Great ambience. Super nice service. We arrived late, the kitchen was already closed, but a selection of cheese was still possible. Cool mix of restaurant and market hall. Will come back.

The ambience is really interesting. I really like this mix of market hall and restaurant. The reservation via the homepage worked great. The service is friendly. In my opinion the food is ok for this price category, but no surprise. So, why the few stars? Even though there wasn't much going on in the restaurant, we had to wait an hour for our food. The service reacted far too late and gave us a few slices of bread and butter after 50 minutes. This response time is simply too slow. Would I go again? I've thought about this for a long time. I think the market hall is really good for shopping, but I definitely wouldn't eat here again.

Super well designed reuse of an old market hall. Very nice and varied. Good mix of offers and restaurant(s).

Unfortunately the concept is very inconsistent. On the one hand: you sit on simple wooden chairs like in a canteen, cheap paper napkins, no glass for your soft drink (I had to use the wine glass), and the spoon you need for the course only on request. On the other hand: I paid €27 for a very small portion of mashed potatoes with mushrooms and vegetables. It was very tasty, although the carrots were very hard. A portion that was far too small for an adult, especially since the ingredients were very cheap. For 0.75 liters of tap water you had to pay €5.50. Price/performance simply doesn't fit here.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is absolutely not right. It's delicious, sure, and the service is nice too. But for 60€ for a meal I expect more in quality or possibly quantity. Neither was given. And unfortunately at the end a nightcap was recommended that was heavily overpriced. The price was not mentioned. And at €10.50 for 2cl that's really a disgrace.

We were only there briefly to shop and didn't have time to eat. But looking at the menu and our slightly furtive glance at the plates made us want to come to eat next time and not to go shopping ;-) The ambience begins with the arrival; you can get an idea of ​​what it used to be like for the dock workers. Rustic inside and its own atmosphere thanks to the high hall. The staff was nice, friendly, unobtrusive and competent. For shopping: regional! Complete! Not really cheap but real originals from the north. And manufacturers cannot and do not want to compete with Aldi and the like. Basta.

Ordered a whole Christmas goose cooked and filleted. Picked up in a stapled paper bag and no longer checked due to stress. The breast was completely missing. Thanks for the great Christmas Eve! Never again!

A chic shop, but unfortunately almost exclusively dedicated to overpriced, vegan food. Not that I have anything against vegans. But as a meat eater or simply sent with a big appetite, you are betrayed and sold here. I kept myself afloat with the delicious starter bread and my wife's leftovers. Anyone who doesn't have these problems will definitely like the store. I didn't like him.

Alternative café/restaurant with a large sales area for regional food and luxury foods. There is a market here on Saturdays, from which the leftovers are used in the kitchen from Monday. The lunch menu is diverse. There is an outdoor area/garden right on the water even with an alternative sauna. Quite funny. There is also a large hall with various offers that can be booked for events.

The idea is great. Unfortunately, I found the food not appropriate for the price and tasted a bit bland. In the main course I had the vegetable plate, the salad was tough and stringy and the potato thalers were unseasoned. Disappointing for the final price of €25. My husband had Labskaus for €29. We almost only eat BioWare and were disappointed with the food and the location was good.

A nice atmosphere that fits perfectly into the rustic Oberhafen district. The staff is friendly and always finds a table for two people. We come by every now and then around lunchtime to have soup. No matter which one is offered on the day, it's always awesome!

