Premiere for dinner. Friendly service, unfortunately not adequate to the demands of the restaurant - the ashtray for the starter was not removed, the additional order was probably forgotten. The pulpo was excellent, unfortunately the potato vegetables were bound with too much butter for me. The apricot dumpling was airy and delicious, but here too the butter content was too high for me, even though I didn't add liquid.

It was our third visit to Bachmeier. From starter to dessert everything was perfect, great wine selection! Very friendly team, including the dog ;-)! In contrast to many other restaurants, the prices have not been raised, despite the best quality of products and a top location in the center of Munich. Kind regards from Lower Austria

What is impressive is he seems to be in the house and running the kitchen everyday. Not a name but a real chef who drives everything. I will come back and back. It is one of those special places.

Well - I would have expected more - I can cook that at home too - nothing special

Was invited to my birthday. Starter and intermediate course (sole) were great. The dessert was sensational, but the main course (veal breast) was only mediocre, the potato balls were burnt. The waitress told me several times in front of my guests how I could get cheaper drinks. What's that supposed to mean? I would come again for a small meal.

Last Saturday I had dinner with my family in the restaurant where Mr. Bachmeier himself still cooks. Witzigmann or Heinz Winkler's student is to reflect the product and present it to the guest in full respect of the taste. Here you can experience it to the fullest. Bravo Saki the Greek

A super nice and cozy restaurant with great food and wine! 🍷 Very tasteful interior. Cute little outdoor area that invites you to have an aperitif when the weather is good. Friendly service with good wine recommendations. We'll definitely be back 🙏🏼

On March 23, 2024, my husband, our two children aged 7 and 11 and I visited the restaurant. We received more than friendly service and advice, especially because our children are very picky, Rebecca lovingly looked after our children's needs. We were endlessly impressed by the food and the super friendly service. The long journey from the Rhein-Neckar district was more than worth it. The food was fabulous We will be back Best regards

We were here for a birthday. The dishes are all really great, and you can speak of the highest quality. My favorite: Creme Brûlée, I've never had it so great! Unfortunately, the door was later permanently opened and there was a lot of draft, with the outside temperature being 5 degrees! It wasn't clear to me why this was done. I was too polite to say anything. So I battled a moderate cold for the next few days. For me, this experience stored the great food in a negative memory. So only recommended in warm weather! unfortunately

Spontaneously got a table for dinner. Delicious! Great service. Thoroughly recommended. Not exactly cheap, but value for money fits! We will be back

Absolutely overpriced and nothing special, I was there often with my wife but the last time I had a veal chop was 70 euros during Christmas last time! The Paulaner boss also came and was offered a fish because it's Christmas anyway, so the price doesn't matter but Andreas Steinfatt knows his Pappenheimers and ordered something different 😳

Sind zu zweit ins Lokal mir wurde ein Kalbskotelette empfohlen sehr gut aber 70 .- Euro 🙈 Der Chef der Paulaner Brauerei kam kurz nach mir Andreas Steinfatt dem wurde ein Fisch empfohlen weil ehe Weihnachten is ! Anscheinend hat der gewusst das die Preise überteuert sind und hat was anderes bestellt oder nix 😳

Eat like God in Bavaria We have reserved a table and enter the Bachmeier Genussfreuden restaurant. The maestro sits relaxed at the end of the bar. The friendly waiter helps us with the cloakroom. We take a seat at the set table. We enjoy the well-deserved evening with a non-alcoholic aperitif and order a farmer's bread with an excellent Sicilian olive oil and fleur de sel and notice with a wink: It doesn't work without any frills. After Mr. Bachmeier explained to us the place of origin of his olive oil. We enjoy the velvety aromas of the olive oil in our mouth and palate. A culinary anticipation of the main course: Braised dish with vegetables from the Viktualienmarkt. The service quickly brings us the food and an intoxicating scent immediately hits our noses. We taste the fine textures of the market-fresh vegetables and the clear aromas. The buttery tender veal shoulder shows the full range of flavors of braising. Here the chef shows all his skills. Kudos to the sauce chef. We ask the waiter to give us a tablespoon so that there is no leftover sauce on the plate. With still mineral water - Monaco we balance our taste buds. We then try our hand at food pairing and order a bundle of chocolates and a small selection of cheese from the Viktualienmarkt at the same time. When leaving the restaurant, the waiter is courteous with the wardrobe. Desirable: He would be helpful in opening the restaurant door. (Without a male companion) Our conclusion: No frills - yes - on the menu we don't find any sweetbreads Rumohr or goose liver with eel. Bachmeier-simple, good. Eat like God in Bavaria.

