Restaurant in a nice location in the center of Munich. Service is perfect, I greet the waiter "cousin" from Slovenia 🙂

The cheesecake and the mango tango are there to try and are delicious 👏 👌 🤤

On May 10, 2025, we went to the Hard Rock Cafe with friends again, and everything was really good, from the service to the food. On March 5, 2017, I went to the Hard Rock Cafe Munich with friends again, and unfortunately, I have to take back some of my praise from January. We were greeted very warmly and were seated immediately. It seemed like the waitress took too long to place our order. We had ordered an appetizer for everyone and a burger each. Unfortunately, we didn't eat the appetizer quickly enough because our conditions, along with the house price, were suddenly displayed in front of us. When we didn't want the food yet, she took the burgers away. After about 20 minutes, we were served four cold burgers, the same ones from before. When we complained, the manager arranged for us to get new food. This shouldn't happen, since the food isn't exactly cheap and service is very important at the Hard Rock Cafe. I was at the Hard Rock Cafe in Paris exactly a week ago, and there was nothing to complain about. The service was great. The food was great. Everything was great. Take a leaf out of France's book and the place was packed, and you could even reserve a table for Friday. But I think it was an exception last Friday. We went to the Hard Rock Cafe today (January 24, 2016) for breakfast, and it was really good. The price of €20 was also reasonable; it was all-inclusive. It was a typical American breakfast, with bacon and eggs, pancakes with maple syrup, sausages, cheese, cornflakes, sweets, and, of course, sausage and fruit. Unfortunately, there were a few fewer guests. The service was great, as you'd expect from a Hard Rock Cafe. The plates were constantly cleared, the buffet was constantly checked to see if everything was still there, and a smile was always a bonus.

Service and atmosphere 10/10. But the food is just getting worse. The menu is looking more like a cheap restaurant with less and less uniqueness. I even tried getting the BBQ combo plate. It's now an overpriced dish. The meat tastes bland and you can see that they just poured some BBQ on some cooked chicken and served it. Shame

I am the ultimate Hard Rock Cafe GROUPIE!! I find them from my world travels. Many times my trips are planned based on the location of the nearest cafe. I love the ones that have the photo boths. I collect T-shirt, trading pin, and shot glass. I LOVE HARD ROCK!!

Evening offered by a company. For my taste too much noise and dishes not to my liking. Places for tourists. Avoid if not for a beer

Hardly anything is hard or rock here except the ambience. The music is as mainstream as any other standard bar. Pretty disappointing.

Got a voucher in Booking.com so go there in my last day in Munich. The Gold menu does not have many options that match my taste, so I go with chicken ceasar salad which turns out not bad at all. Service is quick and efficient, staffs are nice. What confuses me is that the restaurant does not seem very busy, but why people have to buy tickets via Viator and Booking to get there?

Nice location, some, not all of the service staff are really on their toes. Burgers are very good.

We sat very nicely. The service was okay, at least much better than at one or two local restaurants.

To the Owner/Management: A Sharp Decline in Service – Deeply Disappointed We’ve visited Hard Rock Cafe Munich several times over the years, but this recent visit was a major letdown and far from what we’ve come to expect from the brand. It started with our waiter not understanding our order, despite us speaking clearly in both German and English. The interaction felt off and unprofessional. Shortly after, a second waiter brought plates and slammed one of them onto the table with a loud bang — completely uncalled for and rude. Then, our appetizer and main courses all arrived at the same time, showing a total lack of coordination and care for the dining experience. No sauces like ketchup were provided — we had to ask. And there were no drink refills unless we requested them, which is disappointing for a place that usually offers attentive service. This was, without exaggeration, the worst dining experience we’ve had in Munich in years — and by far the worst at any Hard Rock Cafe we’ve been to. We hope this feedback reaches someone who cares, because the current level of service does not reflect the Hard Rock name we used to trust.

It tastes rotten and like a rat, it's really warm inside, it's too warm for summer, never again, I swear, never again.

