⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super lecker und absolut empfehlenswert! 🍗 Wir waren direkt vor Ort essen und waren absolut begeistert. Das Hähnchen war perfekt saftig, super gewürzt und zart. Dazu der frische Salat im Fladenbrot mit der leckeren Soße – einfach top! Auch die Qualität und Frische überzeugen komplett. Dazu kommt, dass es 100% Halal ist. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! ⭐

Trockenstes Hähnchen meines Lebens. N Haufen Federn wäre saftiger gewesen. Pommes 10/10, rest war n Haufen Staub.

Alles war perfekt – das Essen, der Service und die gute Atmosphäre.

Sehr teuer und dafür leider enttäuschend. 15 € für ein halbes Hähnchen als Menü, Ketchup/Mayo, Brötchen kosten extra. Nach dem Essen hatten mein Kollege und ich Magenschmerzen.

Ich war schon öfter bei Hendl Cube in Heilbronn und bin insgesamt wirklich zufrieden. Das Hähnchen ist geschmacklich top, schön gewürzt und in den meisten Fällen richtig saftig. Ab und zu hatte ich allerdings auch ein Hähnchen, das etwas trockener war – deshalb ziehe ich einen Stern ab. Ansonsten stimmt das Gesamtpaket: freundlicher Service, frische Zubereitung und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich komme trotzdem gerne wieder und kann Hendl Cube definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Ich habe mehrfach ausdrücklich nachgefragt, ob bestimmte Speisen halal sind. Mir wurde an der Kasse bestätigt, dass sie halal seien. Später hat sich jedoch herausgestellt, dass das angeblich halal angebotene Essen tatsächlich gar nicht halal war. Für mich als Muslim ist das keine Kleinigkeit, sondern eine Frage des Vertrauens. Besonders enttäuschend war außerdem der Umgang an der Kasse. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde mir respektlos und herablassend begegnet, anstatt meine berechtigte Frage ernst zu nehmen. Wer Speisen als halal bezeichnet oder entsprechende Auskünfte gibt, sollte absolut sicher sein, dass diese Angaben stimmen. Nach dieser Erfahrung habe ich leider das Vertrauen verloren und werde nicht wiederkommen.

Mein Essen war sehr lecker und es ging recht zügig aber die Pommes waren etwas zu wenig finde ich meiner Meinung nach aber ansonsten sehr lecker

Super Freundliche Personal leckeres Essen und besonders die Chantal freundliche einstellung und sehr guter Service alles was man zutage braucht und der Tag kann kommen 😋 guten Appetit

Die Hühnchen sind echt gut, aber nach dem Umbau hat der Laden das Ambiente eines Bahnhofsbistros mit Selbstbedienung (letzteres buchstäblich). Essen abholen ok, aber vor Ort essen nur wenns unbedingt nötig ist.

Ich schreibe diese Bewertung im Auftrag Ali 04 Gestern wurde dort gegessen: 4 Schnitzel mit Spätzle bzw. Pommes, eines davon mit Bratensoße 2,90€ sowie 4 Getränke haben insgesamt 78 € gekostet. Das Essen war in Ordnung, allerdings wurde der Preis als recht hoch empfunden.

Der Service eine absolute Null.

Essen geschmacklich gut, daran gibt’s nichts auszusetzen. Die Wartezeit war allerdings sehr schlecht: über 30 Minuten gewartet, obwohl andere Gäste, die nach mir da waren, ihr Essen deutlich früher bekommen haben. Okay, das war jetzt mein 5. Mal das ich hier essen war. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedes Mal extrem freundlich.eine um Bestellung war kostenlos und die soßen gab es auch im Nachschlag. Das Essen ist lecker und auf den Punkt saftig. Getränke sind im Preis moderat! Für mich eine glatte Empfehlung !!

Als es noch Wienerwald hieß, war es großartig, aber nach dem Besitzerwechsel wurde es unglaublich schlecht.

Vor 3 Wochen habe ich Essen liefern lassen. Was soll ich sagen: Schlimm. Ich hab ein Menü mit Cola bezahlt und nach 2 maliger Aufforderung wurde trotz Erzählung, dass die Cola gleich geliefert wird, nie geliefert!

