Henrietta - Pizza Napoletana in Bamberg

Es ist ein sehr schönes Lokal, die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Pizzen waren köstlich und genauso gut wie die, die wir in Italien gegessen haben. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Besonders zum Business Lunch findet man hier ein optimales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Pizza ist ausreichend groß, sehr schmackhaft und genau richtig belegt. Die frischen Pestos sind eine lohnende Ergänzung für die Pizzaränder und vor allem das Genovese sehr aromatisch. Die Wartezeiten waren sehr kurz und die hausgemachten Eistees sind empfehlenswert.

Eigentlich suchten wir nur was zum schnell mal was trinken gehen, sind dann aber hier gelandet und waren von Service so überzeugt, das auch noch eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen daraus wurde. Service war extrem aufmerksam und super freundlich. Das Essen (zwei Pizzen und Pizzabrot) war sehr lecker. Das trotz einiger Besucher und dem Wunsch nach Schatten es möglich war für uns sechs was möglich zu machen - da hatten wir Glück. Sonst wäre uns dieses Kleinod durch die Lappen gegangen. Wir waren dann noch mal am Abend da und hofften auf ein Platz zum Essen, da hätten wir dann doch eine Reservierung benötigt.

Wir waren gestern um 18 Uhr da. Es waren mehrere Tische frei. Einige waren mit reserviert gekennzeichnet. Direkt vor uns hat ein paar noch einen frisch frei gewordenen Tisch bekommen. Als wir fragten, sagte man uns sehr unfreundlich es wäre nichts mehr frei alles ist reserviert. Als ein Tisch frei wurde fragte ich, was mit dem ist. Der war reserviert für 19:30 Uhr. Ich meinte das reicht uns locker. Daraufhin die Bedienung sehr Flapsch: „der Küche reicht das aber nicht“. Da frag ich mich wie die Küche zurecht kommt wenn alle Tische besetzt sind? Es waren zu dem Zeitpunkt Max 70% besetzt. Und das bei neapolitanischer Pizza die nun mal recht schnell geht eigentlich. Aber das schlimmste war die arrogante Überhebliche unfreundliche Art der Bedienung. Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Schade die Pizza sah sehr gut aus. Wir haben zum Glück einen anderen sehr guten Italiener gefunden, wo die Bedienung sehr freundlich war und das Essen sehr gut!

Sehr positive Erfahrung. Ich habe draußen gegessen. Ich bestellte eine Pizza mit Büffelmozzarella, Zucchini und Basilikum. Sie wurde, entgegen der Speisekarte und daher etwas ungewöhnlich, mit sehr viel Pfeffer serviert. Leider vertrage ich diesen Scharf nicht gut. Ich wies auf das Problem hin, man entschuldigte sich und tauschte die Pizza sofort und problemlos aus. Sie wurde mir in weniger als fünf Minuten zurückgebracht. Die neue Pizza ohne Pfeffer war sehr lecker, mit hochwertigen Zutaten, und ich habe sie sehr genossen. Der Service war exzellent, sowohl was die Bereitschaft zum Austausch der Pizza als auch die Freundlichkeit der Bedienung betrifft. Die Preise entsprechen dem deutschen Standard, der höher ist als der italienische. Sehr empfehlenswert. +++++

Leider ca. 10 Minuten rumgestanden und von Kellner zu Kellner geschickt worden bis uns jemand einen Platz zugewiesen hat. Leider wie so häufig scheitert es an guten Personal.

Das Henrietta überzeugt mit einem modernen, gemütlichen Ambiente und einer Küche, die wirklich abliefert. Die Gerichte sind frisch, kreativ und hochwertig, und man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Präsentation gelegt wird. Der Service ist freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt ein rundes, stimmiges Konzept, das einfach Spaß macht. Für mich ganz klar 5 Sterne.

Die Pizza ist aus meiner Sicht die beste der Stadt. Wer auch immer die Idee für das Rezept "Bee Sting" hatte, hat meinen Geschmack genau getroffen. Knusprige hauchdünne, leicht pikante Salami mit Honig verfeinert. Ich kann es empfehlen.

Das Essen war sehr gut, Pizza Prosciutto und ein Salat mit Ziegenkäse. Kam recht zügig. Eine weitere Getränkebestellung wurde leider vergessen, kam dann bei Nachfrage. Pizza und Salate zwischen 14 und 19 €.

