Very delicious food. Very friendly service. I'd gladly go again.

Everything was fine except for the slightly older waiter's sullenness and his refusal to even look at you.

We went to eat Adana kebab the other day. The Adana kebab was good, but I swear the rice pilaf they served with it smelled like rancid, awful!!! I called the waiter and told him it was spoiled. "Yes, it can happen sometimes," the waitress said. "I asked, 'What do you mean?' They didn't even apologize... I've been in bed for a week with food poisoning!! It's a complete disgrace!!!!

The food was very delicious but for the price I expected larger portions, especially the side dishes, which could be larger.

There is so much to say, but it is a place that doesn't even deserve that.

The food was good but it was surprising that tea was not offered. :) We paid 25-30€ per person, the total bill for 4 main courses, a salad, 4 ayrans and 2 waters came to 160€.

There were fluffs in my peppers. I said something, they didn't really respond to it, they said OK and left. I thought it was a shame because it was tasty but unfortunately it didn't impress me.

The food and service were okay, but the condition of the restrooms was absolutely appalling—and that in a restaurant boasting celebrities and big names. I've been there several times, and every time I've seen the same thing: extremely dirty, unkempt, and simply disgusting. It seems as if there's no regular cleaning at all. The toilet paper holder is broken, paper is lying everywhere—just disgusting. Honestly, when you see so much dirt and neglect in the restrooms, you don't even want to know what the kitchen is like. For a supposedly first-class restaurant, this is simply a scandal.

Unfortunately, my visit to Hasir Restaurant was very disappointing. The dürüm didn't seem fresh overall: Some of the meat wasn't cooked properly, the sauce tasted stale and was too warm, there was very little salad, and the bread didn't seem fresh either. Overall, unfortunately, it was the worst dürüm I've ever eaten."

Don't believe the hype. My older husband and I arrived at the restaurant one evening with our two sons and our beloved poodle. It was completely empty inside, the windows wide open. All the tables on the sidewalk were occupied. We were already seated when an employee spoke to us rather rudely from a distance of 2 meters and more or less asked us to leave because of our dog, who was already lying sweetly under the table. He also said we could sit outside. Outside, however, was exactly 30 cm from us, the distance from the floor-to-ceiling window to the sidewalk. However, all the tables were occupied, and they are too small for four people. Our sons ate there. One son enjoyed it. The other, who was there for the first time, didn't think it was particularly special. We then went to Café Jacques on Maybachufer, where our poodle and we were greeted with great joy. Kreuzberg has much more to offer.

Delicious, high-quality food, with very friendly and attentive service. Highly recommended.

The guy that make your food, is the same guy you pay. He always takes the money without gloves and continue to make food. Absolutely disgusting. Expensive without reason too. Small portions. I don't recommend it.

Three of us went with the Sultan Menu and were quite full. The appetizers and pita bread served as starters were beautifully presented. The main course included a mixed grill, and the meat was tender and delicious. Finally, with dessert and tea, it was a very satisfying dinner. While the prices aren't cheap, you're sure to be satisfied.

If you come to Berlin, eat here one night. You won't regret it; you'll be very pleased.

I had the opportunity to try it twice in Berlin's Kreuzberg district between August 7-8, 2025. I loved the atmosphere, and the friendly and attentive staff provided excellent service. The staff member from Izmir, whose name I can't recall, was a particularly warm welcome. Thank you. If I ever return to Berlin, I'll definitely choose Hasır Restaurant again.

Very good and tasty dishes. The falafel were truly amazing, the goat cheese was delicious, and the pita and eggplant dish were excellent! The service was impeccable, very kind and hospitable. The prices might be a little high, but I have to say they're worth it for the quality and freshness of the food. I highly recommend it!

Kebap Hasir: The meat is grilled, tasteless, and extremely greasy... impossible to finish. I don't recommend it.

Yes, an absolute must on any visit to Berlin. Kreuzberg and Hasir have a great atmosphere.

Döner is not as effective as it is puffed. Adding lots of greens etc. won't do the trick.

This was my second time here and, unfortunately, I have to say that the food is generally overrated. The portions are very small, but the prices are disproportionately high. Furthermore, the visit was marred by the unfriendly and pushy service; you felt practically pressured to either order more or vacate your seat. Overall, a disappointing experience, hence only one star.

Very warm welcome and service. Beautiful interior dining room, street-facing terrace, but... Noisy! Hasir restaurants are always a guarantee of quality and delicious Turkish cuisine. I recommend them!

