I've been eating there for about 20 years and it always tastes good. I would say it's the best Greek restaurant in Hagen.

The best Greek snack bar for miles around. The food is freshly prepared and of excellent quality, with a wide selection. The service is friendly and very helpful. Even when it's busy, you don't wait long for your food. Drinks are served promptly. There's plenty of space inside and outside. Highly recommended, and very reasonably priced too!

This family-run Greek snack bar impresses not only with its warm hospitality, but above all with its top-notch quality and cleanliness. The food is always freshly prepared, lovingly presented, and tastes simply fantastic – you can immediately tell that the food is cooked with passion. Whether it's gyros, souvlaki, or vegetarian options – everything is excellent. The portions are generous, and the value for money is more than fair. A particularly positive point: The kitchen is spotlessly clean and tidy, which is by no means a given for a snack bar. You immediately feel welcome – like you're visiting friends. For us, this is definitely one of the best Greek restaurants in all of Hagen. We'd happily return!

The grill plate for 15 euros was a complete disappointment. There were tons of fries, you had to hunt for meat, and the meat was tasteless. The gyro pizza was no different. The crust was like a biscuit, not like pizza, and you could find the toppings. And then to say that it was the regular portion, which wasn't even enough to fill you up, just disappointing and you feel ripped off. Once and never again.

Definitely not what it used to be! Today's visit was a complete disaster. Unfriendly service, long waits, stale beer, smaller portions, and sometimes hefty price increases. We complained immediately, but received no response. After more than 20 years as customers, we won't be returning.

Highly recommended. We got something to eat here late at night. Friendly owners and Greek cuisine. Unfortunately, the decor isn't that cozy. But the rest of the place is top-notch.

Absolutely delicious for a chip shop. Great value for money. Very nice, and the atmosphere is perfectly fine. We go there often when we meet in Hagen.

Gyros is very tasty, but someone should explain to them what a "hunter's sauce" or "champion cream sauce" is. Gypsy sauce + cream does not make a cream sauce. The man of the house seems to have a hard time dealing with criticism.

Simply cheeky. What was served was a complete disappointment. Instead of a proper gyro, there was mostly tough, gristly meat – even for a small portion, it was disrespectfully small. The plate was stretched with liters of tzatziki to disguise it. Honestly: Keep your €50, no problem, but just say you're out of meat instead of handing out such junk right before the end. The cashier took every drop of sauce with much more precision than the presentation of the plates. There are plenty of places in Hagen that show how to make gyros properly.

The food is super tasty and the service is friendly. However, it's very cramped and there's a lot going on if you just want to eat something, which is great. However, if you are looking for a place where you can have a quiet conversation, it is not recommended. Not all dishes come with fries, which isn't clear from the menu, and you don't even ask if you want them. This could be improved.

STILL delicious! The price? Since I moved to Hagen in 2009, we have been getting our gyro plate here, the fries are crispy, the amount of meat is good, and delicious fresh from the spit. We pre-order via cell phone and are there on time. Nothing to complain about! The price is 12.40€, it goes up too quickly for me, I was told that the price of meat has risen so much. OK.

Definitely not what it used to be! My pizza that I ordered there to PICK UP is completely cold. It doesn't look tasty and it doesn't taste good either. Fries, also completely cold! So either they've already done it and just waited until someone takes it or they just don't have a taste for good food anymore!!!!

No lie!! It's really hard for me to eat and I didn't just eat Greek in Hagen, the Alexandros Grill, which has been around for what feels like 20 years, makes excellent Greek food. The meat, especially numbers 219 and 220, are tasty and of restaurant quality!! Tzarziki delicious! Not too much garlic. The service is friendly and attentive. The Krefelder and the ouzo are really “for my good friends” and all in all simply delicious! Keep it up!!

I picked up the food earlier and it was a disaster. The gyros, the fries and my salad were completely over salted, so if you can't handle the salt then please just leave it alone. Apart from that there were 2 long hairs in there which is disgusting. Get something over your head. The food didn't see anything today except the garbage can from the inside. Wasted money in this place.

The food was good so far, but completely overpriced. €37 for two people at “chip shop level” spoils my appetite.

Nice staff but completely overwhelmed when there are more crowds, there are often waiting times of over 30 minutes. Unfortunately that's too much for a snack for us. However, the food tastes okay there.

Pizza base too hard, sometimes the garlic was just as big as the crabs...it was different Selling a small fries as normal...portions are getting smaller and the prices remain the same...it's a shame that was different... If you want to have really good Greek food in Hagen, you've come to the right place. a rich menu from salads to pizza, pasta dishes, many extra side dishes to choose from and finally grilled dishes typical of Greece. The portions are just right, not too little, not overcrowded. The prices are also kept low and the quality of the food is very good. The service also leaves nothing to be desired, very polite, very accommodating, and goes out of its way to help every guest. The food comes to the table fresh after ordering in just 10 minutes, first class! The prices are really good for the quality you get! The food tastes very good and arrives quickly even though the shop was very busy!! The only drawback is that the volume is a bit loud because there are a lot of people in a relatively low area. But I wouldn't deduct a whole star for that, maybe half a star! So far I have to say that it is one of the best Greeks in terms of taste that I know!!

We have been guests at Alexandros at irregular intervals for almost 30 years (including in the old premises). The food is always delicious and the service is friendly. We also like the long opening hours. It's also very nice that you can now sit outside. In terms of price, everything is within a good range. Highly recommended by us.

