We were warmly welcomed and didn't have to wait long for our food. There was a lot to choose from and the sushi tasted excellent. The cocktail tasted perfect - not too sweet and fruity and refreshing at the same time. You feel very comfortable and the prices are completely reasonable

By far the best sushi restaurant in the region. Service and service were very good despite the well-filled restaurant. The ambience is a bit too much for me, but that shouldn't detract from the good impression. We ate our way across the menu and apart from a few small things in the craft area there was nothing to complain about. The quality of the raw fish is of course paramount when it comes to sushi and it was always high quality here. If you want to complain, the makis were perhaps a bit dry, but they were still tasty. You can lose a few euros here, but you also get great value. Anyone expecting good sushi for the prices quoted will not be disappointed. Gladly again at any time.

The food is good. Quite a lot of fish in the sushi. The menus have been touched up many times with Tippex rollers and ballpoint pens and are sometimes very worn. It's a shame, because one card is the showpiece of the house. Unfortunately there are no paper towels in the men's toilet, only an oversized kitchen roll. When you touch it, you spread the water from your hands over the entire roll, which is not necessarily hygienic. The service could be more attentive. We weren't asked once if everything was OK or if we would like something more to drink.

Most unfriendly staff. From seat assignment to bringing/serving the food. Waiter listens to music via Airpods and doesn't understand when you ask questions. It's difficult to ask general questions here. Practical barriers and unfriendly waiters put me off visiting again.

Today we went out for dinner again spontaneously. The salmon with teriyaki sauce and vegetables was delicious (number 47)!! Highly recommended, without restrictions! The roast duck with vegetables and curry was also very tasty ("wild herb curry with duck", number 40d). Unfortunately the duck was a bit dry. Since we've had a perfect duck dish before, today was definitely an exception.

The food is really very good. What surprised me a bit are the new prices. I personally find €17.90 for the Veggi Sushi Mix too expensive. In addition, the number of sushi rolls has been reduced (in addition to the price increase). But I would still find all of this somewhat justifiable. If it weren't for the constantly declining service performance. From the allocation of seats, to ordering, to paying, the service staff is not very friendly, even a bit annoyed. Unfortunately there are only 2 stars for that. Because even if the food is excellent, I can't feel comfortable with the current service. I hope the restaurant management takes the many negative comments about the service management to heart.

Very good sushi. We sat in the back of the restaurant and were only served when we asked...but then quickly. Price-performance ratio not balanced. If you pay almost 60 euros as a single person, that's too expensive for me.

I had vegetarian sushi (S2) which was delicious. Plus a homemade lime lemonade that tasted really fresh and not too sweet. I also really liked the atmosphere. We'd love to come back. Maybe a little tip from me because of the corrected menu. Print out a menu with a simple layout, all kinds of food at the front, just sushi at the back, and let guests mark with pencils what they want and how much. You can also reuse the cards if you shrink-wrap them and the customer can order more easily. This also saves you a lot of browsing. ;)

We ordered pickup on Good Friday. Despite the advertised Easter offer, there is no 10% pick-up discount (for us it would have been 7 euros). Unfortunately it wasn't immediately comprehensible either, as there was only one receipt with the total, not the individual items. The food used to be better. Solid, but for 20 euros for a main course you get a lot more quality from other Asian restaurants. The marinated egg in the M3 was a normal egg without marinade, just for your information.

Das essen ist wirklich sehr gut. Was mich etwas überrascht hat, sind die neuen Preise. 17,90 € für den Veggi Sushi Mix finde ich persönlich zu teuer. Zudem wurde die Anzahl der Sushi Röllchen (zusätzlich zur Preiserhöhung) reduziert. Das alles würde ich aber noch einigermaßen vertretbar finden. Wäre da nicht die ständig sinkende Serviceleistung. Von der Platzzuweisung, über die Bestellung, bis hin zum Bezahlen ist das Servicepersonal nicht sehr freundlich, sogar etwas genervt. Dafür gibt es dann leider nur 2 Sterne. Denn auch wenn das Essen hervorragend ist, kann ich mit dem derzeitigen Service nicht wohl fühlen. Ich hoffe die Restaurantleitung nimmt sich die vielen negativen Kommentare zur Serviceleitung zu Herzen.

Were here for lunch. Very relaxed and we were served very quickly and friendly. I always really like the good, strong noodle soups Pah. Today with beef, it was very tender and leggy. The ingredients were very well coordinated and the chili provided the right amount of spiciness.

