Above all, the service is always great and courteous! We have been there several times and have always felt comfortable and eaten very well. I also think it's really good that there are vegetarian dishes other than just cheese spaetzle. I can highly recommend the dumpling trio!

The setup was successful. Rustic and you feel like you're at a ski hut. Food was ok. Service very attentive.

Today, September 14th, 2024, there were 5 of us in the HirschKeller (with a 6-year-old child). It was our first time. We were all thrilled with the supper, delicious food, super delicious homemade lemonade. Everything was just 110%. Even the little one was hardly bored because there were some toys available. Great team!!! We will 100% come back. PS: the ambience is just amazing 🤩!!!

Went to the Hirschkeller for the first time today and were thoroughly “surprised” in a positive way. The food was good value and simply very tasty. What pleased us even more was the friendly and, above all, professional service - something that is no longer a given in the catering industry. Very happy again.

We were in the Hirsch Keller for the first time with a total of 9 people from four generations. Everyone was pleasantly surprised at how such a beautiful “Hut Fair” could be conjured up. Having registered properly in advance, we were greeted in a very friendly manner and the service with the orders continued in exactly the same way. The dishes on offer are beautifully prepared and extremely tasty. The price of the food is somewhat higher, but it is definitely worth the money. Ultimately, all generations were completely satisfied with their food choices and would come back at any time. All in all top and recommended.

Once or twice a year we visit the deer cellar. The super friendly service and delicious food in a nice atmosphere are always fun. We'll be back.

We always eat there every now and then. Food tastes really tasty and beautifully prepared and the staff is very friendly. Feel free to come back at any time. Nevertheless, I was a bit annoyed the last time I visited - ketchup/mayo costs an extra 0.30 per bag and I took 2 soups to go with me - I think they cost around 8 euros, which is already a steep price for a soup anyway then the quantity should also be correct. There was so little liquid that I had to eat the side dish without the soup. It's a shame, I think the portions should also be suitable for to go. Of course I would still recommend the restaurant...

We ate in the Hirschkeller for the first time today. The online table reservation was completely uncomplicated. The service was particularly nice and attentive! We really enjoyed the food! Everything is high quality and worth every euro. And all of this in such a great atmosphere. We can fully recommend this restaurant!

The food is very good, the service is very good, the atmosphere is very good, but the portions are now outrageously small. Rump steak with 10 fries, 7 pieces of crispy chicken, like a kind of senior plate. No comparison to before. I wish the young owner that this concept doesn't backfire.

More appearance than reality. The first order went quickly, but then you have to wait a long time for another order. The food wasn't good, the meat was dry, the sauce was thick like pudding and spaetzle from a bag, and overall everything was tasteless. Service was nice. Very noisy atmosphere, you have to shout at each other, not suitable for nice conversations. I wouldn't come back.

Very good restaurant and a nice atmosphere. The little one immediately received a children's card with colored pencils. The service was excellent and super nice. The beer garden is very cozy with lots of shaded areas. The food was great. Meat tender to butter. Kaiserschmarrn super fluffy. In terms of taste, everything was on point. There are even homemade refreshing cocktails. Very minty for me, but my kids loved it. Price-performance is completely okay.

We visited the HirschKeller as part of our company outing. It was a wonderful evening in a great location! There is a huge selection of different dishes from steak to schnitzel to fish. Large portions, lovingly prepared and super tasty. You can also find almost everything on the drinks menu. Whether beer, wine, Hugo or a large selection of spirits, even cocktails, various house lemonades or homemade iced tea are offered. The service was great, very friendly and hardworking. The kitchen and service served food for 22 people almost at the same time. We were in the beer garden, very cozy and quite large. A quick look inside shows how great it is there, even in bad weather conditions, thanks to the Alpine flair. Conclusion: We will be back and can recommend the HirschKeller 100%!!!

The food is good, but if you prefer fried potatoes instead of fries, it costs an extra €2.50 and now the highlight: if you don't want the salad that was on the menu you ordered, you pay another €2.50. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else and there is no way I will be visiting again, let alone recommending it to others.

I walked in ok a rainy Sunday at 19:00. It was just me, and the host told me sorry but they were fully booked. But then after a couple minutes of trying to find me a solution he told me I could go and take the only dry table outside. Perfect! I had a delicious venison goulash and the house beer. The portion was loaded with nicely braised venison and everything was well seasoned. I don't think I need to tell you about beer in Franken. Exceptional service and great food, just make sure you make a reservation if you plan to have a table on a Sunday evening 😅

A really nice rustic and cozy restaurant. The Hirschkeller is ideal for the weekly get-together. We were in Schweinfurt for 2 days and you have to eat something. We were recommended the Hirschkeller as a tip. So off we went... The food is delicious, but it could be a little more. It's enough to stop you from being hungry, but it doesn't really fill you up. The staff was super friendly in every location. I have to deduct one star for the smells in the toilet. The toilets are really chic and cozy but it smells strongly of a toilet truck. I don't like toilets where you can smell where you're going at the door. And I'm not talking about the smell of big business. Nevertheless, we will definitely come back when we are back in Schweinfurt.

