Hello, I highly recommend anyone vacationing near this lovely and excellent restaurant to eat out. My partner had a roast pork like Grandma used to make, and I had flame-grilled salmon. I can only say we absolutely loved it.

Looking back, the price/performance ratio wasn't right for us. The roast beef was onions instead of medium, almost well done. Roast pork and the beer sauce were no comparison to Bavarian restaurants. The wine quality was good!

Yes, this is a breath of fresh air for Ihringen. Original dishes. The service is prompt. The Brägele could be even better. I think using raw potatoes is a good idea, but they still have to be cooked through. The salad was good—perhaps a little less vinegary? We'll be back. It's worth the trip.

Baden hospitality with Bavarian cuisine

Nice courtyard to sit in, friendly service; my husband had spare ribs, which were delicious. I had a salad plate, but unfortunately, the carrot salad had gone bad. It can happen, but I would have appreciated an apology and perhaps a service offer, since I had to send half back. Nevertheless, the restaurant is highly recommended.

We found this wonderful restaurant and can only recommend everyone to stop by. We ordered both starters and main courses, and everything came quickly and was stunning both in taste and appearance. The service was excellent! Everything arrived on time, and we felt valued as a guest. We finished off with something sweet, and there's nothing to complain about there either. So, if you're in the area, feel free to stop by again. Street parking is scarce, and it's easy to miss even on foot, but it's definitely worth a second look.

We arrived at the restaurant at 20.22, they turned us away nicely and said that the kitchen was closed, although Google didn’t say that the kitchen would be closed, it said that the restaurant would close at 23.00

Very pleasant atmosphere; we sat under large umbrellas in a beautiful courtyard, sheltered from the rain. The service was super friendly and very attentive. A mistake with the meat's doneness was quickly corrected. The food was excellent. We had a wonderful evening. It's a shame I live so far away, because I would love to come back more often.

The food was very good, and so was the service. The atmosphere was pleasant. The prices (as a Frankfurt native) were on the higher end of my price range, but still acceptable. The menu is available online, so you can check it out before you visit. The wine list is a highlight. I would have liked a bit more imagination/creativity on the dessert menu. I only had an espresso, but that may also have been due to the generous portions of the main courses (the flame-grilled salmon is a definite recommendation).

Heidi's Küfer is a great place in Ihringen – we've been there at least ten times! The food is consistently delicious, the quality is top-notch, and the drink selection is truly extensive. The ambiance is very pleasant, and the service is always friendly and attentive. The food arrives quickly, which makes the visit particularly pleasant. The prices are a bit high, and after a few visits, you get to know the menu pretty well – a bit more variety would be nice. Regardless: We'd happily return!

My father and I were passing through on our way home from Spain. Since I wanted to show him the Kaiserstuhl again, we stopped in Ihringen. When we arrived at Heidi's, we were immediately greeted warmly, even though the shop was packed on a Tuesday evening. The atmosphere in the courtyard was truly inviting, and you could sit in the shade on a very warm summer evening. We ate very well, and the wines were truly outstanding. The hostess kept coming out and serving us the wines. After the à la carte business had calmed down a bit, Heidi took a lot of time for us, and we had truly wonderful conversations with her. A shop with heart and soul, where the hostess and the entire team are passionate about what they do. We will definitely return on our next visit to the Kaiserstuhl. Arriving late, we received a very warm welcome. They made the effort to explain and understand us despite the language barrier. The meal was delicious.

The large dining room was once a cooperage. Small and large barrels of wine and must were produced here. Today, everything from light snacks to larger meals is served here. As in the past, everything is very professional, with attention to detail and a commitment to good taste. Highly recommended!

The service was very friendly, and the whole ambiance was truly charming. I can well imagine that in the summer, you can also enjoy the outdoor seating. The food was generally great, but the potatoes tasted stale and the homemade (!) hollandaise sauce was unfortunately curdled. I've had better experiences. The wine selection is great; I was able to indulge myself a little :-)

Arrived without a reservation, no problem for friendly service, got a table for 3 hours, finally got water buffalo fillet, wow what an experience, I hadn't eaten anything like that before, tried it out, it's a really great meal. Service was super nice, everything was perfect! Wife had Wiener Schnitzel, which she really enjoyed. And the wine was also very tasty.

