Stimmig, von Anfang bis Ende. Wir hatten heute einen sehr schönen und kurzweiligen Abend mit hervorragendem Essen und sehr herzlichem Service. Alles, was man dort macht ist sehr ehrlich und wird mit Liebe gemacht. Auch unsere Kinder kamen nicht zu kurz und wurden als Gäste wahrgenommen und bestens versorgt. Nicht nur für das leibliche Wohl wird hier bestens gesorgt und Kinder nicht nur als notwendiges Anhängsel zahlender Gäste verstanden. Da nimmt man sich auch mal eben die Zeit für die Kinder ein Bild mit Snoopy zu Papier zu bringen. Unvergesslich und alles andere als selbstverständlich. Ein großes Lob an das ganze Team und unseren höchsten Respekt für das, was dort geboten wird. Beeindruckend, was man in so einer kleinen Küche und mit ganz viel Herzblut auf den Teller und den Gast bringen kann. Nicht ganz günstig, aber Qualität hat eben ihren Preis.

Wir waren aus Ulm in Nürnberg unterwegs und haben dort in diesem Restaurant gegessen. Leider war unsere Erfahrung sehr enttäuschend. In der Vorspeise haben wir zwei Haare im Essen gefunden, was wir direkt dem Personal gemeldet haben. Uns wurde zwar gesagt, dass es ihnen leid tut und so etwas nicht passieren sollte, jedoch blieb es leider nur bei dieser Aussage. Die Platte wurde anschließend einfach stehen gelassen und erst nach ca. 10 Minuten wieder abgeräumt – obwohl noch Essen darauf war. Einen Ersatz oder eine neue Vorspeise haben wir nicht erhalten. Trotz dieser Situation wurde die Platte vollständig mit 45 € berechnet. Für uns war das insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und nicht zufriedenstellend.

Wer erstklassige Steaks sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Fleisch war butterzart und geschmacklich eine absolute Sensation – es ist förmlich auf der Zunge zergangen! Dazu kommt ein herzlicher Besitzer und ein extrem aufmerksames Team, bei dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Gastfreundschaft wird hier noch großgeschrieben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Hier gab es eines der besten Rumpsteaks die ich je gegessen habe. Das Steak hatte eine super Qualität und war perfekt gebraten. Es gab auch 4 tolle Saucen dazu. Der Chef hat mich bei der Auswahl ja auch gut beraten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für eine so hohe Qualität gut. Also lieber genießen und ein bisschen mehr bezahlen, als sparen und unzufrieden sein.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben hier an einem Samstag Abend spontan einen Tisch bekommen. Sowohl die Vorspeise (Oktopus) und als auch die Hauptspeise (Steak) waren vorzüglich! Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und der Chef ist Gastronom durch und durch. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Das ist ja verrückt – warum gibt es in diesem Viertel nur so viele großartige Restaurants? Das hier ist mit Abstand das beste Restaurant meines Lebens. Vom Geschmack war ich tief beeindruckt, vom Service ebenso – ich gehe völlig überwältigt und begeistert nach Hause. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!

Das beste Filetsteak überhaupt. Medium rare butterweich und der Oktopus ein Gedicht, auch das Medium Kombi Steak für meine Begleitung optimal. Antipasti, Ajoli und gegrilter Spargel hervorragend. Getränkeauswahl lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Chef nebst Crew super aufmerksam und du merkst, du bist herzlich willkommen. Wir haben Bar1grillrestaurant noch am selben Abend an Freunde gepostet 21.2.26...unverändert. Diesmal Thunfisch Steak gegessen, hervorragend.

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen. Mein Mann und ich hatten jeweils beide ein Rinderfilet, welches hauchzart war. Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so ein gutes Filet genossen. Aber auch die Vorspeisen waren sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir beide fanden es nur ein bisschen kühl im Restaurant.