The Hirschkeller enriches Schweinfurt with its authentically rustic atmosphere and delicious food. The diverse menu, which includes both food and drinks, is convincing across the board. The appealing presentation of the dishes and the outstanding quality of the ingredients are particularly worth mentioning. The two service ladies Leah and Feli, who made our evening unforgettable with their excellent service, deserve special praise.

Hats off. It's been a while since we've eaten here again. This time with a child. At the entrance there was a children's menu with incredible prices and a sufficient selection and pens for coloring. The service was extremely friendly and fulfilled our every wish very quickly. The food was absolutely top notch. The quality and taste were perfect and there is something for everyone. All in all a successful evening. We'd love to come back.

All in all, a solid eating option, the waiting time was comparatively short, the food was at the optimal temperature for eating and, above all, wasn't too hot. However, the portion of the starter was a little too small for my taste, but the main course was hearty , no ingredients were saved here and it brought with it a well-rounded taste. The prices are certainly not exactly lower, but that is not explicitly due to this restaurant, but rather to the VAT increase, so prices here are comparatively normal. The service was also very courteous and polite, although - for my taste - the politeness was a little exaggerated, which is why it almost seemed inauthentic and staged, but it was still mostly within limits. The beer was freshly tapped and therefore refreshing, there is nothing to complain about here. My biggest point of criticism, however, is the ambience. I was sitting outside at a "barrel". The location itself near the forest may seem nice at first glance, but appearances are deceptive, the very loud street right next to it and the trains that run at relatively regular intervals don't exactly contribute to a relaxed ambience, which the restaurant itself can do little about , as it is much more a product of its circumstances, which is a bit problematic for the visit. In the end it was a satisfactory visit that can be repeated.

Our feel-good restaurant of choice for years. 🩷 You are warmly welcomed right at the entrance, every single employee ensures a good atmosphere and the food (be it a starter, main course or dessert) has never disappointed us. In our opinion, we have the best restaurant in Schweinfurt and the surrounding area, no other restaurant could convince us otherwise. My absolute favorite: the Jägerschnitzel! We really recommend everyone to visit the Hirschkeller and just have a really good time there. You will not regret it. See you next time ! :)

We were there for the third time now and, as always, the food was fantastic, the service was nice and courteous, just as attentive, and the ambience transports you to the Alm in Austria for 1-2 hours. We had 2 delicious steaks from the heifer Pasture beef (medium) was just under 80 euros and yet it was worth every cent. I and we would like to thank you for a lovely evening and will come back. The food is not that high quality and not particularly hot either. The ambience is nice inside the restaurant, the garden is a normal beer garden. The service needs improvement. Price-performance not recommended.

I'm very disappointed 😞 I reserved a table on May 9th for lunch at 12:15 p.m. I found out on site that they don't open until 5 p.m. 🙈🙉🙉. And we didn't eat anything 😡😡

Burgers are delicious and dry aged steaks are out of this world. Even a well done one was evenly cooked without a hint of dryness. Taste is at fullest. Staff is very friendly and kind. Definitely recommend. Just a tip: book your dinner at least 2 weeks in advance.

I'm just really excited about the deer cellar. The food was amazing. We have rarely had such good food. We tried different dishes, including vegetarian ones, and everything was simply delicious. The Jaganocken, the trio of dumplings, plated rosti, schnitzel, Kaiserschmarrn, everything was incredibly tasty, extremely seasoned and very nicely presented. The service was also world class. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The food was delivered super quickly and at the same time. The ambience is also just really nice. We will definitely visit the restaurant more often. Ich bin einfach total begeistert vom Hirschkeller. Das Essen war der hammer. Selten hatten wir so gutes Essen. Wir hatten verschiedene auch vegetarische Gerichte und gegenseitig probiert und es war alles einfach super lecker. Die Jaganocken, das Knödeltrio, Tellerösti, Schnitzel, Kaiserschmarrn, alles war mega lecker, super gewürzt und sehr schön angerichtet. Auch der Service war Weltklasse. Alle waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen wurde super schnell und gleichzeitig geliefert. Auch das Ambiente ist einfach richtig schön. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch öfter das Lokal besuchen. Vielen Dank für den super schönen und leckeren Abend.
