Best snack bar in Hagen. A Greek family cooks. Delicious fries, gyro plates with fresh coleslaw, etc. Super tasty.

Very unfriendly staff on the phone just now. I just wanted to place a delivery order. I was very rudely and disrespectfully informed that they only deliver from 5 p.m. onwards. That was the end of the Grillhaus. I can spend my money elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN

The food is pretty bad; meat is a no-go, and the rice is ancient, and the pepperoni is incredibly soft. I actually regret buying food there ever again. :D

Somehow, it feels a bit like it's "without love"; the gyro plate was thrown together without any love... It tasted okay.

Fast food restaurants rarely offer Michelin-starred cuisine, but here I would have hoped for something more standard. I ordered a gyro without onions, but got it. The onions were half-heartedly and superficially removed by the kitchen, topped with cheese again, and offered to me, without any apology. Friendliness = 0 Atmosphere: okay.

We go there often and it's always the same good quality.

So far I didn't think it was that bad, you can ignore a lot of things but honestly you should be ashamed of yourself. Three small spoonfuls of sauce and three pieces of meat, something like that is called a goulash soup and costs €450, I thought it was fine the blow. I own a snack bar myself and would be ashamed to give something like that out there. And when you ask nicely, taking away the soup and throwing you out and not even giving the money back is not possible.

Greek snack bar, large selection on the menu, tried various dishes from pizza to salad to grilled dishes. I am satisfied and can recommend the grill house.

Classic Greek snack bar, usually packed and with a waiting time, but it's worth the wait. The gyros are super tasty and the french fries are also great to take away if you order them within the next 15 minutes. Coleslaw etc. are made fresh and don't appear to be from the "bucket". The dining room is rather uncomfortable, but it's nice to sit outside. There are also enough parking spaces available. The service is quick and courteous. I can absolutely recommend this snack bar. I don't think there is anything better of this kind in Hagen.

Was there again today after almost 10 years. I have to be honest, it wasn't worth it at all. My grill plate was initially too expensive and not tasty. The meat is too dry and unseasoned. The coleslaw without salt and tzatziki already pricked my tongue. Really a shame

Appearances are deceiving: An old building structure and the feeling of a factory hall from the outside make the food all the better. Good food, good portions and very good quality leave nothing to be desired.

I've been a long-time customer and I think it's one of the best gyros in the area. Unfortunately, I can no longer support the disproportionate price increases and the unfriendliness of the management.

This review refers to telephone availability. Unfortunately, this is catastrophic. You have to call 10 times and if you're lucky someone will answer. Simply join Lieferando, then the overwhelmed employees don't have to deal with the endlessly ringing telephone. But the food is good, hence 3 stars.

Absolutely disappointed. This was our favorite place to eat... at this time today we ordered three large pizzas... the price was also right for large pizzas. But the pizzas were small.. we paid more than we should. We tried calling several times and no one answered. When ordering, they simply hung up in the middle, I can imagine it being very stressful. But unfortunately that ruined everything for me. I liked it here...

I ordered food there for my 50th birthday. The food was plentiful and very tasty, the salads and side dishes were very tasty and freshly prepared, the meat tasted very tasty and was prepared with a lot of love in the warming container. Gypsy schnitzel with fries, fries not cooked through, limp and without salt. Gypsy schnitzel is good in terms of portion, but unfortunately with so little sauce, we could have also ordered Viennese schnitzel. Dry affair :( Shame about the money.

Food is really good but it's outrageous to pay the full price for a cucumber cream salad that's topped with mineral water and tingles when you eat it!

Pizza Hawaii with herb butter... and you pay €2.50 for the finished herb butter from Meggle 1x20g. You should be ashamed of this price. At Rewe, 5x20g cost €1.99. We got something from you last time. It's a shame I wasn't there when I picked it up.

Here you can eat or pick up your ordered food. The entrance area is wheelchair accessible. There are toilets. The staff is friendly. Very good gyros. Not too greasy or dry. Recommended.

Ich habe mich mal wohler gefühlt. Dort ist soviel zu tun, daß häufig beim mitnehmen etwas fehlt oder falsch ist. Das Personal ist aber immer sehr nett

Leider viel zu klein geworden die Gyros- Portionen. Da stimmt das Preisverhältnis leider nicht aber die Pommes und die Mayo waren spitze.

Für Gyros die erste Wahl in Hagen...große Portionen und immer wieder lecker... Bei vollem Laden nehme ich gerne eine Wartezeit in Kauf....

Wenn das Essen nicht so lecker wäre (außer der Krautsalat, der geht garnicht) würde ich dort nicht mehr bestellen. War früher Mal anders anscheinend hat man es nicht mehr nötig auf Kunden zuzugehen. Sehr inkompetent bei Reklamationen bzw Missverständnissen. Am besten das Essen mitnehmen und genießen (wenn die Bestellung dem Essen entspricht) und beim Rest einfach Augen zu und durch :-)

Nach extensiver Recherche in der Hagener Imbisslandschaft kann ich festhalten, dass es bei diesem Griechen das beste Gyros der Stadt gibt. Auch aus Haspe lohnt sich hier für mich der Weg.
