The food tasted very good. Although the restaurant was full and there was a birthday party going on, the order was taken and served without a long wait.

We always enjoy eating here. Fast service, friendly staff, delicious food. Cozy atmosphere. See you soon 👍👏🐱

The food is plentiful and very good. The service was inadequate. Regular guests were greeted with a handshake and served immediately; we and other guests sat for 15 minutes until we received the menu. Wait again until you asked for drinks. The beer glass was empty, the food came, we called after the waiter to get another beer. The restaurant was full, but there was also a lot of staff there. They often walked through the restaurant empty-handed or without looking at the guests. It's a shame, I didn't feel welcome as a guest.

A standard Greek that you can find everywhere. Food is good, but not outstanding either. All “Greek” dishes can be found on the menu. Difficult parking situation, sometimes there is still space on the side streets.

Sat outside in the beer garden. The service was very friendly and attentive. As a welcome, me and my wife were given a Uso. This then happened three more times throughout the evening. It's just stupid that my wife doesn't like Uso and I sacrificed myself. We had a platter for two people. The meat was excellent and soft. I can only warmly recommend the restaurant and especially the food.

The chicken salad I tried was absolutely amazing! The combination of tender, juicy chicken and crunchy, fresh vegetables was simply perfect. I particularly liked the balanced seasoning and the delicious dressing, which gave the salad a wonderful freshness. Every bite was a delight! A great dish that is both light and filling. I recommend this salad to anyone looking for a delicious and healthy meal.

We have been there many times and always come back. Food is great, staff is always friendly and helpful. There is no skimping on sauce or ouzo. We feel comfortable every time we are there.

The Greek is absolutely outstanding. Very nice and chatty staff. Very attentive to customers. People always check to see if the plates can be removed and ask if you want to order anything else. My family and I really enjoy going to the Herkules.

The food was ok. The service was a disaster. The water was poured onto the table when served. The cellar didn't even think about wiping it away. When you wanted to pay by card, a lecture was given about how card payment wasn't a "must" and was approved by the tax office, even though you didn't ask about it🤦‍♀️

My husband and I last ate at the Herkules restaurant about 3.5 years ago. To be on the safe side, we wanted to make a reservation by phone for Saturday. The gentleman on the phone was very stressed and when I asked if card payment was possible, he became even more snarky. Very uncomfortable. We were given a cozy place and were again surprised by the wonderful atmosphere! Just great! The restaurant was full and staff seemed to be understaffed on the weekend. The wrong drinks were brought and in some cases it was adulterated that the apple juice in the "spritzer" was not tasty. My husband's long drink was also Lasch! For 8€?!?!?! Hui... You expect quality! Food was plentiful and tasty - no question about it. Everything great. But service often caused unrest and there was no “thank you” for the tip either. Even if it is full and the team has a lot to do, please and thank you should be included! Service could be better.

Leider eine Schlechte Erfahrung! Seit Jahren besuchen wir dieses Restaurant und nach jeden Besuch freuen wir uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Immer gute Stimmung, Personal was immer gut drauf ist, Gestern Abend leider nicht, eerst bei aufnehmen der Bestellung heißt es "Gyros ist ausverkauft " Nach 1 Ouzo wurden direkt gläser weggenommen, und eerst wie wir fertig mit essen waren, fragte ein Kelner nach ob es geschmeckt hätte. Bei Bestellung der Rechnung wurde noch ein Ouzo serviert, und auf meine Anfrage an den Kelner das man das so nicht kennt wurde es nur weg gelächelt. Schade das war sehr enttäuschend

The food tastes good, but the garlic potatoes are made with so much garlic that it burns your tongue, so you have to like it. The price is also quite high. If you come as a group, you may have to be patient, more than usual. As a group, we had to wait so long for our drinks alone that tables with people who came after us were already being served their food when our drinks arrived achieved. I didn't have to go through these experiences with two or four people.

Food tastes really delicious 🤤 you didn't have to wait too long until the food came for everyone at the same time 👍🏼 Atmosphere is also chic, just a bit cramped (inside). Child seats are also available. Employees are also super friendly. Unfortunately, the toilets leave something to be desired and could use a bit of an overhaul. Thank God you don't have to eat in the toilet, but upstairs at the clean table ☺️

As always, the visit was a culinary experience... the food tastes good and, above all, you get full. There were four of us there and everyone had a different meal, everyone unanimously agreed it was delicious. We hadn't pre-ordered, but the guys on site made it possible and still had a spot for us...

