Hobenköök Restaurant & Markthalle in Hamburg

Went there for the first time and left with mixed feelings. The ambience is very nice and stylish. The staff is very friendly but unfortunately not that attentive. All I can say about the food is that it is very expensive but tastes great. You can't get these dishes everywhere. All in all, it is definitely worth a visit.

I actually always found the Hobenschnack very pleasant, but yesterday I was unfortunately a little disappointed. At first we were warmly welcomed at the entrance and escorted to the table, but then it was a bit strange. People who took part in the Hobenschnack event sometimes did the service instead of the actual restaurant staff. Therefore 5* for the great work of all the people who served wine and food, even though they were guests - but only 1 star for the service of the people working in the evening. I don't think this is how guests should be treated in their free time. The previous time, a drinks flat rate was also included, which was also not fulfilled. Unfortunately the evening wasn't worth €70. Andi the winemaker really made an effort. I had the feeling that a service person with glasses and short hair was drunk while introducing the dishes, especially since I could also see him drinking wine at work at the beginning of the dinner. The food was delicious, potato risotto was very tasty, as was the salmon! The ambience itself is okay, but I don't think it's okay for strangers to stand on a staircase and then film and take photos of all of us at the table and the entire restaurant.

High quality home cooking. Everything regional and strictly organic in the best quality. Delicious and atmospheric in the market hall behind the Deichtorhallen.

We had dinner there yesterday. The waitresses, who act attentively quickly and calmly, should be mentioned very positively. We didn't like how long it took to prepare the food. We had to wait 50 minutes twice for our main course due to a complaint about the first course. The quality of the food was good to very good! The only negative point is the preparation time.

Very healthy and appetizingly presented dishes, a bit pricey, but in a great atmosphere. A lovely place for a sophisticated meal.

You can eat something on site or take many things home with you. Many great things are available for purchase here. The chef is known for his short appearances on the show "Die Ernährungsdocs." He is very down-to-earth, approachable, and always willing to listen to his guests.

A nice restaurant but the food needs attention

Service was off. Took about 15 minutes for the staff to even take our order. The food was off too. The dishes are overly complicated to the point of losing their appeal. Tried the beef tartare, black bean tempeh, schnüssh, and pannfisch. The only plate I'd go back for is the tempeh. Carrots on both main dishes were drastically undercooked. There were so many additional ingredients with the tartare that I couldn't taste the meat at all.

A must if you want to experience Hamburg.

Anyone who eats here has to pay 40 cents for a napkin. Incredible. The operators believe that they are literally ripping off their guests under the label of “sustainability contribution”. That's no fun and disrupts the feel-good index, especially since the food itself is certainly not star cuisine.

Dieses ist meine erste Bewertung, da sich die Einschätzung meiner Restaurantbesuche bislang meist gedeckt haben mit den Durchschnittsbewertungen anderer und ich’s deshalb für überflüssig hielt. Hier war das anders! Wir haben auch eine Nacht gewartet, ob sich unsere Einschätzung vielleicht ändern würde. Der Eindruck von 4 Personen mit drei unterschiedlichen Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichten hat sich nicht gewandelt! Wir alle waren uns einig, selten so schlecht gegessen zu haben! Die Vorspeisen ( Rindertatar, Lachsforelle und eine vegetarische Vorspeise) waren so lala. Die Hauptgerichte aber (2xPannfisch, Wildschweinnacken und Schnüüsch) haben aber keinesfalls unseren Erwartungen entsprochen! Das Gemüse war fast roh, nicht warm, die Kartoffeln wenige grobe Klötze und sicher nicht frisch zubereitet, die beiden kleinen Stücke Pannfisch glasig von innen, die Haut schwabbelig gebraten, der Wildschweinnacken klein und zäh. Die Gerichte wurden ausführlich am Tisch beschrieben von dem freundlichen und bemühten Personal, jedes einzelne Rübchen wurde benannt. Das hilft nur nicht, wenn es einfach nicht schmeckt. Die Preise sind unangemessen hoch, die Wartezeit war lang, die einzelnen kleinen Portionen quasi pseudo-gourmetmäßig angerichtet. Der Blick in die offene Küche hat nicht unbedingt dazu beigetragen, das Urteil milder zu gestalten. Nein, das kann man nicht empfehlen !! Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass unsere Kritik ernst genommen schien und ein Teil der Hauptgerichte nicht berechnet wurde. Aber darauf hätten wir gerne verzichtet.