Die Pizza war in Ordnung. Ich bin kein großer Fan von Carbonara auf Pizza. Die Kombination war zu fettig, und ich konnte nicht mehr als zwei Stücke essen.

Sehr gutes Essen und leckere alkoholische Getränke. Der Service war super freundlich und hat tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Plätze am Eingang sind besonders schön mit Blick auf den Steinofen – und trotz der Tür zieht es dort überhaupt nicht. Gerne wieder!

Ich war das erste Mal in der Henrietta. Super schneller und freundlicher Service. Gute Drinks und die Pizza war auch sehr lecker. Zusätzlich hatten wir noch die bruschetta und die Reisbällchen zur Vorspeise. Hat uns beides sehr gut geschmeckt und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ich bin spontan im Vollbetrieb reingegangen und habe zwei Pizzen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Ich habe mich auf längere Wartezeit eingestellt, aber sie waren so lieb und haben sie zwischengeschoben. Keine 5 min gewartet, 2 super leckere Pizzen und echt netter Service. Gerne gerne wieder!

Beste neapolitanische Pizza in Bamberg

Pizza Belag waren so lala, die Tomatensauce ist leider aus der Dose. Was aber toll ist, sie kommen alle aus dem Pizza Ofen und haben einen knusprigen Rand. Super Service, mir war das Lokal leider etwas zu dunkel/düster und daher nicht sehr ansprechend...

Wir waren mittags dort und saßen draußen in der Sonne an der Straße. Drin ist es ganz schön gestaltet. Die Pizza und Nudeln waren ganz lecker und auch der Salat. Der Pizzateig ist wirklich gut.

Auf Empfehlung hat es uns ins Henrietta verschlagen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen: SEHR gute Auswahl an super leckeren Gerichten - insbesondere Pizzen - ein sehr freundlicher Service und (neben den vielen gemütlichen Plätzen drinnen) sonnige Plätze rund ums Restaurant. Das Ambiente ist locker und entspannt, leider mit einer Straße mit mäßigem Verkehr direkt an der Terrasse. Unsere Pizzen und das Pesto Trio zum Dippen des Pizzarandes waren eine sehr gute Wahl! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Great pizza and friendly service

I came at 20:45, first I was ignored by the waiter and then I asked the guys on the pizza if they are open and they said yes - when the other waiter asked the floor manager (I guess) if they can serve me - she said that they are closed - even thought the kitchen was open until 21. Overall - we came to eat here as our stop towards another part of Germany and they were rude and overall super unprofessional. It’s 2026 - we need to divest from this kind of places.

We stopped by last weekend while passing through; the pizzas are top-notch and the service is super friendly and funny. You can reserve tables online and order takeout directly. However, sometimes they even manage to get you a table spontaneously! :) You guys are great!

I don't understand the hype. The food was okay, the toppings were really unusual. Unfortunately, the dough needed a few more minutes in the oven. And the dishes were a bit bland. The service itself was impeccable, however, what's a complete deal-breaker for me is this: You have two hours to eat, which is fine, since everything is quite quick. But why are you practically forced out a quarter of an hour before the time is up with the excuse that they need the table immediately, even though the place was practically empty at that point? It was worth a try. Unfortunately, it wasn't for us.

The best Neapolitan pizza outside of Italy! We especially love that they also offer vegan pizzas and pasta dishes. (We'd love an even wider selection of vegan options, ideally at no extra charge compared to the meat-based versions.) Super friendly service, short waiting times. A must-visit every time we're in Bamberg. A culinary delight.

I was there for the Christmas party. The food was excellent, the appetizers were delicious and elegantly presented. The service was very friendly and attentive. Go for it! 😜

Visually, the restaurant is a highlight, and the staff was very attentive. However, my pizza was unfortunately disappointing: the dough was too thin in the middle and it was clearly lacking in seasoning. Even adding salt, pepper, and garlic oil didn't improve things. I also found the tiled tables a bit cold when resting my arms on them, although that was only a minor drawback.

It was a lovely evening; the food was very good, and the price was reasonable. The server was always attentive, so we were never left with empty glasses. They even let us know when the kitchen was closing and asked if we wanted dessert. I'll definitely come back if I can get a table.

It's disappointing that you can't get anything to eat at 8:20 pm because the kitchen has already closed and they can't make a salad anymore. The friendly pizza maker would have made us a pizza. At the competition, they still have their full menu at 8:45 pm and the restaurant is packed. I wonder why?

