Havsi's Lounge in Saarbrücken

It was our first time there and we wanted to smoke a shisha in comfort. The shisha was taken from my friend's house and I wasn't even asked if I wanted one too. After I was able to place my order, I had to wait a quarter of an hour for my pipe. The taste was ok at first, my buddy didn't have the charcoal on properly so his tobacco couldn't get really warm...after half an hour we both noticed how we were getting worse and got a headache...never had these signs in a shisha bar got,...so we paid and left. We assume that the shisha was not prepared properly...oxygen was present in moderation (could have opened the door more often) Service didn't really try to be nice, but it was still within... We definitely won't go there again!

Very bad service. No menu, we weren't served after our drinks were empty. Capirinhia was prepared incorrectly with pineapple juice and hardly any alcohol in it. Were bothered by flies. Coal from the shisha was not changed. Toilets smelled. We had to wait 10 minutes until someone came and served us, the service was only busy outside.

Extremely bad service we got a shisha that didn't work at all and when we complained about the whole thing we were rudely rejected and still had to pay

Hello, last night I came to smoke a mint shisha with a glass of tea and non-alcoholic mojito. I paid a total of more than 44€? Is this normal?

I asked to make a hookah with milk, they brought me a hookah with muddy water and they proved that it was milk, the staff does not speak English!

Visited few days ago with my husband. Stylish hookah bar. The premises was well presented, clean, good hospitality. The shisha was also made very smoothly served with hot tea that we ordered. The lavatories were also very clean too which is a bonus. We sat outside and enjoyed our shisha for fresh air. Thank you for looking after us 😊

Sehr einladend und gemütlich. Wir haben uns gut beraten und gut bedient gefühlt. Gab's sogar was zum knabbern und frisches Obst.

Toller Service, beste Shisha in Saarbrücken! Noch nie eine so aufmerksame Bedienung gesehen. Die Drinks sind gut gemixt. Einziger Laden in Saarbrücken mit E-Shisha. Grandioses Erlebnis. Ich würde 6 Sterne geben, wenn es möglich wäre.

Hiermit muss ich mein Feedback abgeben, zu einer Shisha-Bar die beliebt ist. Alle Pfeifen durchprobiert, schmecken alle nicht bzw nicht nach dem Geschmack, nachdem sie schmecken sollten. Service ist ok. Der zweite Stern ist nur für die Atmosphäre. Sonst nicht empfehlenswert!

Gute Shisha Bar! Wir wurden sehr gut bedient, es wurde immer wieder neue Kohle drauf gemacht, zudem haben wir noch einen kostenlosen Snack bekommen.

It was alright, but nothing special overall. To be honest I was a little underwhelmed by the cocktails. Also, I was expecting more of a hookah for 13€, too :/ But the service was great

Haben mit mehreren Leuten Geburtstag gefeiert. Die Getränke die wir bestellt haben kamen gefühlt nach einer halben Stunde und dann waren sie noch falsch sodass die Getränke neu gemacht werden mussten. Die Shisha an sich war ganz in Ordnung nur das an einen unseren Tischen vergessen wurde welche bestellt wurde. Ich würde mir zweimal überlegen dort hinzugehen. Lage ist an sich auch in Ordnung und gut zu erreichen. (Schöne Einrichtung). Trotzdem gibt sind Verbesserung dringend !!!

War bis jz paar mal da und die Getränke, Shisha's sind sehr gut,das Personal is sehr nett,werde noch ganz oft kommen❤️‍🔥

Shisha war okay , Bedienung war am Anfang Recht schnell aber als es ein wenig voller wurde hatte man das Gefühl ignoriert zu werden.

Location sehr cool, finde die Salitos Möbel einfach schick, Pfeifen prinzipiell von einer guten Marke jedoch langsam ein Auslaufmodell. Mundstücke von Caesar sind absolut akzeptabel. Köpfe werden im Steinkopf dekrenzt, richtig und wichtig. Kopf an sich etwas schwach, wenig Rauch aber dafür kein Kratzen. Tabak Auswahl eher klein aber in Ordnung. Pfeifen waren schnell da. Kein Muss aber man macht auch nichts falsch. Müsst ihr wissen.

Di passaggio a sarrebruk , non male come locale ,però ce vuole un Po di attenzione verso i clienti, e di professionalità , e un sala Chicha mica un barettino in paese siete a Sarrebruk quindi con più du savoir faire potete rendere il vostro locale a un livello superiore.

Mein erster Besuch ist auch mein letzter Besuch. Auf Empfehlung einen Freundes, Bedienung ist langsam und nicht sehr freundlich. Man hat das Gefühl man würde Nerven. Kohle wird nicht nachgelegt