We tried the HOBENSCHNACK: ANNA-MARIA & GUIDO SCHMIDT (THATS KIMCHI) today and would recommend it at any time. 4 courses including drinks per course for €69.00 is simply great. Between courses you could try little things and get to know the history behind the company. We were thrilled and would love to come back.

Unfortunately a very disappointing evening... After I often went to Hobenköök for lunch many years ago, we now wanted to try out the evening offerings as well. - Ambiance/concept: I have the feeling that it's not entirely clear which direction this should take -> very "simple" and cold ambience, ugly toilets, but with gastro portions and prices. - Service: the service was very nice and friendly, but absolutely not professional. For example, we ordered the chocolate/cheesecake for dessert and instead of letting us know in advance and possibly offering another option, she suddenly arrived with a different kind and said, “Oh yeah, chocolate is no longer available”. Furthermore, we arrived at 8 p.m. and didn't get the main course until 9:30 p.m. - Food: As already mentioned, the portions are similar to a gastro restaurant. However, everything was pretty bland and there was absolutely no wow effect. Maybe because everything is “organic”? But then it should be adapted to a cozy, hearty kitchen. - Price line: catastrophic. 19€ for a starter with scampi which, be careful, had only one scampi.. 36€ for a fish with vegetables that tasted more than average, 40 cents per customer because the napkins are made of cloth and not paper and 5€ for bread (which was very tasty) because we were still so hungry from the small portions. At some point, enough is enough. Conclusion: for wealthy customers who want to maintain their clear conscience because they eat in a “sustainable” restaurant, certainly, but otherwise it is really a disappointment.

We came here with a larger group early in the evening for the celebration of two birthdays. I had visited thrice before and always liked the food, although there had been some bumps on the road with these visits. The last visit was two years ago. I didn’t bother to read the reviews since I liked the food then - I should have and would have been warned by the high amount of one star reviews in the last year alone. Ordering was quite easy. We each picked our meals and then the waiting began. Bread and butter was good. The starters were tiny. TINY. I was not the only one taken aback by the small quantity of the food. Taking the price into consideration there are much better options available all over town. Around that time the place began to fill up with people. This resulted in a much diminished sense of service - suddenly every member of staff had their hands full. The main dishes took a lot of time to arrive. They were okay, but for the price I found the quality lacking. I also would have wished for more creativity. The food was filling, but it did not make me happy. The vegetarian main with wood smoke was partially inedible - they took it off the check when we told them. After the mains, we had to strain to be able to order dessert. In hindsight, I would have just skipped it. The desserts took a full 40 minutes to arrive. By the time they arrived we were out of patience and no longer enjoying the experience. The panna cotta was basic. It actually made me angry for the lack of creativity and taste. For the price I would have expected much better. This was a heap of pre-prepared panna cotta that was spruced up with a bit of streusel and a few slices of kaki. I have had much better even in cafeterias. The vegan cheesecake was alright. The restaurant was fully packed and the service was so much under pressure that we were often unable to get attention. There was no offer to refill our water, for instance, which led us to believe that there was simply no capacity to take care of that many people. This led to part of our party sitting at the table thirsty - this factors massively into the two stars for service. The (overextracted) espresso some of us had was comped as a reaction to the delay in getting the food. However, at this point our evening was not to be saved by this gesture. We did not feel that this was an experience that we would like to repeat. Sadly, this will be the last time I have eaten here. For the price/quality/service ratio this is simply not fitting. It used to be a place that offered quality for the price. These days, there’s more of an „Emperors new clothes“ vibe from our point of view. The staff was completely overwhelmed by the amount of people they had to take care of. There was no feeling of a presence of the hosts. I honestly completely regret recommending this venue to my family and tainting what should have been a special event. If you want to spend this much money on a meal I would strongly recommend heading elsewhere.

this is located in an ex warehouse and has a very industrial look. the food however are very nicely presented and are unique. right next to it is the little market with artisan/ homemade products which is interesting. overall a cool place to visit with friends.

Atrocious service. Got ignored for several minutes before being given a menu. Then I got ignored again and was not approached again to place my order. After waiting some more minutes, I left without ordering anything. Utterly ignorant staff!