Bräutigams Restaurant gibt es in Ihringen ja schon lange nicht mehr, doch kamen wir mehr zufällig bei Heidis Küfer vorbei, das wir bislang nicht kannten. Da Ambiente und das Angebot der Speisekarte uns ganz gut gefielen, kehrten wir hier zu dritt ein. Die Bedienung war freundlich, die Atmosphäre im als Gartenrestaurant gestalteten Hof angenehm. Ich bestellte eine Bärlauchsuppe mit frischem Spargel -- eine etwas ungewöhnliche, aber durchaus schmackhafte Mischung mit frischem Bärlauch, durch die Mischung allerdings nicht sehr kräftig und mit etwas wässeriger Konsistenz. Ich würde sie auf halbem Weg zwischen annehmbar und gut einstufen. Meine familiären Begleiter erfreuten sich an Schlutzkrapfen, die ich ebenfalls probierte und qualitativ recht gut fand. Die große Überraschung aber war mein Schweinebraten mit Dunkelbiersoße, Knödel und Krautsalat mit Speck: Ich bin von in Baden-Württemberg angebotenen Schweinefleischgerichten meist enttäuscht, weil ich weiß, wie lecker ein solcher Krustenbraten in Bayern zu munden vermag. Mir fiel auf, daß man in Heidis Küfer-Weinlokal indirekt mit bayerischen Spezialitäten wirbt, so daß das als "Bayerischer Schweinebraten" titulierte Gericht mich hoffen ließ. Völlig zu Recht -- einen derart leckeren Braten, der meinen Münchner Erfahrungen relativ nahe kam, hatte ich nicht erwartet: wunderbar zartes, nicht zu mageres Fleisch, eine charakteristische Biersoße, kerniger Krautsalat mit kräftigem Speck -- ein Genuß! Natürlich: Extravagant ausgeklügelte Feinschmeckerkunst hat man hier nicht zu erwarten, sondern bodenständige Kost mit Frische und Qualität sowie kräftige Portionen. Wir werden wiederkommen, denn es gibt hier auch Flammkuchen-Variationen und manches mehr.

We went to Heidi's for an asparagus dinner. It was simply fantastic. Hand-whipped hollandaise sauce (where else can you find something like that), slightly firm asparagus, fluffy Kratzete (a kind of Austrian sausage), and a veal schnitzel that felt like you were sitting right there in Vienna. Wir waren zum Spargelessen bei Heidi. Es war einfach Spitze. Handgeschlagene Hollandaise (wo gibt es denn so was noch), leicht bissfeste Spargeln, fluffige Kratzete und ein Kalbsschnitzel, als würde man direkt in Wien sitzen. Für uns, die besten Spargeln in der Regio. Totale Begeisterung (wie man lesen kann), wir kommen sehr bald wieder. Grüße Ralf

Die positiven Bewertungen können wir nicht ganz teilen. Das Essen ist zwar gut aber nicht wirklich frisch gekocht. Es handelt sich um Tiefkühlware und Conveniencefood. Damit ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis voll daneben. Beispiel: Ein Bund Stangenspargel mit einem Stück Flammlachs, dazu aufgeschlagenen (nicht selbst hergestellte) Sauce Hollandaise zum Preis von 39€

We had reservations for 8 people. Everything went perfectly. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. We were all able to eat together, even though we had everything from salmon dishes to roast pork, vegetarian dishes, and Wiener schnitzel. Absolutely fantastic. We'll definitely be back, as there's also a great outdoor seating option in the summer.

Hello, we've never been there before, but after these recessions we have to come. We're looking forward to it.

We were there yesterday with 8 adults and 2 small children and were completely satisfied. The children's meal could be ordered according to one's own wishes and was brought first. The other dishes tasted exceptionally delicious and each had its own special charm in terms of ingredients and preparation. The portions were generous, but since everyone tried each, we ate it all. There is an extensive wine list with wines from the region. But non-wine drinkers can also enjoy a freshly tapped Augustiner Hell from Munich. All in all, a highly recommended restaurant that certainly invites you to linger in the summer with its large courtyard garden. But the interior design also impresses with a lot of attention to detail and you feel comfortable all around. So always happy.

