We wanted to dine here with 5pax. After waiting at for a few minutes at the entrance we walked in to look for a table ourself. We asked Bianca if we can sit down here hand she shouted at us that we have to go back to the entrance.. so we followed her. She straight talked to the guest who came after as and set them down at the table we asked for. I asked her why she is doing that and she replied with a smile that we have to wait at the entrance. It seems that she enjoyed her rude behaviour. I always liked Hard Rock Cafes in Singapore, Dubai and Vietnam but would not recommend this one. Super rude service.

We watched a football match here which was nice. The music is a bit loud though

They USED TO have the best ribs in Munich. Now they are definitely the worst!! The waiter confirmed that they recently changed the recipe for the ribs. I only took one bite and ordered a different dish which they were nice enough not to charge me for it. It was our goto place for the ribs. Now we no longer have a reason to go there anymore.

The one waiter was really unfriendly, hopefully someone will steal your bike. Meal for €15, McDonalds would have been better. Ambience very nice. Ice was just sand.

145 € for the manageable meal (2 adults, 3 children) is definitely too expensive (including the 5% discount we were given 😉) The ambience feels like it hasn't changed in 15 years (ancient LCD screens on the walls, playlist from the beginning of 2000 ), it's all a bit rocked down and not really recommendable. Plus the overpriced shop to achieve maximum profit.

I especially recommend the brownie. Portion is a little big. 2 people can eat it easily.

Service very attentive today. Food was okay, but the prices, as described several times, are outrageous. This cannot be explained with tourist, city or location surcharges alone if the beer is more expensive than at the Hofbräuhaus

An American restaurant, full of Americans, serving classic American dishes I came for the spareribs which were excellent - soft and juicy (I guess they were prepared sous vide) with a great BBQ sauce The dish was accompanied by some coleslaw (I would have eaten more), some tasty beans, and good chips Stout from Munich completed the meal 2 points that need to be improved - the music is too loud, and you should serve wet wipes at the end of the meal (napkins do not clean sauce well)

Last time we were there, Cola was bad. I mean, really bad. This time we waited 20 minutes and we couldn‘t even order. Quality and service both going downhill.

Was here 3 years ago but unfortunately the taste has deteriorated a lot. Everything is clean and the service is friendly, the soft drinks are watered down and taste cheap, the drinks lack flavor (Tequila Paloma barely had Paloma). The fries were dry, the cheese was crusty... I'm not familiar with the food here :)

I think the atmosphere is great, nicely decorated, good volume. But I didn't like the food.

New york strip quite good, but it comes with mashed potatoes with no gravy which I recommend to replace with fries, my colleagues took mashed potatoes, and the meal was just too dry. Last time I ate Cesar salad. It was tasty but for this price it's a bit poor and small. Apple cobbler and brownie amazing and huge portion. Very good service, waiters at our table cared that we enjoy our food.

We had a bbq bacon cheeseburger and a standard burger. For the price you expect high quality and good tasting burgers. However, any McDonald's burger has more flavor than these burgers. The fries were soggy and not salted. Service was great

I can also recommend this Hard Rock Café - in the end they are all very similar. The food is delicious, I'll deduct the points for the prices! Having to pay over €20 for a burger is starting to get a bit worrying! "Love all, serve all" - as long as they have enough cash! But everything around it is always really nice!

So, the service was really super nice - almost so friendly that you thought you had gotten lost in the wrong restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was a different story: the burger patties (beef and chicken) were so dry that we wondered if they had been previously stored in the Sahara. The ambience? As always great, but price/performance? Nothing is right for us anymore. Hard rock will be avoided in the future - whether here or on the other side of the world. Thailand? Yes, we’ve been surprised in a similarly ‘tasteless’ manner.” 😅

We're there because of our daughter. Price performance does not match the food, far too expensive. Burgers are nothing special, I've eaten better ones. Waiter was a bit over it, rather annoying. I know it's their strategy, but less is more. Our child wasn't quite as impressed either, so our conclusion was that we were there once.

The food and the atmosphere of the place are pleasant and the servers are also cute.

My first Hard Rock Café and the atmosphere is really wonderful, it's a lot of fun to eat there, you can't complain about the service either, because we had to wait a little longer, the waitress immediately apologized and offered a 10% discount, which was very nice and sincere. The food was okay to good, the fries were a bit sticky and the burger was solid, but definitely not bad! I would go there again and again.

Since the place was empty they made us leave the tables that were for eating and sit at the bar to have a drink… obviously we went to the bar across the street hahaha You tell me that you go during meal times and the tables are for eating, but in the middle of the afternoon there was no one and they cleared the table for us so we could go to the bar to have something... anyway.

Excellent service and attention from Eddy at Leo Bar and Rolando at the security gate. The food is good, the atmosphere is good, the place is clean and the prices are fair. I hope to return one day

As a rock fan I have always loved the vibe of HRC locations worldwide. Let me start with the good stuff- Our server was really fun and helped us split the bill and was very accommodating. The food was good too, pretty much standard quality. We really enjoyed the burgers and chicken strips! HOWEVER, the racist host standing at the entrance almost made us run away but we were hungry and it was 10 pm so we did not have a choice. We came in a group of 7 and our German colleague was ahead of us. The host welcomed him normally and as soon as we entered, he asked us “What do you want?”. Maybe I have not experienced German hospitality like this but I believe this is not something you ask folks who would consider paying money to dine at your restaurant. It totally ruined the vibe for us. Maybe this place is better only for locals and has nothing to do with rock fans or non Germans.