Die Parkplatzsituation ist hervorragend - das ist dann aber leider auch schon alles, was ich als positiv darüber schreiben kann. - Es wird nur die Weinkarte ausgedruckt vorgelegt, weil man daran ja besser verdienen kann, als an allen anderen Getränken. - Die restlichen Getränke muß man über eine unübersichtliche App heraussuchen, so wie alle Speisen im Übrigen auch. AUSNAHMSWEISE bekamen wir dann auch gedruckte Karten, die für ein Restaurant, was sich als gehoben ansieht unwürdig ist. - Die Portionen sind sehr klein !!! - Das Gemüse ist nahezu ungekocht, wenn nicht sogar roh - wer denn mag - ich steh einfach nicht auf die sogenannte "nouvelle quisine" - Dann sind die Angaben in der Karte derartig unzutreffend - auf der Karte ist zum Beispiel zu finden: "Käse Fondue". Und ich hab mich sehr darauf gefreut. Was dann allerdings kam spottet jeglicher Beschreibung. Ein bißchen suppige Milch mit gemustem wasauchimmer und Gemüse darin, was in Käsefondue nun wirklich NICHTS verloren hat ! Aussage war dann : "Das ist unsere Interpretation von Käsefondue." Zudem war das Zeug auch noch total sauer - einfach ein WIDERLICHES Gericht. Und die Gerichte der Anderen waren auch nicht wirklich sehr viel besser. - Ich stehe auch auf guten Nachtisch - aber bei DEM Angebot ist mir der Appetit vergangen. - Ach ja - für die Stoffservietten wurden auch noch 0,40€ je Serviette zusätzlich berechnet. Das ist ungefähr so, als wenn Eure Autowerkstatt Euch für das verbringen Eures Autos vom Hof in die Werkstatt einen extra-Beitrag berechnen würde. SOLCHE Dinge haben in den allgemeinen Preisen integriert zu sein ! - Die Räumlichkeiten waren zwar warm aber es gibt dort so gut wie KEINE Schallschluckenden Elemente im Raum, so daß ein Unterhalten mit den Anderen eher zur Mühsal wurde, als das Restaurant sich füllte. Und von "Gemütlichkeit" ist dort auch keine Spur. - Und wenn man diese ganzen Punkte dann noch Im Verhältnis zum Preis betrachtet, dann nutet das als purer Hohn an. Die machen auf "gehobene Gastronomie", sind es aber nicht. Zu DEN Preisen gehe ich dann lieber in Restaurants, die WIRLICHE Spitzenqualität abliefern. FAZIT : NIE WIEDER

The Hobenköök is already a highlight. We went in through the market hall. Here you have a large selection of local spices and specialties. Past the wine bar we then went into the open restaurant. The service was very friendly and was also able to give us good advice on wine recommendations. And what can I say? The food was to die for. The beef melted in your mouth. Super tender and juicy. The side dishes were also perfectly prepared. Simply a dream. Even if you have to spend a little more for your food here, you still know what it's for!

Arranged to meet up with friends for a small evening snack at 7 p.m. Nice, somewhat noisy environment. We only ordered appetizers. Overall quite ok, nicely presented. But really very small portions!! Price-performance?? The taste was ok too, but not overwhelming or special. I think the concept is good, but if it leads to overpriced offers, there will only be a special clientele left who can and wants to afford this fun...Hafencity is of course the right place for that. Therefore not necessarily recommended.

A little hidden restaurant, we went here for breakfast - it was worth it. Delicious selection, fresh and lovingly prepared! In an old warehouse, modern cuisine meets, a totally cozy atmosphere. Afterwards there is also the option to buy lots of goodies.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen im November zum Abendessen. Eine sehr große ausgedruckte Weinkarte wurde uns präsentiert. Die Essenskarte gibt es üblicherweise wohl nur online; als "Ausnahme" wurde dann doch noch ein gedrucktes Exemplar aufgetrieben. Die Karte war sehr überschaubar und ziemlich hochpreisig (Hauptgerichte ab 30 Euro). Unsere Erwartungen waren entsprechend hoch. Die Qualität der Speisen konnte vielleicht teilweise gerade noch mithalten. Der Service rechtfertig die Preise allerdings in keiner Weise. Zum Brot mit Dip und Butter wurde keine Teller gereicht. Das Tartar war eher ein Fleischbrei als fein geschnittenes Tartar. Wir hatten vorweg einen offenen Wein und dann eine Flasche Wein bestellt. Erst nach Aufforderung gab es neue Gläser dazu. Zum Hauptgang hatten zwei von uns Fisch bestellt, der auch am Tisch filetiert wurde; was wohl nur einer vom Service konnte. Jedenfalls war der erste Fisch zur Hälfte gegessen als der Zweite fertig filetiert war. Ach zwischendurch brachte eine weitere Servicekraft die Beilagen zum Fisch und stellte sie jemand anderen als Hauptgericht hin; auch vorher wusste er nicht was er an den Tisch brachte. Bei der kleinen Karte sollte JEDER Servicemitarbeiter zumindest wissen, was er serviert. Aufs WC sollte man dort nicht gehen. Bei den Preisen (450 Euro für 6 Personen) erwarte ich ein Ambiente und Service das über Bierhalle oder Kneipe herausgeht. Der erste Eindruck mit wild herumstehenden Stühlen und quer liegenden Schirmen vorm Eingang wurde jedenfalls bestätigt und hat das Bild abgerundet.