Wanted to go to lunch at short notice today! On the menu in the window were meat patties for €18 and pumpkin gnocchi for €22! In the restaurant we were given a menu with completely different dishes without prices! When I asked about the prices, all the dishes were significantly more expensive and the dishes on the noticeboard were all sold out according to the service! We were referred to the Sedlmayr opposite! The menu was very truffle-heavy! Very questionable concept 😳😳😳

Als Mittagessen hatte ich eine kleine grüne salat, pasta und Kaffee. 72,50 EURO, ohne Getränke ist mir wirklich zu viel dafür. Die Preise sind leider nicht nur hoch, sondern auch gar nicht transparent. Nie wieder.

Today we were at Bachmeier for the first time and really enjoyed everything, very friendly and competent service and the taste was also very tasty. Only the size of the portions wasn't really perfect, which admittedly was perhaps due to the appetite being too big. But we will definitely come back again because the taste was great.

Found it spontaneously and found it to be very good. Very courteous service, excellent quality and presentation of the food… and a really nice evening 😀

We came in for coffee just before lunch. The waitress was very rude and arrogant. We did not understand the language very well and at one point she told us to leave without even serving us. I strongly advise to not go to this place.

Das Essen ist sehr gut. Die Bedienung super nett und freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert. Ich war das 2.Mal dort und mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal

Mein kleiner Enkel musste auf die Toilette. Die Bedienung meinte das ginge nicht wir müssten essen und trinken bestellen. Ich wollte mir auch was zum trinken bestellen sie sagte definitiv nein und verwies uns zur U-Bahn Toilette. Dort es ist sehr schmutzig. Ich finde das nicht kundenfreundlich.

I just had dinner here and it was a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic; very friendly, personal and helpful (for a non-german speaker). I wish I stayed in Munich longer so I could visit again! Good reason to come back to the city, then.

Das Essen wie immer Gut. Leider waren die Linguine meiner Frau mit Steinpilzen bzw. die Soße etwas arg in Öl getränkt. Ansonsten war alles Gut. Auch mein Kalbskotelett war Top.

Wie immer liefert das Restaurant vorzügliche Küche. Einzig sind nun die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie der „Gruß aus der Küche“ oder ein Konfekt zum Kaffe danach, nicht mehr üblich. Die Portionen sind kleiner als früher und die Preise hoch. Atlantik Steinbutt für 68,00€ empfand ich teuer. Allerdings ist so ein Fisch auch im Laden hoch im Preis. Der Geschmack war vorzüglich. Der Service wie gewohnt sehr freundlich, Aufmerksam und professionell. Schön auch, dass sich Herr Bachmeier bei seinen Gästen erkundigt ob alles ok war. Wenn wir etwas besonderes genießen wollen, kommen wir gerne wieder. Genuss und Freuden gehören zusammen.

Wir waren gestern Abend dort zum Essen und waren sehr begeistert. Das Essen war auf höchstem Niveau und der Service hat den Abend perfekt gemacht!

Ein wirklich sehr gutes Essen. Der beste Spargel (mit Bozener Sauce), den ich je hatte und das Dreierlei von der Entenleber war der gut. Das einzige was man kritisieren könnte, wäre die Größe von der Vorspeise (Apero) für eine Person ist die m.E. zu groß.

Danke für den tollen Abend. Wir waren begeistert von unserem Essen , der Steinbutt im Hauptgang war sensationell !, der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen und gab uns das Gefühl Zuhause bei guten Freunden zu sein. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen 🤗 viele Grüße !!

Hervorragende regionale Küche, zwangloses Restaurant, aufmerksamer und herzlicher Service, so lässt sich unsere Erfahrung im Bachmeier genussfreuden zusammenfassen. Auf der Karte steht eine überschaubare Anzahl von Gerichten, die völlig frei kombinierbar zu 3-5-Gänge-Menüs zu fixen Preisen zusammengefasst werden können. Dies ist angesichts der etwas abgehobenen A-la-carte-Preise (z.B. Seeteufel 45 Euro) auch angeraten. Grundsätzlich sollte man hier vor allem genießen und die Preise besser schnell vergessen. Dann verlebt man einen Abend mit ein/zwei unerwartet positiven Überraschungen - mehr sei nicht verraten. Die Gerichte erreichen häufiger das Niveau von 1-Sterne-Küche. Die Kombination mit der Entspanntheit eines edlen Bistros statt einer Sternegastronomie gefällt dabei besonders. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Restaurant, mit einem sehr aufmerksamen Service. Essen ist Spitzenklasse. ❤️

Am Ende eines netten Mittagessens gestern wurde uns von der Servicekraft gesagt, dass die weit geöffnete Restauranttür aufbleiben müsse, weil sie ja nur zwei Hände habe. Im Restaurant war es kalt und zugig. Trotzdem drei von fünf Sternen weil wir dort schon öfters zufrieden waren und gut gegessen haben. Desserts waren diesmal enttäuschend.