We ordered for 8 people and picked it up locally. We noticed at home that something was missing from every dish. But everything was calculated. Very disappointing experience, Eating Greek yes…. But not here anymore. No recommendation from me (on our part)

Lots of choice...but takeaway food not recommended. Portion was very small. The fries seemed somehow counted out to me. And everything for just under €13. I'd rather go back to my favorite Greek restaurant (Pontos Grill). The taste, price, portion are right

Nach dem Besuch des Weihnachtsmarktes wurde ich hier zum Essen eingeladen. Die Fleischspiesse waren saftig, der Krautsalat köstlich und die Pommes bis zum letzten Stäbchen weich und dennoch knusprig. So lecker habe ich in einem Imbiss selten gegessen. 👍

Immer wieder gerne einiger Grieche in Hager der so lecker schmeckt (meiner Meinung nach) Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen hat super geschmeckt!!

Der beste griechische Grill in Hagen und Umgebung. Extrem gutes Essen für einen fairen Preis. Stetts freundliches Personal. Deshalb volle Punktzahl.

Es erinnert an eine Frittenbude mit Sitz Möglichkeit das kann auch der aussenden bereich nicht weg machen, der Service ist stark von der Uhrzeit und der Person abhängig, die Speisen schmecken wobei man nicht erwarten sollte genau das zu bekommen was man bestellt hat, Für die Menge der Speisen ist der Preis nicht immer gerechtfertigt.

Jedes mal aufs Neue ist das Essen ein Genuss. In Hagen gibt's kein besseres Gyros!

Essen supi, man kann schön draußen sitzen bei so einem Wetter.

Wen man was bestellt und zu Hause ankommt muß man feststellen das was fehlt oder falsch ist. Dann muss man sich auf dem Weg machen und es reklamieren und wird dann noch doof angeguckt. Da das schon mehrmals passiert ist werde ich den Laden nicht mehr betreten den es gibt auch noch besser Griechische Restaurants

Hatten wohl einen schlechten Tag erwischt. Suzukakia konnte ich nicht essen. Ungeniessbar und war meiner Meinung nach nicht ganz durch. Leider steht nichts in der Speisekarte, was für ein Fleisch es ist. Bedienung konnte auch keine richtige Auskunft geben. Suvlaki war zu fest. Werden nicht mehr hingehen, obwohl es dort immer voll draußen ist. Das war nochmals ein Versuch. Hatten schon mal Pech mit Gyros, der voll fett war. Früher gab es besseres Essen. Und schneller ging es auch.

Preis Leistung massiv eingebrochen. Schade.

Gehobene Imbissbude mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Service ist in der Regel gut, die Auswahl an Speisen reichhaltig und bisher hat es auch immer geschmeckt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Speisen können telefonisch vorbestellt und meist zügig abgeholt werden.

Bin oft bei Alexandros gewesen. Leider das letzte mal. Preis Leistung passen nicht mehr. Die Portionen sind in den letzten Jahren stetig kleiner geworden. Gurkensahne Salat den man bei der Anzahl an Gurken auch Sahnegurken Salat nennen müsste. Wartezeit bis zum Essen war mehr als 45 Minuten. Und das bei Gyrosteller und einer Pita. Geschmack ist gut aber die Portion leider nicht.

Extrem unfreundliches Personal. Die Kellnerin kann kein hallo sagen, schmeißt die Speisekarte jemanden ins Gesicht und beim aufnehmen der Bestellung ist sie ebenfalls unverschämt. Der Koch ist genau so schlimm. Man fragt nach der Toilette und die reden nichtmal mit jemanden.

Eigentlich sind wir Jahrzehnte gerne und oft dort zum Essen gewesen. Auch bereits vor dem Umzug in das jetzige Ladenlokal. Leider hat die Qualitiät und der Service nachgelassen. Das Essen ist zwar immer noch gut aber der Service ist oft überfordert, entweder wird die Hälfte der Bestellung vergessen oder man wird als Gast gar nicht beachtet. Wir sind auch bereits mehrmals wieder gegangen weil wir nicht beachtet worden sind. Die Portionsgrößen werden leider auch immer kleiner. Die Biersorte vom Fass die angeboten wird ist auch nicht jedermanns Sache. Dann lieber 2 bis drei verschiedene Sorten aus der Flasche. Alles in allem sehr Schade. Vieleicht wird es ja mal wieder besser?

Seit Jahren mal wieder hier gegessen. Leider mangelt es an einigen Stellschrauben. Die Preise stimmen nicht mit den Portionen überein. Das Bifteki schmeckte einfach nicht und der Service wirkt angespannt. Schade…

Teuer Preise Gyros überpacken zu salzig !!!!!Pizza naja Pommes würde mich schämen zu liefern mini Portion Majo auf den Papier !!!!!

Bestellt habe ich ein Spargelschnitzel, mit Soße Hollondaise überbacken, reiss und dazu einen Bauernsalat, ausdrücklich erwähnt kein Sahne Salat! Bekommen habe ich ein Schnitzel mit hollondaise reiss und Sahne Salat. Direkt angerufen, wir sollen nochmal vorbei kommen und bekommen dann das Richtige Gericht, gesagt getan. Als wir extra noch einmal vorbei gefahren sind, wollte er Tasachlich Geld für das neue Schnitzel ohne Salat haben!! Sehr unfreundlich und Unverschämt, nie wieder werden wir dort etwas kaufen.
