Das Essen ist soweit gut, aber die Freundlichkeit lässt echt zu wünschen übrig.

Essen zum Mitnehmen trotz telefonischer Vorbestellung sehr lange Wartezeit. Die Pommes waren für meinen Geschmack deutlich zu kurz frittiert und dadurch sehr labbrig. Beim Gyros hatte ich mehrere knorpelige bzw. sehr harte Stücke, und einige Bestandteile im Fleisch konnte ich nicht zuordnen. Insgesamt hat mich die Qualität leider überhaupt nicht überzeugt. Für mich war das ein sehr enttäuschender Besuch – ich werde dort nicht noch einmal bestellen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Ich habe zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Obwohl viele Gäste im Restaurant waren, musste ich nicht lange auf mein Essen warten.

Lecker und eine ordentliche Portion. Für den Turboteller muss schon Platz im Bauch sein :D

Tzatziki vergessen Pommes ungesalzen und Wurst schmeckt auch nicht, sehr enttäuscht vom Taxiteller

Ganz mieser Service. Gerade 20 Minuten draußen gesessen, ein Pärchen war schon mit dem Essen fertig, drinnen eine Person die bestellt hat. In den 20 Minuten kam nicht eine Bedienung raus um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Nie wieder. Anscheinend möchten die kein Geld verdienen. Dieser Stern ist noch zuviel, aber leider muss man einen geben um Posten zu können.

Also bisher war ich immer begeistert, waren noch vor nicht allzu langer Zeit dort aber heute hat es gar nicht geschmeckt. Als wären die Produkte verändert worden. Pommes haben anders geschmeckt als sonst und das Gyros war klumpig geschnitten und fettig und geschmacklich so gar nicht wie sonst. Falls der Lieferant geändert wurde, bitte bloß zurück ändern. Service darf auch ruhig wieder freundlicher werden...

Essen und Service Top. Nur eine kleine Anmerkung für das Personal...nicht so Grimmig schauen, ein Lächeln täte ihnen gut stehen.

Leckere Speisen, gute Portionen, teuer

Halbe Stunde gewartet für zwei Pommes Brötchen. Dann würde ich gefragt was ich bestellt habe.....zu Hause angekommen, kein Mayo auf die Brötchen... Bisschen entausch

Der Gyrosteller war doch sehr geschrumpft vom Fleisch her, das war mal anders! ,, Freunde“ des Hauses wurden bevorzugt obwohl die viel später da Waren bekamen sie ihr Essen sofort! Wir mussten ewig warten . Personal machte einen sehr genervten Eindruck. Schade !

Gutes Essen,sehr gute currysauce alles in allem ein typischer Imbiss das Ambiente gleicht einer durchschnittlichen Imbissbude und insgesamt gut.

Immer noch faire Preise, nich wie andere griechische Imbisse. Gute Auswahl, schmeckt gut.

Griechischer Imbiss, Große Auswahl auf der Karte, habe verschiedene Gerichte von Pizza über Salat bis zum Grillteller probiert. Bin zufrieden und kann das Grillhaus empfehlen.

Waren heute mal wieder da und jedes Mal wenn wir bezahlen möchten ist die Kassiererin total genervt, man hat das gefühl sie schaut genervt weil sie hofft das man Trinkgelde gibt und wenn man nichts gibt guckt sie dann noch gernervter. Ich meine sogar es wäre die Chefin eine etwas kleinere frau leider immer genervt etc - die Gyros portion schrumpft auch immer mehr am grillteller/taxiteller etc

Irgendwie ein bisschen das gefühl das es "ohne Liebe" ist Gyrosteller total lieblos hingeklatscht.... Geschmacklich war es ok. Nachtrag.... nach einem zweiten Versuch.... Mitarbeiterin unfreundlich des Todes....

Essen hat einfach kein Geschmack Taxi Teller beinhaltet kaum Gyros und selbst das ist nicht lecker Und eine Tomatensoße mit etwas Sahne als Metaxa Soße zu verkaufen ist eine absolute Frechheit Würde niemanden empfehlen dort Essen zu gehen

Wir haben dort jetzt das dritte mal bestellt und sind wirklich total enttäuscht. Der Krautsalat schmeckte jedesmal total laff (keine Gewürze, absolut keinen Geschmack). Wir haben zwei mal hintereinander dort Saganaki bestellt und haben etwas gefüllt mit Mozzarella bekommen und das obwohl dick Feta auf der Tafel zum bestellen steht. Finde ich eine absolute Frechheit für fast 8€. Personal ist super unfreundlich und braucht zudem ewig für das Essen.

