The online reservation was very uncomplicated, the restaurant has a beautiful outdoor and indoor area and the waitresses were very friendly. I would recommend making a reservation (we were there on Friday evening). The food came very quickly and was very good!

Ladies and Gentlemen It is with great regret that I feel compelled to reflect on my recent culinary experiences in your establishment. The pizzas I tasted, namely the "Carbonara" and the "Lucifer," certainly showed a certain level of craftsmanship in terms of their quality, but I found that both dishes were characterized by excessive saltiness, which unfortunately spoiled the otherwise appealing taste noticeably impaired. The highlight of my evening was undoubtedly the dessert course, which deserves the highest recognition for its exquisite presentation and delicate execution. However, this positive experience could not completely outshine the previous shortcomings. The service was particularly disappointing, as it was noticeably slow. These delays spoiled the overall impression and unfortunately made the evening less enjoyable than it could have been with appropriate service. With the hope that this review contributes in a constructive way to improving your services, I remain with kind regards.

The service was very unfriendly. Although there were free places in the shade, we were told to sit in the sun. There was lipstick on the Coke glass. The pizza was burnt on top and bottom.

Food: The pizza was very tasty. The dough is very good and there are various very high quality toppings. I had the Serrano pizza. Absolute recommendation! Service: Absolutely top! The girls were all so incredibly nice and accommodating. We didn't miss anything during our stay. It was busy and yet the service was impeccable. Location: great location, you can park directly in the underground car park and it's only a short walk into the city.

As an Italian, I have to say the pizza was really good. The dough was well raised and with lot of flavour. I had an interesting pizza with salami and chilly honey, and the idea was great but there was way too much honey! Still great evening and the ice tea was gooood

Most of the pizzas and appetizers are of very good quality and taste accordingly. Unfortunately, I also had a dessert that contained fruit, which was clearly no longer good. => Food 4 stars Almost all of the service staff are very friendly. => Service 5 stars Unfortunately you don't have the option to sit inside in summer. On the one hand, it's understandable, because if it rains spontaneously and the inside is full and the outside is full, you would have a problem if suddenly all the guests HAD to go inside because of bad weather, but everything is full. On the other hand, it has to be said that the ambience in this exposed location is not only not nice, but there is a constant, heavy draft and this position is basically ALWAYS in the shade at dinner time. This is maximally pleasant when it is 30 degrees. But in the evening, when it has cooled down a bit, there is also wind and shadow. Very uncomfortable. Added to this - as I said - is the very exposed area. Some people might like that because it gives them something to GLOW about (the German's favorite hobby), but personally I don't think it's nice when cars and city buses are constantly rushing past 5 meters as the crow flies. That's why we won't be coming again - at least in the summer. If that doesn't bother you, you should try the Bee Sting pizza. And we will definitely come here again in winter. Because the ambience inside is really very nice. I would give almost 5 stars for indoors and a maximum of 2 for outdoors. So: => Ambiance 3 stars

Delicious food. 'Savage garden' pizza, although I'm not vegan, was absolutely mind blowing. 'Bee sting' pizza, basically pepperoni with honey, also beautiful. So many options for vegetarian & vegan. Thoroughly recommend.

My pizza tasted great! The service was also very nice. Food and drinks arrived quickly. Unfortunately it was unbearably stuffy and very warm. A fan would at least provide some relief.

Really fantastic food and pizzas. The prices are comparatively high but it also tastes really good. The Pesto Trio is particularly recommended for dipping pizza. There is a larger outside seating area, but it is advisable to reserve for this. As a rule, no reservation is necessary for the seats inside.

Delicious pizza, great service. For a pizza (name: “Fa* Bas****” 😵‍💫) €16.50 and for a salad with chicken around €17, a bit ambitious pricing but apart from these ridiculous prices it was really fun and tasted delicious. But there are also cheaper alternatives in Bamberg

From the moment you enter the restaurant to the moment you leave, you feel like you are in good hands. The wait staff is always willing to make recommendations and take special requests into account. Ambiance: The ambience is ok and cozy. It may not be the most extravagant restaurant in town, but it has its own charm. Conclusion: Henrietta is without a doubt the best place in the city to enjoy Neapolitan pizza. Great pizza and drinks! Excellent service: very friendly, accommodating and you know how things taste! Pizzas are not quite classic Italian style, a little different and taste excellent. People are very flexible here and try out seasonal and new trends (vegan mozzarella!!!) Wow. Even people who are less adventurous will find a lot on the menu here