The food was very tasty and the flavors were perfectly coordinated, and the drinks we created ourselves were also a very tasty experience. Yes, the price is high, but at least in terms of taste, these prices are worth it. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. The team leader (in our opinion) this evening seated a group of friends first before moving on to my reservation, even though I was first in line. That doesn't work at all. Luckily she didn't serve us any further, except for one time when I wanted to order a hot chocolate at the end. This never reached me. The other service staff were nice and tried hard, but when I first asked them to do something about the flickering light bulb above our table, nothing happened. It would be passed on. Only after the second request and the question whether we could sit somewhere else was this followed up and we were able to move around. The QR code for the menu on a wooden cube didn't work - in a restaurant like this it would be much more stylish to use printed menus, as there's just no charm in going through the food menu on your cell phone. It also took a long time to bring drinks and food - you sometimes wait 30 minutes for drinks (or they don't come at all). The food was great, but the service we were offered was a bit of a flop. Another question: is the meat organic? The waiter said yes, but I couldn't find any information about it anywhere.

After 5 years of enforced abstinence from Hamburg, I was there on Saturday evening and was really hungry. My conclusion: The best thing about this evening was the excellent red wine, the dark bread, Andreas in service and his friendly young colleague. That's it. The store is totally overpriced, as are the “organic products” on offer. I have been living organically and working in this area for 40 years, so I know the market a little. The idea of ​​a “market hall” in itself is certainly not bad, like the one at the Viktualienmarkt in Munich or in Spain and Portugal. Maybe the organizers should take this as an example.

We were there with four adults and two children to have breakfast there. The staff was very friendly and actively pointed out that the large breakfast for the children was only half price. We were expecting a buffet, but everything is delivered to you. If you run out of something, you simply order more. This worked well overall; Since it was very busy that day, it sometimes took quite a long time. Everything was delicious, the selection was large and the leftover rolls could be taken away. Personally, I don't find the atmosphere very inviting to eat on site, others find the market hall atmosphere particularly good. Small note: We tried to access the menu via QR code with four different smartphone models from three different manufacturers, but it didn't work for any of us. I guess the dice need to be recolored. Not a big deal, but it's a shame about the actually cute idea with the dice.

Simply perfect! The starters were something completely different, there was actually something for everyone. Be it a slightly different type of potato or vegetable. The main course consisted of salmon fillet and/or roast pork with a great mashed potato and braised vegetables! Really good all around

Unbeatable for the price. We arrived with a large group and the appetizer (plenty and filling) was served immediately. Be careful here. There is actually at least one more course to come. So don't eat too much. The food itself is almost all cold, but that's how it should be. Very sustainable and modern and rustic. Matching the ambience. If you are looking for a good restaurant for a group, Hobenköök is highly recommended!

Everything is slightly over the top in Hobenköök, especially when you compare it to the Oberhafenkantine next door. But the selection of food and drinks is very special.

I came here based on a friend's recommendation to try a typical north German breakfast. We got different kinds of bread, cheeses, meat, fish, vegetables and granola. Most of the food is locally sourced and they even sell it in the attached marketplace. The interior is also quite nice.

Wir waren in der neu gestalteten Weinbar. Man ist umgeben von einer der besten Weinauswahl in Hamburg für Naturweine. Jeder Wein, der zum Verkauf steht, darf vor Ort getrunken werden. Dazu eine kleine und feine Auswahl an Speisen. Perfekter Service, informativ und unterhaltsam, aber nicht aufgesetzt und aufdringlich. Klasse, bitte unbedingt weiter so.

I am always impressed by the overall concept. But some things weren't perfect last night. The starters of goat cheese with pumpernickel and the pumpkin dish were great. The main course Labskaus was also delicious and high quality. However, the celery main course with mushrooms and tofu was lacking: the fried tofu was cold and tough (consistency and taste like cold fries, only tougher), the celery was bland and just cooked in one huge piece. That didn't look appealing on the plate. Applesauce gave the impression of being a finished product and the celery salad had to be looked for on the plate with a magnifying glass. When I complained to the court, I was told that the main chef would not be present today, so basically just the replacement. There should have been a deduction on the bill, just as there should have been a surcharge for the special napkins. However, we had disposable napkins. The young men at the next table were not at all satisfied with their food: saddle of beef for 4 people. The lady in charge of carving seemed to be doing it for the first time. Very unprofessional, knife probably wasn't sharp either and it took a long time. The side dishes were now cold and had to be put back in the microwave. The meat was so raw that not everyone wanted to eat it. Luckily our dessert (Pavlova) was great again. Overall, an evening with ups and downs.