Everything was very tasty, the only thing that bothered me was the music was way too loud.

Dear Hard Rock Team, unfortunately the opening hours here are not correct, during the week until 1am! That's what it says on Google, I drove there just to read on the door that it's only open until midnight, what a shame!!!

Really not a restaurant that I recommend. The atmosphere is kitsch, because everything is too old. Retro can be good, but this one is just old. I had the burger that was voted best burger: no pleasure. A McDonald's has more personality than this burger, except that here the price is exorbitant. I have eaten better burgers at this price. We don't even enjoy a pleasant American experience. I think Hard Café was popular 30 years ago, but the brand has also remained 30 years behind.

It's a standard Hard Rock Cafe. The food is average, the service was great, and the atmosphere is focused on musical legends. It was nice to have my 7-year old captivated by the music videos, keeping her from asking for a cell phone, at least until we were waiting on dessert.

Years ago, burgers felt like they were twice as big. Service took forever despite the dead pants. It feels like the shop only lives from tourists and the name...

It is a typical Hard Rock Cafe.

We were here as a larger group. In return, we were given a menu at a cheaper price than a normal restaurant visit. However, the menu selection for the main course was even more limited than expected (only 4 dishes, 1 of which was vegetarian) and from the category: soft drinks, coffee and tea we were only offered Cola, Fanta and Sprite. The burgers came unnaturally quickly, but only four dishes at a time, so the first ones were finished before the last ones had their food. The chicken sandwich was basically just a burger. Some burgers didn't even have any sauce on them, generally the food wasn't exactly warm and the patties weren't fried properly either. The accompanying fries weren't crispy and didn't taste like anything either. Afterwards there was vanilla ice cream, which was brought in a simple cardboard cup. This had almost certainly been thawed and refrozen, giving the ice cream a disgusting, gritty consistency. Hardly any of us ate it. Oh and it didn't really taste like vanilla either. So overall I'm really disappointed with my visit here in Munich, especially because I had a really great experience at the HardRock Café in Hamburg and expected something similar from here. The staff was mostly friendly, it was just a little unexpected that the woman who showed us our seats and explained the process didn't speak German, so we had to convey everything first. The woman in the shop also didn't speak German, which was problematic for a few of us.

I'm a french Fan of the german metal group Emil bulls, it was a dream to be there, every Thing is really Nice, the mood, the food usw.. Thank you for All ! And special thanks to the group Ohrange who was performing!

Very expensive for what you get: burnt ribs

The burgers were great! The biggest problem was the service. The staff was really very friendly, but there are just too few employees. We had to wait 25 minutes to even be served, and after we finished our main course no one came. We actually wanted to order something else, but then decided against it. It would be better to have more staff and higher costs, but with that more sales and better customer satisfaction. We recently went to the Hard Rock Cafe in NYC and it works better there because they have a lot more staff.

Great food. Huge portions, great music. However, I had to dine under a onesie worn by a certain Freddy Mercury from the band Queer.

Food so-so. Typically hard rock. Unfortunately service is not good. You feel like a tourist. Burgers were very dry. Fries quite good. Beer was tasty. It was very full, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a seat and only had about an hour. Then the table was reserved again. Maybe. better reserve.

This restaurant didn't deserve to have a good reputation. Firstly, the restaurant showed us to our tables, which is normal, then they made us wait for a good 40 minutes, which was outrageous. After the long wait, I was obviously dependent on it To draw our attention to us, I contacted me and pointed out that we hadn't been served yet even though the rest of our group had already been served. I did this twice and then they took care of it. The food was mediocre and the citizen kept falling apart, making it inedible which is sad. ! THINK IF IT'S WORTH IT AT THESE PRICES!

Thank you very much for this great expierience and atmosphere. All was great !!! The waiter was really friendly and even when we told him we have about 1 hour of time till we had to go he said "dont worry im gonna tell the chef to be fast" and so did he, instead of waiting 50 minutes and having to run to the bus we got it in 15 minutes and we could eat slowly, enjoy the music ,sorroundings and the amazing atmosphere without needing to worry about being late.

unique atmosphere and the decor really refined down to the smallest detail, Valentina from the staff was very nice, the only minus is that in one of the burgers the meat wasn’t done, only very rare in the middle, the rest was well-done (we were not asked about the degree of doneness ) however, a huge plus is the short waiting time with a large number of guests

Visiting a Hard Rock café, for some people, is a must when traveling. In addition to the restaurant, they are unique museums of objects, clothing and photographs from the world of rock music. The Hard Rock Cafe in Munich is very large and beautiful, with very interesting collection pieces. The menu in these places is always the same, it does not vary: greasy American-style food. The prices are slightly expensive, but you won't leave hungry. There are vegetarian and vegan dishes. Four of us went for dinner on a Saturday in August, without a reservation. They initially told us that it is advisable to reserve and that we should wait, although later, when we managed to enter, the place was half empty. The waiters are very nice in these places, but it takes a lot of effort to get them to serve you, and they are not fast. The premises are not suitable for people with reduced mobility, since the toilets are on the ground floor and can only be accessed by a flight of very narrow stairs.