Super delicious Neapolitan pizza. Nice staff and nice atmosphere. Vegetarians are also well catered for! I recommend ordering the arancini as a starter and a pizza and the pesto trio for dipping as the main course. You can't go wrong with the Italian table setting for dessert either 😉

The three of us had dinner at Henrietta on May 3rd, 2024. We had reservations for 6 p.m. The pesto pizza was dripping with grease; which was of course due to the pesto. This pizza idea is therefore questionable. But that wasn't the worst point, it was the time period management. At 7:53 p.m. the waitress came to our table and informed us that the next reservation had been made for the table starting at 8 p.m. Horrified, I replied: That's only 7 minutes left. Now it was time to pour down the beer (the pizza had already been eaten), pay quickly and go to the toilet in no time. Dessert was out of the question. It may be that this is how reservation management is handled there, but then you have to communicate this when making the reservation, or at the latest when taking your seats. It doesn't work like that at all. We won't eat there again and of course we won't recommend Henrietta. 👎👎👎

The dishes are always delicious and well thought out. The female waiters are very attentive and always friendly. The male waiter, on the other hand, was very unfriendly and seemed rather uninterested in serving a customer.

This is a really great restaurant. We went there for lunch twice and were very satisfied. All dishes were top. The pizza could be given a little more flavor by using a pre-dough and made even airier by cooking it longer. But the bottom line is that this is probably the best pizza in Bamberg. Insider tip: try the arancini.

I would love to give 0 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. That's why I get one star for the fact that you can sit outside quite nicely. We were there yesterday with a group of 9 and was completely disappointed. Unfortunately, the waitress completely failed in her job. There was a misunderstanding with the drink order (a drink was brought to the table that was not ordered) and the waitress reacted rudely and arrogantly. Was no longer visible after that to take food or ask for more drinks. The pasta dishes came first, after about an hour of waiting) the pizzas actually followed 1 hour!!! later. When I asked whether it was customary here to serve different dishes separately, the answer was again sloppy and I ran away. Food was nothing special for the price, especially considering the entire evening. Service simply underground. The drink was of course included in the bill at the end. Simply cheeky. We wouldn't come back again.

Visually it's a really great restaurant - both inside and out. The service was also nice. In my opinion, the pizza can be improved. There is a lack of salt and spices and the typical Neapolitan crust is much more doughy than large-pored and fluffy (and therefore quite dry). The homemade lemonade, on the other hand, is really recommended.

The reception was very friendly, as was the greeting at the table when we took the order. The Aperol Spritz was served in a water glass, something I've never experienced before. A beer in 0.3l in Bamberg is strange, but there are also 0.5l. Fortunately. The pizza tasted good, although the base was very, very thin. This had the effect that the base could not withstand the juiciness. A pity Suddenly a Porsche SUV parked in front of the entrance area and a gentleman came in and immediately argued with the staff at the counter about the open space in front of the restaurant. Unfortunately, every guest was able to attend this conversation, as the gentleman probably lacked professional behavior. Please keep in mind that staff is still in short supply. All in all, our stay was okay, but we would think about and weigh up the decision to drive into the city specifically for it very carefully.

Very well attended even on a normal Tuesday evening. Carpaccio beautifully garnished and nice meat. Great Parmesan. Good piece of lemon. Sensational: the fried capers! Very interesting. Unfortunately the pizza bread served with it was very tough. Unfortunately the pizza was also tough. I was missing some flavor from the sunny side up. And it was a lot of fior di latte. The service was excellent. Price: 17.50 is actually too expensive for a pizza (in this normal size).