It is the best pizza house in Bamberg! We had a pizza ,pasta and salad. Pizza dough was chewy and pasta tastes like homemade.

Pure disappointment. When we embarked on our annual trip to Bavarian cities, and this year Bamberg was on the agenda, the group was craving pizza one evening. Since our four-person regulars have already visited a few delicious Italian restaurants, we wanted to take the next step and decided to try a traditional Neapolitan restaurant. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met on either of our two visits to Henrietta. You might think that the pizza or pasta wasn't tasty or hearty. No. On two separate occasions, we were only offered seats at the counter, which we were unwilling and, given our standards, simply couldn't accept. What our group is now wondering is: Is it just us, because we're ordinary citizens, or is this restaurant actually so highly regarded by the people of Bamberg? We'll never know, and therefore a complete review is impossible.

We come here regularly and are always completely satisfied. The pizzas are consistently excellent, and there are always new varieties. You can tell that quality and attention to detail are paramount here. The service is always very attentive and professional – you feel seen and welcome. The ambiance is perfect, especially the unobstructed view of the oven. Our personal insider tip is the Espresso Martini! You absolutely must try it – it's truly outstanding and has become a must-have dessert for us in the evenings. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back again and again.

Very light and delicious pizza, in many exciting varieties. All the ingredients on the pizzas are extremely fresh and very well combined. We had a pizza with figs and honey and an Alpine-inspired pizza with bacon, both of which were excellent. Service was very quick and attentive. Overall, highly recommended. It's best to make a reservation in advance, as it gets very busy.

We had a Margherita pizza to go. It came with a little garlic oil on top. It was a very tasty pizza. The price was completely reasonable for a Neapolitan pizza. The service staff and the pizza chefs were very friendly. However, we should make a reservation in the evening; it was full, and that was on a typical Wednesday.

The restaurant impresses with truly excellent pizza; the truffle pizza is especially recommended; the flavors are perfectly balanced. The dough they use is simply top-notch; no other pizza in Bamberg can compare, in my opinion. The service is extremely friendly and attentive. Although it was very busy on a weekday evening, I was spontaneously seated at the bar and received excellent service. I had a really nice chat with the barmaid; the service was generally very communicative, really nice. It can get a bit noisy in the evenings, but that's understandable given the crowds. Therefore, I strongly recommend making a reservation, even during peak weekday hours. I was alone this time and was lucky that the bar was still free. Overall, truly excellent food, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. A definite recommendation :)

The perfect end to a short trip! After a friendly welcome from the waitress, we were shown a lovely, shady spot. Delicious arancini as an appetizer brought back memories of our last vacation in Sicily. And then came the pizza... Whether it was the crispy dough from the stone oven or the delicious toppings made with high-quality ingredients: an absolute revelation! The ambiance of the restaurants, the atmosphere among the staff, and the relaxed service clearly contributed to the overall experience. We'll definitely be back again if we're ever in Bamberg again!

Personally, I think they have the best pizza in Bamberg! Sure, the pizza isn't the cheapest, but it tastes excellent. I really enjoy eating there with my daughter and am already looking forward to the next time! The staff is always friendly and accommodating!

We've been here several times and have been impressed every time! The food—whether salads, pasta, or especially the pizza—is fantastic. Everything is fresh, high-quality, and incredibly delicious. The staff also deserves high praise: always friendly, attentive, and with a smile. They accommodate requests flexibly, so guests feel completely at home. Modern ambiance, with lovely outdoor seating in the summer and cozy indoors in the winter. Tip: Be sure to make a reservation; it's often difficult to get a table spontaneously. This restaurant is an absolute favorite for us—we're always happy to come back!

After we sat down outside, we were unfortunately forgotten. The waitress apologized and offered us an espresso on the house. It seemed very hospitable. The pizza was very special (The Goat) and well prepared. The dough also had a very distinctive flavor, which made the pizza stand out for me. All in all, I highly recommend the restaurant for its ambiance, hospitality, and unique dough, even if the combination of ingredients in the pizza wasn't my cup of tea. I'd gladly go back!

Wow! The best pizza I've had in a long time. The appetizer alone was an 11 out of 10. But the pizza was the ultimate culinary delight. Service could have been a bit faster, though; there were a lot of people standing around, but when you needed someone, there was no one there.