We enjoyed the Valentine's Day menu today and purely in terms of taste there isn't much to complain about! The combination of flavors was good. Only the times between the really very small courses created a bit of excessive tension. The only thing that was deplorable from a culinary point of view was the dessert. Tiramisu, basically a dessert that creates a certain anticipation. Special variation with passion fruit jam and pomegranate seeds. Good idea. But with a biscuit that was drowned at the table with such thin coffee that you lose the desire for coffee. Super friendly service, but a bit erratic. Nevertheless, I don't want to give the team bad feedback. The criticism of the content was made up for with friendly treatment. Ambience quite kitschy. That’s an impressive price. We only go to Hobenköök for coffee and cake in the afternoon, or to browse the shop.

Bei diesem hohen Preisniveau erwarte ich , dass nicht nur das Essen gut ist . Der Vorhang zu den Toiletten ist extrem dreckig. Man könnte ihn vielleicht mal waschen. In der Toilette kaputte Fliesen mit großen Löchern. Zweimal einen lauwarmen Cappuccino bekommen. Das Essen teilweise überteuert und zu kleine Portionen. Die Salatbar war sehr abgestanden. Das einzig Gute waren die Servicekräfte. Wir kommen nicht nochmal wieder.

Good food but unfriendly service.

I've been to Hobenköök several times now and think the concept of the market hall & restaurant is really cool. I was here once for an event that was a great success. Especially about the restaurant: The starters are creative, but a bit small for my taste. The wine and service, however, are top! Last time I had a bavette steak - it was okay, but didn't completely convince me. On the other hand, I thought the side dishes were really well made. It may result in It makes sense to look at the current menu, as there weren't many other options on the menu for me, for example, since I don't eat fish. I think that the restaurant is particularly interesting for guests who like to try unusual dishes. Still a nice concept with a focus on sustainability, regional & seasonal cuisine 😊🍽️

Ordered Pan-fried fish with Senf Pauli mustard sauce and orange safari tea. The mustard sauce is great with the potato smash. The tea tasted like herbal, very light and fresh. Nice place to have lunch and chill.

A unique restaurant, we celebrated our son's 18th birthday. Since we had a long journey, we were only able to arrange everything with the team from the Hobenköök restaurant in advance via email. The communication with the team was great, everything was implemented well. Special requests were completely implemented. The service was very professional and friendly. We showed a short film, The team had even set up a special area with seating for this purpose. The tables were very nicely set. The food was very tasty. The ambience with this mixture of market hall and restaurant is something very special. We would have liked to give even more stars. Excellent restaurant in a very interesting building. Despite the market hall feel, they do an amazing job making this cosy and intimate. Food exceptional. Waiter had a great knowledge of their wine list and was super helpful when communicating English. I would visit again without question.

I almost never write a review, unfortunately in this case I can't help it. I recently bought all kinds of things for a gift basket at the Hobenköök indoor market. Unfortunately the party didn't happen so my girlfriend and I ate the "delicacies" ourselves, the wine for 35 euros a bottle was a huge disappointment, the bars of chocolate for 9 euros per piece were hard to swallow, there were other things, a total value of almost 200 euros, everything except the coffee was free, absolutely not recommended

Great ambience. Super nice service. We arrived late, the kitchen was already closed, but a selection of cheese was still possible. Cool mix of restaurant and market hall. Will come back.

The ambience is really interesting. I really like this mix of market hall and restaurant. The reservation via the homepage worked great. The service is friendly. In my opinion the food is ok for this price category, but no surprise. So, why the few stars? Even though there wasn't much going on in the restaurant, we had to wait an hour for our food. The service reacted far too late and gave us a few slices of bread and butter after 50 minutes. This response time is simply too slow. Would I go again? I've thought about this for a long time. I think the market hall is really good for shopping, but I definitely wouldn't eat here again.

Unfortunately the concept is very inconsistent. On the one hand: you sit on simple wooden chairs like in a canteen, cheap paper napkins, no glass for your soft drink (I had to use the wine glass), and the spoon you need for the course only on request. On the other hand: I paid €27 for a very small portion of mashed potatoes with mushrooms and vegetables. It was very tasty, although the carrots were very hard. A portion that was far too small for an adult, especially since the ingredients were very cheap. For 0.75 liters of tap water you had to pay €5.50. Price/performance simply doesn't fit here.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is absolutely not right. It's delicious, sure, and the service is nice too. But for 60€ for a meal I expect more in quality or possibly quantity. Neither was given. And unfortunately at the end a nightcap was recommended that was heavily overpriced. The price was not mentioned. And at €10.50 for 2cl that's really a disgrace.

