HATOYAMA in Zirndorf

The food is very, very good. Unfortunately we had to wait almost an hour for drinks and almost 2 hours for food. According to the waitress, there was a large company present that day. On weekends, parking at rush hour is almost impossible with a large car. As I said, the food is very good.

I ordered on the homepage and wanted to pick it up on time. Unfortunately, after 20 minutes I had to leave and send someone else to pick it up. No interim information otherwise I would have left earlier and sent my colleague straight away.

We are very satisfied so far. Quality of the food is A1.... But so far we have only ever picked up and not eaten in the restaurant. But we'll be celebrating our son's 18th birthday with you soon... I'll rate the restaurant again afterwards.

Went here for dinner twice this evening. The waitresses are very friendly and totally on point. The dishes are absolutely delicious and also tasty to the eye. The homemade cocktails, which can be enjoyed both with and without alcohol, are also tempting. Overall, definitely worth a visit!

Shrimp skewer had a strong smell that even garlic oil couldn't compensate for, so it was old shrimp. The main courses were ok, unfortunately not an interesting balanced taste, but random. The green tea ice cream was simply tasteless, as were the fruits. We will avoid it.

Very very good sushi! Well prepared and really great taste! The service was okay! What I didn't like was that the employees insisted on paying in cash and then after we had collected our cash they looked a bit askance and said we wouldn't tip anymore! But we would have actually done so if we had been allowed to pay by card! All in all, highly recommended!

The Tomyam soup is second to none! The service is very personal The terrace is located at Pinder Park It couldn't be better!

We invited guests today because they like to eat sushi and we were really hungry. Something wasn't right in the restaurant. Despite a reservation, the drink order was only taken after 45 minutes, and the drinks arrived after just over an hour. In the meantime the food order was taken. How did it taste? We can't answer the question, we left without eating after a total of 2 hours of waiting. We were very disappointed and annoyed, also because of our guests, who didn't take a good impression home with them and we had planned the evening differently. Other guests were served faster and received better service. The take-away meals were also prepared and delivered promptly. Well, unfortunately only one star, there is considerable potential for improvement - what do you want to rate?

Food was good. The problem is, if you made a reservation at 6 p.m. and after the quick service with drinks and appetizers, you have to wait 78 minutes before the maki/nigiri arrive, that's too long. If three chefs are preparing maki/nigiri behind the open counter, that's not enough staff on a Friday evening.

Best japanese restaurant I’ve been to! My family absolutely loved the ambiance and decorations. The staff was absolutely lovely and of course the food was simply exquisite. Es war perfekt danke viel mal! ♥︎♡︎ ☺︎︎

Terrible service - we waited almost an hour for our drinks. Then the wrong food came and when the cashier tried to collect the food that was ordered - but not received. My suggestion that I knew what I had eaten was dismissed with the answer that he knew exactly what he had brought me to eat and the chef also knew what he had done (the restaurant was full and it felt like every other table had the wrong one get food/drinks). I then said that I was paying for what I ate and that unfortunately I couldn't prove it (I should have taken a photo as proof - that's clear). I was then told that we could do it that way, but I would please shouldn't come back... I'm at a loss for words! Something so levelless and outrageous has never happened to me before!!! It's a shame, because the food and ambience are actually good.

The Japanese restaurant with a garden restaurant is located in the city park of Zirndorf. The decor is modern with Japanese accents. The homemade drinks were noticeably good and the food was delicious...

We were able to sit outside on Sunday lunchtime. Food was very good, service was good. We found it disturbing that an employee made repairs to the outside stairs with a cordless screwdriver etc. It was only after we complained to the service staff that things calmed down. And what's not acceptable are the exorbitant prices for white wine.

Very tasty sushi, there is also a good selection for vegetarians/vegans. The price is also totally okay. The service was also super friendly and accommodating. We'd love to come back. PS: Please give the fish in the aquarium some green plants :(

We have already become regular guests here. The sushi is sooo good. Absolute recommendation. The only point of criticism is that the employees don't speak German very well, which makes communication quite difficult.

We haven't eaten there yet. Today we ordered here for the first time and picked up the food. (Unfortunately they don't deliver - at least not to us) Ordered: sushi, spring rolls and fried noodles with baked chicken You could tell that everything was freshly prepared and the ingredients were also fresh. Everything tasted very good! We had little to do with the employees when ordering, but they seemed very friendly! The restaurant itself also looks beautiful! This probably won't be our last meal from there.

The restaurant has been beautifully redesigned, I remember it from Mexicali times. The sushi was very tasty. The waitress even made my partner, who can't eat with chopsticks, a chopstick aid so that he couldn't puncture the sushi with a fork. I found it very amusing. Advice was also great for starters.

