Heidi´s Küfer Restaurant in Ihringen

We stayed here twice during our vacation and we didn't regret it. Every meal we had was exceptionally delicious. The staff was always friendly and we can definitely recommend Heidi's Küfer Restaurant.

Sehr gutes Essen und toller Service Von der Vorspeise bis über die Weinauswahl alles sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr große Portionen . Auf Wunsch auch Seniorenteller . Besonders gut hat uns der Flammlachs geschmeckt. Kleine feine Karte mit saisonalen Gerichten.

We zochten een gelegenheid om wat te drinken op zondag. Dan zijn de wijnhuizen dicht voor het proeven. Eerst dachten we dat Heidi’s ook een wijnboerderijnwas maar het is veel meer dan dat! We hebben twee heerlijk weisburgunder gedronken en toch ook maar een Flamkuchen besteld. Prima te drinken en te eten. €8.50 voor een 0.25 liter karafje is niet goedkoop maar voor Nederlandse begrippen wel weer netjes.

Everything fits here. Nice service and the food is delicious. Everything fresh and no finished products. Even the herb butter is homemade. Fresh vegetables. After eating somewhere else twice, we stopped there and tried some of the menu. Everything really tasty. The price-performance ratio is right. Portions are also large. So when we're in the area again, we'll go there again. Keep it up. Nowadays it is rare for soup and sauce to be made from scratch without ready-made powder.

Today kfr. get a table reservation. It was just all well and good. Our service dog wasn't a problem either. The food was delicious, the service was perfect. If someone mentions the prices here, you should definitely think about the price-performance ratio, because the quality is impressive at a high level.

Feines Nachtessen in authentischem Ambiente - der Innenraum strahlt Gemütlichkeit aus - das Angebot entspricht dem Ambiente - eher traditionelle Gerichte und grosse (zu grosse) Portionen. Die Bedienung war freundlich, das Essen sehr gut. Auch die Weinauswahl war schön. Insgesamt ein erfeuliches Speisen und Trinken zu angemessenem Preis.

The word “hospitality” is truly lived here. Just great! We stopped here on our stopover back from France and not only had a delicious meal, but after my husband told us about our problem that we couldn't get a hotel room, we quickly picked up our cell phone and called the surrounding hotels for us. The madness. The landlady didn't let up until she succeeded. We were lucky to be able to move into our room at 10 p.m. that evening. But before that we were able to enjoy the delicious tarte flambée, the Flädle soup and cold beer. A big thank you again in this way. We would love to come back! You feel comfortable here. Nach einer Radtour am Kaiserstuhl aufgrund von Tripadvisor Bewertung Heidi Küfer besucht. Im Hofgarten noch ein Plätzchen bekommen obwohl schon alles belegt war. Sehr netter ,freundlicher und extrem schneller Service. Die Winzer Trilogie mit Brägele und der Kaiserstuhl Salat mit Pfifferlingen waren sehr schmackhaft. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in der Region kommen wir gerne wieder

We were very disappointed because we had expected more from the food, the 250 g rump steak must have lost a lot of weight on the way from the kitchen to the restaurant, the smallest steak I had ever eaten, the side dishes from the other meal were overcooked, we We just didn't want to complain because we were invited, it's a shame, nice atmosphere, nice service but there's still room for improvement in the kitchen

An absolutely recommended restaurant! We were immediately greeted politely and shown to our table. I was absolutely thrilled when the waitress put out water for the dogs before we were dealt the cards. It was a warm day so the dogs needed the water. Then we received really delicious tarte flambée. So I'm thrilled and would love to come back. Thank you

Wir waren eine Gruppe von fast 20 Personen auf Vereinsausflug. Wir haben einen lustigen, geselligen Abend verbracht. Das gute Essen und Trinken, die tolle Location, das freundliche und aufgestellte Personal hat dazu beigetragen, dass der Anlass sehr gelungen ist. Mein Flammlachsfilet im Buchenspan war ausgezeichnet. Wir können das Lokal bestens empfehlen.

Great restaurant in Ihringen. Delicious tarte flambée with chanterelles and salad, as it was a bit late for a sumptuous dinner. Exceptionally nice service as our dog Bella was very restless for some unknown reason (cat). The waitresses tried very hard and offered another seat, so it was a nice evening. We have been to Heidi's many times. The food was always delicious (although very expensive). Unfortunately this time it was more than disappointing. There was a fly in the food. It wasn't too dramatic for me. I even put it to the side and continued eating. Despite all of this, we ended up telling a nice waiter who passed it on to a waitress (black hair with glasses). Unfortunately, we could hear your answer all the way to the table. Her answer to the waiter was “oh and they only noticed that now?”. No, we noticed it beforehand. But no restaurant needs such snippy service, I'm sorry. We won't be coming back. Not because of the hair but because of this reaction.

