Leider wurden mein Mann und ich gerade abgelehnt, obwohl Tische frei waren. Es war das letzte Mal, dass wir dieses Lokal betreten haben.

Erster Besuch und wir waren begeistert. Sehr leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen! Mitarbeiter waren allesamt sehr aufmerksam und haben regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob sie noch was für uns tun könnten. Große Menüauswahl bei Getränken und Speisen. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Efcharisto para poli 💪🏽

Sehr leckeres Essen und geoße Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Servicepersonal ist höflich und zuvorkommend. Preis-Leistung passt (abgesehen von den 4,50€ für ne Soße) Ambiente ist ok. Drinnen leider manchmal etwas laut. Draußen wackelt mal ein Tisch od. Stuhl. Alle in allem aber sehr zu empfehlen. Bis auf diese Kleinigkeiten gibt es nix zu meckern.

Unverschämtes Personal, wollten einen Tisch haben, der frei wurde und noch eingedeckt werden musste, da wurde man angeschnauzt und auf einem anderen Tisch verwiesen. So geht man nicht mit Stammgästen um. Wir sind dann direkt wieder gegangen und mussten über deren Verhalten einfach nur noch lachen. Das hat sich mit dem Laden definitiv erledigt, es werden keine weiteren Besuche mehr erfolgen.

Wir waren heute im Kipos. Freundliche Bedienung und leckeres Essen. Das Restaurant war zu ca. 70% belegt. Deswegen konnte man sich noch gut unterhalten. Preis-Leistung ist korrekt.

Das Essen ist höherpreisig, schmeckt aber sehr gut. Was nicht so toll war.:6.50 Euro für einen Kleks Zaziki. Zu einem Hauptgericht echt überteuert. Der Reis auf dem extra Teller war so gut wie kalt.

Essen war ok. Service ein wenig chaotisch. Drei Kellner wollten nacheinander die Getränke aufnehmen. Fürs Essen hatten wir direkt zwei Kellner am Tisch. Für uns auch definitiv zu laut.

Gestern bei Kipos zu Abend gegessen. Der Gyros war mittelmäßig, der Feta (Vorspeise) angebrannt, der Service schlecht bis mittelmäßig. Der Kellner hat uns förmlich bedrängt zeitig zu bestellen, genötigt das Vorspeisen-Besteck wiederzuverwenden, die Atmosphäre laut. Fazit: muss nicht wieder sein!

Ich war mit Frau und Kind da. Ich hatte das Lammfilet. Das war einfach nur mega Gut. Sogar unser Sohn hat gesagt, gut das wir hier hin gegangen sind. Der Nachtisch war natürlich auch ein Gedicht. Es ist einfach der Beste Grieche.

Ich habe das Haus Kipos besucht und war insgesamt etwas zwiegespalten. Das Ambiente ist wirklich sehr schön besonders die alte Halle hat Charme und sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Restaurant war auch gut besucht, was zunächst einen positiven Eindruck gemacht hat. Leider konnte der Service da überhaupt nicht mithalten. Die Bedienung wirkte durchgehend mürrisch kein „Bitte“, kein „Danke“, kein Lächeln. Man hatte fast schon das Gefühl, sich entschuldigen zu müssen, überhaupt gekommen zu sein. Willkommen haben wir uns definitiv nicht gefühlt. Das Essen war leider auch eher enttäuschend und auf Imbissniveau. Das Tzatziki schmeckte wie ein günstiges Produkt aus dem Eimer, die frittierten Bällchen waren extrem fettig und das Eis hatte einen unangenehm künstlichen, fast schon chemischen Geschmack. Insgesamt bleibt ein schöner erster Eindruck vom Ambiente, der durch Service und Essen leider deutlich getrübt wird. Wir würden nicht wiederkommen und können das Restaurant auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zum ersten mal dort. Es war fantastisch. Super Service ein tolles Ambiente und das Essen ist einfach fantastisch.

Essen war gut, der Service passt auch, die Lage ist super. Der Preis für einen Kleks Zaziki ist allerdings ein Witz und aufgrund der räumlichen Gegebenheiten ist es extrem laut und man fühlt sich wie in einer Bahnhofshalle, normal reden ist am Abend an Wochenenden kaum möglich.

