Were here for dinner for the first time. Baked eggplant with yuzzu chatney and peanuts was a pure culinary delight - pure flavors with a "puff effect". The tartare with porcini mushrooms was also extremely tasty and elaborately made. Here, someone knows how to cook - nothing convinient food, no usual helpers from Metro and catering supplies!!! It may then cost a little more. Prices are not lifted. They're just smaller portions. But every bite is worth the money. By the way, even the fries are homemade (and in large portions). I didn't know that fries could taste so great and have such a pleasant bite. We ordered a bottle of wine and received the best advice. We said straight away that we didn't want to pay more than €40. Table water is offered and therefore not the usual absurd price that is usually charged in Muc. Dessert Yuzz biscuit in white chrunchy chocolate with berries was divine. Sweet, but not too sweet. Here, too, the food was cooked honestly. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, yet pleasantly relaxed. Table, cutlery and toilet in tip top condition. We'll come back and enjoy the holiday feeling in this restaurant. Thanks!!

Apparently you can't ask for a piece of cake shortly before 6 p.m. It was immediately noticed that you couldn't expect cake at this time of day... the coffee was good. The waiter could have communicated this more charmingly

It's really nice to sit here right on the street in the middle of life. The food is very good and the audience is very select. Also very international and educated. The girls in service are very nice. However, I don't understand why the Occam Deli Sandwich is no longer available. A completely normal classic.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not justified. A neutral/simple avocado bread for €15, 2 slices of banana bread €8. The food is OK, but not commensurate with the high price. The atmosphere inside is already “cool” and loud. We would have expected more. You can do it, but you really don't have to.

Very good brunch place with lots of fresh options, delicious meat and vegan options and great coffee! Also even though there is no reservations on weekends, they always find a way to place everyone timely. Highly recommend

A fantastic place for good, healthy food. The service was very friendly and efficient and the outdoor seating is great. The prices are okay and the quantity is good too. A great place to meet friends and enjoy lunch.

The most racist, rude staff known to earth.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the café, my food was too salty. Unfortunately the waitress didn't respond and I still had to pay the full price for very bad bread. I can't recommend it and won't go there again. In addition, the prices are enormous.

Hip restaurant in Schwabing. Delicious food suitable for in between meals as well as for dinner or lunch. Always a changing selection of delicious cakes.

I often come to Occam deli, the service was average,but now they have a very good staff member called Linos. Very good asset to this restaurant, polite, and attentive to the clients need. Rare to find service like that in Munich.

Service absolutely outrageous and cheeky. It was a huge problem to put another chair at the table because that supposedly would have blocked the waiter's path - where we then placed the chair was the umbrella stand and the waiter obviously never walked through there. Neither with nor without the chair that was there. Furthermore, he refused to give us a chair, but just wanted to give us a stool, since other guests could come - instead of allowing the chairs to the guests who were there and actually consumed something. Only at our insistence were we allowed to take an empty chair from an empty table, but only because we ironically said we would leave if other guests came. This was acknowledged by the waiter with an arrogant and incredulous “Aha”. Also otherwise very arrogant, when giving a tip there was no thank you, no goodbye, no hello, no service at the table (you had to place the order at the counter because the waiters preferred to look around instead of serving). Overall, no recommendation - and that only because of the completely out of place service staff. And at very reasonable prices...

Positive: Nice restaurant and also a sufficient outdoor area The Occam sandwich was delicious Negative: The price is far too high - this is also my biggest point of criticism. 4 sandwiches, 4 chai lattes, a tea and a water = 91 euros. Of course I understand that the location makes a big difference here, but even for Munich standards that's too high, especially since the food didn't blow anyone away. The chai latte was okay, you can drink it but even the ones from Starbucks and McDonalds are better. The service was also okay, not super friendly but okay Some things were sold out Conclusion: Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store. There are better and cheaper alternatives

Too expensive even for Munich standards. Food ok but nothing special. Service lackluster. Just under €60 for breakfast for two people is quite an announcement. You don't have to have it.