Super tasty pizza in a nice atmosphere, at good prices

The restaurant is really very chic and hip decorated inside. I really liked that! We were there for dinner and for the first time for us personally. For me, Pizza Napoletana is a super tasty version of pizza. The anticipation was therefore correspondingly great. Our waiter was rather awkward and unmotivated. But probably still quite new there. As an aperitif we chose an Aperol and a Henrietta Sprizz. The former unfortunately came without carbon dioxide - but was then sensibly renewed. As a starter we shared the Vitello Tonato. The meat was good, but the sauce was very tasteless and runny. Tuna didn't come across at all. Unfortunately, what stood out in taste was the sweet balsamic cream. That was really nothing. For the main course we chose the truffle and carbonara pizza. The truffle pizza tasted excellent. Dough, tomato sugo as well as the truffle and the truffle ricotta - two thumbs up. You should save a little on the amount of ricotta. Overall I found it too powerful - but in terms of concept and taste it was a great pizza. The second pizza was the carbonara: it had thickly sliced, completely dry bacon on it. According to the map it should be Pancetta. Unfortunately, it was hardly edible and a good 90% of the pancetta went back on the plate. Our waiter was unimpressed by everything and nothing more than I don't know, I'll pass it on, etc. came. A colleague of his came to pay and at least took our criticism seriously. She explained that the pancetta is left out in the pan in advance - of course it shouldn't be dry. To apologize, she offered us an espresso on the house. However, the espresso is brewed too hot and therefore tasted burnt and not good. All in all, a restaurant that really looks great, but fails in various details and execution. Unfortunately not recommended for the really high price. Our highlight of the evening was a cocktail with passion fruit, vodka, Aperol and a few other ingredients.

Modern, young atmosphere. The pizza was very good. Fine dough. Very airy edge. Maybe the bottom is a little too thin towards the middle; It was soggy due to the topping, but that didn't affect the taste. The red house wine went well with the tomato sugo of the pizza. The tiramisu was fresh and, for me, pleasantly slightly sweet. It tasted a bit one-dimensional; The almond flavor was missing and the buscuit was slightly too watery without a full coffee flavor emerging at the same time. I would come back and recommend the restaurant.

It was so delicious! After some sightseeing in Bamberg, we landed here at lunchtime and got a place without a reservation (there was still a lot available). There are a few selected pizzas that are really cheap at lunchtime. I had the pizza carbonara, which unfortunately wasn't discounted at lunchtime, but whatever - it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had! The ambience is really nice both inside and out, the location by the river is also great. The service is super friendly. And because it was so delicious, we came back here the next day for lunch and shared a pizza carbonara. We recommend!

Sitting outside in fantastic weather and eating a large pizza: that's exactly what you can do here. If the weather is less good, it is also possible to stay inside. The service is good, the prices are more than fair and the pizza is extremely tasty. A large, sharp knife is served with every pizza so that there is no frustration while eating.

The food was incredibly good, taste and appearance A1. It's not cheap, but the food is worth it. Personally, the ambience is too narrow for me and therefore too loud, as the neighboring table feels like it's an elbow's length away.

We wanted a pizza to take away and after waiting outside for half an hour we went back in to ask and were simply ignored by the waitress even though we tried several times to get her attention. Then we asked another waitress and had our pizza in 5 minutes.

One thing in advance, the pizza tasted quite good, the edge was crispy but the middle wasn't really that good... it was flimsy, the salad also tasted good, but the leaf lettuce wasn't cut by yourself (people, you can see that... take it). Just put the brown ones away). The staff was friendly and quick...too fast...ordered drinks and food after three minutes...the pizza and our drink were both there after less than 5 minutes...the salad took a while...but not long. ..somehow we felt like we were being processed...we had a 2-hour slot, but we were finished after 30 minutes and paid...the atmosphere for us was like a modern canteen only with service...get in quickly, go back quickly out... pretty expensive too... that was nothing, or we're not the audience we were aiming for... .. we feel more comfortable with our big brother next door.

Pizza looks better than it tastes. The dough is great, but the sauce is almost impossible to taste. Ambience also gets very crowded. Unfortunately a lot of potential was wasted. Prices are also very strong. 18€ for a pizza then it would have to be really great.

The premiere visit to the Henrietta has now worked out. The location, still known to many as the former Bischofsmühle, remains to be remembered: great, stylish, modern furnishings, the old building structure is preserved. The seating in the front area is not very comfortable, the service worked and all in all the food was tasty, if only it weren't for the famous fly in the ointment: the Henrietta antipasti plate as a starter is exorbitantly expensive at €14.50 each three slices of ham/salami. The pizza tasted good, but was difficult to eat because the base was so thin that it was more slobber than crispy dough, and everything was very, very clearly topped. The pizza was too oily. I think the price for this is at least 40% too expensive when you consider the cost of goods sold. And we're sure: spicy doesn't mean spicy. Maybe I just dialed wrong. The other dishes were ok and filling.