The food was too hard, the "homemade" ayran rather tasteless; you can get better ones at Edeka. €30 for a single skewer and lots of bread and oil.

Meat was way overcooked, no cheese, overpriced, and tasteless. One of the worst doner I've ever eaten in Berlin. The service was very unfriendly.

The doner meat was truly excellent—nicely seasoned and delicious. I had a doner kebab plate, but it was a bit small. The value for money could be better, but the quality of the food was top-notch. What I found disappointing was that the waitress barely spoke any German, and almost no one there could speak proper German. This made communication a bit difficult.

A cozy place with good food for the price, but the head waiter was impatient and not very helpful in choosing dishes. When we paid, he had already added a 15% tip without our knowledge. In other words, it was delicious, but the service was not great.

The food is very good, but my recommendation is not to go unless you want to experience how people are treated in some places. It took a long time to serve us, which can happen to anyone, but when it came time to pay, it seemed they didn't agree with the tip we had left them, demanding a higher percentage of the bill, even though the service had been terrible. They reluctantly agreed and "kicked" us out of the place, warning us not to return there—and there was no need to tell us, I won't go there even for free. There are many places in the area where you'll be treated better and at a better price, as the place isn't cheap for what it is, but the quality of the food is very good.

I went there for the first time yesterday. It was a farewell dinner with the team. The food was good. The service was excellent. The ambiance was interesting. The restaurant can't be blamed for the constant police sirens. 🙃 Next time I'm in Berlin, I'll definitely stop by again.

There was practically no vegetarian selection. The prices were far too expensive for what we got. The service was disastrous. After we got our food, no one asked if we were satisfied or if we wanted something to drink. Our plates were cleared away even though some of us hadn't finished eating. After our meal, we were ignored even though we wanted to order something else. After waiting 10 minutes, we wanted to pay. We informed them, but the waiter ignored us. Instead, he ignored us and preferred to talk to his colleagues. After another 10 minutes with no action, we turned to the next person to pay, but they weren't in charge of our table and therefore had to make sure we had eaten. So we waited again. The restaurant wasn't nearly full, which could have explained the wait. Overall, the experience at this restaurant was a clear disappointment and I expected more.

We had the best lahmacun we've ever had outside of Türkiye. The Adana we had was also very good. If I go to Berlin, it'll be my first stop.

İskender Kebab for €20.50 had more bread than doner meat. There was less doner on the plate than in a dürüm or doner kebab wrap. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't right at all.

The food, atmosphere, and politeness were excellent. The waiter, Erol, was particularly friendly.

Only a few manage to impress me, but Hasir is top-notch! A wafer-thin Turkish pizza with plenty of fresh herbs and onions, the best Turkish pizza of my life. The lamb skewer, with its smoky and grilled flavor, was very well done. Even the well-done version was very well done. Here, the grill masters still know their craft. The meat, side dishes, etc., are all top-quality. We felt pleasantly energized after the meal; nothing was heavy on our stomachs. We'd be happy to come back.

Forget the bad reviews, it is just a busy place with fantastic food and you should expect that the food will be amazing and the service could be improved. that shouldn't deter you from coming here because the food is absolutely the best Turkish food that we've ever had in Germany outside my wife's kitchen!

We had a very enjoyable evening at Hasir. The atmosphere was warm and the food was delicious. The service was generally great – especially the waiter from Fenerbahce who looked after us was very friendly and attentive. We felt very welcomed. We will definitely be back!

I recently visited Hasır Restaurant in Berlin and tried a meat dish. While the flavor was good, the portion was very small and rather poorly presented. For €20.50, I expected much more—both in terms of quantity and presentation. Other restaurants offer significantly more for this price. Unfortunately, the value for money here is completely out of reach. I therefore cannot recommend the restaurant.

Unfortunately, I can't understand the many positive reviews. The starter was good, but the soups in very small bowls (€7.50) were a joke. A tiny, mushy, and cold portion of bulgur on a plate is unacceptable. No salad, just tons of onions and half a tomato. That's pretty steep at €36.00 per portion. The dessert, kunefe, was very tasty. The service was friendly. Unfortunately, the tables were sticky and greasy, as were the salt/pepper/garlic shakers, etc., very unhygienic! The restrooms are the icing on the cake: so germy, just disgusting. This was definitely the last time we went there.

The doner kebab plate was disappointing: The meat was sliced ​​far too thick. Pilaf was placed under the meat, which made it look like a lot—in fact, it was rather small. The place was generally unhygienic: dirty restrooms, overflowing trash cans, and the dining area was also unkempt. The only positive: the waiter was really very friendly.

