The beef pepper stick Was very good.

We come here every year and it's just great every time! The meat is always grilled to perfection and juicy. I can recommend it to anyone who likes Greek food. The gyros pan was also amazing.

*Not* recommended. The food was nothing more than ok. The salad dressing was too salty, the gyros were indistinguishable from fast food and the ice cream tasted like it came from a cheap discount store. But the worst thing was the service. We had 4 waiters who served us incorrectly every minute and we wanted to offer them a place at our table: wrong drinks, wrong main course.

We were in this restaurant for the second time last night. We were very disappointed the first time and wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately we were disappointed again. The first time in the summer the food arrived about an hour later and was even cold. The staff was really very unfriendly and stroppy and not friendly at all. Unfortunately the coffee didn't work out well because we had to wait 15 minutes for it. But let's come to last night: first of all, the greeting was very blunt and you were sat down and just a "number". We don't expect much, but friendliness and some competence have to be there. The food was so-so, the meat was very tough. Well, you can't go wrong with fries, but the olives were delicious. The waiter was rude because we wanted a carafe instead of a glass of wine. His statement was "I can't change that now". They didn't come to meet us at all. A hospitality receipt was then too much to ask for, rolling your eyes etc. and finally, the icing on the cake was that the waiter said that there should actually be a tip for him 😳!? I'm sorry, what ? So we were so dissatisfied and then claimed that he didn't say that at all because we wanted to speak to the boss. Sorry, no!

Very, very tasty food and friendly atmosphere. Relatively noisy when it's full - but it's worth the visit!

Wir mussten zwei Stunden auf unserer Essen warten. Ein NO GO …. Die Pommes waren sehr hart. Das Essen war nur lau warm . Es war sehr enttäuschend.

After our fourth visit to the kipos restaurant today, we were unfortunately very disappointed. The food was delicious, but the service overall was extremely unfriendly; neither a please, thank you nor anything else. After we took cutlery from another table because we didn't get any, we were loudly shouted at (with rolling eyes) if we didn't want to take over his work and if he could take off his apron so that he could finish work. To top it all off, after asking several times, we waited over half an hour for our bill and were not given a friendly farewell, as is usually the case. You might think the store would have been packed, but that wasn't the case at all. Unfortunately, this was our last visit because we didn't feel comfortable as guests and we don't want to be treated badly in the future when we go out to eat at a more expensive price.

A great restaurant with delicious food

I thought our visit to Haus Kipos in Hagen was very successful. We reserved a table for two for our four year anniversary and were very excited about everything. The food was super tasty and also plentiful. You'll definitely get full 🤭 The ambience is modern and invites you to dream. 🥰 Gladly again 😉

The restaurant's staff should be given priority. Be polite and friendly. We sat inside and were immediately welcomed by the simple ambience. The food didn't disappoint either. Please, dear Kipos team, stay true to your line.

Price-performance ratio is ok today. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Since the portion was too much for me, I was immediately asked if there was anything wrong with the food. All in all a nice evening.

As always, very tasty. Love to go here to eat. You will be served very politely. Only when the restaurant is busy is there a somewhat loud background noise. Open on Sunday lunchtime. We don't like to eat so much in the evening anymore, so we think the opening times on Sundays are great. Always a pleasure to be a guest at Kipos.

Food and service are good. Unfortunately, my food was already cold on this visit. But the taste was still good. The only point of criticism regarding the service: the large number of employees who serve you at the table during a visit. For us there were 4 different people in 1.5 hours.

Customers are treated disrespectfully here, which I have unfortunately experienced several times over the years.

Too loud, too big, not for people who want to eat in peace

The food was ok. Unfortunately, the service is very slow, especially when it comes to paying, as apparently only one condition entitles you to collect. Side dishes were sometimes forgotten and were still on the bill. Unfortunately, the air and temperature in the store was unbearable. Tried it twice, unfortunately twice it was very bad.

Four of us were there early in the evening. The service is good, friendly and attentive. The food wasn't good. Most of the things on the plate were cold and carelessly served. The rice was completely cold. The small salad, however, was fresh and tasty. The restaurant is very, very large and completely full after a short time. Ambiance like in the departure hall, volume too. Entertainment hardly possible anymore. You have to like that. I don't like that.