We were at the cooperage for two consecutive days. In the evening, spontaneously, without reservation. We were thrilled with the food both times and the service was by far the best organized service we experienced in the Kaiserstuhl during the week. Selten so gut gegessen. Hier versteht man es, die Gäste zu verwöhnen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind originell eingerichtet mit authentischer Atmosphäre. Der Spargel mit Schinken war ein Gedicht, auch Flammkuchen ist sehr zu empfehlen. An einem warmen Abend sitzt man gut draußen im Innenhof. Ich habe selten so ein aufmerksames, zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal erlebt wie hier. Alles in allem, rundum zu empfehlen.

We went there three times during our vacation and it was always very good. The restaurant is also visited by a lot of local regulars. We'd love to come back

Restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere! We had reserved a table, what was a bit irritating when we entered the dining room was the manner of the reception: motto, have you even made a reservation? We had to get out again first. The food (pumpkin soup, salmon and roast beef) was very good, but the potatoes were not. Addendum: After a while we returned to the cooper's and it was really beautiful. The friendliness of the service and the quality of the food were absolutely convincing. We had seasonal asparagus soup and asparagus dishes. It was a really nice meal. Clear recommendation!

It was very pleasing that the restaurant - unlike many others - was open in the afternoon on May 1st. The food was very good, everything went quickly and you sit in a very beautiful old courtyard. It's good that there are many vegetarian and vegan dishes!

We have been guests in Ihringen for many years and have been here several times. However, we were disappointed with the food and service this year. Have the impression that everyone is overwhelmed. A pity.

Went to Heidi's Käfer every day of our short vacation. The food was always wonderful, the service was impeccable, and all requests and questions were answered in a friendly manner. We have rarely met such a wonderful restaurant. Once again, it's worth coming here and enjoying the hour with good food, drink and a great ambience.

We were only in Ihringen for 3 days and ate here twice because we felt completely comfortable. Nice atmosphere, great selected menu, delicious wines and super friendly and quick service. Our dog Rocky was also very welcome and was immediately offered water. The food was very tasty and justifies the not very cheap prices. We would definitely come again .

Had the Bavarian roast pork and fresh asparagus...both really delicious, wine was also the first choice. The service was very quick, nice and polite. I can only recommend.

Tolle Atmospäre, fast wie bei Großmutter in der Küche. Die Speisekarte ist schon etwas aussgefallener & nicht günstig. Aber für das Geld bekommt man hohe Qualität, sehr leckers Essen und einen sehr zuvorkommenden Service. Alles im Allem ein lohnender Besuch.

Went there for the second time with a half year break in between. And it was very nice to see that the super nice service from back then was back. This friendly and warm welcome and always ready to have fun. The food was delicious then and again now. We'll definitely be back.

The three of us had a great evening with a great meal. As a starter, bread with tomato butter and greaves, and as a main course, the bowl with salmon and roast pork with dumplings. Everything was very tasty - big compliments to the kitchen. The espresso afterwards was good and, above all, hot! The service was very friendly, warm and attentive. The former cooper's workshop with rustic wooden or paving stone floors is cozy/quaint but furnished with modern accents, which creates a great ambience. We will definitely come back!

Freundliche Empfang, gutes Essen

It wasn't just 'Yes, that was delicious' but 'WOW, that was delicious'. We had the incredibly delicious flamed salmon with great rosemary potatoes and the Bavarian roast pork, which is in no way inferior to the aforementioned. Thank you for that, we'll be happy to come back.

We were there at Christmas, and what can I say? There was only the food as it was on the menu. We would have liked to have fries with our meal, when we were told there were no fries. Honestly? No fries in a restaurant? We then ordered a large salad and received the same response. Just like it says on the map. When I spend my money, I want to eat the food I would like to eat. I didn't feel like eating the rest of the meal anymore. It's a shame at a time when restaurateurs are fighting for their survival

Announcement on the phone... lady very friendly... arrival at the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed and brought to the table... first drink worked... Hugo and 🍺 beer. 2nd drink a water 0.25, the water bottle is simply placed on the table, let alone pour the glass, none of it. The waitress runs past the table as if with blinders on. Only after trying several times did I politely ask if I should drink from the bottle. Then I got a glass, no pour. It's a shame... lamb's lettuce was good, tartar seemed like it had been waiting somewhere for a long time. Beef fillet was ordered medium but some of it was still pretty raw.... I could have said so and returned the good piece, but I didn't feel like doing that anymore... we paid and left. Price performance not convincing Tablecloths look restaurant good also napkins but service and kitchen were not convincing. A.S.

