed and annoyed. I started ordering curtains in July, had chosen fabrics and was waiting for someone to come measure them, that took 2 months, the ladies came, were also very friendly and measured everything, but had the completely wrong patterns with them, Not one of the ones I had looked for was completely wrong, neither in terms of material nor color. Now, after another 4 weeks of waiting, I was back and chose fabrics from the current samples, discussed everything, rod system, etc. and then I was told that there was no one to assemble the whole thing. I said from the start in July that this should be done as a complete service including assembly. Now we are mid-October and I'm starting from scratch and have to find another company, how bad can customer service be??? In such a big house or chain and there is no assembly service? You leave 1000s of euros for curtains but then you have to look for another company to install them? How stupid and customer-unfriendly can you be? Are you not interested in making money? I still haven't had a complete kitchen in place for 10 months, but that's a different topic. When everything is finished, I won't go to Höffner anymore, they used to be really good, but it doesn't work that way.

We were there and wanted to talk about a kitchen. We were told it was a training session and there were no salespeople on site and that we should come back in 1.5 hours. We've waited so long. Then finally someone came and advised us and we discussed everything about the planning. We should get an email with the prices on Thursday so we can say. Because time is short, he said we had to decide quickly, but of course, as expected, no email came. Wasted 3 hours of my life. Worst customer service ever. After this comment, I called 3 more times and was assured that the offer would be sent, but after a week nothing has happened. The lady on the phone was very nice but Mr. Reikan (if it's spelled correctly) apparently just doesn't want to sell me a kitchen. For whatever reason. At the beginning he also gave me the impression that he was trying to tell me that I couldn't afford the kitchen.

Now comes the kicker: According to the seller Öz, I should still pay €129.00 in delivery costs because the chair is not in stock in Altwarmbüchen. Or I drive to Hamburg, where I can pick up the chair for €199.00. What kind of misdirection is this? I'll have this checked by a lawyer. The advertising states clearly: pickup price! Nothing about pickup in Hamburg. This is complete bullshit.

My patience is running out after 11 months. The textile/curtains department with Ms. G. and Ms. R. put us off with ever new information about our “window fabrics”. At the end of October 2023 we handed in our folding curtains for repair. We waited in vain for a cost estimate until February/March 2024 when we were told that the sewing studio couldn't repair it at all. I don't know what came over us, but we decided on new curtains. We also received good advice from Ms. G. in this regard. The offer came in April. The rails were delivered in June. Now we are at the end of August and have an email asking if we are sure about the colors. This question came from the sewing studio!!! Why does the sewing studio care what color they sew? I confirmed it as stated in the offer! In the meantime, we sat in the living room for 6 months without curtains and at home for another 6 months with the broken curtains reinstalled because Höffner couldn't manage to provide us with competent support! A further €29 discount was granted, but with a €1,300 order and a year of mess management, that's a joke. The comments under the bad reviews are just as dismal! Can you save yourself and put it in the customer service system instead! I actually liked being at the Höffner (we were lucky with Mr. P. in the sofa department), but after this experience it was the last time.

Be careful with Höffner: poor customer service and poor quality Unfortunately, I had very bad experiences with Höffner. After our bed was finally delivered on June 20, 2024 after months of waiting, it turned out that the measurement taken by Höffner was incorrect. The bed did not fit well through the stairwell, causing significant damage. The fitters still carried it upstairs, which resulted in broken wallpaper in the stairwell, scratches on the room door, a loose rod in the bed frame and a hole and scratches in the bed cover. At a purchase price of 4,600 euros, this is simply unacceptable! After we reported the damage, a replacement part was ordered from customer service, but we had to wait weeks for it. When the replacement parts were finally delivered, the bed was no longer the same as the one we had seen and ordered at the furniture store. The mattress stopper at the foot end, which was originally a covered fabric panel, was replaced by an unsightly black wire hanger without our knowledge. Again we had to contact customer service and again we were disappointed. To date, no one from Höffner has contacted us to resolve the issue. After half a year of frustration, I no longer have any ambition to continue working with this bed. I can only advise everyone to think twice before buying from Höffner. Poor customer service, poor communication and disappointing product quality make this retailer absolutely not recommended for me.

