Hema Kebab in Saarlouis

Delivery arrived after 1.5 hours. They promised 30-45 minutes. No apology, and they also charged an unjustified €2.50 for the trip. The burgers were good, but the kebab wasn't that great. We won't be ordering from here again in the future.

I visited HEMA on a Sunday evening in-store. I ordered eight flatbreads (unfilled durum breads) to take away. The employee initially told me it would take a moment, so I began to wait patiently. Time passed, and I was still waiting. In between, I was repeatedly fobbed off with empty phrases like "order almost ready" or "just a moment." After 50 minutes of waiting, I approached one of the employees. I remained friendly, of course, and said that it wouldn't have been a problem if they had told me they didn't have time for my order. I was informed that I had been told from the beginning that it would take a moment longer, and besides, the oven in the kitchen was too small to bake so many flatbreads at once. But I don't think anyone in my situation would have imagined it would take so long. I'm generally a very understanding person, even if things take a while or an order isn't 100% correct. But such a long wait (almost 60 minutes in total) is completely unacceptable. I won't be visiting this store again anytime soon, even if I was offered a free bottle of Coke as an apology.

Very friendly service and very good food

We've been customers for ages and regularly pick up food, but after today, I'm deeply disappointed. The large kebab was only half full, so you could close it completely, and it didn't fill me up, which is sad considering the high price. I loved the kebab for its bread, but now I think I'll have to find a new kebab shop. It's a shame :(

Best pizza around here. We searched for a good pizza delivery service for a long time and found it here! Pizza...simply top-notch. The party pizza is incredibly delicious, the crust is fluffy and tastes simply amazing. We especially like the pizza kebab 🤭 Even our request to split the menu half and half is never a problem. Delivery is always great. Upon request, the delivery driver will call when he arrives, as our daughter is always asleep. We've ordered from there several times and will continue to order from there.

An absolute masterpiece. The quality you get here is incredible. Delicious meat, their own sauce. Always fresh. They even manage to deliver the fries always crunchy. This shop in Saarland/Saarlouis deserves more attention. Especially because the shop has only been in Saarlouis for two to four years, and these days, kebab shops are significantly declining in quality, making it hard to find a place that's any good. This one is an absolute insider tip. I'd love to come back again.

Very tasty pizza with really good dough! The party pizza is particularly great as Pizza Kebap or Pizza Chef (basically kebab with an upgrade). 👍

Simply taste 10 out of 10. Very very tasty and really great pide bread. Always preferred.

40 minutes of waiting... We've been waiting for an hour and 10 minutes and when I called they were still preparing our food. A spaghetti pizza and a kebab box don't take an hour.

The food was very nice but meat was a bit. But the employees couldn't speak a single German word, they didn't understand it, so we didn't go there anymore

Ordered food yesterday, burgers were okay, just not enough burger sauce, so the meat came across a bit dry, and for the price there could have been a little more sauce on it. Then I've often ordered spaghetti carbonara, and it's always been good so far, but yesterday when I opened the package I noticed a sour smell, as if the cream had been bad or the pasta had been bad, in any case I immediately put the lid back on and didn't eat any of it. Today I'm driving the noodles there again, I'm curious what they mean when I threaten them with the health department, let's see if they can still find excuses. Sorry, I'm sorry, but that's not possible in the industry. I have no understanding of something like that. I don't want to get food poisoning. I definitely won't be ordering anything there again. Report to the health department is also going out today. Sorry, I'm not usually that petty, but this is going too far.

We were completely satisfied, two kebabs (one with meat and one falafel) were very good. The bread is with sesame and tastes like homemade! The service was very friendly, despite being busy at the weekend. We'd love to come back.

So far it's always been great, I've ordered several times for delivery and pick up. Pizza really good dough, not too thick, not too thin, kebab plate. Meat was always tasty too

Essen leider nicht gut. Schon wesentlich bessere schlechte Döner gegessen als den hier. War einmal da und nie wieder. Personal konnte zwar kaum deutsch war aber immerhin höflich zu mir gewesen. Wollte mir nen Döner mit Käse holen. Hatten nurnoch eine halbe scheibe da (es war aber auch Sonntag 22:15 Uhr). Wollte mir den Döner mit der halben scheibe käse trotzdem für 5,50€ abziehen. Bei jeder halbwegs anständigen Dönerbude hättest du den Käse eventuell dann kostenlos bekommen. Bleibe dann doch lieber bei Botan in Wallerfangen oder beim Orient Grill in Saarlouis.

Man kann wirklich super lecker essen. Preisleistung 1a und der Chef einfach top geht auf jeden Extrawunsch ein.

Warum kommen Sie den Bestellungen Ihrer Kunden nicht nach? Ich habe Reis mit Hühnchen bestellt. Ich habe fast keinen Reis mit Hühnchen und viel Milchsauce bekommen. Ich habe eine Milchallergie. Ich würde nicht mehr bei Ihnen bestellen

Der Döner war sehr schlecht das weiß ich Lesch zu dir aber ich in meinem Leben gegessen habe und die Pommes waren einfach Matsch und die Sauce hat nach Frischkäse geschmeckt und und das Fleisch hat nach Currywurst geschmeckt auf jeden Fall für alle war das lesen es war sehr schlecht

Yufka hat sehr gut geschmeckt sehr Sensationell aber die Bedienung ist sehr unhöflich und Beherrscht die deutsche Sprache nicht so gut aber trd hat das Essen geschmeckt

Wir sind Stammkunden bei Hema und hatten wirklich noch kein Gericht, das uns nicht geschmeckt hätte. Die türkischen Speisen sind alle frisch gefertigt, das Fladennbrot ist das Beste, das wir bisher im Landkreis Saarlouis gefunden haben. Die Lieferung erfolgt immer sehr schnell und problemlos, Wünsche werden immer berücksichtigt. Vielen Dank für viele gerettete Abende!!! Eins fehlt uns allerdings bei euch noch - Nachspeise 🤭

Schnitzel scheinen in der Fritteuse zubereitet worden zu sein und nicht in der Pfanne. Schnitzel sind stark geschrumpft und waren Furztrocken. Lediglich 2 Sterne, da die Pommes noch leicht knusprig waren. Ein weiteres mal muss ich dort nicht bestellen.

Absolut geniale Pizzen aber Preispolitik sollte mal überdacht werden.. 1 pizza 30 cm kostet 8,50...1pizza mit 40cm kostet 17 euro... Was bestell ich? 2x a 30cm natürlich.

Bestelle da immer sehr gerne Yufka und ich muss sagen die macht richtig satt und schmeckt Baba, Preise sind okay, Lieferzeit ist immer so 1 Stunden oder 30 min und der Lieferant ist sehr nett.

Wir haben hier schon mehrfach bestellt und waren immer zufrieden. Die Döner und auch Nudeln sind immer sehr lecker gewesen, aber die größte Überraschung ist wirklich die Pizza gewesen. Echt super uns gehört zu jeder Bestellung dazu.

Kein Brot bei den Tellern und Haare im essen. Geschmacklich gar nicht mal so schlecht aber die Portionen sind zu klein und zu teuer.

War so lecker! Teig von Döner und Pide wohl selbst gemacht, war riiiichtig gut! Fahrer nett, hat unseren doch eher versteckten Eingang direkt gefunden.