Wir haben unser Essen extra auf 17:15 Uhr zur Abholung bestellt, da kein Lieferservice mehr angeboten wird. Leider mussten wir dann noch bis 17:35 Uhr vor Ort warten, da die Bestellung noch nicht fertig war, obwohl wir extra schon Mittags bestellt hatten. Zuhause mussten wir dann mit großer Enttäuschung feststellen, dass wir kein Wasabi und keinen Ingwer zu unserem Sushi erhalten haben! Leider war das nun auch das letzte Mal für uns beim Kai Sushi.

Sehr höfliche Bedienung, etwas lange Zeit bei Getränke Bestellung. Essen war sehr sehr lecker mit kleinen dekorativen Akzenten ,die sehr fein gestaltet worden sind am Teller . Essen war absolut super. Der Service war aufmerksam, geduldig und freundlich. Das Ambiente ist ok sehr modern nur etwas laut und beengend.

Tische willkürlich platziert und jeden Platz genutzt auch vor den Toiletten so das jeder am Tisch vorbei muss der aufs Klo gehen möchte, man kann gerade so zwischen Tisch und Wand entlang laufen. Wir wurden von drei verschiedenen Mitarbeitern bedient, eine davon sehr unfreundlich, man hatte nicht mal ein hallo bekommen. Trotz Nachfrage bei Personal, was man bestellen möchte nicht das richtige bekommen da die Karte sehr unübersichtlich ist. Preis Leistung eher schwierig. Heute habe ich zur Krönung Magen Problem

Zu Anfnag war das Kai richtig toll, exzellentes Essen, passabler Service; leider sitzt man sehr eng, fast auf dem Schoß des Nachbarn, aber sonst prima. Nun waren wir wieder da, das Sitzen ist immer noch sehr ungemütlich, der Service deutlich verbessert aber das Essen war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Die "knusprige" Ente war matschig und weich, eine Sosse für den Geschmack fehlte udn kalt war es auch. Eine große Enttäuschung für viel Geld.

Ich habe schon deutlich besser gegessen. Hauptgericht kam VOR der Vorspeise. Essen war nur lauwarm. Bedienung deutlich überfordert. Viele Gerichte in der Karte, die dann nicht mehr angeboten wurden. Sehr laut und für die gelieferte Qualität zu teuer!

Wieder nur ein fake Japaner welcher eigentlich von Vietnamesen betrieben wird was an sich ja nicht verwerflich ist, ich liebe gutes vietnamesisches essen aber der Schuster sollte bei seinen Leisten bleiben. Zum Essen, die Vorspeise, Agedashi Tofu war nicht annähernd am original dran, war so authentisch wie eine Tiefkühlpizza. Für den Hauptgang habe ich es mit einem vietnamesischen Gericht probiert da ich dachte das sollte doch klar gehen bei Vietnamesen, es wurde als Mekong delta angeboten. Leider war auch das ein totaler Reinfall.....von besagten Wildkräutern war weit und breit nichts zu sehen, auch der purple Shisho hat mit Abwesenheit geglänzt, also quasi genau das was dieses Gericht überhaupt ausmacht hat gefehlt. Stattdessen ein Haufen Blattsalat was ca 70 Prozent des Tellers ausmachte..ist halt günstig.. Sehr enttäuschend....Die Bedienung war allerdings aufmerksam und freundlich, dafür einen extra Punkt.

Zunächst ein Tipp: Bei der großen Auswahl und den besonderen Gerichten online vorher die Gerichte anschauen. Es gibt viele Gerichte online mit Bildern dargestellt. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt klasse. Der Service war, trotz vollem Haus, sehr schnell und freundlich. Wir hatten sehr schnell unsere Gerichte erhalten. Es gibt ebenso eine große und gute Getränkeauwahl. Das Ambiente ist sehr stylisch.

Das Ambiente war sehr schön der Service war sehr gut und dass essen war schnell fertig. Alles war sehr schön und die Toilette ist sehr edel.

Meine Tochter und ich hatten nach dem Besuch des Restaurants beide Magenkrämpfe und Übelkeit. Wahrscheinlich wird es nicht immer so sein. Vielleicht waren die Fischprodukte nicht richtig gekühlt? Der Service und die Freundlichkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Sehr schön ist allerdings das Ambiente.

Kai Sushi & Bar ist gut besucht und angesagt. Die Sushi‘s sind wirklich sehr gut in Machart und Qualität. Es gibt auch andere asiatische Speisen die ich nur empfehlen kann, wie zum Beispiel die Dumplings oder auch die Entenbrust auf Spinat …. einfach lecker und auch fürs Auge sehr schön hergerichtet. Die Preise sind etwas gehoben aber nicht übertrieben! Der Service könnte manchmal etwas schneller reagieren. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht aber man fühlt sich wohl . Alles in allem , für denjenigen der asiatisches Essen und Sushi mag , kann ich das Lokal nur empfehlen!