All salespeople have been very competent so far and have really taken the time to provide intensive advice so that all wishes were met and all eventualities were taken into account. Special thanks go to Mr. Strehlau, who has very well-founded knowledge and can convey it well, and also has a sense of style. At the last appointment he helped us to find magical dining chairs from Bert Plantagie. Today we found what we were looking for again and bought a fantastically beautiful piece of seating, a branded sofa, which was tailored exactly to our individual needs. I bought a bed a week ago. Today, a week later, I wanted to reorder a bench with storage space from the exhibition and a highboard. I asked if they could deliver this to me with the bed in about 7 weeks. It was said that I would have to pay another 89 euros for delivery costs and that the exhibition goods, i.e. the bench, could not be delivered, so basically they could no longer be delivered from the exhibition. Goods were paid for online today via Click&Collect. We wanted to pick these up today about 4 hours later and assumed it would be a simple, quick process. Show reservation number -> goods received -> departure (Why else should you use Click&Collect?) Instead, the customer is sent an email to the main information, from which they then walk through the entire store to the checkout to get another printout (not sustainable) and then wait again when the goods are handed out (hardly any customers there) So to the main information at the entrance -> through the market to the cash registers at the exit -> to the goods issue to wait there Ultimately, we would have been quicker with regular shopping, which is not possible! Unfortunately there is no organization, which is what you are used to from other furniture stores. One star only because the desired product is only available in this company. In order to find out about a possible delivery date, as already mentioned, I called the hotline. I explained to the lady my situation and that I didn't take any proof of purchase with me on vacation. But I probably wouldn't have done that; This lady opened up a barrage of insults of the worst kind!! This lady was totally overwhelmed and service orientation is probably a foreign concept to her! I was really too stupid to listen to such unqualified statements and hung up. I was probably the lightning rod for this lady having to work AT ALL, it's probably my fault and she's mentally incapable of properly sorting out the causal order! I don't excuse this with stress or ignorance! No, this lady is a total miscast. An employee like that ensures that certain clichés in retail are fulfilled 100%! What the salespeople manage to do with specialist knowledge and friendliness, also to make a company like this look positive (in all areas), this lady destroys with lack of sophistication and ignorance! This lady is a total miscast! In my personal, subjective opinion! I then called a service point at Möbel Höffner in Altwarmbüchen. This lady was nice, goal-oriented and was able to answer all of my questions within less than 1 minute, including furniture delivery and how to continue enjoying my vacation! That had class, that had style. You can see.....there is another way!! I will rate the nice lady at the service point separately with 5 stars

The advice from Funda at Höffner was excellent – ​​professional and friendly. Unfortunately, this positive experience was marred by Höffner's pricing. We were interested in a sofa that was originally supposed to cost around €9,000 from Höffner. After a 40% discount it would have been reduced to around €4900 in the end. However, we discovered the same model 1 for 1 in the online shop for around €3000. The Höffner website states “Höffner offers the BEST PRICE! GUARANTEED!” They offer that customers have verifiably seen a piece of furniture from the regular range cheaper elsewhere within 14 days and they would match the price. When we verified this price difference, we received feedback that Höffner could not offer us this lower price. This experience was very disappointing and contradicts the guarantee advertised on their website. We feel that Höffner does not provide sufficient support and that we are not taken seriously as customers.

I highly recommend working in customer services at this company, all you have to say is: "I can't do anything for you". I bought a furniture and wanted to have it financed by the Hoffner, we couldn't do it on the first Saturday because needed a passport, ok. We went back the next Saturday with the passport, financing was denied, the bank account had changed recent, that's probably why. ok. Ok because is our own problem, but of course the customer service person could be helpful, at least checked the week before to see if it worked and, if it did, we could take the passport to him and finalise everything the following week, but no, they don't mind about wasted our time. We decided to pay all by card and the delivery date on the contract said 3 weeks. We paid a % on the store, left the shop and received an email scheduling the delivery date for 6 WEEKS LATER. We went back to the shop and the person said "there was nothing I can do" was polite but sarcastic, looks like is first week working there, I feel sorry. That's very disrespectful! 3 WEEKS to 6 WEEKS!!!!!

But when we asked in the office department for a saleswoman who was walking there, we were greeted in a very unfriendly manner because she was still in a conversation (even if that wasn't obvious to outsiders). We finally received some nice advice from another saleswoman. However, the lady on the ground floor at the checkout was very unfriendly, just quickly cashed in without saying how and where we could pick up the items and went straight to the next customer without giving us any correct information. Afterwards we were approached in an unfriendly manner because we weren't sure how to pick it up and what the correct number was (it works differently in every store). So not at all what you would want from a furniture store like this. After such a misery, we will certainly not buy anything there again or recommend it to others.