Während eines Wochenendtrips haben wir nach einem Geheimtipp gesucht, um ein leckeres Steak zu essen. Wir haben ein paar Bewertungen gelesen und uns dann getraut - das war die beste Entscheidung seit langem. Schon beim Reinkommen wird man herzlich begrüßt, der reservierte Tisch zugewiesen und man hat das Gefühl Gast zu sein. Getränke und Speisekarte sind gut aufgestellt, hier sollte jeder etwas finden können. Papier ist geduldig umso mehr kommt es dann auf die Leistung des Küchenteams an. Was soll ich sagen, hier wurde richtig abgeliefert. Nach einer gemischten Vorspeise kamen die Steaks, der Gargrad und die Qualität der Produkte haben uns umgehauen, volle Punktzahl. Röstaromen, Saucen und Würzung sind genauso ausgeführt, wie man es sich für so ein gutes Produkt wünscht. Ohne Übertreibung, das war eine Offenbarung, dazu noch eine Überraschung, weil wir dieses tolle Essen hier nicht erwartet haben. Neben dem leckeren Essen ist auch der Service und die Herzlichkeit den Besuch wert. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Abend, wir würden uns freuen, wenn viele Menschen den Weg in dieses Haus finden, wir würden es in jedem Fall wiederholen, sobald wir wieder in der Gegend sind. Wir waren heute da und vom Ambiente über Service sowie die Speisen bis zum letzten Schluck Espresso war alles perfekt und stimmig! Wir hatten unter anderem Garnelen welche perfekt zubereitet waren. Das Filetsteak mit Bratkartoffeln war perfekt zubereitet und sehr geschmackvoll. Alles in allem muss man sagen das die Qualität sowie Zubereitung der Speisen auf einem sehr hohen Niveau liegen und sehr schwer zu schlagen ist. An sich mein erster Besuch in einem "reinem" Steakhaus. Wirklich ein schönes Restaurant und sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, kann ich wirklich empfehlen. Man sollte nur etwas Zeit mitbringen, da es durchaus bisschen länger dauern kann bis das Essen serviert wird, jedoch in einem vertretbaren Rahmen.

After trying several steakhouses in the Zirndorf, Nuremberg, and Fürth area, including Maredo, Blockhaus, Goldene Pudel, and Ekuthek, we finally found our favorite... BAR 1! We've been going there for years now. Unfortunately, I can't fully recommend this restaurant. I deliberately chose a variation of a meat and fish dish and chose a different, actually cheaper, cut of meat instead of the regular steak. The change was easy to make. When paying, we were initially informed that card payments were supposedly only possible for amounts over €50. Only after repeated inquiries and the reminder that we didn't have any cash with us was card payment finally accepted. The bill for the main course was initially €11 more than stated on the menu. After I pointed out that I had chosen a cheaper cut of meat—a price at the same level would have been understandable to me—the amount was adjusted accordingly. However, when the total was added up again, another €8 was charged too much. This error, too, was only corrected after further warning and with a visibly annoyed look.

We ate here for the first time today and we're absolutely thrilled! The restaurant is a bit smaller, but the atmosphere is very cozy, with pleasant, quiet music playing in the background. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and attentive. But the food was simply amazing! The steaks were cooked to perfection and so delicious that we didn't even need the sauce. Next time we'll definitely try the fish...

We're here in Zirndorf for assembly and were looking for a nearby steakhouse on Google. We landed here based on the reviews, and yes... 5 stars!!!!!! Delicious food, good advice, and very friendly and, above all, good service. Thank you! The food was amazing and a fair price/performance ratio. I had the fillet tips, and they were cooked to perfection and very tasty. The appetizers were also very good. We'll be back 💪

This was our first time here, but we'd driven past several times before – it was always busy, which piqued our interest. So we decided to try it for ourselves. The owner's exceptional friendliness was immediately noticeable when we made our reservation. Upon arrival, we were able to choose between several different tables. Given the beautiful weather, we opted for the outdoor seating, which offered very comfortable seating. The menu arrived promptly, as did the aperitif. For starters, we shared a grilled vegetable platter with green asparagus, peppers, eggplant, carrots, pickled onions, Parmesan cheese, and pesto – a true culinary highlight! For the main course, my companion chose surf & turf, fillet + octopus with fries, and I chose the Angus fillet with fried potatoes. My meat was cooked perfectly rare, tender as butter, and simply sensational. It was accompanied by five different sauces and herb butter, all of which were delicious. The wine also complemented the meal perfectly. The service was attentive and always friendly – ​​you can tell the passion they put into their work. One thing's for sure: This definitely won't be our last visit!

After visiting Playmobil Fun Park and checking in at the guesthouse, we ended up here – and we haven't regretted it. Friendly staff, delicious food, good wines, what more could you want? The steaks were very good, with five sauces to go with them, all freshly prepared, and fair prices. Definitely worth a visit!

