Super nice service, great food, you can watch the chefs preparing it. Nice atmosphere, when the weather is nice you can look directly at the Karl Heine Canal.

The first time I was there and took advantage of the lunch special, it was only half past three. Nevertheless, I was told that I was lucky that the chef was still there. He then marched into the kitchen with a roll of his eyes. At least the food was good. The second time came at half past 12 and was not served. First of all, the terrace had to be cleaned and set up with plenty of peace of mind. Today I wanted to give him another chance. Ordered the same dish as the first time, got something completely different and the "vegetables" were waste, i.e. petioles and stalks probably from cauliflower. I've never experienced anything like that. That was definitely the last time!

Very friendly service, short waiting times, large portions, many vegan dishes. We have never been disappointed and can only recommend the restaurant.

Today we ordered food for €75. That's about 9 kebabs. And I would have preferred that. Short version of the meal: not even 10 percent was edible and the sauce stinks.

I read the good reviews with 4.7 stars which motivated me to eat here. Afterwards I asked myself how the good rating came about. I had a pho soup with beef and it was not good! The round meat was over the top, extremely gristly and very tough. I had half the food returned - a shame. The spring roll was good, hence 2 stars

We had the gyosa and ramen. It was really delicious. Food came really fast. They have a lot of options, also lots of options for vegetarians and vegans. Would come again.

First time in Leipzig and immediately found a reason to move here. If you like sushi, you will love the shop… especially the vegan sushi menu is great. But don't underestimate the poke bowls (with vegan chicken). The people who work here are also super nice and friendly. We'll definitely come back when we're in town again. Greetings from the north. You could give 6 stars! Wonderfully delicious food - starter, main course and dessert were fantastic! Large portions with fresh ingredients and great taste! There is also a good atmosphere under the trees and very friendly service. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are also on offer. Overall, a crystal clear recommendation!

I've eaten here several times and every time it's been simply delicious 😋 No matter whether dishes with curry, Odon noodles or glass noodle salad - I always chose well. Of course I couldn't pass up a delicious mochie ice cream😍 The food is always beautifully prepared. Tomorrow we're going out to eat sushi with friends and children. I'm looking forward to it 🍜🍱

The food at Hayaku is delicious. I've been here several times now and everything I've chosen so far from the wide variety on the menu has been delicious. In the outdoor seating area you can sit in the countryside in the middle of the west of Leipzig and eat comfortably in a relaxed atmosphere. The service is great and everyone is very friendly. Definitely recommendable!

Beste Pho in der Stadt! Herzliche Atmosphäre, da wird mit so viel Freundlichkeit und Liebe gekocht, dass das Herz aufgeht. Best place to go, wenn du einen schlechten Tag hattest. Asia Pfanne ist ein Schatz im Stadtteil und super beliebt als Imbis zum Abholen oder, mit zwei Tische, auch zum dort essen. Die Preise sind fair und die Auswahl groß!

A great little insider tip in Leipzig, for someone who likes Asian and fusion cuisine. Dishes are very tasty and very lovingly prepared. The sushi and the other dishes are incredibly tasty and good. The price was just under 100 euros with 3 cocktails, 3 different sushi, a ramen soup and a noodle dish. All in all it was perfect. Definitely coming more often. P.s. There is also the possibility of having these delicacies delivered to you within 2km.

Have been here twice and very satisfied both times. I particularly like that you can put together the main course yourself. My companion had sushi the first time and was also thrilled. My husband's miso soup was also very good. (He's very picky about it) It's lovely to sit outside in the summer. It's a bit too bright in there for me, but at least you can see the food ;)

Im Hayaku kann man ausgezeichnetes Sushi sowie vietnamesisch/ asiatisches Essen bekommen. Die Speisen sind eine Augen- und Gaumenweide!

Negativ: Wir haben hier Essen bestellt. Leider waren teilweise die Gerichte falsch geliefert oder die mitgelieferten Dips/Saucen dazu falsch. Wenn man vegane Ente bestellt, sollte das Essen kein Hühnchen enthalten. Positiv: Aber der Rest hat gut geschmeckt und es wurde schnell geliefert

Hier zur Teamweihnachtsfeier an einen langen schön gedeckten Tisch (allerdings die Tür in der Nähe und ein Tisch mit Abholbehältern, ziemliche Unruhe ) das Essen war sehr gut und zum Abschied gab es Glückskekse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Schmeckt zwar gut, aber wenn man den Aufpreis für Fleisch bezahlt und labberigen, aromatischen Tofu bekommt, vergeht einem eins Rock weit der Appetit. Die Garnelen Dim Sum sind jedoch lecker.

November 2023 Es ist mein Dritter Besuch im Hayaku und ich muss sagen, da kann man mal eine Rezension schreiben. Der Laden ist von außen meiner Meinung nach etwas unscheinbar, jedoch von innen liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Auswahl an Gerichten scheint mir gewählt zu sein und nicht so übermäßig viel, dass es einen erschlägt. Meine Wahl fiel auf das Hühnchen-Ramen mit Sojabasis. Es war gut portioniert und ausgewogen zwischen Festem und Flüssigem. Zudem hat man es sehr gut abgeschmeckt und die Topings schmeicheltem dem Auge. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Nudeln klebten als Klumpen zusammen. Nach etwas auseinander friemeln der Nudeln war es dann einsame Spitze und ein wahrer Genuß. Die Möbel sind recht bequem, die Wartezeit auf das Essen angemessen, das Personal nett und zuvorkommend. 2 Potionen in 25 min war absolut in Ordnung. Beides kam gleichzeitig und war schön warm, was gerade jetzt im Herbst gut tut. Allerdings erinnerte mich die Musik eher an ein italienisches Lokal, was nicht wirklich schlimm ist, aber über Geschmack lässt sich bekanntlich streiten. Alles im allem ein sehr gut zu empfehlendes Lokal mit guten Speisen.

