They make salad wraps with a little bit of döner meat, but they charge you for döner, thinking people won't understand. If you charge the full amount, you should add the meat as much as you want, but you don't pay for it. You raise the price, and the customer pays whatever you want without complaining, but you steal the ingredients and don't give them what they deserve. The raw dough in Lahmacun is very thick and uncooked.

The attitude of the staff is zero and the food is not good either.

A good kebab that wasn't too expensive at €6.50. It wasn't a big loaf, but it still had plenty of meat. The kebab was very good, not too fatty, and kept me full all day. It was good to eat on an empty stomach. Highly recommended. The kebab owner was also very friendly and accommodating.

I've given this "restaurant" several chances. Unfortunately, to no avail. There's a lot to say, but I'll keep it brief. The service is mostly rude, especially from the owner, especially when you politely point something out, like something missing from your order. You get a very unfriendly response in return. The value for money at breakfast is a complete disaster. €15 per person for breakfast?! There are open breakfast buffets for that price that offer significantly more, like this breakfast offering. It's best to stay away from this "restaurant."

On Sunday evening, October 27th, we came to your restaurant for dinner as a family from Bergkamen. We ordered 1 mixed grill and 1 rib. My wife's grill arrived, but my food did not arrive, even though I waited for 45 minutes. When I asked, they said they forgot. Even the kids' pommes came after the mixed grill. The waitress is not guilty of anything, she wrote down our order and gave it inside. I would like to inform you that we will never come again. Even 1 star is too much for you. There were 2 tables in the shop. It was not busy. If you can't even serve the food for 2 tables, close it down! I hope the owner of the business reads this comment and tells the kitchen team what is necessary.

It was my first time and I haven't had such a wonderful surprise in a long time. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly service, large selection of drinks and food as well as desserts. As long as the eye can see. Inexpensive, tasty above all. Definitely visit.

It was the worst lentil soup I have ever eaten in my life. The staff served it with long prosthetic nails. They served ice-cold, unboiled tea. Even though we complained, we were treated like idiots. It's a mediocre place.

Wow! A real surprise! There were two of us there. Coincidentally, because another restaurant no longer had a table. The service was super nice and I had the perfect Adana kebab. You just don't get the ambience outside, it's just at an intersection. But no matter, the food is great and the plants also make it nice and shady!

So, I recently ordered a kebab and an Adana Dürüm. The kebab meat turns into the empty one until the next customer comes. Then it is warmed up again with the flame and the dry black meat is served. At Adana Dürüm I discovered raw meat after 1-2 bites. I told the waitress that it was raw inside and didn't want to eat any more. When I went to pay, another employee said that they would make it up to me next time and that they hadn't informed me. I was disappointed and paid...

The Hasan Usta Ocakbaşı Restaurant in Hamm impressed and thrilled me. We tried the Mercimek soup, which tasted like it was homemade and reminded me of my childhood cuisine. The kebab meat was simply fantastic – so tender and juicy that it melted in your mouth. I haven't eaten such delicious meat in a long time. This experience deserves 5 stars, and if it were possible I would give it even more. Although the quality of the food comes at a price, which is slightly higher, it is completely justified given the excellent taste and freshness. Hasan Usta Ocakbaşı Restaurant is a must for those who want to enjoy authentic Turkish cuisine of the best quality.

We ate here a total of 4 times. Yesterday we were there around 2 p.m. and wanted a grill plate for 3 people and we were 4 people because we thought that would be enough. We have now repeatedly noticed that a waitress constantly does things wrong. We ordered and only received cutlery for 3 people. Afterwards the sauces were brought to us without a plate. We pointed this out to her, she just said that it was too full and we should wait - that wasn't the case, there were only 3 tables occupied. Then our drinks weren't brought, but the grill plate was. Because we had to wait so long for plates, the meat got cold. Salad was brought to us later. Since Beyti Kebab is included in the grill plate for two people, we assumed that this would also be the case in the grill plate for 3 people - in vain. We ended up complaining to the boss at the front and Beyti was brought to us afterwards. And only after the complaint did the service change, which was really very nice. Conclusion: However, we will avoid this shop in the future as neither the service is satisfactory to us, yesterday several tables were affected by a lot of flies and the food was cold in the end. You shouldn't hire waitresses who aren't made for the job.