Unfortunately the visit was disappointing. The Reuben sandwich at €21.90 could have offered more, and the cappuccino at €4.50 was already cold when it came to the table. The two of us paid €60 for a mediocre breakfast including a tip. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio wasn't right here at all, not even for Munich standards. The service also left a lot to be desired.

The food can taste good. But the portions are rather tiny. E.g. €14.50 for 3 chicken nuggets. The drinks were good, but it is outrageous that other drinks are billed as ordered and brought. Occam Deli makes a few extra euros. If you point this out, you'll shrug your shoulders and say you don't care.

Very tasty food and good drinks. The waitresses are always nice and friendly, even when there is a lot going on like yesterday. I'm only here a few times a year, but I'm always happy to come back. Yesterday I was there with my little son and got the last piece of cheese and raspberry cake for free because it was a little smaller. Thank you very much - you made my day - and I wanted to leave a few greetings.

Modern, not too big, trendy café-restaurant in the heart of the nightlife zone in Schwabing. You can sit outside if the weather is suitable. I enjoyed the pastrami sandwich. Also good vegetarian and vegan options.

Unfortunately I wasn't that enthusiastic. The food and the cappuccino weren't bad, but too expensive even for Munich prices. Unfortunately, the service seemed a bit lackluster and took a long time, even though we were almost alone. I feel like a lot of people go there just because it's hip. But in my opinion the hype is not really deserved.

An overrated cafe that is almost always crowded. small options for choices of dishes on breakfast. If you don't eat bread, it would be difficult to choose something other than yogurt. all the main courses are not interesting. food is served on chipped dishes, this violates the rules of public catering and is dangerous for the guest; the dishes can crack at any moment. As far as I know, according to standards it is forbidden to serve such dishes. prices are unreasonably expensive. half an avocado with a dark spot inside (overripe) 4 euros, I don’t remember exactly. canned beans, two pieces of regular toast, overcooked and dry crunchy bacon, which is unpleasant to eat, three eggs cost is around 14 euros. There is the only one question - why pay such amounts? the chief didn't try at all. cappuccino 4.5 euros, but a barista is not able to make a design on the milk foam. The service is friendly and attentive, but the price does not correspond to the quality at all (!!). Don’t waste your time, choose another cafe

We ordered pastrami sandwiches and then tried to change one of them with omelette with burrata. They said we don't have it. And then we have seen several tables started to have this plate. So then they said you have asked us omelette with truffle not only omelette. It's just trying people's intellectual capacity with word play unfortunately. And bringing coffees with sandwiches was also problematic, because there are 2 different stations she said. Very interesting place with rude staff! Just disappointing... On the other hand, pastrami sandwiches had a lot of unchewable parts. The taste was not fully how it looks...

I have rarely felt so comfortable in one place. The people are really nice and if you don't judge them for it when things get stressful, then you can make really great friends there and enjoy your café in an exciting and beautiful atmosphere. Everyone deserves this chance! I love it and recommend it to anyone looking to visit a cult café. Whether to eat well or simply have a drink in a café.

New favorite location. Professional service that is super warm. I had arranged to meet my girlfriend for breakfast and although we each came with a large dog (on our first visit) we were immediately greeted like long-time regulars. The breakfast selection is small but nice, the tables are not too crowded and we are looking forward to many more visits.

Wir haben freundlich nachgefragt, ob wir uns an einen Zweiertisch auch zu viert setzen dürften(wir haben auf den Tisch mit den zwei Stühlen gezeigt und wir dachten wir können ja nachfragen, ob man noch zwei Stühle dazu stellen kann), daraufhin erhielten wir die Antwort:“wie viel Stühle seht ihr am Tisch“… und der Mitarbeiter ging einfach weiter und ließ uns stehen…Wir sind daraufhin in ein anderes Lokal und werden occam deli Café nicht mehr aufsuchen.