Food was delicious, atmosphere good. It's great that dogs are allowed. But at times it was a bit too loud that you couldn't hear the person sitting next to you.

Much better than Greece! I was in Athens for 5 days. I visited several restaurants there, which I even selected in advance on Tripadvisor. I always missed the quality of the food. 2 days after we came back I said let's go have a real Greek meal and we went to Kipos House again! Everything perfect. Tasty and nice. Absolutely recommended. No matter what you choose from the menu, it will taste very good and will be served superbly. Prices have risen significantly this year but everyone in Germany knows the reason! Keep it up ! 👏🏼

We (my wife and I) had dinner here last night (Saturday April 6th, 2024). Staff: A woman with blonde, short hair (boss or manager) welcomed us and accompanied us to the table. I didn't like the two table assigned and asked if I could have the one next to it, which was also a two table. This was denied rather rudely. However, this table was free the entire time until guests arrived who had not reserved (we specifically asked the guests). The rest of the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Ambiance: Very noisy restaurant. The station hall is quite good. Maybe, by using the old industry, but not otherwise possible. Eat: Here I have to clearly differentiate between starters and main courses. The starters were excellent. The beer-battered zucchini, pepperoni and tzatziki with bread were very tasty and the portions were reasonable. The main courses, however, didn't work at all. I've read several times in other reviews that the food tasted burnt. That was exactly the case with us too. Every piece of meat tasted burnt. That's why a lot of things were left lying around and not eaten. Prices: Very high. As an example, a normal grill plate costs 25 euros and lamb costs from 27 euros and up. Conclusion: A restaurant that I wouldn't go to again. If someone invited me there, I would rather have four starters than one main course. Tip to the restaurant team: If you get so many reviews about burnt food, maybe you should take a look at yourself and do something about it.

My wife and I went there for dinner on a weekday. We both ordered the souvlaki plate. When the food was brought to us, we said that the tzatziki was still missing. The waiter said, no problem, I'll bring it straight away. Sounded like it was part of it. Especially since for us tzatziki is always part of the souvlaki. We were amazed at the bill. The two bowls of tzatziki were charged at €5.40 each... A look at the online menu later showed us that there was no tzatziki, but we find €10.80 for 2 hits of tzatziki to be outrageous.

The food was very tasty and the portions were really generous. But unfortunately they didn't even ask if drinks were still wanted. Unfortunately, a dessert menu was not served either. It was very noisy, very loud. In summer, outdoor dining is perhaps more recommended. Would just order 2 glasses of my drink!!!!

Schöne Location Lecker essen Super Service

Das Steak war ok , die Beilagen sehr klein gehalten . 4 kleine Kroketten. Der Beilagensalat, dazu gebe ich kein Kommentar. Nochmal würde ich nicht hingehen . Der Service, ich schließe hier hiermit.

Wir waren an einem Samstag dort (10 Personen). Der Service war total überfordert, die Kellner waren froh nicht angesprochen zu werden um eine Wunsch entgegen zunehmen. Teil der Vorspeisen kamen mit dem Hauptgang oder danach. Getränke wurden vergessen und Speisen von anderen Gästen hat man versucht bei uns zu servieren. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber Grundsätzlich nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Essen hat mit griechischer Küche so viel zu tun wie ein Fisch mit einem Fahrrad! Metaxa-Sauce wässrig und ungewürzt, Fleisch ohne Qualität, Essen lauwarm. Einmal und nicht wieder!

Das Essen ist hier immer sehr lecker und die Bedienung super nett. Das ganze Restaurant ist voll, aber das Essen kommt relativ schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spitzenküche mit sehr gutem Service, der Raum ist mir zu groß, das geht etwas besser mit Raumteilern.

Essen war okay heute einen aber nicht um. Service war super immer nett und erreichbar. Ambiente war ziemlich Laut.

Die Hähnchenbrust war schmeckte total verbrannt. Das Lokal hat eine viel zu laute Akustik sobald ein paar mehr Menschen dort sind.

Wie schon so oft, war es wieder mal sehr lecker und der Service spitze. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch bei euch.

Das Essen war super und auch der Service war perfekt. Das einzige was mir auszusetzen ist, dass es zu laut war, trotz der Musik die leicht zu hören war. Da hat mir das leicht private irgendwo gefehlt. Würde aber gerne wieder dorthin gehen.
