The food is very tasty and I recommend everyone to eat at SNC again and again

We ordered two smash burger menus and a 6 piece crispy tender. The distance from the restaurant to us is 5.5 km. First I want to complain about the delivery time, which is over 2.5 hours in total. In the confirmation email, when you clicked on the fastest possible delivery time, it was stated that it would take approx. 80 minutes, which in itself is a long time for the "fastest possible delivery". The order was placed at 8:18 p.m., we called again and asked after about 1.5 hours at 9:53 p.m. and we were told that it was currently being prepared and it was delivered at 10:55 p.m.!!! Well, we thought, the main thing is that it tastes good and you get full. However, when we opened the order we received two cold burgers, two cold and over-fried sweet potato fries and six soggy lukewarm to cold tenders. Overall, to put it briefly: - incredibly long waiting time!!! - Quality really disappointing!!! - Price/performance ratio below average!!! Conclusion: First and last order.

If you write in the invoice that the food won't arrive for 80 minutes, even though you live 7 minutes away, it all feels very strange. But if you can't even manage to deliver the food in 2.5 hours, then perhaps you simply shouldn't offer a delivery service.

Caution...... Maximum fraud, you actually order from Smash-n-Chicken but it goes through Loko Chicken, after 135 minutes the food arrived, 100% frozen goods which was then confirmed to us by the employee over the phone. It's unbelievable what prices these are for food that is absolutely bad. Please stay away, I've never experienced anything like that from either name. Bad, bad and bad again... In addition, the sauces that you order for 1.95 euros are from Heiz in a small bag... Caution.... Caution.... Caution.. Sorry Smash-n-Chicken then stay away from Loko Chicken. Greetings to Mustafa.

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and nice.

Unfortunately there is no other way, the burgers are great, absolutely awesome smash burgers. BUT every delivery for us is always clearly too late, sometimes it didn't get through, sometimes it was forgotten, then you give clever timing and not dreamy information. Unfortunately, you really lose your appetite, today for the 3rd time in a row. Now I'll order somewhere else first.

Bitterly disappointed today. It was always good but today the food was no longer comparable to what it used to be. Sauces are no longer good. The cheese sauce just tastes artificial instead of cheesy and spicy. Instead of delicious bread, for the same money you get 4 small, puny pizza rolls that don't taste nearly as tasty. Be careful when ordering online - there are only crispy tenders, no more fillet bites, even if you can still choose them. The dishes differ in price. Addendum: We paid 2 euros each for the cheese sauces on Saturday. On Sunday a colleague was on site and the sauce was available as a dip for the crispy chicken at no extra charge. As a customer, it's easy to feel like you're being taken for a ride here. Answer: Good day, You won't find anything under my name because a colleague where we meet lives 3 minutes away from you and orders locally. It may be possible that you can't order 4 pizza rolls, but that's what I had in the bag. Then you should pay attention to what the employee packs. We ordered filet bites and chicken tenders and only when we asked that they be marked did we get the answer that there were only the mild tenders because the hot one wasn't well received. But this should be said right at the beginning. But here I'm wondering what is done when ordering online because the items have different prices and you can still order fillet bites. If we hadn't asked to be marked, we would have gotten nothing but Crispy Tender without knowing it. The sauces were always free before. You can also choose the cheese sauce online as a dip for the chicken. We paid 8 euros. A day later, another colleague also had the cheese sauce for free as a dip of choice. We didn't order any extra sauce, just the dips that came with it. The order was placed around 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 27th

Food is 1A, staff is very nice and service is great. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold and dry. After a short phone call, the complete menu and drink would be delivered to the house. Others rate the store poorly because they don't call and talk to people.

The delivery time of over 1 hour is a bit too long, and we weren't really impressed with the food either. We ordered there specifically because of the good reviews.

I ate a pizza and had stomach pain and diarrhea for the next 24 hours. Not recommendable. And the cake must have been sitting open for more than a day, because it tasted like everything you could find in the kitchen because the dough had already absorbed all the aromas that were floating around nearby. Simply disgusting.

The store is beautiful, no question. The chicken is absolutely delicious But the mac n cheese is really disgusting. It just doesn't taste good. Best order something else!!!

Update: I liked the old #Eleven much better. I really enjoyed eating the Mac n Beef, the fries with beef or chicken and I told my friends all about it. But the recipe has been changed for a few months and unfortunately it no longer tastes as good as it did at the beginning :( The mac n cheese had different pasta every time, the cheese sauce is now different again, the beef ragout was much better back then and the chicken fries (in the photo below) now also have different and less chicken. Unfortunately, it doesn't taste as good to me as before, which is why it's no longer 5 stars :( I would really like the dishes to be prepared according to the old recipe again. Then I would definitely buy something again more often :( I discovered the restaurant by chance some time ago and since then we have eaten or ordered there a few times. We haven't eaten anything there that we didn't like. The cheese fries and mac n cheese in particular are a dream! I can also only recommend the Juicy Lucy Burger! :) I only have problems with the online order on the website because it then says my address cannot be found. But that's not so bad

Had dinner there with my girlfriend. The Zinger and Cheese Smash and Chilli Smash. Finally a shop with delicious smash burgers. Will come back more often :)!