Regional organic breakfast, check. Great location to meet up with friends, check. Good coffee, check. Special feel-good atmosphere, check. It tends to be a salty breakfast rather than a sweet one. As a “starter” there was a small portion of porridge, which was excellent, and a small portion of jam and chocolate spread. otherwise that's p.P. Breakfast is hearty with cheese, ham, vegetables and fish. We were very satisfied and recommend it :)

Also wie soll ich sagen, das Hobenköök gilt als schicker oder soll ich sagen hipper Geheimtipp, im alten Freihafen. Hier haben sich in den alten Backsteingebäuden allerlei Gewerbe angesiedelt, so auch das Hobenköök. Man bekommt eine überschaubare Tageskarte, vielleicht 5-7 Gerichte, dafür frisch gekocht. Man sieht das Konzept, vegetarisch, gesund, Schwein, nicht Schwein, Fisch. Wir nehmen vegetarisch und Fisch, beides sehr schön angerichtet und mit Ideen. Das Vegetarisch sah besser aus als erwartet und schmeckte so gut, das auch ein eingefleischter Fleischesser neidisch wurde. Zum Nachtisch Milchreis. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Tradition gewünscht. Ich dachte ich kriege für 5,50 € einen ordentlichen Pott Milchreis mit roter Grütze oder in dem Fall mit Pflaume. Stattdessen bekommt man einen Fingerhut voll Milchreis mit einer Madeira Pflaume - braucht kein Mensch. Auch hier 50 € für zwei Personen durchaus sportlich - trotz des sehr guten Weins und der netten Location. Insgesamt war ich 2 Tage in Hamburg gut, aber immer teuer essen. Auf dem Rückweg fahre ich in Hannover raus und hole mir einen Döner.

Price Performance Not acceptable

We had breakfast, a little bit of everything straight from the market and fresh food is a must-see in Hamburg.

We were there on Saturday with a group of 14 people. We were immediately impressed by the ambience and atmosphere, but unfortunately the rest of the event wasn't as appealing. The service was very friendly and tried hard, but seemed a bit strained and overwhelmed due to the number of guests in the restaurant. The map as a QR code on a wooden cube looks nice, but it's more of an imposition because the QR code doesn't work properly and the map on the cell phone is very confusing. It can sometimes happen that you mistake the lunch menu for the day menu. When we had all chosen (the menu is really not very large and two main courses are vegan), namely almost all the meat dish or the fish dish for two or more people, the waitress informed us that unfortunately both of these are no longer available (table was reserved for 7 p.m.). In addition, the dishes from the daily menu were no longer available. We thought that was a bit cheeky at this time of day. It took a long time before we could decide on something else because the menu was now very thin. Most people ordered a starter and bread with vegetable spread (unfortunately a bit bland). Since hazelnuts were not mentioned in one dish and there was an allergy, this dish had to be returned without replacement, but was compensated with a free glass of wine. I personally had the bavette (two fairly small pieces of meat), which unfortunately were far too raw for me and also tough and laced with tendon. I would have been happy if they had asked me beforehand how I would like the meat. The side dishes were very attractive and creative, but I would have expected more for the price. Things didn't go well for us that evening, but we were compensated with a small digestive and still had a nice evening at the end. Conclusion: You can't accept a group of 14 people and then not have enough supplies. At this point I can only recommend the restaurant to a limited extent. One group participant had already visited the Hobenköök twice before and had good experiences. Maybe we just had a bad day.

I took my queen of hearts here and it was a great evening. Prices slightly above average, but definitely justified. Sustainably prepared, tasty food, accompanied by an interesting wine and the best creme brulée I have had the pleasure of enjoying to date. The terrace space in the best weather suited the very friendly and attentive staff perfectly. We would love to come back.

It's amazing how many really good restaurants there are in Hamburg. And this is definitely one of them. The location in the Hafencity between train tracks and halls is quite hidden and completely surprising. But it definitely has its charm and is definitely recommended. Delicious and rich food, very friendly and attentive service and the interior with kitchen and sales is an absolute must.

