We came across Bar1 by chance while passing through and were really impressed. Rarely eaten so well. There was a wine recommendation with the meal which simply rounded everything off. Always happy again!!

Fantastic grill restaurant furnished with love. We experienced courteous service and received a wonderful wine recommendation for our main course. The quality of the food was great. The steak and in our case the octopus were tender, the potatoes were crispy and well seasoned. We particularly liked the different sauces and butter that come with the dishes. All in all, this restaurant is highly recommended for a nice evening in a pleasant atmosphere, friendly service and good food.

We ended the meal with a delicious dessert and a perfectly brewed espresso, rounding out a flawless experience. Absolutely courteous, friendly staff. The boss was very attentive and friendly, which our eldest daughter also noticed. She immediately felt very comfortable. The menu listed on the receipt is different from the actual menu I ate, and the price on the receipt is different than the price on the menu. Small but nice with exquisite food and wine. The cuts are something special and the preparation is excellent. If you like steaks, shrimp and octopus, you will find everything your heart desires. The insider tip is the aioli dip with small, delicious appetizers and white bread. It goes without saying that the service is quick, friendly, courteous and always strives to ensure guest satisfaction. Go there, enjoy and feel good.

As a starter I had octopus, which also tasted excellent. I was particularly impressed by the premium roast beef from New Zealand (317g) that I ordered. It was tender, aromatic and of first-class quality. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant. Even though I'm not from the area, the visit here was absolutely worth it. A real highlight for meat lovers – I can only recommend it!

A beautiful little shop with very good quality meat. Even the pork (which is served medium rare) boasts of flavor and mouthfeel, and the beef fillet is also highly recommended. The side dishes and sauces were also recommended I'm not from the area, but I'll definitely keep this place in mind.

What a top evening. The host knows the wines by heart, the steak is on point, there are also more unusual delicacies on the menu, we simply felt welcome and well looked after and were able to enjoy the evening, that's how it should be.

Went out to eat with the family and had a sad surprise. The food was not of the best quality and unseasoned. In no case is it worth the high price. You could also classify it as overrated. Ambience resembles the last century and is inappropriate for the theme of the restaurant. The service was very polite and accommodating. Not so quickly, but you can turn a blind eye to it.

Really great food. For the kids just fries and the tastiest chicken fillet from the grill (this was not on the menu, but the owner offered) and we had really good steaks with a number of finger-licking sauces. For the quality we received, the price we had to pay was not too bad. Especially do it 👍

We didn't have to wait long at any time and I would particularly like to emphasize the fact that I was given fresh water and the warmth. The plates weren't too full and it was perfectly balanced. As a parent to a toddler with multiple severe allergies, dining at new places always invokes some degree of anxiety, especially in places that don't offer allergy info on the menu. However, from the moment we informed our child's allergies, everyone in the restaurant made us feel safe. The owner/manager came to talk to us multiple times and ensured that every element in all of our dishes was safe for our child. He also offered off menu items that are more children friendly for our picky eater. We ended up going with burger and fries, and our toddler loved it! Every bite he took he would put his thumb up and said "good burger". We had the antipasti which was really good (could do more olives though!) - our son loved the grilled veggies and ate all the mushrooms, excellent steaks with hearty portions, and a nice cocktail. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone esp those struggling with allergies because they make food with sub ingredients taste good! My usually picky eater ate almost all of his burgers, majority of my corn on the cob, and some of the appetizers and didn't even get any rashes that he would often get when we dine out (sign of cross contamination). Would come again when we're in the area!

During the trade fair we spent the night in Zirndorf and even ate twice in the Bar1Grill restaurant. The steaks as the main characters are top notch. The vegetables and starters were also very tasty. The boss lives what he does and takes time for his guests. Of course it also costs money but when the quality is so good it is justified. The people who prepare the steaks are artists. Thank you again.

We went there for steak. I had the New York cut, medium, along with fried potatoes, half an ear of corn and sauces. First of all, eating steak costs money, and usually a little more. What you get here is the full program. The boss who takes time for his guests and explains exactly what you are eating, but also cracks a joke every now and then. About the food itself... We enjoyed it, but in my opinion the fried potatoes could have been a little crispier, but that's complaining at a high level. And anyone who appreciates a good steak will find something to their liking here. I would also like to mention the homemade sauces here again. I don't know where to stop so just go and try it out, you won't regret it. See you next time.