Just like you imagine a Greek restaurant to be. But really every waiter is super friendly. Ouso as a welcome, but you are not bottled up. At the end there is not automatically another Ouso. You can choose. Good for the driver in the group, he can also drink an espresso. I've never been served a bad dish.

Update: Food remains mediocre, there was plenty of ouzo, the condition of the toilets has improved slightly. The food was good. Ouzu was distributed extremely sparingly - 2 per person in total. The waitress didn't come by herself to take drink orders. At least 20 minutes passed between being flagged down and actually showing up at the table. Except when it came to paying, that was pretty quick. Basically all the waiters there were totally hectic. The toilets should be cleaned more often. The toilet seats had stains that were. not new! Conclusion: We probably won't go there again.

The food corresponded to our experience and since it was quite full, we took it easy that we were only sparingly attended by the waiter. However, when we paid, we were lectured about workload and how it couldn't be compensated for by the generous tip we had paid beforehand. That was a bit too much realism for us on a Friday evening. The guests at the next table were dealt with even more harshly. The cleaning equipment right next to our table was also aesthetically unappealing. It's a shame, we actually always liked being here.

Ambiance is rather modern, bright, friendly, on the walls there are light brick and column reliefs in a classic style, some with murals of Greek motifs. Attentive, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere. Our grilled beef liver and moussaka were very good 👍. Parking spaces all around are a matter of luck. We'd love to come back.

The food was like any other Greek restaurant. The staff wasn't very attentive to me. I would have understood if it had been busy but it was quite manageable. We would have drunk more but the waiters passed us without looking even though there were empty glasses on the table stood. Another minus point - no card payment possible, so always have cash with you. All in all, I wouldn't eat there again.

I like going to Hercules. Service is always great. Food (always too big for me portions) always delicious. I can bathe in the Metaxa sauce 😉 I would happily recommend Hercules.

Went there again yesterday and as always it was ultra tasty and the prices haven't increased since last year. :-) I would only have been happy about a nicer table because I had reserved a table for my husband's 10th anniversary 2 weeks earlier 😞

Good Greek food, large portions and attentive service. Reservation of a table is recommended, we were lucky to get a table yesterday because it was very full, which speaks for the restaurant. If it wasn't so delicious, it wouldn't be so crowded during the week.

Much better than the one at Springpfuhl... don't be stingy about the free glass at the beginning. Liver is done and not a quibble, although a new one without discussion. Gyros seem fresher... Prices are moderate to cheap for something like that. Top service... hopefully the other person will try harder again.

Good Greek restaurant with great service

We had reserved a table for 6 people for 7 p.m. We got there on time and had to wait in the entrance area for almost 10 minutes until someone even spoke to us. 20 minutes later we were finally shown to the table. Another 15 minutes later our drink order was taken. The food is typically German-Greek. The starter platter was very rich and tasty and although it was advertised for 2 people on the menu, the five of us were able to share it!

Ouzo before the meal, Ouzo in between, very tasty dishes, espresso or Metaxa after the meal, friendly service, nice ambience, top price/performance ratio: heart, what more could you want? 👍👍

The food and service are really great. The noise level is extremely loud and the lack of space is not that nice either. Furthermore, the very unclean and partially clogged toilets are also not very inviting!

Waiters were very nice. The food was really bomb. There were 5 of us. Everyone loved the food. Garlic bread was uniquely awesome. The mix plates were very good. Meat grilled perfectly. Food was really, really good. Absolutely recommended. Prices are completely okay for the level.

My husband and I reserved a table there on February 14th, 2024 at 7 p.m. When we got there, there was a long line of people in front of us and also behind us. They said that they all also made reservations for 7pm. We were very surprised because the restaurant looked as if there was no free space left. At the beginning it was relatively quick for the guests to be brought to their seats. A cheeky guest who said: "He made a reservation at 7 p.m. (didn't arrive until 7:10 p.m.) and thought he didn't want to wait, stormed past us and the waiting guests and sat down at a table. He seemed to have forgotten that His companion was still at the door. He picked her up and sat down. The waiters noticed and didn't do anything. Apparently, being cheeky gets you ahead there. We had been waiting for our table for 20 minutes and were perplexed when the guests who came after us all got a table one after the other. In the end we stood there until 7:30 p.m. A couple came in and stood next to us. The waiter asked the other couple and us what name we had reserved under. When the table for two people became available, the waiter asked the couple who had just arrived to take the table for two people. My husband asked the waiter if he was serious. We've been standing here for 20 minutes waiting for a table. He said that the couple, which definitely wasn't there before, was there before us. He said we would get our table in 2 minutes. After 2 minutes we left. You can't reserve a table and end up leaving because you feel like you've been treated rudely. If you hadn't made a reservation, I would understand. On Valentine's Day all the restaurants were full. But we had reserved. We won't go there anymore. When we left, all the guests were in one place except for us. I also immediately noticed that it says on the door that card payments are not possible at the moment. However, the sign looks like it hasn't been hanging there since yesterday. But that could also have been said on the phone. We won't go to that Greek place anymore. It's unbelievable how guests are treated. You definitely overbooked. This is a restaurant that has been around for 25 years.