Charming and lively place. But incredibly bad service… we were ignored from the moment we arrived and had to ask the waiter for everything.. for the dessert we waited for 1:30 hour and agreed to leave the place. Too bad because the place seemed like a really nice place.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter da, um ihren 9. Geburtstag vor dem Harry Potter Theater zu feiern. Der geniale Köök hat uns freundlich und kompetent beraten und mit den frischesten und hochwertigsten Zutaten ein wundervolles HYPOALLERGENES Mittagessen für uns gezaubert. Alle sind sehr entspannt und dennoch aufmerksam, so dass man sich gar nicht wie im Restaurant fühlt, sondern wie bei Freunden, die einen zum Essen eingeladen haben. Die Markthalle lädt zum bummeln und ausprobieren ein und ist voll mit knackfrischen und oft regionalen Köstlichkeiten. Danke und bis bald mal wieder liebe Hobenkööks

Great food in an exceptional ambience. The service was very attentive.

Everything is very nice but unfortunately the main breakfast menu can only be ordered for the whole table. My wife can’t eat most of the ingredients thus we had to order a large carte: scrambled eggs and granola. Ingredients were to top quality and nicely cooked and served. For drinks we talk coffee and tea and both were good, although they don’t serve any alternative brewing methods unfortunately.

A nicely designed market hall with a restaurant that offers excellent dishes, which are also visually appealing. There are seating options both indoors and outdoors. We sat near the wine corner. We were served by the market manager, who was not only extremely friendly but also gave great food and wine recommendations. It was a lovely start to an evening at the theater. We would definitely come again.

Very cool atmosphere, semi-organic supermarket and restaurant completely with products from the region, in the middle of which is the kitchen where the products are freshly prepared, all of this is located in a former warehouse at the old port. The food is very tasty and the dishes change depending on the season. Reservations are required to get a seat in the restaurant in the supermarket area and you can shop as normal. The service is friendly and attentive, since the products are organic products from the region in and around Hamburg, the prices are of course a little higher but still fair.

Berliners: "That ain't no markthalle." This is a restaurant that also sells some stuff. Service was weird. We stood by the "Please wait to be seated sign," in a mostly-empty restaurant, while staff watched us from afar. Finally one approached & told us that between lunch & dinner they only offer cake. Yes, in a "Markthalle." We sat & ordered cake, & while I was reading their website about how they hate paper napkins the waitress brought our cake and, without a word, took our cloth napkins & replaced them with paper ones. I guess they only get classy for meals. It was okay. This is still an undeveloped area, though, & it's not worth the trip.

It is part of a project to revalue an abandoned neighborhood and the place with an adjoining supermarket selling selected, quality products is very particular. The food is actually good, well prepared and also very particular but the prices are a little too excessive given the rather informal and spartan environment.

Unfortunately, the bland cheese in my starter was no match for the sweet berry sauce. The main course (braised fennel) also had faintly sweet flavors. Both dishes were lukewarm, but it could have been a little more. My friend had more luck with her choice (for goat cheese, main labskaus). With only a double espresso and no dessert, the impression remained that the price-quality ratio was somewhat skewed.

Four of us were there for breakfast on Saturday. Super tasty, plenty of great selection. Also a good vegetarian selection. Very nice staff. We sat outside on the terrace in great weather. Very nice atmosphere. €19.90 per person, absolutely justified. We'll be back. Definitely

Good regional cuisine with a creative approach, unfortunately the main courses are sometimes a bit uninspired and underseasoned. Great service from the trainee, good job :) We had a lovely evening at Hobenköök.

Unfortunately, none of the employees had any idea what kind of wines there were and what they tasted like. We drank a very sour Riesling for 49 euros and got a hint of heartburn with the first sip and I didn't drink my glass at all. I had the card given to me again before the meal in order to get a wine with the meal. After dinner I was asked if I had found a wine. Unfortunately the food wasn't worth the money either. In any case, everything there was so bad that I bothered to write a review. As a tip: train the staff a little, they could perhaps have compensated for the average, overly expensive food and the bad wine with a professional manner. Then there was a compulsory payment for the environment for 40 cents per person (I gave it some name), and on the bill I had 3 items for 2 people. After dinner we went to 25 Hours and ate again and had a great wine with the best service.

