Food was great but the service was confusing. Asked for a vegan plate but they came with one containing meat, only making the change after a couple of minutes.

Positive aspects: The starters were delicious and beautifully presented. The fresh mezes were particularly impressive and the atmosphere was pleasant. Negative aspects: The toilets were unclean, the soap dispenser was broken and the trash can was overflowing. The meatballs weren't cooked all the way through, the salad we ordered was forgotten, and there was no more tea at 6:30 p.m. Some employees seemed unprofessional and overwhelmed. A restaurant with potential, but hygiene and service should be improved.

On my fourth visit to Berlin, I finally made it to Kreuzberg. You might think you are in Istanbul. As soon as you enter the street, Hasir Döner welcomes you with its smell. I opted for a sandwich doner around 12.00 noon when the doner was still fresh. I only got the meat doner, no greens or anything else, it was a full meat sandwich. The flavor was as good as I didn't expect. At 7.50 euros, the price is also very reasonable.

It is a business where you are treated according to the order you placed. We asked for a wrap and they said they didn't have a doner. We bought a doner with bread. We ate it anyway. We asked for tea. A short friend with a white beard said something like "If there is tea, I'll bring it." Anyway, we drank our tea and while we were going to pay the bill, he called out to the cashier as if to say, "Take the bills from them." As if we were going to escape without paying. I have never seen anything like this in my life. I wonder if we would have received the same treatment if we had offered a more expensive menu or if our cold head had been treated better? I always enjoy coming and hope that Hasir can improve the service. Otherwise it tastes very good.

Döner is in Turkish style. In fact, the quality of the meat is better than many döner restaurants in Turkey. You can't find better in Germany. So are kebabs. They are all better than each other. Not to mention the conversation with the manager friend. But I think it is a big mistake to serve white wine during the day in such a Turkish taste place. It ruined the concept badly. You serve tea to a table after the kebab, and you open wine for the table in the back. By doing this, you attract people who don't understand döner or kebab to the place and you get negative comments.

The right food. Expensive for what it offers but delicious. The problem is that when it came time to collect, he wanted to give us more than a 20% tip (approximately 12 euros), instead of 56 euros that we had already rounded up, he wanted to charge 65. When he told him that he had made a mistake, he pointed out the receipt on which it is highlighted in pen that the tip was not included. Taking into account that without seeming to deserve it (a small amount for its price) we had left a tip, not only did they not think it was enough but they told us that for the little they left us nothing would be better, and they did not accept it. I would not return nor recommend it. There are better places in the area.

We had ordered 4 kebabs, but we were charged for 5 kebabs. Even with witnesses we were not believed and they were unreasonable. Unfortunately, it's a shame, I had eaten here often before. It was my last time here.

We first started with hazelnut lahmacun and we liked it very much. We ate İskender Kebab and Adana Kebab with my friend. I liked the iskender kebab very much, my friend did not like the bulgur pilaf that came with the kebab. The service was good and the employees were very attentive. Lastly, we ate katmer, served with ice cream, and we found it successful.

We ordered several kebabs at once and later noticed that one was missing. We didn't get the money back, not even a small compensation (be it a salad or a drink) and the man who took our order was extremely rude. You go to eat a kebab and out of the kebab comes such a sharp piece of plastic that could cut my stomach and throat open. When I asked what that meant, I was promptly told “it can happen, what do you want from me?” Incredible service and even more incredible staff. Never again.

Both the waiter and the master were really rude. I asked the waiter how much is the doner kebab, and he said go and ask the master. Anyway, I said I wouldn't disturb the master, I got in line, took the donut, he said the credit card is at least 10 EUR. We've been there several times because we love the Sehriyeli tavuk corbasi (chicken soup) but today it wasn't possible! The store was overcrowded and the employees were completely overwhelmed and rude and disrespectful towards us!! We immediately got up and left. Impudence like that. We had a 6 hour drive with 2 small children because we don't come from Berlin and we drove straight to Hasir only to be treated with a lot of disrespect👍🏽 and then, strangely enough, there was no soup or kebab.

Really mean, I just asked if you could make me a kebab without meat. Nothing special or falafel...wasn't possible, I didn't get anything.

Bis jetzt der beste Döner den ich gegessen habe, aufjedenfall empfehlenswert. Das Fleisch war einfach nur perfekt und dann noch mit dem Brot! Also Soßen brauch man für den Döner nicht weil das Fleisch ein sehr leckeren und saftigen Geschmack hat.