This was the second time we have been to Heidi's Küfer Restaurant. An oasis that is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare. Great “home-style” (more meat-heavy, but high-quality meat) food, courteous, polite and not intrusive service, great interior (former workshop) with tasteful furnishings. We wish this place would just stay as it is. A Bavarian-Imperial highlight - thank you very much for that!

Beautiful overall package! My wife and I were lucky enough to celebrate our wedding here this year. From the relaxed warm-up outside in the courtyard with mulled wine and various soups to the 3-course menu inside, everything was perfect. One of the best typical local German food restaurants I've ever tried, after living in Germany for some time in the past, and visiting now often on business trips. It demonstrates that Germany can have great seasonal and proximity cuisine. Very well cooked with great presentation, still at reasonable price, in a small town next time the Rhine and at the base of the Black Forest

Absolutely bombastic! This restaurant completely blew us away. We tried the burgers and the beef roulade - and guys, it wasn't a meal, it was an experience! Accompanied by a perfectly matched mulled wine – a combination that was pure magic. Service? World class. Atmosphere? Even better. If you want to do something good for yourself, go for it. It wasn't just food, it was a statement. 10/10, definitely come back!

We zochten een gelegenheid om wat te drinken op zondag. Dan zijn de wijnhuizen dicht voor het proeven. Eerst dachten we dat Heidi’s ook een wijnboerderijnwas maar het is veel meer dan dat! We hebben twee heerlijk weisburgunder gedronken en toch ook maar een Flamkuchen besteld. Prima te drinken en te eten. €8.50 voor een 0.25 liter karafje is niet goedkoop maar voor Nederlandse begrippen wel weer netjes.

Everything fits here. Nice service and the food is delicious. Everything fresh and no finished products. Even the herb butter is homemade. Fresh vegetables. After eating somewhere else twice, we stopped there and tried some of the menu. Everything really tasty. The price-performance ratio is right. Portions are also large. So when we're in the area again, we'll go there again. Keep it up. Nowadays it is rare for soup and sauce to be made from scratch without ready-made powder.

Today kfr. get a table reservation. It was just all well and good. Our service dog wasn't a problem either. The food was delicious, the service was perfect. If someone mentions the prices here, you should definitely think about the price-performance ratio, because the quality is impressive at a high level.

Feines Nachtessen in authentischem Ambiente - der Innenraum strahlt Gemütlichkeit aus - das Angebot entspricht dem Ambiente - eher traditionelle Gerichte und grosse (zu grosse) Portionen. The word “hospitality” is truly lived here. Just great! We stopped here on our stopover back from France and not only had a delicious meal, but after my husband told us about our problem that we couldn't get a hotel room, we quickly picked up our cell phone and called the surrounding hotels for us. The madness. The landlady didn't let up until she succeeded. We were lucky to be able to move into our room at 10 p.m. that evening. But before that we were able to enjoy the delicious tarte flambée, the Flädle soup and cold beer. A big thank you again in this way. We would love to come back! You feel comfortable here. Nach einer Radtour am Kaiserstuhl aufgrund von Tripadvisor Bewertung Heidi Küfer besucht. Im Hofgarten noch ein Plätzchen bekommen obwohl schon alles belegt war. Sehr netter ,freundlicher und extrem schneller Service. Die Winzer Trilogie mit Brägele und der Kaiserstuhl Salat mit Pfifferlingen waren sehr schmackhaft. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in der Region kommen wir gerne wieder

Wir waren eine Gruppe von fast 20 Personen auf Vereinsausflug. Wir haben einen lustigen, geselligen Abend verbracht. Das gute Essen und Trinken, die tolle Location, das freundliche und aufgestellte Personal hat dazu beigetragen, dass der Anlass sehr gelungen ist. Mein Flammlachsfilet im Buchenspan war ausgezeichnet. Wir können das Lokal bestens empfehlen.

We have been to Heidi's many times. The food was always delicious (although very expensive). Unfortunately this time it was more than disappointing. There was a fly in the food. It wasn't too dramatic for me. I even put it to the side and continued eating. Despite all of this, we ended up telling a nice waiter who passed it on to a waitress (black hair with glasses). Unfortunately, we could hear your answer all the way to the table. Her answer to the waiter was “oh and they only noticed that now?”. No, we noticed it beforehand. But no restaurant needs such snippy service, I'm sorry. We won't be coming back. Not because of the hair but because of this reaction.