Meat was really tough, after complaining I got the same meat cooked through, now it's even tougher and I can't eat it. After a second complaint complete. Got a new plate, it worked now, but for €38 I expect something different. In order to get a new plate I had to argue a lot with the waitress, never this store again.

We ended up at Hobenhöök more by chance because our tour ended there. There were six of us and we all ordered a main course, two of us the grilled beef bavette. The meat was as tough as a shoe sole, so unfortunately we had to complain about it. The two pieces of meat were taken from the plates and went back into the kitchen. After a moment, the same pieces came back, now a little more cooked through, but as expected the meat didn't become any less tough. Only after some discussion was the food taken back and a new plate was served to share. Considering that each of these dishes cost €36.90, this is impossible behavior. I had ordered a Riesling and in the end was irritated by the billing on the receipt because it listed a bottle of Riesling and a liter of house wine and asked the waitress. She explained that she had entered the wrong wine and therefore added the house wine in order to be able to charge €49 for the bottle. After the explanation she asked “Do we have it now?” But that fit with the whole stay there. We cannot recommend this restaurant.

Highly priced, ambience that takes getting used to in the commercial area.

Price/performance is absolutely not right here.

This was a fantastic find, especially for a Monday evening! The location is lovely with a nice sunny terrace in the early evening. The staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic! We’re not vegetarian or vegan but chose to eat beautiful well balanced and creative vegetarian dishes and didn’t miss the meat…. We also had the beef bavette and this was also amazing. My favourite was their confit tomato dish. Very deep and delicious flavours. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Hamburg 😋

The food was okeish - we took a steak and a labskaus. The place itself looks trendy. They only have two wines available by glass: one white and one red; red was nothing special. Would call the place not matching the price class, although the idea was good. What i found really disappointing was poor service, without any touch of hospitality. Waiting staff was busy with themselves, and pretended they do not see customers. This, combined with a fair portion of greenwashing (they seem proud to charge extra 40 cents for a bio napkin in a place with main course price starting at 30eur - come on, guys, its already included 3 times) makes me to recommend NOT to visit, not worth the way and money.

If you have no idea or no desire to cook yourself and at the same time have a lot of money, you will find what you are looking for here. Overpriced food, confusing, semi-dark shop. I expected more and that's why it was my first and last visit. I didn't eat in the restaurant.

A pleasant service but really too expensive for the content and quality of the dish. In addition we had to add the tip. Really too expensive!!!

I saw the store on YouTube in a WDR broadcast. When I was finally in Hamburg again I reserved a place here. The reviews I read put me off a bit. But I was totally convinced of the opposite! The restaurant is fully designed for sustainable and therefore regional nutrition. All restaurants should learn a lesson from this. If you think that you have to compromise on taste, you are completely wrong. I had a beef tartare which really fascinated me. If you're looking for 08 15 you don't have to come here. But if you're looking for something special, you should definitely visit the restaurant! I would definitely like to come back! By the way, the service was also perfect and competent!

We had a reservation and we were seated immediately, only to wait for 20 minutes with no attention. We simply left. There is no reason to think any restaurant is so good as to be able to ignore guests.

Vollig überteuert und nicht mal gut. Alle (sehr kleine) Vorspeisen kosten €16,90. Für ein bisschen Brokkoli und einen kleinen Löffel Sauce? Nicht mal einen Salad auf der Menu und alle Hauptspeise kosten €26,90. Nie wieder.

Had to wait 35-40 minutes for the food. The chicken dish on the childrens menu had so little chicken in it it might as well be called vegetarian. The main courses was uninspiring an overpriced. Service was OK. Would not recomend.

Cool atmosphere and great concept. Absolutely friendly, attentive and competent service - unfortunately we were completely disappointed with the food. While the starters were “okay”, the quality of the meat in the main course was unfortunately not at all convincing. The fish course wasn't our cup of tea either. We have never had the food go back almost untouched. Fortunately, tastes are different.

The Hobenköök impresses with regional market cuisine and high standards. The creative dishes are characterized by unusual combinations of ingredients and special preparation methods such as fermentation and molecular techniques. The atmosphere is relaxed and is perfect for informal meetings or relaxed business dinners. An exciting selection of wines, especially for natural wine lovers, complements the offering. The service is attentive and friendly, the prices are high but reasonable. Reservations are recommended, with a table in the main dining room preferred. I wouldn't choose a location at the back of the market hall. An all-round successful culinary experience!