Once and never again Ich bringe das hier mal ganz einfach ausgedrückt auf den Punkt: - Nur die geruckte Weinkarte (mit Flaschenweine) wurde gereicht – die anderen Getränke sollten wir im Handy nachlesen oder uns den QR Code, der in Form eines Holzwürfels auf den Tisch gestellt wurde, herunterladen (Ansage der Servicekraft: wenn dann der QR Code funktioniert) – LEUTE, ich komme nicht in ein Restaurant, um mir auf meinem Handy die Getränke und Speisekarte anzuschauen- letztere wurde dann als gedruckte Version gereicht – die Weinkarte drückten wir der Servicekraft zur Mitnahme gleich wieder in die Hand, was uns einen sehr unverständlichen Blick einbrachte - Die Getränke des Tages mussten wir an der Tafel lesen, die Info dazu wurde uns so schnell herunter gerattert, dass ich dazu schon keine Lust mehr hatte - Die Räumlichkeiten machen keinen Appetit dort länger als nötig zu verweilen: voll, laut, Tische viel zu dicht aneinandergestellt, dass keinerlei Privatsphäre herrscht, auch die lauten Küchen, und Bargeräusche machten die Atmosphäre nicht besser oder angenehmer, ganz im Gegenteil – das ganze hatte ehr Großraum Kantinenflair – der einzige Unterschied zu einer Kantine allerdings: die Preise - Für Stoffservietten 0,40 Cent – muß fürs WC auch gezahlt werden? - Und die Portionsgrößen werden dem Wort “Größen“ nicht gerecht – überschaubar auch nicht und schon bei der Bestellung der Lachsforelle (als Vorspeise) wurde explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich um eine SEHR KLEINE Portion handelt. - Zum alkoholfreien Weizen 0,33 wurde kein extra Glas gereicht – das Wasserglas, das auf dem Tisch stand, sollte dafür herhalten. Frevel - Und es erschloss sich mir auch nicht, welches knirschende Zeug sich im Rindertarar befand, das ich Angst um meine Zähne haben musste Zu mehr Order hat es dann auch nicht gereicht – wir waren bedient und haben einstimmig mit dem allergrößten Vergnügen auf ein Hauptgericht oder Dessert verzichtet. Unsere Intention bestand nur noch darin, dieses Restaurant fluchtartig zu verlassen und auch nie wieder zu betreten

A chic shop, but unfortunately almost exclusively dedicated to overpriced, vegan food. Not that I have anything against vegans. But as a meat eater or simply sent with a big appetite, you are betrayed and sold here. I kept myself afloat with the delicious starter bread and my wife's leftovers. Alternative café/restaurant with a large sales area for regional food and luxury foods. There is a market here on Saturdays, from which the leftovers are used in the kitchen from Monday. The lunch menu is diverse. There is an outdoor area/garden right on the water even with an alternative sauna. Quite funny. There is also a large hall with various offers that can be booked for events.

The idea is great. Unfortunately, I found the food not appropriate for the price and tasted a bit bland. In the main course I had the vegetable plate, the salad was tough and stringy and the potato thalers were unseasoned. Disappointing for the final price of €25. My husband had Labskaus for €29. We almost only eat BioWare and were disappointed with the food and the location was good.

