Unfriendly service, food was okay, but not worth the price. Very nice ambiance.

We had sushi and were completely satisfied. We had seven variations, all beautifully presented at the table. Whether chicken, tuna, asparagus, or salmon, there was something for every taste. The drinks were also beautifully presented and delicious. We'll definitely be back. 😉

I was here alone and received a very friendly welcome. The ambiance is pleasant and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening. The sushi was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented – you can tell they care about quality here. The price is a bit higher than other sushi bars, but the quality largely justifies it. The quality of the raw fish is of course paramount when it comes to sushi and it was always high quality here. If you want to complain, the makis were perhaps a bit dry, but they were still tasty. You can lose a few euros here, but you also get great value. Anyone expecting good sushi for the prices quoted will not be disappointed. Gladly again at any time.

The food is good. Quite a lot of fish in the sushi. The menus have been touched up many times with Tippex rollers and ballpoint pens and are sometimes very worn. It's a shame, because one card is the showpiece of the house. Unfortunately there are no paper towels in the men's toilet, only an oversized kitchen roll. When you touch it, you spread the water from your hands over the entire roll, which is not necessarily hygienic. The service could be more attentive. We weren't asked once if everything was OK or if we would like something more to drink.

Since we've had a perfect duck dish before, today was definitely an exception.

The food is really very good. What surprised me a bit are the new prices. I personally find €17.90 for the Veggi Sushi Mix too expensive. In addition, the number of sushi rolls has been reduced (in addition to the price increase). But I would still find all of this somewhat justifiable. If it weren't for the constantly declining service performance. From the allocation of seats, to ordering, to paying, the service staff is not very friendly, even a bit annoyed. Unfortunately there are only 2 stars for that. Because even if the food is excellent, I can't feel comfortable with the current service. I had vegetarian sushi (S2) which was delicious. Plus a homemade lime lemonade that tasted really fresh and not too sweet. I also really liked the atmosphere. We'd love to come back. Maybe a little tip from me because of the corrected menu. Print out a menu with a simple layout, all kinds of food at the front, just sushi at the back, and let guests mark with pencils what they want and how much. You can also reuse the cards if you shrink-wrap them and the customer can order more easily. This also saves you a lot of browsing. ;)

We ordered pickup on Good Friday. Despite the advertised Easter offer, there is no 10% pick-up discount (for us it would have been 7 euros). Unfortunately it wasn't immediately comprehensible either, as there was only one receipt with the total, not the individual items. The food used to be better. Solid, but for 20 euros for a main course you get a lot more quality from other Asian restaurants. The marinated egg in the M3 was a normal egg without marinade, just for your information.

Das essen ist wirklich sehr gut. Was mich etwas überrascht hat, sind die neuen Preise. 17,90 € für den Veggi Sushi Mix finde ich persönlich zu teuer. Zudem wurde die Anzahl der Sushi Röllchen (zusätzlich zur Preiserhöhung) reduziert. Das alles würde ich aber noch einigermaßen vertretbar finden. Wäre da nicht die ständig sinkende Serviceleistung. Von der Platzzuweisung, über die Bestellung, bis hin zum Bezahlen ist das Servicepersonal nicht sehr freundlich, sogar etwas genervt. Dafür gibt es dann leider nur 2 Sterne. Denn auch wenn das Essen hervorragend ist, kann ich mit dem derzeitigen Service nicht wohl fühlen. Ich hoffe die Restaurantleitung nimmt sich die vielen negativen Kommentare zur Serviceleitung zu Herzen.

Were here for lunch. Very relaxed and we were served very quickly and friendly. I always really like the good, strong noodle soups Pah. Today with beef, it was very tender and leggy. The ingredients were very well coordinated and the chili provided the right amount of spiciness.

Wir haben unser Essen extra auf 17:15 Uhr zur Abholung bestellt, da kein Lieferservice mehr angeboten wird. Leider mussten wir dann noch bis 17:35 Uhr vor Ort warten, da die Bestellung noch nicht fertig war, obwohl wir extra schon Mittags bestellt hatten. Zuhause mussten wir dann mit großer Enttäuschung feststellen, dass wir kein Wasabi und keinen Ingwer zu unserem Sushi erhalten haben! Leider war das nun auch das letzte Mal für uns beim Kai Sushi.

Tische willkürlich platziert und jeden Platz genutzt auch vor den Toiletten so das jeder am Tisch vorbei muss der aufs Klo gehen möchte, man kann gerade so zwischen Tisch und Wand entlang laufen. Wir wurden von drei verschiedenen Mitarbeitern bedient, eine davon sehr unfreundlich, man hatte nicht mal ein hallo bekommen. Trotz Nachfrage bei Personal, was man bestellen möchte nicht das richtige bekommen da die Karte sehr unübersichtlich ist. Preis Leistung eher schwierig. Heute habe ich zur Krönung Magen Problem