Sehr guter Service und sehr leckeres Essen. Wir werden definitiv wieder dort essen gehen .

The staff's rudeness discourages me from picking up or ordering food there again. I even cancelled a party platter I had ordered because I was so annoyed by their unfriendly service. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. I have no complaints about the food itself.

I've been shopping there for years. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has been fluctuating more and more recently. On top of that, the staff is often overwhelmed and unfriendly. I recently made a phone call for a specific time and still had to wait half an hour with a whining toddler. When I asked when the food would be ready, I was only asked to wait twice. In the end, there wasn't even an apology. They still don't accept card payments. Only cash. This simply shouldn't be supported these days.

I'd like to review the grill house today. I've been here at least 4-5 times now and want to do something nice for the owners. It was a bit busy today, but the two ladies behind the counter were the picture of calm. My order was taken without me having to write and was prepared with 100% precision. Very friendly people, good food, and the price is right, too. Top!

Very unfriendly staff on the phone just now. I just wanted to place a delivery order. I was very rudely and disrespectfully informed that they only deliver from 5 p.m. onwards. That was the end of the Grillhaus. I can spend my money elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN

The food is pretty bad; meat is a no-go, and the rice is ancient, and the pepperoni is incredibly soft. I actually regret buying food there ever again. :D

Fast food restaurants rarely offer Michelin-starred cuisine, but here I would have hoped for something more standard. I ordered a gyro without onions, but got it. We go there often and it's always the same good quality.

So far I didn't think it was that bad, you can ignore a lot of things but honestly you should be ashamed of yourself. Three small spoonfuls of sauce and three pieces of meat, something like that is called a goulash soup and costs €450, I thought it was fine the blow. I own a snack bar myself and would be ashamed to give something like that out there. And when you ask nicely, taking away the soup and throwing you out and not even giving the money back is not possible.

I can't say whether it's the best Greek snack bar in Hagen and the surrounding area, but it's very, very good. The taste is simply great, the portions are big enough, a lot of it is home-made and not bought ready-made.👍

Classic Greek snack bar, usually packed and with a waiting time, but it's worth the wait. The gyros are super tasty and the french fries are also great to take away if you order them within the next 15 minutes. Coleslaw etc. are made fresh and don't appear to be from the "bucket". The dining room is rather uncomfortable, but it's nice to sit outside. There are also enough parking spaces available. The service is quick and courteous. I can absolutely recommend this snack bar. I don't think there is anything better of this kind in Hagen.

Was there again today after almost 10 years. I have to be honest, it wasn't worth it at all. My grill plate was initially too expensive and not tasty. The meat is too dry and unseasoned. The coleslaw without salt and tzatziki already pricked my tongue. Really a shame

Appearances are deceiving: An old building structure and the feeling of a factory hall from the outside make the food all the better. Good food, good portions and very good quality leave nothing to be desired.

This review refers to telephone availability. Unfortunately, this is catastrophic. You have to call 10 times and if you're lucky someone will answer. Simply join Lieferando, then the overwhelmed employees don't have to deal with the endlessly ringing telephone. But the food is good, hence 3 stars.

Absolutely disappointed. This was our favorite place to eat... at this time today we ordered three large pizzas... the price was also right for large pizzas. But the pizzas were small.. we paid more than we should. We tried calling several times and no one answered. When ordering, they simply hung up in the middle, I can imagine it being very stressful. But unfortunately that ruined everything for me. I liked it here...

The food was plentiful and very tasty, the salads and side dishes were very tasty and freshly prepared, the meat tasted very tasty and was prepared with a lot of love in the warming container. Gypsy schnitzel with fries, fries not cooked through, limp and without salt. Gypsy schnitzel is good in terms of portion, but unfortunately with so little sauce, we could have also ordered Viennese schnitzel. Dry affair :( Shame about the money.

Food is really good but it's outrageous to pay the full price for a cucumber cream salad that's topped with mineral water and tingles when you eat it!