We happened to be in Zirndorf and came along spontaneously. Very tasty and, above all, extremely fresh food. All the dishes looked great and tasted great too. Simply brilliant vegan sushi Tofu crispy tastes like chicken Great lemonade creations And quiet ambience not so loud and crowded. Ample parking spaces. Located right next to a park. Definitely try it out :-) Dog and child friendly :-))

Orders for pickup repeatedly incomplete! When you call to complain, you're just told: yes, that's just the way it is. We'll never order again

The food wasn't bad. The service was so-so. The service was a bit overwhelmed. Out of 5 people, he completely forgot to include one person. Drinks came after the appetizer. But that doesn't mean that the starter was very quick. Drinks from the 5th person were completely forgotten and only came when everyone had already eaten the starter. I don't know if it's always so chaotic. Next time maybe a little more effort with service. As I said, the food was really great for me.

Way too narrow !! No tablecloth, no decoration

We knew from a real Japanese person, i.e. a Japanese citizen, that the owner, who prepares sushi himself, was good. Then we went and just wanted to order something and take it with us, so we were the first guests to sit down. The waitress recommended the large platter for two, along with fried shrimp, coated in rice and rolled with very thin slices of avocado. The other recommendation was tuna roll, lightly fried. Really everything is delicious! We definitely recommend the home-made lemonades, which are essentially non-alcoholic cocktails. If you compare them with cocktail prices, they are also cheap. Ambience not too cool, but still typically Japanese. We will come back.

Meiner Meinung nach das beste Sushi-Restaurant in Zirndorf und Umgebung. Sehr frische Zutaten, leckere Sushikombinationen, sowie feine Edamame und Gyoza. Wir haben das Essen bisher nur geholt, deshalb kann ich nichts zum Service vor Ort sagen.

Waren das erste Mal im Hatoyama. Essen war gut, aber nicht so hervorragend wie die meisten beurteilen. Die Garnelen in der Suppe sehr klein und wenig. Präsentation der Sushi gut, aber es gibt schönere. Service sehr freundlich.

Ich sage es einmal so: ich hatte keine Ahnung, dass es in Zirndorf einen solch guten Japaner gibt. Das Essen ist absolut frisch und optisch sehr schön angerichtet. Man wird mich dort künftig öfters sehen!!!

Bestes Sushi in der gesamten Umgebung. Bin immer wieder dort und jedes Mal absolut zufrieden. Sehr preiswert und die Qualität wirklich so hoch wie man sie selten hat. Das essen war überteuert für das was man bekommt. War die schlechteste ente die ich jemals bekommen hatte. Wir hatten beide das selbe sushi als Vorspeise, und haben festgestellt das wir das falsche bekommen hatten als was wir bestellt hatten. Bei Nachfrage kam eine Bedienung die kaum deutsch konnte und hat irgendwas gesammelt was keiner versteht. Rund um eine vollkatastrophe . Wir waren beide unzufrieden. Das ist Imbiss Niveau, und nicht das was man für solch einen Preis erwarten sollte.

Wir waren bereits mehrmals seit der Eröffnung im Hatoyama. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und wir sind von den Speisen begeistert. Das Restaurant ist sauber und auch der Umbau ist gelungen. Auch der Außenbereich ist wieder geöffnet.

Heute Tel. mehrere Gerichte bestellt. Von der Bestellung und Abholung zeitlich, sehr schnell. Gerichte schmackhaft und köstlich.

Eine klare Empfehlung. Das Essen schmeckt super, der Service ist sehr gut, das Lokal ist sauber und die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach angemessen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Speisen sind sehr lecker, Bedienung sehr freundlich, die Preise in Ordnung und im Lokal gibt es ausreichend Platz. Da kenne ich ganz andere Verhältnisse aus einem mittlerweile nicht mehr brauchbarem Sushi Lokal aus Fürth dessen Namen ich hier nicht erwähnen möchte.

Wir waren gestern zum 1. Mal hier essen und waren begeistert. Der Service ist wirklich sehr gut und freundlich. Das Essen kam schnell und war unglaublich lecker, sowohl Vorspeise, Hauptspeise, als auch der Nachtisch. Die Alkoholfreien Cocktails waren besonders gut! Das Ambiente ist auch schön und das Restaurant ist Hundefreundlich. Wir bekamen einen ruhigen Tisch im Eck und eine Schale Wasser. Allem in allem war es ein gelungener Abend! Ich hoffe, meine Rezession war hilfreich!