2 evenings to spend near Nuremberg but having accommodation outside the center, we had booked without really knowing what to expect. Result: we returned there the second evening. Excellent cuts of meat, very good sauces and good wine advice from the boss. Large selection of digestives. The owner speaks English and the waiters do their best to speak it too.

We've had a great time. We were four colleagues, travelling from Belgium for an exhibition and staying in Zirndorf for 3 days - 2 nights. The first night, we discover the restaurant without expectation but what a surprise! We all had different pieces of meat recommended by the chef. All of them were excellent. The recommended red wine was a perfect match. We liked it so much that we decided to come back the next night, and the experience was the same: incredible. Highly recommended. P.S. the restaurant proposed many high-quality digestifs.

Consistent, from start to finish. Today we had a very nice and entertaining evening with excellent food and very warm service. Everything you do there is very honest and done with love. Our children didn't miss out either and were treated as guests and were well looked after. Not only is the physical well-being well taken care of here and children are not just seen as a necessary appendage of paying guests. You can also take the time to put a picture of Snoopy on paper for the children. Unforgettable and anything but self-evident. A big compliment to the whole team and our utmost respect for what is on offer there. It's impressive what you can bring to your plate and to your guests in such a small kitchen and with a lot of passion. Not exactly cheap, but quality has its price.

The steak in this restaurant is probably the best I’ve ever had, cooked to perfection. There was a very multi-lingual clientele the night we visited but we all just clicked and were singing and just having a good night. An impromptu evening at its best!! Great place!

"Zu Gast bei Freunden". Zumindest bekommt man direkt bei Betreten stilvoll eingerichteten Restaurants dieses Gefühl. Wir sind aus Reutlingen angereist gewesen, waren das erste Mal dort, wurden aber empfangen, als seien wir jede Woche da. Der Aperitif vorweg klasse, die Weinempfehlung zum Rumpsteak spitzenklasse. Zur Vorspeise gab es Aioli, Oliven und traumhafte mailändische Salami und leckeres Baguette. Das Rumpsteak selbst war der Wahnsinn. Durch die beigereichten "Dips" und das irische Meersalz wurden wir auf eine kulinarische Reise mitgenommen, die wir zuvor in Deutschland nirgends gefunden hatten. Das anschließende spontane Rum-Tasting (dazu wurden Karamell-Popcorn, Belgische Pralinen und ein Espresso gereicht) rundete das Gesamterlebnis perfekt ab. Die bar1 ist absolut zu empfehlen! Ein riesiges Lob an Küche und Service! Weltklasse!

Geschäftsessen. Aufgrund der durchgehend tadellosen Bewertungen hatten wir entsprechende Erwartungen, welche aber durchweg erfüllt oder übertroffen wurden. Der Inhaber ist äußerst sympathisch und nimmt sich Zeit für seine Gäste. Das Essen hat rundum überzeugt, top Qualität und unglaublich lecker. Wir waren definitiv nicht zum letzten Mal hier.

Spontan eingekehrt und nicht bereut. Sehr nette Unterhaltungen mit dem Chef persönlich. Essen sehr gut, modern und kreativ umgesetzt. Man merkt das hier die Betreiber noch Spaß haben und viel Leidenschaft hinein stecken. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Es ist immer wieder ein Genuß die perfekt zubereiteten Menüs vom Bar 1 Grillrestaurant Team zu essen. Wundervolles Ambiente und jegliche Sonderwünsche werden umgehend umgesetzt, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Hervorragende Weine und Spirituosen Auswahl, gehobene Küche und einwandfreier Service sind hier geboten. Wenn man Steak oder Seafood in Perfektion sucht, dann ist das die richtige Adresse und auch Vegetarier kommen auf ein anderes Geschmackslevel. Wir kommen für unsere Teamevents auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein wunderbares Restaurant mit hohem Standard und auf internationalem Niveau. Der Chef ist äußerst freundlich und kompetent und nimmt sich jede Zeit für Sonderwünsche und berät gerne zu Speisen und Getränken. Die Steaks werden pefekt serviert aber auch das Thunfischsteak ist sehr zu empfehlen und in dieser Qualität nicht oft zu finden. Ein rundum gelungener Abend.