Every journey is worth it. The restaurant is extremely busy. Great food, attentive service. Some vegetarian options (the best halloumi in Berlin). Special requests will be accommodated. Fair prices, which is no longer a given today. I'm currently in rehab at the UKB around the corner. I discovered the Hercules because it is close to the clinic. In any case, I will always come back to Biesdorf to eat here in the future. The 20 km distance doesn't matter. Thank you for a few very nice evenings where I didn't have to think about health problems!

Went to Herkules today on February 14th, 2024 and it was just great. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great and even though the employees were stressed, they were very nice.

Great Greek. We go here often and are super satisfied every time! Super nice staff, really tasty food and fast service. Yes, of course, if the shop is buzzing you have to wait a bit, but that's normal. You should definitely make a reservation at the weekend and during the week for lunch.

Food is great! Short waiting time for the order. Service very nice and friendly. It's best to reserve in advance. On weekday evenings it is very crowded and therefore often very loud. We still really enjoy going there. ;)

Waren am 2ten Weihnachtstag mit der Familie dort essen, besser geht's nicht, Essen und Personal sind super, immer wieder gerne.

War ganz schön voll, haben lange auf das Essen gewartet.

Wir waren mit einer 15köpfigen Geburtstagsgruppe dort. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Essen -egal ob von der Mittagskarte oder a la cart- ist reichlich und schmeckt sehr gut. Preislich völlig ok. Empfehlenswert.

Würden sehr freundlich begrüßt bekamen einen Begrüßungsgetränk Ouzo 😊und die Kinder einen Kinderschnaps (sprite) Der Salat kam ziemlich zügig und Die Kinder bekamen ihr Essen auch schon.Schnitzel und kleinen Gyros Teller Unser Essen kam kurze Zeit später Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Portionen ausreichend. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett wurden immer gut und zügig bedient. Es gab zu Guten Schluß noch ein Absacker 😊Wenn man hier ist aufjedenfall ein Besuch wert. Kommen gerne wieder 😊

UPDATE (last visit 14.12.) We had to wait for 30min until we got our drinks. One hour later (1.5h waiting time in total), we got our meals. Absolutely unacceptable. This happened on a Thursday. At 12:30. Honestly...do not recommend. Prices get higher, service is going down. Good taste, but small portion. We had to wait for more than 20min until ordering. Prices are getting higher and higher. Overall Service and amount of Ouzo got worse over time.

In allem ein klein wenig hinter dem Herkules 2 in Mahlsdorf. Im großen und ganzen aber auch gut.

Essen ist gut aber wir haben üner 2 Stunden auf die Vorspeisen gewartet und wurden eif ignoriert alle anderen kamen vor uns

Wir waren wie auch schon letztes Jahr reserviert mit fast 20 Leuten vor Ort. Soweit alles gut. Essen sehr schmackhaft. Die gegrillten Peperoni sind der Hammer. Es gab eine Flasche Ouzo und Schnapsgläser an den Tisch. Bekanntlich sind die Portionen immer sehr groß und ein engster Kumpel wollte ein Kinderessen bestellen, da er gesundheitlich nicht mit mehr zurecht kommt und es herausgeschmissenes Geld wäre. Der etwas forsch und bestimmt agierende Kellner (älterer Jahrgang und launisch) lehnte dies bei der Bestellung ab und begründete es damit, dass jeder sein Essen auch einpacken lassen kann und Kinderessen nicht an Erwachsene ausgegeben werden. Tja... "DER KUNDE IST KÖNIG" gilt hier scheinbar nicht. Geld regiert die Welt und die Absicht war somit klar erkennbar. Der Akt der Bezahlung war dann auch sehr bestimmt und ein gutes Trinkgeld unsererseits nicht zu erwarten. Pech für den Rest der Bedienung... der launische Kollege hat quasi alles versaut. Schade. Somit bleibt der doch sehr lebhafte Besuch mit negativen Eindrücken in Erinnerung.

Ein typisches griechisches Restaurant in Deutschland. Ouzo zur Begrüßung und freundliche Bewirtung. Die Speisen sind sehr fleischlastig. Vegane Gerichte gibt es leider nicht.
