The veal schnitzel is pretty good though I wouldn’t say the best I had. Service wasn’t good at all.

Went there for dinner today. Delicious ! The schnitzels are so tender that you almost don't need the knife! The staff, all very friendly and accommodating! Price performance, fits! Highly recommended for families!

In terms of price, the Heimwerk is struggling to compete with the surrounding pubs. Without a side dish you'll lose more money than at one of the restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, charging money for ketchup is 1990. But the food is always solid. Payment concept via QR code is great!

I have already been several times and the food is super good and the price is good but what I didn't like the last time I went was that we paid separately between 3 people and each person added €5 to the tip account without consulting us We realized later by looking at the ticket I will go again because the food is good but this time reviewing this

The environment is so nice! It was the second time we were there! We had schnitzel! The food is great and the service very friendly and fast!

A schnitzel with fries in the lunch special for around twelve euros in downtown Munich – I think that’s a fair offer. The schnitzel wasn't very big, but the quality was really good. I would particularly like to emphasize the quality of service: Due to my physical limitations, I had two special requests. The waiter Florian did a great job. Thank you for that.

This is a bar restaurant in Munich. It's a beautiful store with a really cute interior! I recommend the schnitzel at this restaurant, and the thin pork with a crispy coating was amazing! !

Very tasty and large portions. The vegetarian Schnitzel burger tasted very good and so did the kartoffelsalat salad. The place is big, you have to go early to find a seat. The service was very friendly and helpful. The approximate value is €20 - €25 per person with main dish, side dish, drink and tip.

I ended up there spontaneously with an old friend because we happened to be standing in front of it and didn't have much time.. Even though I live opposite, it never appealed to me because it seems more like a tourist meeting place to me.. But I was pleasantly surprised, the hugos were delicious (and the second one I ordered was just as delicious, perfect mixing ratio), as was the snack-sized veal schnitzel with very tasty fries and sweet potato fries - really flawless.. Ambiance is still not my thing, but outside of peak times I'll definitely stop by again for a hugo and a schnitzel.. afterwards I read that the mayo (like many other things on the menu) was vegan, I would never have noticed - it tasted like normal mayo.. I'll definitely try something vegan there too.. there's something for everyone

Absolutely disappointing – tourist rip off! Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was a complete disappointment. The quality of the food was not nearly as good as you would expect. The portions were small and the taste left a lot to be desired. The management of the place was particularly disappointing - it seemed more designed to rip off tourists than to provide a good, authentic experience. It's not value for money at all and I definitely wouldn't come back.

I've been to DIY a few times now and I'm loving it more and more! No matter what the occasion, it's just really great. The mix of Bavarian and hip dishes and ambience, the creativity and variety are simply brilliant. Florian hosted us this time and he was super! I had a great stay at HeimWerk Tal in Munich. I enjoyed a delicious pumpkin schnitzel, sweet potato fries and truffle dip. Florian looked after me very well and gave me a great tip for a second dip - basil lemon. Meeegaaaa. Thank you for the delicious time and nice atmosphere.

So THIS is what I call schnitzel. The prices are okay considering that you have two really powerful pieces on your plate. There are no supplements. You buy them separately. But you don't need any side dishes with the schnitzels. They fill you up. Great load.