I ordered two chickens, two orders of fries, and an XL crispy burger online for pickup... I live 5 minutes away from there... When I got home, the chicken was great as always!... The fries were completely cold, and you couldn't call them two portions... The XL crispy burger was just a regular chicken burger that cost less, but I paid for the more expensive one... What more can I say? I don't think the owner knows what's going on... Oh well, you live and learn.

The chicken was juicy, well-seasoned, and fresh off the grill – just as it should be. The side dishes were also delicious, and the portions were perfectly generous. The team was friendly and efficient, despite the busy atmosphere. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. Definitely a place I would recommend and would gladly visit again!

The real chicken winner in Heilbronn: HendlCube vs. City Chicken If you're unlucky enough to end up at City Chicken first, you almost lose faith in good fast food. I went there for the first time yesterday because my boyfriend said it was delicious. The woman taking my order spoke very poor German. I said I'd order that, but she immediately mistook it as another order. I said no twice and finally said I didn't understand the woman. I waited 10 minutes for my order, when it came, and ate it. The BBQ and herbs were very salty, and it was very hard to eat. Afterward, I got a stomach ache and started throwing up. I'm writing this so others don't get sick... so disappointed 🫥

Waited forever and the food wasn't good either.

I've eaten there twice this year after a long absence. First time, even though it was quiet, I waited 20 minutes for my food. The staff didn't seem particularly service-oriented and seemed annoyed. There was loud laughter in the kitchen. I can only agree with many of the people here; it used to be much better. I paid €17.50, and the amount of fries is ridiculous, I think. So, I won't be eating there again.

The food has declined significantly in recent years. The chickens are barely visible to the naked eye. They probably didn't have to be slaughtered; they starved to death. 😂😂 . But the service is very friendly.

Very bad experience – not recommended I am shocked by the quality of the food and the way they treated customers. The food was inedible, and I have serious concerns about hygiene – it smelled spoiled and reminded me of the risk of salmonella. I explicitly emphasized 10 times that I wanted extra crispy food – this was completely ignored. Everything was super delicious! Unfortunately this time the waiting time was too long (for exceptional reasons), but the employees were so nice and friendly that they sincerely apologized and offered a small compensation. Unfortunately, such top service is rarely found...

Not as good as it used to be, unfortunately. I went there for the first time after the name change and ordered half a chicken. The meat used to literally fall off the bone, it was juicy, the skin was crispy and very tasty. Unfortunately now it tastes like any standard chicken, nothing special anymore. Very unfortunate. Nevertheless, the lady at the counter was very friendly.

We decided to order something from HandleCube, formerly Wiener Wald, on Thursday April 3rd, 2025 between 5 and 6 p.m. Unfortunately the service was a complete disappointment. We had to wait about 10 minutes, even though the employee was right at the counter and kept walking past us without saying a single word. Not even a brief warning that it might take a while or an apology for the wait - we were simply ignored. We are not used to this from either the Vienna Woods or HandleCube, and this experience was really incomprehensible to us. It is an absolute disrespect how we were treated. In Germany you expect at least a minimum of politeness and attentiveness in service, especially in a restaurant or fast food shop. We left the store immediately due to the poor service. It's a real shame that such a negative experience marked our visit because we expected more from HandleCube. Such treatment is really rare in Germany and is definitely not standard.

We were thrilled with our visit! The staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We ordered two large XL boxes and two salads, and everything was simply perfect. The salads were fresh and crisp, and the XL boxes were generously filled and incredibly delicious. The food was prepared incredibly quickly, and we felt very comfortable from start to finish. Kudos to the friendly staff member and the kitchen! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant.

It has a bit of a snack bar feel to it. You have to order at the counter and pick up your food. But the food was quite tasty.

Simply great! 🌟 I rarely write reviews - and when I do, I often write critical ones. But this time I just have to give praise! I was at this restaurant on February 27th 2025 around 7pm and although it was very busy and the wait was a bit longer, the team really went above and beyond. I was particularly impressed by the employees at the checkout. They were cheerful, charming and attentive. Despite the hustle and bustle, they kept an eye on every guest, always served with a smile and even responded to small moods. Anyone who had to wait longer was politely offered a drink - that's service that will be remembered! And then the food – simply amazing! So delicious. great quality – simply a pleasure! The relaxed and warm atmosphere in the team was also passed on to the guests - there was a lot of laughter and that made the visit even more pleasant. A service like this cannot be taken for granted and makes a huge difference. Clear recommendation – I would love to come back! 😊

Delicious chicken to take away and also on site

Never again! I ordered a crispy chicken burger, but I only got a "salad burger" with maybe 10% chicken! When I asked, I was told that this was fine. I come here regularly, but I've never experienced anything like this. Very disappointing!