I absolutely loved my visit to Hasir Ocakbaşı! The atmosphere is cozy and authentic, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was simply fantastic - especially the grilled meat specialties were perfectly prepared. You can taste the high quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail. A real insider tip for anyone who wants to experience Turkish cuisine at the highest level. I'll definitely be back!

We were at Hasir's in a relatively small restaurant. Unfortunately, the hygienic conditions were not good. The Cola bottle was completely dusty. There was a hair on the spice tray and it was also greasy. The food was good.

The glasses are not washed with detergent or rinsed, the plates are broken and the portions of the meat doner kebabs are not fair. The server determines the amount of meat according to his/her wishes, there is no standard.

Specializing in Turkish grilled meats, the kebabs were flavourful and juicy, while the warm aubergine starters had an earthy, rich taste that left a great first impression. Unfortunately, the dining experience was soured by poor service. While one of the waiters was friendly, our main server was quite the opposite - unfriendly and borderline rude. He appeared disinterested, and his body language made it clear that he saw us as a nuisance rather than guests. To top it off, when the bill came, the "tip not included" section was circled in blue pen, which felt like an unnecessary push for a tip despite the subpar service. It’s such a shame that the service ruined what could have been an otherwise great meal. The food was excellent and the restaurant chiq, but the attitude of the staff left us feeling unwelcome.

We ate adana with yoghurt, lahmacun and lamb skewers. Lamb shish and lahmacun are not bad, but Adana with yoghurt is worth eating. Do not eat sweets, especially kunefe and katmer. Prices are normal for Berlin.

Definitely my last visit there! I was at the restaurant with my 3.5 year old son and he wanted to sit inside, like last time. On our previous visit we were there with two Turkish-speaking friends and seemed to have better service as a result. The waiter initially took our drink order, but for the kebab we wanted and a small portion of meat we had to queue outside, which was completely fine with me. However, what was not right at all was the price! I suddenly had to pay €20 for the meal. When I asked again, it was explained to me that the kebab costs €8 and the children's portion of meat costs a whopping €12! Incredible. The reasoning is that the meat is served on a plate and plated meals are more expensive. I still don't understand why a small portion of meat, roughly equivalent to the amount of meat in a kebab, should cost €4 more than the kebab. After I asked again, the colleague finally showed some understanding. He took some meat off the plate and only charged €8 for the children's portion, so we ended up paying €16 for a kebab and a children's portion of meat. There are many other good Turkish restaurants in the area and we will prefer to visit them in the future! It should also be mentioned that the toilets and the path to them are not particularly clean.

Lentil soup was cold, waiters are arrogant and ambiance is low quality. As a Turk I was recommended with one of my friends in Berlin to go and have lahmacun. In the center of Kreuzberg, in the vibrant part of the city, cool area, always something going on, you get hungry even late at night. A plus point is that you can get something to eat late in the evening, we were there at 11 p.m. on weekdays. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and you immediately feel at home. The employees are nice and if you complain about something, there are no discussions. Unfortunately, we had a lot to complain about about the food, perhaps because it was so late in the evening. The bread was dry and cold, the rice had absolutely no taste and was totally cold (only the plate itself was warm). The hot pepper and the grilled tomato must have been taken off the grill for a while because they were also completely cold. And when I say cold, I mean it wasn't even lukewarm, so you could say it was on the grill recently and is cooling down, no, that means it's been left for an unclear period of time. The grilled meat was lukewarm at best. Overall, not a single part of my plate or my friend's plate was still hot. Most of the food was cold, a few parts were still lukewarm. Serving meat like that is not possible. We complained about the rice that was served first, which was replaced without any ifs or buts, but we were then served lukewarm rice. When the meat was also served cold/lukewarm, we canceled the entire meal and left. For the very high price charged for the food, this is overall unacceptable. There is a full point deduction for the food. The service and the ambience are good to very good, but since you go to the restaurant to eat something and we found that cold grilled meat is inedible, we don't give it more than 2 stars overall and that's a good thing.

There was no price board at the counter (street sale). I ordered a big kebab and asked what he got for it!? Disastrous, expensive and doesn't taste good at all. For a kebab I should stand at the front, when you pay €50 you expect more for some skewer kebab with rice for my son and Eskander with very little meat, more tomato sauce than meat. Simply disappointing.