Bahnhofshalle mit Massenabfertigung. Gastfreundschaft fehlt hier komplett. Trotz der großen Bitte, keine Zwiebeln wegen der Unverträglichkeit zu servieren, kam das Essen natürlich mit. Die Aussage vom Kellner war - " ich habe die Bestellung nicht aufgenommen ", hat sich umgedreht und ist einfach gegangen. Der Koch, wenn man ihn überhaupt so nennen kann, ist absolut unfähig. Er kennt nur eine Geschmacksrichtung - Fett! Absolut ungenießbar. Lebensmittelverschwendung. Nachdem wir Stunde auf das Essen gewartet haben. Leider muss man mindestens einen Stern vergeben, ich hätte keinen einzigen sonst vergeben. Nie wieder!

Nach meiner Erfahrung der beste Grieche in Hagen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Essen und Auswahl in der Speisekarte. Das überbackene Gyros war ein Knaller. Salat mit Hähnchenbrust auch top. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Im Sommer gibt es eine riesige Terrasse. Toll! Einziger negativ Punkt ist, dass man an den Elbershallen kostenpflichtig parken muss.

Sehr leckeres Gyros. Das Ambiente ist etwas laut.

Wir waren heute beim Griechen essen, und der Besuch hat meine Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Meine Frau reservierte drei Wochen im Voraus für acht Personen. Dabei wurde ausdrücklich erwähnt, dass eine Person im Rollstuhl sitzt. Bei unserer Ankunft stellte sich heraus: kein barrierefreier Eingang. Man muss von hinten ums Gebäude herum, doch selbst dort standen Tische und Stühle im Weg. Die Tür wurde nur halb geöffnet, sodass der Rollstuhl gerade so hindurchpasste. Eine erkennbare Vorbereitung trotz vorheriger Ankündigung gab es nicht. Zunächst wurde uns ein Tisch auf einem Podest zugewiesen, erreichbar über eine einzelne, deutlich erhöhte Stufe, höher als eine normale Treppenstufe. Wir erklärten erneut, dass wir eine Rollstuhlfahrerin dabei haben. Es ist unmöglich, sie dort hochzutragen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Toilettengänge. Dennoch versuchte der Mitarbeiter, uns zu überzeugen, die Stufe sei „gar nicht so hoch“. Erst als wir ankündigten zu gehen, wurden im Eingangsbereich zwei Tische zusammengestellt ohne Entschuldigung, ohne freundliche Geste. Die Atmosphäre war von Beginn an angespannt. Fehler können passieren. Vielleicht ist es grundsätzlich ein gutes Restaurant. Wenn man jedoch drei Wochen vorher ausdrücklich informiert wird und vor Ort merkt, dass etwas schiefgelaufen ist, sollte man professionell reagieren: freundlich bleiben, Verantwortung übernehmen und die Situation aktiv entschärfen. Ein kleines Entgegenkommen bei der Rechnung oder wenigstens höfliches Verhalten hätten viel bewirken können. Stattdessen entstand der Eindruck, man wolle uns trotz offensichtlicher Unmöglichkeit weiterhin an den ungeeigneten Tisch setzen. Der Service blieb insgesamt kühl und distanziert. Ich bestellte ein Alster. Geschmacklich überwog deutlich das Bier, der Fanta!Anteil war kaum wahrnehmbar. Ich bevorzuge bei einem Alster normalerweise die fruchtige Mischung, daher ließ ich die Hälfte stehen. Mein Gericht, Hähnchenbrustfilet mit Pommes und Soße ,war innen deutlich rosa und stark versalzen. Mehrere Stücke enthielten zähe Sehnen, zwei musste ich ausspucken. Ungegartes Hähnchen ist nicht nur geschmacklich problematisch, sondern auch hygienisch bedenklich. Ich habe das Essen nicht zurückgehen lassen, da es sich um den Geburtstag der Oma meiner Frau handelte und ich keine zusätzliche Spannung erzeugen wollte. Auch meine Schwägerin war mit demselben Gericht unzufrieden. Zu dritt zahlten wir rund 80 Euro. Für diese Leistung enttäuschend. Auch die Speisekarte überzeugte nicht: überwiegend Schweine- und Lammfleisch, kaum Rind, nur ein Hähnchengericht. Die Auswahl wirkte unausgewogen. Fazit: Vielleicht war es ein unglücklicher Tag. Unser Eindruck bleibt jedoch negativ. Ein Stern vergebe ich wegen des Ambientes. Es ist drinnen wirklich sehr schön gestaltet. Dennoch waren der Umgang mit Gästen, insbesondere mit Menschen mit Behinderung, sowie die Qualität der Speisen für mich nicht akzeptabel. Ein zweiter Besuch kommt daher nicht infrage.