Came here on a rainy day after we couldn't get seats anywhere at nearby places. We were all pleasantly surprised that the food and drinks were good. We shared several appetizers and there were all great. Great service as well, and a fun atmosphere.

Expensive and poor quality food. The waiter served us in Spanish, of course, to tell us that there was no dish with chicken (Thursday night in August). Burnt and dry burgers, broken and dirty bathrooms. I don't like the concept of an expensive store + an expensive, low-quality restaurant (and I've been to several)

I visited the restaurant for the first time a few days ago and was really impressed. The atmosphere that the place exudes is indescribable, the staff is very friendly, especially the hostess who took care of me and showed me to the table, her name is Bianca if I'm not mistaken. We had to cope with a 45 minute wait for a table and it worked out well. We were shown to the table and given the cards and then had to wait forever until we could order a drink on this hot day. Ordered food and drinks. At some point the iced tea arrived and my cocktail was a long time coming. The food was then brought out, quite hectic, at first it seemed to us that the gentlemen didn't want to come to us and since we couldn't understand them, it was a bit suboptimal. The cocktail was still waiting and arrived another 10 minutes later. The waiter assigned to us wasn't seen for ages, and after eating we wanted to have a coke and a menu. We told a colleague who wanted to pass it on but that didn't work either. The waiting time for the coke was very quick after the assigned waiter was there again. After waiting another 20 minutes, we decided to eat ice cream in the ice cream parlor a few meters away, as we wanted to arrive back at the hotel the same day. After the first signal that we wanted to pay, another 10 minutes passed. When we waved further, we were waved back in a friendly manner but that was it. It wasn't until we got dressed that there was any movement. The wrong receipt was brought in first, but then the cashing went quite quickly. We don't know this kind of customer service in Hamburg and Berlin, unfortunately it's very disappointing. In terms of price, it's a bit too expensive for what was offered.

Be careful, we went to this restaurant yesterday with my girlfriend (August 16, 2024), I can assure you that we were sick all day the next day (food poisoning) I'll spare you the details but we never been this sick in our life, it was horrible!!! Never again!!!

Went to dinner several times with a large group during our annual visit to Oktoberfest. In 2023 we had dinner in a private room. That was very well organized and an ideal quieter location in the restaurant.

Great location with very friendly service, delicious food and of course good music! I was in Munich for a week on business and visited the Hard Rock Café 3 times. Ok, the price of food and drink is already in the upper class, and I think some of the souvenirs in the shop are overpriced, but I just felt comfortable here. There was even 1 hour of live music on a Tuesday and the guy was really good. For dinner I tried the chicken wings in barbeque sauce and they were fantastic! Very tender, great taste, generous portion, so the price-performance ratio was definitely right for me. All I can say is: Have the honor, see you next time!

The food was really delicious👍🤗 One star deducted because of the pricing. Unfortunately, service times were quite long at the beginning... At the allocated (alcove) seat you felt quite squeezed in (zero legroom) - although there would have been significantly more seats available in the restaurant with a little more freedom of movement... 👎 Overall visual ambience👍 What doesn't work at all (acoustic ambience): During a 90-minute stay you were treated to music by Coldplay (in my opinion, maximum PopRock), Eminem/Rihanna (...) and ballads by Adele (🙈)... 😧😠 This is absolutely unworthy of a “HARDROCK” cafe 👎👎👎 It's a miracle that the MEGADEATH bass guitar didn't fall off the wall... 🤘 Conclusion: If you want to enjoy good food in an extraordinary ambience, this is the place for you. However, the operators should think about the choice of sound system for the guests (Rock!) - or simply change the (brand) name to "PopCafe"... sorry... With appropriate music there would definitely have been more stars!

The place is certainly charming, but the service was nothing short of "scandalous". We went here because it has a fairly extensive gluten-free menu, but when ordering, they told us that they ran out of gluten-free bread and ribs. We reluctantly resort to a salad, then wait FORTY minutes to receive the order, which is delivered to us incorrectly! Only after threatening to leave without paying, within five minutes they brought me what I had ordered, apologizing and telling me that my meal would be free. Small consolation, but at least it was an admission of the mistake made. However I won't go back.

We went to Swifties Brunch - that's the only reason I'm basing my review on it. Completely disorganized, 1 hour wait before we could even place our order. Fatal if the whole thing only lasts 2 hours. The "hot drinks" came cold, as did the food. In addition, it did not correspond to the description. Too bad! I would have preferred to pay 5 euros more for a buffet, then the service wouldn't have been so stressful.

The Chinese lady who served us was very unfriendly and charged us without asking for a tip. Didn't give me the receipt. We had to repeat everything several times. As a long-time Hard Rock Cafe visitor, I am very disappointed.