Wir waren als Gruppe dort. Die Parkplatzsituation ist hervorragend - das ist dann aber leider auch schon alles, was ich als positiv darüber schreiben kann. - Es wird nur die Weinkarte ausgedruckt vorgelegt, weil man daran ja besser verdienen kann, als an allen anderen Getränken. - Die restlichen Getränke muß man über eine unübersichtliche App heraussuchen, so wie alle Speisen im Übrigen auch. AUSNAHMSWEISE bekamen wir dann auch gedruckte Karten, die für ein Restaurant, was sich als gehoben ansieht unwürdig ist. - Die Portionen sind sehr klein !!! - Das Gemüse ist nahezu ungekocht, wenn nicht sogar roh - wer denn mag - ich steh einfach nicht auf die sogenannte "nouvelle quisine" - Dann sind die Angaben in der Karte derartig unzutreffend - auf der Karte ist zum Beispiel zu finden: "Käse Fondue". Und ich hab mich sehr darauf gefreut. Was dann allerdings kam spottet jeglicher Beschreibung. Ein bißchen suppige Milch mit gemustem wasauchimmer und Gemüse darin, was in Käsefondue nun wirklich NICHTS verloren hat ! Aussage war dann : "Das ist unsere Interpretation von Käsefondue." Zudem war das Zeug auch noch total sauer - einfach ein WIDERLICHES Gericht. Und die Gerichte der Anderen waren auch nicht wirklich sehr viel besser. - Ich stehe auch auf guten Nachtisch - aber bei DEM Angebot ist mir der Appetit vergangen. - Ach ja - für die Stoffservietten wurden auch noch 0,40€ je Serviette zusätzlich berechnet. Das ist ungefähr so, als wenn Eure Autowerkstatt Euch für das verbringen Eures Autos vom Hof in die Werkstatt einen extra-Beitrag berechnen würde. SOLCHE Dinge haben in den allgemeinen Preisen integriert zu sein ! - Die Räumlichkeiten waren zwar warm aber es gibt dort so gut wie KEINE Schallschluckenden Elemente im Raum, so daß ein Unterhalten mit den Anderen eher zur Mühsal wurde, als das Restaurant sich füllte. Und von "Gemütlichkeit" ist dort auch keine Spur. - Und wenn man diese ganzen Punkte dann noch Im Verhältnis zum Preis betrachtet, dann nutet das als purer Hohn an. Die machen auf "gehobene Gastronomie", sind es aber nicht. Zu DEN Preisen gehe ich dann lieber in Restaurants, die WIRLICHE Spitzenqualität abliefern. FAZIT : NIE WIEDER

The Hobenköök is already a highlight. We went in through the market hall. Here you have a large selection of local spices and specialties. Past the wine bar we then went into the open restaurant. The service was very friendly and was also able to give us good advice on wine recommendations. And what can I say? The food was to die for. The beef melted in your mouth. Super tender and juicy. The side dishes were also perfectly prepared. Simply a dream. Even if you have to spend a little more for your food here, you still know what it's for!

Arranged to meet up with friends for a small evening snack at 7 p.m. Nice, somewhat noisy environment. We only ordered appetizers. Overall quite ok, nicely presented. But really very small portions!! Price-performance?? The taste was ok too, but not overwhelming or special. I think the concept is good, but if it leads to overpriced offers, there will only be a special clientele left who can and wants to afford this fun...Hafencity is of course the right place for that. Therefore not necessarily recommended.

A little hidden restaurant, we went here for breakfast - it was worth it. Delicious selection, fresh and lovingly prepared! In an old warehouse, modern cuisine meets, a totally cozy atmosphere. Afterwards there is also the option to buy lots of goodies.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen im November zum Abendessen. Eine sehr große ausgedruckte Weinkarte wurde uns präsentiert. Die Essenskarte gibt es üblicherweise wohl nur online; als "Ausnahme" wurde dann doch noch ein gedrucktes Exemplar aufgetrieben. Die Karte war sehr überschaubar und ziemlich hochpreisig (Hauptgerichte ab 30 Euro). Unsere Erwartungen waren entsprechend hoch. Die Qualität der Speisen konnte vielleicht teilweise gerade noch mithalten. Der Service rechtfertig die Preise allerdings in keiner Weise. Zum Brot mit Dip und Butter wurde keine Teller gereicht. Das Tartar war eher ein Fleischbrei als fein geschnittenes Tartar. Wir hatten vorweg einen offenen Wein und dann eine Flasche Wein bestellt. Erst nach Aufforderung gab es neue Gläser dazu. Zum Hauptgang hatten zwei von uns Fisch bestellt, der auch am Tisch filetiert wurde; was wohl nur einer vom Service konnte. Jedenfalls war der erste Fisch zur Hälfte gegessen als der Zweite fertig filetiert war. Ach zwischendurch brachte eine weitere Servicekraft die Beilagen zum Fisch und stellte sie jemand anderen als Hauptgericht hin; auch vorher wusste er nicht was er an den Tisch brachte. Bei der kleinen Karte sollte JEDER Servicemitarbeiter zumindest wissen, was er serviert. Aufs WC sollte man dort nicht gehen. Bei den Preisen (450 Euro für 6 Personen) erwarte ich ein Ambiente und Service das über Bierhalle oder Kneipe herausgeht. Der erste Eindruck mit wild herumstehenden Stühlen und quer liegenden Schirmen vorm Eingang wurde jedenfalls bestätigt und hat das Bild abgerundet.