Although I'm not a big burger fan, I have to say that these are very good! We always come here especially from Dortmund, which is why we get full stars.

We have now ordered the smashed burgers plus fries several times and have been very satisfied every time. Friends of ours from Gelsenkirchen also thought the burgers were really successful. We live around the corner and always order for pickup - the food is reliably freshly prepared and ready to pick up 15 minutes later. Everything fine. Only the name change made us a little suspicious. But quality of food remained the same.

Chicken wings and tenders are baba, nice and crispy. Sucuk cheese fries were a hit. Cheese sauce is also stable. Employees are correct. Chilling music plays in the background.

I bought 12 hot wings there and I've honestly never eaten anything so bad. It was so unpleasant to eat that I gave half to my colleagues, who also didn't like it at all. Some people, like me, even had a stomach ache afterwards. The wings were even red inside. After we mentioned this, they assured us that it was the marinade. Which I don't understand because the marinade doesn't get to the bone (I'm not sure about that, so I don't want to talk too much about it). But what I have to add is that my friends ordered the smash burgers and other wings (Boneless and Honey) and they enjoyed the food. Maybe there was something wrong with the hot wings.

Outrageous.. Waiting time for two hours..and when asked, they said a mishap had happened..they must have forgotten about us..we live on the same street as the restaurant. The hamburger rolls were a disaster...no excuse

First: We live a 3-minute walk away and the food took 74 minutes. Second: the food was cold when it arrived. Third: The mac'n'cheese tasted watery and wasn't seasoned. Fourth: There were a few hairs in our mashed potatoes. So to everyone who still knows the old #Eleven, I advise against this. I would have preferred to eat the €30 like that instead of spending it here.

We ordered Smash Burger Cheese, what can I say? Super delicious! Really good. We also have bites and tenders with a cheese sauce; we haven't eaten such crispy and tender chicken in a long time. I can really only recommend it!

Sorry, but that's not normal for fast food. It's a shame, I would have liked to try the Smashburger, since there are so few shops in North Rhine-Westphalia. You can only switch to other stores in Essen or Düsseldorf. Edit: On Sunday, March 24, 2024 around 6:00 p.m. I ordered because I thought that was how I would get food. Unfortunately the pickup time was stated as 45 minutes. Unfortunately not ok for a fast food shop and Smashburger. Otherwise there were only two other people in the store. Even if many have pre-ordered or for delivery, 45 minutes is not standard and not the requirement of a burger shop/pizzeria. It's a shame, especially because we went there specifically for that!

My husband brought me burgers - I was very disappointed how they could give out such burnt bread. Simply carcinogenic. Therefore not tasty, I think the pictures speak for themselves. He liked it there - but what I got just wasn't good and wasn't worth the money. A pity!

We pre-ordered food. Plus point: it came 20 minutes early. Food was OK. However, something was missing. Basically no problem, we called. We were assured that it would be delivered later. It didn't happen anymore, but we received a voucher as compensation. Service very customer oriented!

Extremely delicious food and pretty fast delivery! In my opinion, the chicken tenders are 100x better than KFC. If you order something, be sure to treat yourself to the fries too. I have no idea how they do it, but it's one of the best fries I've ever eaten.

Sorry guys. I think this is the first restaurant that gets a bad review from me. It was by far the worst burger I have ever eaten in my life. You could rather press your face into a pile of clay on the construction site and have more taste in your mouth. The flesh was burned. There was a single tiny slice of cucumber on it and a few strips of lettuce. No tomato and zero taste. Oh yes, there were still soggy, soggy burger buns. For €5.90!!!!!! Better go to the golden M or get a frozen burger at the gas station. Never again. Please keep it up. Then people won't have to put up with this for much longer!!

Netter Laden. Mal was Neues und Eigenständiges. Da kommt bestimmt noch mehr. 4 von 5. Leider muss ich einigen hier Recht geben. Pizza 2x bestellt, war 2x viel zu hell und in der Mitte fast roh. Die Pommes sind immer sehr salzig. Personal grüßt nicht so gerne, dauert meist bis einer einen anschaut. Die Position der Kasse ist sehr schlecht, zu eng dort. Aber Burger und Schnitzel sind top.