Das Restaurant wird seinem Ruf mehr als gerecht! Anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages waren wir dort zum Essen am Abend. Es war alles fantastisch, sehr aufmerksamer Service, perfekte Küche und ein sehr netter Gastgeber! Es freut uns immer, wenn es die Küche schafft, uns so sehr zu überraschen!

letzten Sommer draußen auf dem Bürgersteig war alles prima, Essen sehr gut, Service gut. Nicht sehr gemütlich, aber ok. Diesmal im Winter innen: Essen fast alles sehr gut, Dessert nicht so besonders, Vorspeisen im Sternebereich, Preise im Zweisternebereich (Kotelett 69.-), Ambiente dürftig, Ikea-Style, unglaublich unbequeme Stühle, Service gut gemeint, aber eher zudringlich, muss man mögen, wenn einem die Kellnerin dauernd übers Essen greift, um dem Nachbarn zu servieren, auch Wein nachschenken, wenn noch etwas im Glas ist, ist hier normal, dann die Irritation über Wasser- und Weißweingläser (sind die gleichen, Verwechslungen vorprogrammiert), Service an diesem Abend insgesamt eher nachlässig, offenbar ungelernt bzw. nicht mal angelernt, dazu grauenvolle Musik, die auch noch zu laut. Man fragt sich, warum man das gute Essen so schlecht präsentiert. Ist eher was für einen kurzen Mittagssnack, für ein gemütliches Dinner nicht geeignet.

Tolle Lage. Sehr gute Küche. Gehobene Gastronomie.

I had a high expectation before visiting Bachmeier genussfreuden for the first time. At the end of the day, we had a joyful night here just as its name. I started with a glad of Morillon which was a great start. For the main course, I had Deer meet which was cooked perfectly. It was tender, but juicy inside. The chef was so nice to come out later and we had a lovely talk. He even taught us his secrets how to cook the deer meat perfectly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant and comfortable for a chilling conversation. I totally fall in love with here with the food and environment!

Wir waren schon so oft in München, aber noch nie im Restaurant Bachmeier. Ein Riesenfehler 😢. Wird aber jetzt bei jedem München-Trip wettgemacht😊. Einfach perfekt, sehr freundlicher Service, geniales Essen und dass der Chef noch selbst mitarbeitet, ist bei einem bekannten Fernsehkoch wohl auch eher die Ausnahme und daher besonders lobend zu erwähnen. Alles Gute und bis zum nächsten Mal in München. Nachtrag nach zwei weiteren Besuchen (der letzte heute): Wie beim ersten Besuch alles grandios gut - wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch im Oktober !!!

Bayerische Hochküche, die mit etwas Übung aber trotzdem gut nachzukochen sein sollte. Der Saibling (recht naturbelassen, dafür die Zucchini stark gewürzt, was in der Kombination dann sehr stimmig ist) hat mir als fast Fischverweigerer sehr gut geschmeckt. Auch das Reh war sehr fein. Vom Service können wir fast nur Positives berichten. Auch Herr Bachmeier ist, als wir das Restaurant verlassen haben, extra noch um die Ecke gekommen, um sich für den Besuch zu bedanken. Eine kleine Anregung: Bei der Ankündigung der Tagesgerichte fände ich einen Hinweis, dass z.B. der Steinbutt im Vergleich zu den Hauptgängen der Speisekarte preislich sehr viel höher liegt, hilfreich und angemessen.

Absolute Top-Küche. Waren bereits zweimal hier und es war beide Male ausgezeichnet! Das Menü ist sehr zu empfehlen, jeder Gang ist perfekt kombiniert und abwechslungsreich. Die Atmosphäre und der Service sind sehr angenehm. Im Sommer ist das Restaurant auch sehr schön zum draußen sitzen.

Leider nur Kurzbesuch am frühen Abend. Es war daher noch sehr ruhig. Das Ambiente ist sehr frisch und kühl, die Einrichtung ist klar strukturiert und eher puristisch modern. Der Service war natürlich kompetent und aufmerksam. Der gewünschte Platz an der Bar bot ein paar Einblicke ins Geschehen. Speisen und Weine sind von ausgezeichneter Qualität und sehr vielversprechend ausgewählt. Es gibt auch einige wenige Tisch im Freien. Beim nächsten Mal gerne länger!

War mittags da … schönes Ambiente und Hans Jörg Bachmeier kommt auch höchstpersönlich aus der Küche und erklärt seine Ideen hinter den Rezepten. Ob Fleisch oder vegetarisch … am besten gefiel mir die Schattenplätze draußen
