They even gave the birthday girl a special bouquet of flowers; the interaction was as if we'd known each other for a long time. I'd go back anytime.

I love the concept, the delicious food, the decor, the friendly staff... I honestly can't find any negative points. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Leipzig.

I had number 90, the grilled squid with vegetables and rice. It was served with a touch of chili oil and soy sauce. The squid was pleasantly tender and smoky, and the sauce had a well-balanced sweet and spicy flavor. The vegetables were still pleasantly crunchy, and lemongrass, parsley, and spring onions added a touch of freshness. Rice was also served separately, as usual, and it was also pleasantly firm, not overcooked. All in all, I would definitely order it again.

Incredibly delicious. Super affordable for me, a Munich native. Even though I don't speak a dialect, which is typical for us Munich residents, the restaurant manager immediately noticed that I was from the Weisswurst equator of Munich. You can see that only fresh ingredients are used. I was impressed.

We've ordered from here many times and have always been satisfied. This time we wanted to see the restaurant in person. It's a bit unassuming from the outside, but all the more beautiful inside. A chic little restaurant with outdoor seating. We were given a table by the window. The service was friendly and courteous. After a short wait, we received our food. It was beautifully presented. Everything was delicious, whether it was the sushi, the dessert, or the cocktail. Simply top-notch. The only negative thing I could find is that the windows could use a thorough cleaning (cobwebs, etc.). But nonetheless, it was a successful, relaxed evening. We will definitely be back. 👍🏻

What a lovely evening at Hayaku! There were two of us spontaneously and it was really nice! Great attentive service, delicious food and a varied menu so there is something for everyone. The waitress noticed that it was my birthday and when I ordered the bill she brought a dessert on the house and sang a birthday song. How sweet was that? 😍The sushi was also excellent. I can highly recommend hayaku to everyone 😊

The operator and the team are super nice and the food is so delicious and varied! There are Vietnamese dishes that are not available everywhere. Also fresh sushi and delicious ramen. In the warmer and warmer months, it's great to eat outside under green trees. An absolute tip!

We tested the traditional Vietnamese dishes that have recently been offered and were blown away! The picture shows the chicken with ginger, the meat was incredibly tender. An absolute recommendation! Great dishes that are rarely found in other Vietnamese restaurants.

Yesterday we spent another lovely evening in Hayaku Restaurant. Great and high-quality food (grill plate, sushi plate) very nice staff plus a birthday surprise from the restaurant staff. We would like to thank everyone involved, keep it up!

The food is really exceptionally tasty, the glass noodle salad with beef was a revelation, such great sauces and a decent portion too. Very nice service and a large selection of dishes that you don't find in every Asian restaurant. We were completely satisfied!

Always from the perspective of the observer, I find it pleasant, cozy and delicious here. There is a pleasant interior and an outdoor area.

Unfortunately, we didn't have such good experiences. We ordered gyoza as a starter. Once 8 pieces of chicken, 4 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of shrimp. We received two plates with 8 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of vegetables. Unfortunately not what we ordered, but tasted good. The sushi platter as the main course was sufficient in quantity, but the taste was not very good. Too much rice, too little content, sometimes too large pieces (due to a lot of rice). Since the tables were very small and there were 4 of us (who each ordered a plate of two so that we could pay separately and divide the plate according to our preferences), we both had to share two plates one after the other. In addition, the waitress came with the wonderful sentence “they should have ordered a platter of four!” I found this very rude as we had no way of knowing that the tables were too small for 2 plates. I also think it's the waiter's job to point this out to us when we order. And then I wonder what would have happened if we had ordered a sushi plate and a grill plate. Because both plates were ready at the same time and we had to eat them one after the other, the baked sushi on the second plate was ice cold. We had to wait 40 minutes for the bill and it only came after the third request. Due to the long wait for the bill, more and more people came into the restaurant and waited at the entrance for a table, which increased the noise level enormously and we could hardly understand each other at the table. Unfortunately, they also tried to charge a higher price (than what is on the menu) for a drink on the bill, which I actually only noticed because I had to wait 40 minutes and was able to take a closer look at the menu again. All in all, I was not satisfied and extremely disappointed with this visit.

Unfortunately we would have to wait a while, but the restaurant was also very full. It was a book fair. The food we had was very tasty and spicy. The portion was huge. Everything great.

We ordered online, so no comment on the ambience. The order took a long time to arrive (over 2 hours), unfortunately the line was busy and the delivery service gave no information about whether and when something would arrive. Annoying, but it can happen. The sushi was good. Unfortunately that was it. The rice with shrimp "without sauce" was soaked in liquid, the taste was okay. The “grilled beef with barbecue sauce” was also served in broth with vegetables. Even if you expect it to be Asian-style, unfortunately that's not comprehensible when you consider the description online and therefore the price isn't comprehensible either.

Attention, the boss does not pay the driver the online tip from uber eats and liferando! The food was delicious but that's why only one star.

Excellent service and good drinks

Ordering ramen here on a hungover day was definitely 10/10! The tonkgotsu ramen with chicken or pork were both super tasty! Edit: I was there again and ate the Tonkgotsu Ramen with pork again and I have to say that it tasted really good again. Above all, the portion size is great. The only drawback: some of the pork was very tough. It would be nice if there was pork belly too, so you could choose fatty meat.

The sashimi was fresh and the portion was big enough. In comparison, at Sona it would have cost twice as much (and you would have had to pay extra for the sushi rice). But somewhere in the rice or sesame there was a stone and I almost broke a tooth. From that moment on I couldn't enjoy the food anymore because with every bite I was afraid that there might be another stone. The miso ramen didn't taste like miso at all, instead it had the typical taste and smell of cheap Chinese food (glutamate, etc.), with mixed frozen vegetables and other ingredients also typical of inferior Chinese cuisine. After I ate it, I felt nauseated for several hours. Individually positive, the portion of pork (which I paid extra for) was generous and cost very little compared to, for example, Umaii Ramen. But in general the miso ramen at Umaii or 1974 is of much higher quality and the selection of ingredients is more elegant and traditional. I will never order ramen here again. But I might order sashimi again. But if I find another stone, it's over.

This is an amazing place, the service is awesomesauce , the food changed the chemical structure in my brain (in a good way), I come here with my family and friends often. The people here are so kind and the price is very good !

Super nice service, great food, you can watch the chefs preparing it. Nice atmosphere, when the weather is nice you can look directly at the Karl Heine Canal.

The first time I was there and took advantage of the lunch special, it was only half past three. Nevertheless, I was told that I was lucky that the chef was still there. He then marched into the kitchen with a roll of his eyes. At least the food was good. The second time came at half past 12 and was not served. First of all, the terrace had to be cleaned and set up with plenty of peace of mind. Today I wanted to give him another chance. Ordered the same dish as the first time, got something completely different and the "vegetables" were waste, i.e. petioles and stalks probably from cauliflower. I've never experienced anything like that. That was definitely the last time!

I read the good reviews with 4.7 stars which motivated me to eat here. Afterwards I asked myself how the good rating came about. I had a pho soup with beef and it was not good! The round meat was over the top, extremely gristly and very tough. I had half the food returned - a shame. The spring roll was good, hence 2 stars