Wir bestellen nun schon öfter bei #eleven und sind immer mehr als zufrieden! Egal ob Pizza, Burger, Pommes oder Süßspeisen, es schmeckt alles sehr gut und wir empfehlen euch gerne weiter. :)

Das Hashtag Eleven in Herne ist definitiv ein Ort, den man besuchen sollte, wenn man nach SoulFood hungert. Wir haben eine bunte Mischung aus Fingerfoods probiert und die haben überzeugt...Das Schnitzel mit Champions-Rahmsauce war ein echtes Highlight, besonders da es die Sauce hausgemacht war. Die Currywurst mit Pommes war einfach köstlich. Aber die wahren Stars waren die Burger! Der "Hangover," "Chilli-Cheese" und unser absoluter Favorit, der "Cheddar is Better," haben unsere Geschmacksnerven verwöhnt. Die Qualität der Burger war erstklassig. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist entspannt und locker, perfekt für einen gemütlichen Abend. Wenn Sie gutes Essen in einer coolen Umgebung genießen möchten, sollten Sie unbedingt nach Herne-Sodingen gehen und sich hier eine großartige Zeit gönnen. Das Hashtag Eleven ist definitiv einen Besuch wert!

Wir haben hier schon des öfteren Bestellt . Wirklich sehr Lecker . Besonders das Schnitzel mit Hausgemachter Käsesoße . Als wir mal bemängelten , das es etwas wenig Soße zum Schnitzel gab , wurde dies Freundlich aufgenommen und kam danach auch nicht mehr vor . Für uns ein Top Laden 👌

Sehr aufgeschlossenes kommunikatives und vor allem emphatisches Team, mit herzlichen Empfang… Sehr bodenständige Gespräche auf Augenhöhe. Der Burger war der absolute Knaller… Am Käse wurde nicht gespart und das Fleisch war mehr als zufriedenstellend… Der Burger, war auf den Punkt perfekt zubereitet und es musste weder nachgewürzt werden, noch war es überwürzt… Geheimzutat muss wohl die extra Portion Liebe sein 🫶🏼 Für solch eine Top-Qualität, bekommt man die Burger überall woanders zu einem wesentlich teureren Kurs. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und freuen uns auf nächste Mal.

Ich hatte da bisher Pizzabrötchen und Burger mit Pommes und es war beides sehr lecker. Die Leute da sind wirklich nett und auch der Laden selbst ist schön gestaltet. Das einzige, was ich persönlich noch schön fände, wäre einen Burger ohne Fleisch in der Auswahl

Wir haben nach einem neuen Restaurant zum Ausprobieren gesucht und haben uns aufgrund der guten Rezensionen, den ansprechenden Fotos und dem Angebot an Gerichten für Hashtag Eleven entschieden. Was sollen wir sagen? Es war wirklich überragend. Beginnend beim Service: super zuvorkommend, wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, der Hund hat direkt Wasser und einen Kausnack bekommen, uns wurden mehrere Gerichte empfohlen und auch zu den ausgewählten Speisen wurden die passenden Dips angeboten, die alle unseren Geschmack getroffen haben. Wir haben noch nie zuvor so eine intensive Beratung bezüglich der Speisen bekommen - hier wird Service groß geschrieben, was sich auch in der Liebe zu der Zubereitung der Speisen widerspiegelt. Wir hatten das Schnitzel mit der hausgemachten Champignon-Rahm-Sauce und Cole Slaw, Pizza und Burger. - wir waren alle wirklich restlos begeistert und werden wahrscheinlich nie wieder wo anders Burger essen können. Zum Glück wohnen wir in der Lieferzone, sodass dies kein Problem darstellen sollte. Die Qualität der genutzten Zutaten, die Zusammenstellung der Gerichte und die liebevolle Zubereitung stehen in einem Top Verhältnis zum Preis - on top gibt es dann noch die herzlichen Gastronomen, sodass eine absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre entsteht und das Essen zu einem Erlebnis wird.

Lieferungszeit tipitopi! Portion könnte etwas größer sein. Lag möglicherweise daran das es echt super lecker war! Klasse.

Die Burger sind einfach der Hammer Hollandaise Pizzen Mac and Cheese und Onion rings. Bei der Karte weiß man jemand hat sich Gedanken gemacht und es auch mega umgesetzt. Ob Geschmacklich oder von Aussehen her TOP und natürlich HELAL! Durch die nicht zu hohen Preise neue #StammPizzaria gefunden 💪🏽

Cooles modernes frisch renoviertes Ambiente, sehr leckeres Essen, sauber, freundlich, preisleistung top!! man merkt sofort das es sich nicht um Tiefkühlkost handelt.. sondern die Menschen in der Küche sind vom Fach!!.. Große Vielfalt an Variation.. Es wird mein Stammlokal.. Sehr empfehlenswert..

Der Burger wurde frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker. Wirklich nettes Personal und schönes Ambiente vor Ort. Sehr zu empfehlen!