What a wonderful restaurant! The owner personally attends to his guests, with excellent service. The food was very, very tasty, very well grilled, and very well seasoned. There were three of us at this steakhouse and we were absolutely pampered with steak in the truest sense of the word. First we studied the standard menu, which already revealed an extraordinary amount of the culinary delights on offer. As we were wondering whether there might be something extra special to top it all off, the chef came over as if he had smelled it and asked us if he could recommend something that wasn't on the menu but was written on the chalkboard next to us. Based on the chef's recommendation, we chose three different steaks with accessories. And now I'm at a loss for words, but it couldn't be better and I've been to many steakhouses in Germany, including in Nuremberg and the surrounding area, but this, simply MEGA!!! By the way, the table that was booked was only given away once that evening, so I had to concentrate fully on hmmm.

One of the best steaks you can get in Germany. The owner takes great care in selecting his cattle, which he buys from pasture-raised Swiss farmers. Prices are on the higher end, but absolutely justified for the quality of the food.

It's always a dream to eat here; everything is fresh and delicious, the steaks are cooked exactly as requested, the staff are super friendly, and the prices are absolutely reasonable for what you get. We'll be back, of course.

We came here spontaneously and were immediately greeted warmly, even without a reservation. The ambiance is wonderful, and the staff are super friendly. The chef takes plenty of time for his guests, and it feels very informal. My husband received excellent advice on the rum. The food is simply fantastic. From the main course to the dessert, the meat is simply perfect. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely eat here again. Thank you for this lovely evening. The water was perfect, cool, tasty, and low in sodium. The wine was perfect, not too warm and not too cool for this rather dry, slightly fruity red wine. Excellent food: juicy tuna steak, perfectly melted potatoes in butter, simply outstanding flavor, seasoned, and rounded off with coarsely ground salt. The shrimp were also excellent, juicy and flavorful. The baguette was crispy, and the homemade dips were excellent. The food and drinks were worth every cent; what a fantastic, enjoyable evening, and a fair price. The ambiance, friendliness, music, and art on the wall—it couldn't have been better.

The visit to Bar1 was an event and not just eating out. From entering the restaurant to saying goodbye, simply perfect. The waiter or boss explains the various steaks very personably and skillfully, makes recommendations, etc. Our steaks and the fish were of the best quality and perfectly prepared. Finally, we ate a dessert that doesn't have to hide behind the main courses. It's no surprise that Bar1 is one of the top 50 steak restaurants in Germany. You truly deserve this. We had great conversations with the boss and an excellent meal. Thanks for the lovely evening, we'll be back!

A small but fine restaurant that is one of the 50 best steakhouses in Germany. A pleasure for all senses. There is an exclusive selection of food and drinks. Also great advice on wines for every taste. There is also champagne. The service (including the boss) is very attentive and friendly. The prices are high but appropriate for the quality. A reservation is recommended.

For me, Bar 1 is by far the best restaurant in Zirndorf. Absolutely family atmosphere. No run-of-the-mill dishes. It's always worth a visit.

My visit to Bar 1 was simply excellent! As soon as you enter you can feel the warm and stylish atmosphere, which is perfect for a relaxed evening. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and treated us to great service. The absolute highlight was of course the food: the steaks were grilled to perfection, of the highest quality and incredibly juicy. The side dishes and sauces were perfectly balanced and rounded off the taste experience. The wine selection was also excellent and went perfectly with the food. Exceptional quality and service. Staff care a lot about a great atmosphere and your needs. I highly recommend steaks from the big board, a big prawn and crème brûlée. One of the most delicious steak houses I have ever been.

Bar1 in Zirndorf looks modern and chic from the outside. The staff is attentive and the owner takes time with the guests. The drinks came quickly, but there was a delay in taking the order. The food, especially the steaks, was very tasty and freshly prepared, even if the prices were a bit high. Overall, a recommended restaurant, especially for steak lovers.

Small restaurant that packs a punch in terms of taste. Best steak of my life. The staff is very nice and accommodating, especially the boss is very nice and funny. It tastes great!!

The food and service met our expectations, right up to the checkout process. The decision not to pay by card was explained to us with a lengthy explanation, combined with a request to bring cash with you on your next visit. However, given the not insignificant prices of the food on offer, card payments are accepted as a matter of course. The claim of high fees seems to me to be pretextual. In my opinion, the reason for only accepting cash lies elsewhere, but that is a matter for the tax authorities. A further visit to this house is therefore not planned.