Definitiv eines der besten griechischen Restaurants in der Gegend! Das Essen ist immer frisch und unglaublich lecker, der Service aufmerksam und herzlich. Man merkt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne – mittlerweile als Stammgäste.

Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend – geschmackvoll, liebevoll zubereitet und perfekt für einen besonderen Anlass. Alles, was wir bestellt hatten, war köstlich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das Ambiente war warm, gemütlich und entspannt, was den Abend noch schöner machte. Es ist ein toller Ort, um bedeutungsvolle Momente in Ruhe zu feiern. Besonders schön war für uns, dass das Restaurant tierfreundlich ist. Wir konnten unseren Shih Tzu mitbringen, und das Personal war sehr herzlich, was uns sehr viel bedeutete, da unser Hund zur Familie gehört. Insgesamt: großartiges Essen, tolle Atmosphäre und freundlicher Service. Wir haben unser Jubiläumsessen sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert! 🐶❤️

Ich durfte keinen Tisch bekommen, weil es nur für Essen ist. Nur Getränke sind nicht erlaubt. So enttäuschend!

Eigentlich sollte man nur den klassischen Gyrosteller bestellen. Bei allen anderen ist kein Zaziki bei und es wird ein Aufpreis von 5,70 € für einen kleinen Klecks Zaziki berechnet. Die Bedienung hat nicht einmal gelächelt und hat eine ganz unangenehme Stimmung verbreitet. Gyrosteller ok. Alles andere mit Gyros, abzocke.

The food was a bit underwhelming... just a few croquettes, a side salad for garnish, and two pieces of chicken with a little sauce. It cost around €23 including a drink. To be honest, I wasn't thrilled; they could have done better. The waiter didn't understand a word and brought the wrong order to our table three times. The atmosphere, however, was a bit more pleasant – somewhat Christmassy. We won't be coming back, which is a shame.

Nice restaurant and friendly service. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet our expectations. With a plate containing several types of meat, rice, and fries, I expect everything to be piping hot. This wasn't the case with our dish. I was also surprised that tzatziki had to be ordered separately with a gyros dish. It was a mere two tablespoons, served on a separate plate, for €5.70. Aside from that, the prices are generally fair.

I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant!! We had a Christmas party there, and there were 18 of us in total. The service was incredibly unfriendly and completely overwhelmed. We waited ages for drinks and were lucky if we even got them at all. Sometimes, we were served something different than what we ordered. After the appetizers, the plates, and even some full platters, were cleared away without asking if we were finished. We waited over two hours for the main course, which was absolutely not worth it! The only thing that tasted good were the fries! Considering the prices, it was a complete disaster. We were all extremely annoyed and will definitely never go there again or recommend the restaurant to anyone!!!

The waiter, a somewhat chubby, bald man, was very unfriendly to us right from the start and really annoyed, even though his shift had just started. His comment that we couldn't sit/eat outside because all the tables (about 30 people) were reserved was completely incomprehensible. Since we wanted to stay because of the good food, we decided to sit inside... The waiter was still annoyed and didn't show his better side... We considered leaving, but stayed anyway... The situation was saved by another waiter who was very friendly and simply nice to us and brought us a couple of shots as consolation... We didn't tip for such a condition, even though the other employees can't be blamed for the behavior of these waiters... We're considering whether to go back and eat there...

Unfortunately, the last visit was very bad. The waiter accidentally spilled drinks. Things like that can always happen, of course, but there was no replacement drink. Plus, it seems to be getting more and more expensive.

We were served by at least three different waiters :( - The warm appetizer platter was simply forgotten. - The fries were saltless. - The jacket potatoes were bland. - We ordered crepes without cream, but they came with cream / the crepes tasted like they had been baked that morning (chewy). - The wine spritzer tasted more like water (but they brought it again). - We always had to wait patiently until we could order something. - Plates were cleared away without a word. - We agreed not to leave a tip - but were punished with silence: NO (!) thank you/have a nice evening/goodbye !!!!!!! The bill was ~€125

The Kipos restaurant in Hagen offers a very pleasant atmosphere and truly excellent Greek food. Both the appetizers and main courses are highly recommended – everything is fresh and flavorful. The staff is friendly and attentive. If you're looking for good Greek cuisine, this is the place to be.