The food was amazing! No doubt about that. The service was bad. The employees were rude and ready to start a fight because i asked if i could get more meat in my döner, since i asked for no salad in my döner. I would have accepted if they said no, but they gave me the feeling that i was asking for TOO much and were pretty aggressive about it.

Very tasty food, quick service, reasonable prices. We went with a group of 8 people and we had our food ready within 25 mins. Orders were correct. Nothing was mixed up or missing.

I had a delicious İşkembe soup at Hasir Ocakbaşı in Berlin and ordered kunefe with ice cream for dessert. I always like my kunefe nice and crispy from the grill—that's why I always ask for it beforehand. And that's exactly how it came: crispy and delicious! The waiter was polite and friendly, and the service was excellent overall. Card payments are accepted. Everything was perfect—I'd definitely order again!

Ein wirklich hervorragender und qualitativ hochwertiger Service! Trotz des großen Andrangs ging alles sehr schnell, und das Personal war so herzlich, dass man sich fast wie zu Hause fühlte. Das Essen war einfach großartig – wir haben Iskender gegessen, und es war definitiv der beste Döner, den man in Deutschland bekommen kann. Two days ago, two of us had dinner at Hasir Restaurant Ocakbasi. The food tastes good, but the prices are really expensive, especially the fact that 1 glass of tea costs 3 euros surprised us, normally this is a treat in Turkish customs, you can easily find the same tastes everywhere in Germany, I don't think there is a need to pay so much,

The kebab on hand was fantastic! I happily waited in line for 5 minutes for this.

We visited the restaurant to have tea and coffee. We were then directed to a café next door! The following day we went there again to have a little something to eat. We have a lentil soup, Lavaş Tabağı (airy flatbread with sesame from the stone oven, butter, Turkish village cheese, haydari and spicy paste) and Fındık Lahmacun (mini Turkish pizza). I would definitely recommend the airy flatbread. It is also something for the eye. We ate outside and all eyes were on it and we were sometimes asked about it. The cold starters were all ok, except for the Turkish village cheese. It's not for me, but if my mother were there she would like the cheese. That's just a matter of taste, I don't deduct any points for that. We both really liked Mini Lahmacun. The lentil soup was really good. If we visit Berlin again, we would like to come by again.

I was invited to a wedding dinner at this restaurant on April 22, 2025. Beforehand, the waiter assured the groom that the vegan dish that would be served to me was wholesome and that I could expect an equally appealing plate of delicious food as the other guests (grilled vegetables, potatoes, good rice, salad, etc.). He told me this to the best of his knowledge and belief, as the operator and the chef had communicated it to him that way. However, even the starters were not vegan. When the main course was served, I was initially given a non-vegan dish. My plate was then returned and I had to wait a long time for my food. While the other guests received a beautifully decorated plate with chicken steak, ribs, rice, salad, freshly baked bread, etc., I only received a small bowl of an overcooked, unseasoned, inedible soup in which the vegetables simply fell apart and had hardly any flavor. When the other guests saw what was served to me, I literally felt their pity. They also made it clear to me and offered me their rice, onions or leftovers. It was anything but pleasant. I felt more deceived than ever before and suspected that this unappetizing meal was just as expensive as the wholesome dishes of the others. An absolute disgrace to ruin such a beautiful day in this way! Afterwards I went for a falafel, which was way better than the so-called restaurant food. Thank you for this flop and this kind of fraudulent deception. Oh and, at a price of €30-40 per head, I would most likely have been better looked after elsewhere.

The amount of doner they put in is 3 times the amount of the Turkish version, we paid 30 euros for the doner between two buttermilk and 3 breads. You can queue up outside and eat delicious doner kebabs inside, the price is more affordable. I've also tried kebabs before and they were delicious too. A must-visit place at least once when visiting Berlin.

I can only say that it is the most decent, spacious and friendly place that I have chosen after a lot of thinking. They have two restaurants side by side. When we went, they told us that they could not open a place for us, even though there was no reservation requirement. Moreover, I called and asked before I left. Then we went to the döner restaurant next door. The food here was good, but the portion we said was 1.5 came as 1, then we ordered 1 more portion. Its portion was more than 1.5 :) Unfortunately, there were no grilled vegetables in it. In short, it is a business that has no standards and offers different portions and therefore prices for everyone. It is a relatively good place in that region, but unfortunately the situation here is the same as the lack of work ethic in TR. I wish it wasn't like this.