Das Ambiente hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Altes Gebäude, liebevoll unter Rücksicht auf die historische Bausubstanz renoviert -toll! Es war ungewohnt viel Personal da und damit die ganze Atmosphäre entspannt, aufmerksam und sehr angenehm. Pizzen waren ein Highlight. Seit sehr langer Zeit keine so gute Pizza mehr gegessen! Cocktails ebenso zu empfehlen. Danke für den schönen Abend!

Das Personal ist super nett, Ambiente wirklich richtig schön, das Essen kam auch super schnell nach nicht mal 10 Minuten, aber meine Pizza war wirklich schrecklich. Ich habe mir die teuerste Pizza ausgesucht und wurde bitter enttäuscht. Noch nie fand ich eine Pizza geschmacklich so furchtbar, vielleicht lag es einfach an meiner Wahl, aber nochmal würde ich dort keine Pizza bestellen. Schade :(

Gut gelegene Location mit Parkplätzen direkt neben an in der Tiefgarage Geyerswörth. Der 1 Eindruck war voll sowohl von außen als auch von innen, leider ist es tatsächlich viel zu dunkel um die Speisekarte lesen zu können, Die Speisekarte selbst ist für einen nicht Italien teilweise nicht nachvollziehbar. Pizzen sind optisch der absolute Hammer, leider fand ich den Geschmack nur halb so gut, der Rand absolut Cross , was man von der Mitte leider nicht sagen konnte da war der Teich so weich das es mehr ein reisen war und kein schneiden, also mal schnell die Pizza auf die Hand nehmen und reinbeissen ist bei allen 3 Pizza nicht möglich gewesen. Die Bedienung war nett und zuvorkommend. Preise finde ich tatsächlich etwas zu hoch für Bamberg.

Eine richtige Bereicherung. Sehr leckere Pizza, auch für Menschen die sehr regelmäßig Pizza essen und schon viel gesehen haben. Tipp: 2 unterschiedliche Pizzen bestellen und mit einer zweiten Person halbe halbe teilen. Wir hatten z.B. eine Trüffelpizza und das "dicke Kind ohne Vater" :-)

Der Salat Pollo schmeckt sehr lecker und ist in der Mittagszeit vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis echt toll. Das dazugereichte Brot schmeckt grandios.

War am Anfang echt unser Favorit was Pizzen angeht. Leider immer mehr nachgelassen in der Qualität.

Leckere authentische Pizza, hauchdünn und mit einem luftigen Rand. Hier werden qualitativ hochwertige Zutaten verwendet. Das Gemüse auf unserer „Savage Garden“ Pizza war frisch und knackig. Neben den traditionellen Pizzen gibt es einige interessante (ungewöhnliche) Varianten. Auch das Business Lunch Angebot ist sehr empfehlenswert und bietet eine gute Auswahl.

Gut aber nicht überdurchschnittlich gut

Leider wird das Wasser in einer 0,5 Liter Glaskaraffe gebracht. Diese schaut sehr unappetitlich und verkalkt aus! Habe auch anstatt ein spritziges Wasser, still bekommen.(vermutlich Leitungswasser aufbereitet) Wurde von mir natürlich angesprochen.

Waren zu Viert dort zu Abend essen. Service war teilweise nur ok... Gläser waren teilweise lang leer und es wurde nicht so viel nach uns geschaut, trotz nicht voll besetztem Lokal. Da gibt es definitiv bisschen Verbesserungsbedarf. Ambiente im Lokal ist wundervoll mit den großen alten Balken und dem gesamten Altbau Flair. Essen war sehr gut, Karte ein wenig zu übersichtlich, sprich ein bisschen mehr Gerichte wären echt super (persönliche Meinung) Ansonsten war unser Abend dort echt schön, was sehr positiv aufgefallen ist war hier die Akustik, also man konnte sich sehr gut unterhalten obwohl die Tische sehr nah beinander stehen. Positiv zu sagen wäre noch die Park Möglichkeiten mit der Geyerswörth Tiefgarage. Wenn man dort parkt hat man ca 30-60 sek zum Lokal. Aussenbereich war nicht in Benutzung wegen Winter macht aber bestimmt bei schönem Wetter Spaß draußen zu sitzen. Gerne wieder.