Built-in kitchen with assembly purchased from Höffner. Various Deadlines were postponed, measurements were taken incorrectly, the cabinet was adjusted by sawing out, the hob was installed the wrong way round, the GSM was connected incorrectly, the billing was incorrect (at first). Now a new complaint has been made and referred to the manufacturer. Customer service is different. I am definitely no longer a Höffner customer.

At Höffner we chose four dining chairs with a swivel function. We also communicated this explicitly to the seller. The chairs were delivered after about two months, without the swivel function. The delivery note also stated that there were no additional functions; this was not mentioned in the original purchase contract. We complained about this on site. We were suggested to pay 25% of the price plus spare parts for the retrofit. The mistake made by the seller was not admitted. Not to mention a concession. We have now found a dealer for this spare part in the Hanover region and will retrofit the turning functions ourselves. Unfortunately we are not allowed to name this seller and we certainly cannot recommend it! We will refrain from purchasing anything else from Höffner. There are enough furniture stores in and around Hanover. Plus the Internet.

NEVER buy a kitchen here! NEVER ! ! ! The kitchen wasn't finished after it was built for over a year! Countless appointments with totally incompetent staff (wrong measurements again and again, deadlines were not met, etc.). Really really bad... In the end, out of audacity on Höffner's part, they didn't even deliver the matching cutlery drawers (probably not worth the delivery) and flat out lied to us that they no longer exist! This was confirmed following an anonymous request as to whether these were available. Just a joke. The worst thing, however, was the customer support. 0.00 Accommodation. Support simply hasn't responded to inquiries for months. That's why @Hoffner save your hypocritical answer here! The branch manager and head chef Mr. Nuetzel and Mr. Bobka simply ignored emails! ! ! I can't eat as much as I want to puke. Or in this case, I can't write as much as what's wrong with Höffner. Never never never never never never again Höffner. You spend a lot of money there on a nice kitchen. Short delivery time in our case, that was great! :) everything else is more than bad. Starting with planning errors, incorrect assembly of our devices (which could have been damaged as a result), damaged goods (not just once or twice but much more often), then we forgot to reorder things. Then four months later it was supposed to be completed, again ordered incorrectly by Höffner. Customer service really doesn't care much about it. "We'll call you" no, unfortunately you never do :) this also caused a lot of delays :) Neglects upon omissions on the part of Höffner. We fulfilled our part of the contract without any problems and of course paid on time. Unfortunately, Höffner doesn't care much about his part. You don't feel at all in good hands there. The slogan: “Höffner Höffner, this is our furniture store, you can also find something nice” not something nice!! Choose your problems or the extent of them should be said! Oh yes, a week before the kitchen arrived we got a call that we should get “no parking signs” :) a week before! NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL, it is :) This was also neglected to tell us when purchasing :) Customers who complain about defects are not welcome there :) or want advice :) Oh well, in case it's not clear yet, I can't positively comment on my purchase there evaluate:) Update, the kitchen has now been finished for about 3/4 weeks :) briefly to the answer from Höffner: We wrote an email directly as you suggested. What happened? EXACTLY!! No answer😂. The Höffner way :) the final interview is also an absolute farce, you don't even read my WIFE's emails properly!! She is addressed as Mr. every time, even though she writes mfg at the end of her emails and adds the suffix FRAU to her name. People at Höffner are very attentive. And the rest is just embarrassing and shameful! So unfortunately I'll stick with it, NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER again Höffner :) Thanks for nothing. But all the best anyway :)

MÖBEL HÖFFNER offered my partner and I everything that I, as a discerning buyer, expect when making a purchase. For me, the kitchen department is visually one of the best given the extreme density of furniture stores in Hanover and the region. The kitchen planner took the time for us and gave us competent advice on our dream kitchen. We felt very taken care of by their friendliness, patience and competence. By narrowing down the sample department, we quickly found our front with the support of the planner. As a layperson, you go into a store with a lot of ideas and then, through the detailed advice and the perfect three-D planning, you come up with the solution with which we left the house satisfied and with a good feeling about purchasing our kitchen. Oh yes, even little things like the coffee on offer round off the purchase in a positive and relaxed way. We can only recommend Höffner in Hanover, thanks to Ms. Kalthof.

Using the toilet does NOT cost €1!! The sign on the table with the huge coin on it just suggests that. The unfriendly gentleman who monitors the money (but probably doesn't clean it) has placed the money plate specifically on the running text. It says you are asked for a DONATION. We “donated” 50 cents each. We were then insulted and reprimanded. In the restaurant part it was confirmed to us that the toilet can be used for ANY donation.