They wanted to charge me €9.50 for lentil soup, which is really very easy to make, and still water that only costs 30 cents. €9.50 for a soup with still water?! I'll never eat there again!!! Restaurateurs like this shouldn't exist anymore!!! We all work but no one has to exaggerate the prices!!!

We wanted to order lunch after 11 a.m. and were constantly advised at the checkout to take a breakfast menu. I explained to her that we had already had breakfast and would like something for lunch, then she said she could offer us lahmacun or pizza for lunch/ There wouldn't be any dinner yet. We then said that we were hoping for other plates on the menu and the cashier said in frustration what else she should offer us and what else she should say. Extremely unfriendly and no patience. With this reaction, we didn't feel like it anymore and left. On the way to the car we heard her getting upset about us and telling an employee in her own language that we were just Germans with no idea and what else do I know. Sad to see such staff. Really had too many expectations in this restaurant.

Service and reception was very friendly and professional, tripe soup tasted good, fries were also ok, ketchup in packets was very cheap in my opinion, the kebab gratinated pide was extremely dry and had no taste at all, I didn't touch half of it because I lost my appetite. The shop wasn't full despite Ramadan, which surprised me at first but didn't surprise me afterwards. Unfortunately, Tum Essen is not a recommendation.

Was there for the first time today, a friend invited me there for breakfast, which is served there until 1 p.m. It is very rich and varied and also very tasty, with tea and also orange juice. The atmosphere is simple but still quite nice. The staff is very nice and also attentive. When I was looking for sugar for the tea, a nice lady immediately came up to me and gave it more. A visit there is worth it.

Absolut zum empfehlen, machen auch Hausmannskost aus der Türkei

Mehrmals bereits dort gegessen. Auch verschiedene Gerichte ausprobiert. Ich kann nur positives berichten. Essen sehr lecker, Ambiente sehr schön und vorallem sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Einfach nur zum weiterempfehlen.

Grillteller war super und reichlich. Nachtisch ein Traum. Mokka, wie er sein soll. Kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir waren das erste Mal da und garantiert nicht das letze Mal. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das reichhaltige Frühstück, welches wir am Nachbartisch gesehen haben.

Wir hatten eine Grillplatte für 2 Personen. Mega lecker. Vorallem der frische Bulgur, das Saftige Hähnchen und das frische heiße Brot. So toll. Wir kommen das nächste mal zum Frühstücken, das sah auf den Nachbartischen so toll aus.

Die Fleischgerichte sind sehr gut und werden auf Holzkohle zubereitet, dass schmeckt man! Der Döner hat sehr gut geschmeckt und war von der Portion sehr gut! Ebenfalls zu empfehlen ist das Frühstück, es ist sehr üppig und bietet eine große Auswahl an

Die Bedienung war sehr sehr höflich und freundlich. Das Essen war schnell auf dem Tisch und wirklich lecker. Der Fleischanteil auf dem Dönerteller war sehr hoch. Das rechtfertigt den höheren Preis von 12,50€ noch auf jeden Fall. Die Pommes und der Salat waren auch sehr lecker. Das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön. Insgesamt zu empfehlen. Die Getränke sind zu teuer.

Nie wiem o co biega z tymi negatywnymi komentarzami ale podejrzewam że konkurencja duża to i wszystkie chwyty dozwolone. Byłem tam pierwszy raz i na pewno wrócę. Dobre i syte jedzenie (zamowilem talerz - okolo 15€ z colą wyszło). Polecam Gute Essen. Geschmeckt mir sehr gut. Ich empfehle diese Platz.

Ich zahle gerne auch mehr Geld wenn das Essen gut ist. Leider hat mich der Adanakebap und Dönerfleisch nicht überzeugt. Der Adanakebap hatte kaum Aroma, weder Holzkohlegrillaroma, noch Gewürze und kaum gesalzen. Und nicht pikant, eher wie Urfakebap. Dönerfleisch hat nicht wie von Restaurant geschmeckt sondern wie typischer Dönerimbiss. Die Dame von der Bedienung war allerdings sehr freundlich. 2,5€ für Ayran, 2,5€ für Durstlöscher und 1€ für Mayo und 3,5€ für kleine Pommes zu teuer einfach.

Wie immer sehr sehr genossen. Super lecker. Preise sind ok. Aber sehr frisch alles also lohnt es sich. 👍

Essen war lecker, service sehr nett, preislich war es okay. Das ambiente war etwas sparsam, jedoch ist das bei gutem essen nicht so wichtig. Ich kann den Laden empfehlen.