Sehr schön, keine rustikale, sondern eine uhrige Atmosphäre kombiniert mit den modernen Details und mit der passenden Dekoration wie tolle Blumen, schöne Tische, Lampen etc.. Das Essen ist gut gemacht, saisonal und frisch, nicht sehr originell aber lecker. Der Service ist gut und engagiert.

Wir wurden von einer sehr netten und freundlichen Bedienung am Eingang des Aussenbereiches des Restaurants in Empfang genommen. Sie führte uns zu einem freiem Tisch für 4 Personen, da laut ihres Planes die Tische für 2 Personen reserviert waren. Wir setzten uns nieder, nach kurzer Zeit kam ein unfreundlicher und arroganter Kellner und fordert uns auf, den Tisch sofort zu verlassen und gefälligst einen 2er Tisch zu belegen, da wir ja schließlich nur 2 Personen sind. Den Hinweis unsererseits, dass die Zweiertische laut der freundlichen Kellnerin reserviert sind, interessiert ihn nicht.

Er hatten schon Wochen im Voraus für eine Gruppe von 26 Leuten reserviert und gefragt, ob es möglich sei, bei der Ankunftszeit +/- eine Stunde etwas flexibel zu sein. Dies wurde von der Inhaberin so bestätigt. Als wir tatsächlich eine Stunde später kamen und dies wie vereinbart am selben Tag bis 14:00 Uhr telefonisch durchgegeben haben, wurden wir ganz schräg angemacht. Als die ersten aus unserer Gruppe ankamen, wurden sie von der Inhaberin dermaßen dumm angemacht, dass man am liebsten wieder gegangen wäre - was aber bei so einer großen Gruppe schlecht möglich ist. Wir mussten inakzeptable 90 Minuten auf unser Essen warten, obwohl wir alles wie von der Inhaberin als Gruppe vorbestellt hatten. Leute, die nach uns gekommen waren, waren schon mit dem Essen fertig! Das vegetarische Essen selbst ist eine Frechheit gewesen und bestand aus acht Tortellini, die mit Spinat gefüllt waren und in einer riesigen Öllache schwammen. Dafür über 16 Euro zu verlangen, ist mehr als dreist. Der Umgangston der Inhaberin mit ihren Angestellten ist unterirdisch. Solche Läden muss man konsequent meiden. Wir waren das erste und letzte Mal in diesem Betrieb.

Heidi hat für uns eine private Weinprobe am Kaiserstuhl organisiert. Top Lage, leckeres Vesperbrett und tolle Weine. Es war ein wirklich schöner Tag!

Sehr hübsches Lokal leckeres Essen, leider darf man auch auf der Terrasse nicht rauchen das ist für Raucher ein kleiner Minuspunkt

Schöner Innenhof für Außengastronomie. Speisen und Getränkeangebot ist sowohl bayrisch als auch badische geprägt. Hier gibt es Haxn mit Bier oder Flammkuchen mit Wein. Alles von hoher Qualität. Der Qualität angemessene Preise.

Wir waren heute ganz spontan in Heidis Küfer, haben direkt einen Tisch bekommen und super schnell auch Getränke. Der Service war extrem aufmerksam (uns ist eine Gabel runtergefallen und als die Bedienung kurze Zeit später wieder am Tisch war und wir nach einer neuen gefragt haben, lag schon eine neue am Tisch) Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Nachtisch wirklich toll! Wir haben uns wirklich rundum Wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten uns den Apfelstrudel mit Vanillesauce gegönnt: traumhaft, eine echte Delikatesse. Dies können wir unbedingt weiterempfehlen

Dafür, dass es heißt , hier kochen Original Bayern, war das Essen für uns Münchner sehr enttäuschend. Wir hatten uns auf etwas Heimat gefreut. Das Rotkraut war ungenießbar, die Knödel nicht gefüllt m Brot und sehr wässrig. Die Suppe fad und der Rest ähnlich. Da hat jemand nicht wirklich Lust zu kochen, war unser Eindruck. Wir kommen nicht wieder und kochen besser selbst. Schade.

Marketing ist alles. Wir waren in einer Gruppe dort. Dass die badische Küche so gut ist, kann ich nicht bestätigen, irgendwo anders ist nicht schlechter und vor allem nicht teurer - eher im Gegenteil.
