Europa Simit Palast in Heilbronn

Very nice location, delicious cocktails. The prices are a bit steep. Otherwise everything is great. The nice bartender simply mixes things best.

You can't get breakfast after 11 a.m. Then, over coffee, an accusatory: "Do you have to go here?" "Um, I wanted coffee." There were cardboard boxes in front of the other machines. And then, when you want dessert, you get yelled at and told to wait until she's finished setting out everything.

This was a spontaneous decision to head over there for a late lunch. It was pretty full outside and there were only 2 servers so we had quite a wait before getting our orders sent to the kitchen. The food was delicious as always- however I found the portion too small this time for the price - and it wasn’t even on the special offers lunch menu. I had Wiener Schnitzel and instead of getting the usual sides of Bratkartoffel and salad - I asked for Käsespätzle- I’m glad that worked. All in all I was satisfied except for the portion size.

The service and ambiance are good, but €22 for a bit of schnitzel isn't so good… small portion and poorly presented. Still, it was delicious.

Wir waren letzte Woche nach der Vorstellung hier und ganz zufrieden. Das Essen war ganz ausgezeichnet und der Service sehr angenehm. Ein paar weiße Tischtücher wären ganz nett und würden (trotz Bistro) zum Ambiente passen. Aber das ist persönliches Empfinden und hat keinen Einfluss auf die Bewertung. Unsere erste Reservierung per Mail war kein Problem. Leider wollte ich für kommende Woche wieder per Mail reservieren (dieses mal ich selbst mit anderer Mailadresse). Leider bekomme ich keine Antwort. Wir haben uns jetzt anderweitig orientiert, aber gelegentlich ins Spamfach schauen wäre bestimmt gut.