Wonderful place and wonderful service. I really liked the welcome cocktail and the wine. I had the vegan main dish, and it was not that impressive unfortunately, almost raw vegetables and not that flavorful...

Very nice restaurant with an integrated market hall. Excellent food and very friendly staff. I particularly liked the environmental awareness. Care is taken to ensure that all ingredients are regional and attention is also paid to avoiding unnecessary waste. I will definitely come again.

The food was very tasty and the flavors were perfectly coordinated, and the drinks we created ourselves were also a very tasty experience. Yes, the price is high, but at least in terms of taste, these prices are worth it. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. The team leader (in our opinion) this evening seated a group of friends first before moving on to my reservation, even though I was first in line. That doesn't work at all. Luckily she didn't serve us any further, except for one time when I wanted to order a hot chocolate at the end. This never reached me. The other service staff were nice and tried hard, but when I first asked them to do something about the flickering light bulb above our table, nothing happened. It would be passed on. Only after the second request and the question whether we could sit somewhere else was this followed up and we were able to move around. The QR code for the menu on a wooden cube didn't work - in a restaurant like this it would be much more stylish to use printed menus, as there's just no charm in going through the food menu on your cell phone. It also took a long time to bring drinks and food - you sometimes wait 30 minutes for drinks (or they don't come at all). The food was great, but the service we were offered was a bit of a flop. Another question: is the meat organic? The waiter said yes, but I couldn't find any information about it anywhere.

After 5 years of enforced abstinence from Hamburg, I was there on Saturday evening and was really hungry. My conclusion: The best thing about this evening was the excellent red wine, the dark bread, Andreas in service and his friendly young colleague. That's it. The store is totally overpriced, as are the “organic products” on offer. I have been living organically and working in this area for 40 years, so I know the market a little. The idea of ​​a “market hall” in itself is certainly not bad, like the one at the Viktualienmarkt in Munich or in Spain and Portugal. Maybe the organizers should take this as an example.

Clearly a great location with very friendly staff and a very good concept idea. But the food was pretty and clearly presented and couldn't even begin to justify the price. We were there with four adults and two children to have breakfast there. The staff was very friendly and actively pointed out that the large breakfast for the children was only half price. We were expecting a buffet, but everything is delivered to you. If you run out of something, you simply order more. This worked well overall; Since it was very busy that day, it sometimes took quite a long time. Everything was delicious, the selection was large and the leftover rolls could be taken away. Personally, I don't find the atmosphere very inviting to eat on site, others find the market hall atmosphere particularly good. Small note: We tried to access the menu via QR code with four different smartphone models from three different manufacturers, but it didn't work for any of us. I guess the dice need to be recolored. Not a big deal, but it's a shame about the actually cute idea with the dice.

Unbeatable for the price. We arrived with a large group and the appetizer (plenty and filling) was served immediately. Be careful here. There is actually at least one more course to come. So don't eat too much. The food itself is almost all cold, but that's how it should be. Very sustainable and modern and rustic. Matching the ambience. If you are looking for a good restaurant for a group, Hobenköök is highly recommended!

Simply perfect! The starters were something completely different, there was actually something for everyone. Be it a slightly different type of potato or vegetable. Wir waren in der neu gestalteten Weinbar. Man ist umgeben von einer der besten Weinauswahl in Hamburg für Naturweine. Jeder Wein, der zum Verkauf steht, darf vor Ort getrunken werden. Dazu eine kleine und feine Auswahl an Speisen. Perfekter Service, informativ und unterhaltsam, aber nicht aufgesetzt und aufdringlich. Klasse, bitte unbedingt weiter so.

I came here based on a friend's recommendation to try a typical north German breakfast. We got different kinds of bread, cheeses, meat, fish, vegetables and granola. Most of the food is locally sourced and they even sell it in the attached marketplace. The interior is also quite nice.