Gestern kamen wir an und sagten dem Kellner an der Tür, wir sind zwei Personen, ist ein Tisch frei. Er sagte, sicher, sitzen, wo ein Tisch frei ist. Also setzten wir uns an einen Tisch für zwei, der frei war. Danach wurden wir 15 Minuten lang nicht mehr angesprochen. Erst als sich ein Paar neben uns setzte, kam der Kellner und bot ihnen Speisekarten an. Ich fragte dann, ob wir auch Speisekarten haben könnten und er antwortete auf Englisch "yes sure". Er fragte dann, ob die Getränke auf dem Tisch unsere seien, wir sagten nein... woraufhin er sagte: "well if you sit at a table with dirty drinks, I think that you've already been served and also there's a big sign at the entrance saying wait to be seated". Ich antwortete: "Ja, deshalb habe ich Ihren Kollegen gefragt, ob ein Tisch frei sei, und man sagte uns, wir könnten uns überall hinsetzen. Er antwortete: "I don't think so. You wouldn't be told to sit at a dirty table". Ich denke, es ist inakzeptabel, seine Kunden als Lügner zu bezeichnen, und selbst wenn wir bestellt hätten, waren unsere Getränke leer, so dass es nicht schwer ist, zu fragen, ob wir etwas anderes möchten. Ich habe in dieser Branche gearbeitet und verstehe daher den Stress, aber es war wirklich nicht viel los um 3 Uhr an einem Freitag. Wegen dieser Respektlosigkeit werden wir nicht wiederkommen und auch nicht mehr mit Kollegen in der Mittagspause oder nach der Arbeit hierher gehen. Ich gebe zwei Sterne, da ich diesen Ort schon einmal besucht habe, denn das Essen ist okay, aber auch nicht überragend. Ich wünschte, ich könnte dem Service null Sterne geben. Ich war insgesamt drei Mal in diesem Café, da es in der Nähe meiner Arbeit liegt. Beim ersten Mal war die Kellnerin nett, aber die Bedienung war etwas langsam. Beim zweiten und dritten Mal hatten wir einen Kellner, der immer eine Mütze zu tragen scheint und einen Schnurrbart hat. Der Service von ihm war beide Male ziemlich entsetzlich, aber die Erfahrung, die wir gestern mit ihm gemacht haben, war nicht in Ordnung und ist der Grund, warum ich diese Bewertung hinterlasse und nicht in dieses Café zurückkehren werde.

Es gibt Sonntag Nachmittag (14:30 Uhr) keinen Kuchen mehr. Für 5 Euro pro Stück Kuchen allerdings vielleicht auch besser so.

Wirklich ein netter Brunchladen mit einer tollen Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten. Auch einige begann & glutenfreie Optionen. Die Bedienung war ausgesprochen nett! Man sollte mit etwas Wartezeit rechnen.

Die portion ist etwas zu klein für den Preis aber trotzdem lecker.

Die Buddha Bowl für 17€ hatte nur ein paar Kichererbsen und viel Soße und Püree, kein Brot dazu. Preis-Leistung paßt insgesamt nicht. Viel zu teuer. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen… Service aber nett und freundlich

Sanwiches tasted good, but the big one was very difficult to eat. Ice tea was also nice. Overall worth a visit.

The food in Occam is fantastic. We tried the Turkish yogurt bowl and the pastrami sandwich. WOW! The pastrami was super juicy and savory and a solid portion. The bowl was filled with nuts, dates, and fruits. Coffee-wise, the cold brew was very on point with a touch of orange. The cappuccino was not the best. If you are in for the food, Occam Deli will not disappoint. Service was nothing to complain about neither anything exceptional.

The food was quite good, nothing super special but the portions were big and the taste was quite good. The service was fast and kind. The location is nice especially because of the position but not enough to higher the prices. In general is nice but the price are bit too high and it would have been nice if all the cakes were covered by something or kept in fridges. It’s summer because of this many insects were around them and the warm could make the food die.

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal.