Unfortunately our visit was disappointing. We ordered the WingCube XL for All, but some of the chicken was undercooked, which is absolutely unacceptable. What was particularly unpleasant was that the kitchen area smelled extremely, as if it smelled like a toilet - that completely spoiled our appetite. To be on the safe side, I only ate the potatoes, but my husband struggled with extreme cramps and stomach problems after eating the chicken.

The HendlCube in Heilbronn is by far the best chicken house there is. The staff around Marta, Samra and Co. are always very friendly, courteous and respectful towards their customers and fulfill every customer request that is expressed. In addition, the boss is very warm, friendly and accommodating and likes to take the time to ask his customers about their well-being. His daughter and son, who also work in the shop, are so friendly, respectful and polite that you can easily see that they were raised in a very good home. All in one, a perfect restaurant if you value taste, quality and a feel-good atmosphere. I really enjoy being a regular here with my wife! Best regards Alen

1/2 chicken with coleslaw 👍 and very nice service

Hello, we ordered 3 half chickens to take away this evening. The room looks nice inside, the employees are nice. But the food we unpacked at home was unfortunately not sufficiently cooked. Most of our chicken didn't taste good either. The size also left a lot to be desired, which in our opinion shouldn't match the price. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience eating it, but I would give it another chance in the hope that the reviews are fair.

Today the kitchen stays cold, today we're off to the Vienna Woods. The formerly very good Wienerwald, now modern HendlCube, has changed a lot recently, unfortunately not only to the advantage. Self-service only. We were happy to get the delicious family platter there to take home. This offered a colorful mix of different poultry specialties (several breaded and natural schnitzels, spicy nuggets, 1/2 chicken), various potato side dishes (fries and röstis) as well as delicious vegetables and 2 citizens for €33.50 (as of 2022). Unfortunately, to our regret, these are no longer available. Alternatively, the “PartyCube” with extra grilled vegetables (+€3.90 / as of 10/2022) can be selected. Very friendly staff. More tips: • 13. Free half chicken with stamp card • Changing dishes • Free parking spaces directly on site The EC machine shown at the entrance is currently not usable. Payment possible in cash or with EC card. Still worth a visit!

I would actually like to give it 5 stars. But unfortunately I have to complain that dogs are also allowed in. This time the guests sat with the dog directly at the salad bar. The dog kept shaking. That disgusted me so much that I couldn't get any salt. Actually, I've missed the food in general too. Another time a dog ran around on the seats. I thought it was a one-time thing at the time, but apparently dogs are allowed in. The next time I see a dog in a restaurant I will eat somewhere else. The quality has also deteriorated a lot, I have to say. For what I spent there today it is very poor. Tables weren't clean, the schnitzels were so thin and full of fat. In addition, each plate's portion size was different. Although all four plates were the same menu. The salad was already dried out and was watered again with sauce. The pepper cream sauce was well diluted, all the plates were on the edge, which as far as I know is not okay for bacteria. The glasses are matt and full of fingerprints. All in all that's it folks. We don't eat there anymore. For the money I can also have the food brought to the table where I'm happy to leave a tip. In addition, this beeping from the food collection system is getting on your nerves.

I wanted to order something and was very rude and suddenly hung up and stopped answering the phone. So service 1 point is actually too much. You don't behave like that, even when you're stressed!

Please be careful when you are ordering. Only some of the options are halal. Unfortunately 'halal' sign at the middle of the whole chicken is misleading. We got the perception that everything is halal. They said some of the chickens are delivered frozen and they are not halal, including kids menu.

Not all products have the halal sign. After that we asked and they confirmed that some products are not halal. Food price/performance very good, somewhat sparse furnishings

The food was good as always. The guy at the checkout took an unusually long time to serve the next customer. We waited at the front for about 10 minutes until we were finally greeted and another 5 minutes until we could order. Unfortunately, half of the order was wrong and after the third time running forward because some sauce was missing or a burger or side dish was wrong, I didn't feel like running back and forth anymore. At first it was dripping from the ceiling in one place and at some point the entire table was under water, which is why we had the food packed up because there were no other places left.
