I stumbled upon Sitara a few years ago and have been ordering from there regularly ever since. So far, I've tried several dishes from the menu and have never been disappointed. The food is always delicious, well-seasoned, and the portions are generous and filling. Excellent value for money! I've also eaten there myself. Parking is easy to find nearby, the restaurant is charmingly decorated, and the staff is always very friendly. I highly recommend it!

From the outside, it's quite unassuming – inside, the food is fantastic, the service is superb, and the atmosphere is wonderful – we always love going there. The prices are reasonable, it's child-friendly, and the staff always go the extra mile and are always cheerful... hats off to them!

Today was my first time at Sitara and I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Friendly, courteous, and fast service. Very good value for money and, of course, excellent food. The portions are very generous, and you'll feel full even if you're very hungry. The garlic naan and the dipping sauces served with the dishes were the best I've ever had. It's also worth mentioning that the restaurant has a cozy little covered outdoor area where you can sit and enjoy the shade. Starting in September, there will be a buffet every day for €20. I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed when we picked up our last lunch menus. The prices had increased significantly (vegetarian from €8.50 to €12, and lamb from €9 to €14) – and the food was also disappointing (the vegetarian vegetables consisted of 70% tough beans – the lamb dish consisted of exactly six pieces of lamb, which were large enough to require no cutting). Therefore, unfortunately, it was disappointing and – as far as the lunch menu goes – the value for money was unsatisfactory.

Definitely the best Indian food we have ever eaten. However, there is one point of criticism: This is the fourth time we have ordered and for the fourth time I got chicken instead of lamb. My husband got shrimp instead of chicken on his first order. Unfortunately, that's a real shame. We haven't criticized it so far because it was always super tasty and the delivery person is always super friendly, but since it's happened for the 4th time now, I'm a little annoyed. Above all, lamb is actually more expensive than chicken and since I always got chicken but paid for lamb, it's starting to get a bit annoying. We will continue to be customers because there is simply no better Indian, but it would be nice to be a little more careful when preparing it 😊

Junior manager “Jessy” and her brother have the place very well under control and offer very attentive service. The various pakora starters are particularly recommended, especially Gobi pakora with cauliflower. For an Indian restaurant there is also a nice selection of wines and various "breads". Tables are a bit cramped and rather inconspicuous from the outside. Come again.

I often order for delivery and the food has always been great. Had a meal there recently and I have to say it is the best Indian food in the area. Very tasty, value for money and the service was top. The only thing that bothered me was that you were sitting very close to the neighboring table and could hear everything. The food was really very good and we didn't have to wait very long. The restaurant is small but chic. We were a group of 30-40 people and pre-ordered. We held the Christmas party there as a club. Unfortunately he wanted to charge entire tables instead of the individual families, which tore the party atmosphere apart, but was still able to be solved; everyone worked out what they had to pay. But then the problem arose that the landlord demanded around €800, which had already been paid, but according to his own calculation it was only around €700. When asked where this €100 came from, he said it was for the dishes, from the people who were part of the group but didn't come and canceled beforehand. But he couldn't give an invoice. He said he had already made the food, but we couldn't take it with us because he only prepared it. After a long argument, the landlord got fed up, tore up the individual bills, gave back the €100 and threw us all out. And then he complains that we didn't give a tip! What's cheeky, however, is that the owner simply says "Irrelevant review!" replied.

The food is delicious and authentic, the atmosphere is cozy and the service is friendly. My favorite starters are numbers 21 and 40. I particularly like the mint sauce that is served with the starters. For the main course I like numbers 126 and 193.

So let’s get to eating first. Normally really cool, there's nothing you can say. Regarding the service and ambience, I ordered very often, was very impressed with the service and can therefore not give a rating for the ambience. But then we spontaneously went out to eat on site - extremely bad experience! We had our food (the stopwatch had started after 40 minutes) after about 2 hours! When I order it it takes 35-45 minutes. You can also see it in the kitchen and at the incoming and outgoing suppliers. Now I just have to vomit that your actually really good bread is getting less with every order, I've had 3 orders since December. From 5 to 3 and today 1 slice of bread. I think it was the last order, it's such a shame but in live and current delivery it's such a shame and really sad that you've neglected it so much. Good luck with new customers

I ordered takeaway from this Restaurant on Friday 01.03.24. The Gemüse Chilli curry I ordered tasted bad and was probably stale. We discarded it and still had food poisoning for two days. It is scary as I am currently 6 months pregnant! I didn't expect such bad food from an Indian Restaurant. To the owner: I informed this via email and was given lessons on Pregnancy Nausea ! I'm very sure my husband did not have this "pregnancy nausea" as he also fell sick after eating the food from your restaurant! I don't want your voucher as I do not want to ruin my health eating at your restaurant again! I also don't want your refund, please use it to buy fresh ingredients to serve to your customers!

A pleasant little Indian restaurant, with nice decor and very tasty dishes. We ate Gobi (cauliflower) and Alu Pakora (potatoes) as starters and then one of the very good curry dishes. It doesn't matter which one you choose, they are all very good and you just have to know your level of spiciness. There is raita, chutney and a sauce consisting only of green chili, we each ordered a butter and garlic naan - also great.

We went to the restaurant as a closed group for the Christmas party with young people and their parents. The food was very tasty and initially the landlord was nice too. Our trainer informed the host of the meal in advance for each family, so the food served that evening was flawless. Unfortunately, the innkeeper destroyed the good atmosphere of our very nice celebration immediately after the gift was handed over. He didn't want to bill the catering per family, but rather per table and then all at once for each entire group as an individual invoice. It even got to the point where he wanted to charge for food that wasn't served and - due to illness - had already been canceled in advance. He also didn't want to give our trainer back the deposit he had paid in advance. He became very loud towards us and had no respect whatsoever for the fact that there were children/young people present and that this was their Christmas party!!! I have never experienced such impossible behavior and I don't want to have to experience it again! Ultimately he threw us all (!!!) out of the restaurant. Incredible! This Christmas party will never be forgotten.

Wir waren zum ersten mal da und sehr angenehm überrascht. Schmackhaftes essen, große Portionen Basmatireis und sehr feines Naanbrot. Die Bedienung l war sehr freundlich und das Lokal ist wunderschön! Schade dass wenig Gäste anwesend waren, wir können das Lokal nur empfehlen!