Wir waren das erste mal im Occam Deli. Der Cappuccino/Latte hat einen stolzen Preis aber war wirklich sehr sehr gut. Zum Essen hatten wir das Pastrami Sandwich welches auch gut war aber für uns persönlich viel zu viel Fleisch. Das Verhältnis von Toast Brot und Pastrami stimmt nicht überein.. Des Weiteren hatten wir das Avocado Brot welches nicht gut war :( die Lachsscheiben waren so dick wie ein Schnitzel und das Brot steinhart. Da ist noch deutlich Luft nach oben. Vor allem bei den Preisen muss man sich noch um einiges verbessern. Für ein Kaffee würde ich nochmal kommen, zum Essen nicht.

Food looked great but didn't taste as good.. I had the cheescake (cold goat cheese with some wannabe quiche on top). Had to eat a starter for dinner since there wasn't a single vegetarian option on the mains 😞

Schönes Restaurant gleich beim Englischen Garten. Wir haben hier sehr lecker gefrühstückt. Die schlechten Kommentare bezüglich des Personals kann ich nicht bestätigen. Ich habe mich im Occam Deli als Gast sehr wohl gefühlt. Achtung: Es sind keine Reservationen möglich.

Tolles Frühstück! Schickes Ambiente, gute Karte, feine Gerichte und freundlicher Service! Besonders im Sommer sehr schön draußen zu sitzen. Dann ist aber oft viel los. Früh da sein lohnt sich, da es ein beliebter Spot ist!

When it comes to food, Munich is always a tough one 😊. I’ve found here few good recipes. The restaurants changes its menu often and that’s good. And the price is fair to me. I am glad to come here frequently… Keep up the good work!

Schöne und zentrale Location mit einer sehr sympathischen Bedienung! :) Wir waren mit der Firma zur Afterparty dort und wurden rundum super bedient. Jedoch konnten sich nicht alle Kollegen hinsetzen und der Innenbereich war schon geschlossen. Die Cocktails sind super lecker! Sehr empfehlenswert ist ein klassischer Gin Tonic. Die Ginauswahl ist klasse!

Tolle Terrasse mitten im Trubel, schöne Location. Service überfordert bis chaotisch. Haben letztes Mal rund 40 Minuten auf unsere erste Runde Getränke gewartet, Servicekraft hat mehrfach nachgefragt, was wir eigentlich bestellt haben und hat uns als Entschuldigung mitgeteilt, dass "der Bon einfach nicht da" sei - ohne sich selbst einfach mal an der Bar dahinterzuklemmen, dass wir unsere Drinks bekommen. Das Essen waren ganz lecker, mittlerweile gibt es kleinere Teller zum Teilen. Würde sagen, dass man pro Person zwei bis drei davon braucht, um satt zu werden.

Wir haben nur schnell ein Glas Wein getrunken. Sehr gute Qualität und der Chef ist sehr kompetent.

Waren jetzt zum zweiten mal dort und ich muss sagen, dass ich die negativen Bewertungen über das Personal nicht verstehen kann! Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und trotz voll besetzten Tischen draußen, waren alle auch in stressigen Situationen sehr freundlich!

Munich from its most interesting culinary perspective: The OCCAM DELI is just the place to sum up the „Schwabing“ vibe. In Munich (especially in summer) you have to visit the district at least ones to get the full experience of Bavaria’s capital. With the university located in the area, it’s got the most modern and interesting food and drink venues of Munich. The OCCAM DELI is the perfect example. Great place for a good brunch or lunch with a huge variety of great meals that all have their unique twist. We had the burrito (which is a bit spicy due to its kimchi and sauce) and the salmon bowl and both were a feast for the mouth. Afterwards we treated us to a dessert. Also a specialty of the OCCAM DELI is the huge selection of cakes. They stand there in the middle of the room and are also a feast for the eyes. The chocolate tart and New York cheesecake were to die for. Big thank you to the staff as well who were very friendly and gave us great recommendations.

Pastrami sandwich for 17€? That’s crazy, even for Munich. We liked the interior and staff, kale burrito was good but coffee was nothing special for 4,50€ and pastrami sandwich was just disappointing. 2 really thick bread slices. Could be a really cool place..