Absolutely unacceptable service and rude treatment of guests. We came to this restaurant to simply pass the 30 minutes before going bowling – it was raining heavily and cold outside. There were eight of us, and we politely sat down at a table and ordered coffee. No one was loud or disruptive. A few minutes later, a man (presumably the owner) came to our table and asked if we would like to order something to eat. I replied calmly and politely: – No, thank you. We'll just have a coffee and then leave; we only have about 30 minutes. After these words, his face immediately changed: He rolled his eyes demonstratively, clicked his tongue, and openly expressed his dissatisfaction. I asked calmly: – Excuse me, is there a problem with this? He completely ignored me. I repeated the question – again, no response. The third time, I asked more forcefully. He then snapped irritably: – By the way, we're a restaurant, not a café! His tone was extremely rude and condescending – our entire group was shocked. I calmly suggested: – Then maybe we could cancel the order? He hissed through his teeth: – Your order is already being prepared. I asked politely and matter-of-factly: – And where does it say that? It doesn't say anywhere at the entrance that you can only sit here with a food order and can't just have a coffee and leave after 30 minutes. He then became even angrier, turned red, and mumbled something incomprehensible under his breath – still in an extremely unfriendly tone. At that point, at most 30% of the tables in the restaurant were occupied. We didn't disturb anyone and didn't demand anything unreasonable. In the end, we paid almost €40 for 8 cups of coffee and spent 30 minutes in an absolutely unpleasant, hostile atmosphere. That's not how you treat guests. The owner has obviously forgotten what it means to work in the service industry. I will definitely never come back and cannot recommend the store to anyone.

The wait for the food was over 45 minutes, even though there were hardly any customers. And when the food finally arrived – an absolute disaster. The meat was tough, the side dishes tasted like they'd left them yesterday, and the whole thing was lukewarm to cold. I've rarely eaten anything so tasteless. The worst part: I got stomach problems afterward – which says a lot about the hygiene in the kitchen. Value for money? A complete joke. Charging for this is bordering on fraud. How this place is even still open is a mystery to me. Conclusion: Save yourself time, money, and hassle. I would rather not eat anything than ever come here again.

I recently visited your restaurant with a friend. We ordered coffee and waited for another friend to join us for dinner. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't entirely pleasant. The server came to our table approximately every 15 minutes and repeatedly asked if we had decided on our order. We politely explained several times that we would wait for our friend and then order. However, we felt that our situation was neither understood nor respected. We found the repeated requests to be unreasonably intrusive and rude. When our friend finally arrived, we decided to eat elsewhere, as the atmosphere was unfortunately not conducive to a relaxed evening. We hope that next time, guests can enjoy the atmosphere in peace without feeling pressured. This could make a visit to your restaurant a more pleasant experience.

We were there spontaneously today in bad weather. We got a table without any problem, despite not having a reservation. We have eaten there several times and are really impressed by the very friendly staff and the food (which is not too small). Thank you 🥂 see you next time.

It's a very nice location. Food very good, lots of it and at moderate prices. The staff polite and accommodating. Great atmosphere on a former industrial site, which was a weaving mill 100 years ago. We can only recommend this location and we will come back.

The food is good but not exceptional. The portions are very decent! The ambience is spoiled by the high volume in the dining room.

My wife and I were in this busy Greek restaurant this evening. After a lot of hearsay, we had to get our own opinion of this great restaurant. We were greeted very friendly and taken to our reserved seat (which I can only recommend because otherwise it would be difficult to get a seat). We ordered drinks and in no time they were there. When it comes to food, all I can say is a very well-intentioned amount. In terms of taste, it's a 12 out of 10. Personally, I missed the tzatziki, but that's complaining at a high level. One small thing, however, is that due to the very high ceilings and the many guests, the noise level is very loud. But there is always something. Delicious food. With recommended appetizers.

Greek restaurant in Hagen, quite big and nice decorated. Service was very friendly. We found the prices a little bit high but it is also true that the portions are very big. Quality of the food, especially the gyros was excellent. The only negative point is that I didn’t notice the gyros plate I ordered didn’t include Zasiki. I just assume gyros always comes with it! So had to order it separated, which was extra 5,70€. So ended up paying 25€ for gyros-souvlaki plate, little bit expensive compared to other Green restaurants. Anyway, I would come back.