Leider war unsere Bestellung nicht zufriedenstellend. Alles hat entweder gar nicht oder sehr fad geschmeckt, und die Konsistenzen waren auch eher unangenehm. Wir werden nicht wieder bestellen.

Lecker schmecker für Superentdecker

Nach der Neueröffnung zum Glück wieder gefunden und heute direkt die Chance genutzt um dort zu essen. Die Frühlingsrollen waren knusprig. Die Ramen mit Schweinebrühe und Hähnchen war frisch und super lecker. Der Glasnudelsalat war aromatisch und nicht scharf! 😉 Die Bedienung wie immer sehr freundlich und mit einem herzlichen Lächeln im Gesicht. Wir wünschen euch viel Erfolg an eurem neuen Standort und wir sehen uns bald wieder! 💜 Wir lieben die Ramen. Liebevoll zubereitet und sehr schmackhaft.

Alles war super! Sehr gute Platz für Familien Treffen.

Sehr leckeres Abendessen, Edamame on point. Super Ente in cocos Curry Sauce mit der extra spice vom Tisch. Die Haus eigene Limonade würde ich empfehlen.

Abends draußen essen ist sehr gemütlich.... Das Essen ist lecker und immer noch im Rahmen....

Sehr gutes Essen nette Bedienung und akzeptables Klo meine Empfehlung zum Trinken wäre ein matcha bubble Tee mit tapioka und die Vorspeise banh bao ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.

Hier gibt es die besten Ramen in Leipzig, und ich habe wirklich viele Ramen-Küchen durchprobiert. Im Hayaku sind die Brühen besonders gehaltvoll und lecker gewürzt, die Einlagen, egal ob vegan, Lachs oder diverses Fleisch, auffallend großzügig und die Schüsseln riesig! Außerdem sind die vielen möglichen Kombis aus Brühen und Einlagen sehr abwechslungsreich. Auch sind die Leute, die hier arbeiten, ausnehmend nett und zuvorkommend. Wer Rahmen liebt, muss hier essen.

Einfach Super.Mega Sushi und tolle kreative Drinks 👍👍

Abseits gelegenes kleines Lokal, mit Biergartenatmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich & bemüht. Bei der Bestellung ging jedoch einiges schief. Statt Wasser mit Kohlensäure kam welches ohne; statt Huhn gab es Ente; statt wie bestellt Erdnusssauce kam Mangosauce. Das Essen war okay mehr nicht. Lauwarm.

Nach den guten Bewertungen, wollten wir es ausprobieren. Wir waren mit vier Personen da, es war recht leer. Wir mussten 45 min. auf unser Essen warten, dann kam die erste Hauptspeise, kurz darauf brachte man uns die Vorspeisen mit zwei weiteren Hauptspeisen. Nach weiteren 10min. bekamen wir das letzte Hauptgericht. Sehr unglücklich, vorallem war der Tisch dann auch zu klein, für alles zusammen. Das Essen war sehr schlecht abgeschmeckt, teilweise Kalt. Für das Geld können es andere besser. Wir haben den Eindruck gewonnen, es wird mehr auf das Ausserhausgeschäft Wert gelegt, denn die Bestellungen wurden vorrangig behandelt.

Guter und schneller Service nettes Personal und frisches und furchtbar leckeres Essen kann ich jedem empfehlen ob veganer/Vegetarier oder Fleischesser Preis-Leistungs verhältnis ist super

Gutes Restaurant an versteckter Stelle. Leckeres Essen und extrem große Auswahl. Vielleicht sogar etwas viel Auswahl. Aber egal was wir raus gesucht haben, es schmeckte alles gut. Preis-Leistung ist ok

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dort ist phänomenal. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und das Essen ist nicht nur unglaublich lecker, sondern auch sehr authentisch, was man von anderen vietnamesischen Restaurants in der Innenstadt selten behaupten kann. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und die Gerichte kamen in Rekordzeit an unseren Tisch - es war nicht voll als wir da waren, was mich ein bisschen traurig gemacht hat. Ich wünsche mir, dass mehr Menschen das Hayaku für sich entdecken! Für mich ist es ein neues Stammrestaurant geworden.

Das vielleicht leckerste asiatische Essen Leipzigs! Das Fleisch sehr zart, butterweich und intensiv schmeckend. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Ich empfehle das Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiter!

Alles hat sehr lecker geschmeckt der Suppe war richtig frisch und lecker echt toll! wir haben Udon Nudeln bestellt und es war viel zu ölig und kaum Gemüse dazu, der Sushi ist oky aber nichts besonderes. Trotz Beschwerden hat alles trotzdem gut geschmeckt 🙏 Gerne wieder !