Unfortunately not like it used to be. The food is overpriced and unimaginative, the music is now a pop/rock mix. The veggie burger consists of a patty, cheese, lettuce leaf, tomato and fried onion ring, without any sauce. The smash burger was also disappointing.

We had a great time at Hard Rock Cafe Munich! 🌟🎸 The chicken fajitas were sizzling and delicious 🌶️🔥, the mac n' cheese with chicken tenders was pure comfort food bliss 🧀🍝🍗, and the vibe was amazing with friendly service 🎶❤️! The only letdown was the BBQ burger 🍔❌ – it came without any sauce and tasted a bit dry compared to the rest. Overall, it was a rockin' experience 🎤🎉

The Food was good, but no Hard Rock Music. Just Pop and Electronic Songs. What happend? Bring back the Rock to Hard Rock Cafe! Who‘s supid Idea was this to remove the iconic Ambiente of the Hard Rock Cafe‘s?

Decent food, unfortunately at Munich tourist prices. The Spicy Shrimp are expensive but incredibly tasty.

Beautiful environment, shame about the music not relevant to the theme of the place: 90s disco mix!!! The salads are excellent and plentiful, however the French fries are to be avoided, they are very small and overcooked sticks, the ones served in McDonald's are much better

Hello everyone, a slightly different café than you are used to, cool exhibits from mostly rock stars from the good old days. Nicely furnished, good food at current prices, we liked it and will definitely come by again.

Every time we are in Munich we stop for a good beer and food. The service is very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is absolutely great. Top!

Hard Rock Cafe in the very center of Munich, great staff who will always try to find you a seat even though the restaurant is full of guests! A great offer at the han-club store. In addition to the standard offer, they also have a large source of clothing and plush toys for the youngest 😊

yesterday 20.4.25 20:10 pm came to this establishment for dinner waiter named Damir was aggressive, responded rudely, was not polite and answered mockingly! In the end I had to leave with the children without dinner! I will never go there again in any contry! We came to Italy for the international football tournament!

This time we were there specifically for the taccos. Always delicious. And of course a soft drink with it. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you! Always happy again!

Typical Hard Rock experience. Wanted to change up and get a burger to eat. I think I only eat at Hard Rock when I'm in another country. Service was average as was food. Not bad but not anything special. Server was Ok, took our order, checked on us once and came back for the money and wanted a tip. Positive note, it's always neat to see the exhibits.

Finally Hard Rock Cafe again. Today we went to a Hard Rock for a long time but unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. At the entrance you are greeted in a very friendly manner and escorted to your seat. The usher says goodbye, wishes you a nice evening and the waiter takes over. All in all, both very friendly. We were 3 kids and 2 adults and one child didn't eat anything. 1 beer, 4 Sprite Conclusion: 1 forgotten fuel. Ok, no problem can happen. I ordered patty melt. Fries were cold. After I told the waiter he asked briefly: “May I”? And shortly afterwards touched the fries with the back of his hand. To which he replied: OK, they are a little warm but should be warmer. He disappeared with my plate and came back a little later with my plate and hot fries. Now the sandwich was no longer warm. Everything tasted ok. Basically except for the temperature. When I paid he wanted to give me back a 10 too little (I paid with a 100). Now I had to give him the bill in advance until he finally checked it. In short: unfortunately not recommended for the price!

Brilliant place. The food was delicious. Our server Sandra was lovely and l do feel guilty that as it was our last night we had no euros left to tip her. But if she reads this l hope she knows she was much appreciated. X Ps. The Hurricane Cocktail is superb! 😋🍹

Pop Rock Cafe. That would probably be the right name for this restaurant. I used to enjoy coming here, but the music mix is ​​now a disaster. Between Nena's 99 Balloons and Lady Gaga I couldn't really feel comfortable. What's that supposed to mean? When I asked at the bar about other music, I was told that we had to adapt to the times. The nice bartender didn't like it either. You can only feel sorry for the good guy. The concept was good, anyone who liked it came here. This franchise has probably never had a complaint about not having enough guests, so I don't understand that at all. I probably won't come back.

The triple chicken burger was nice, the sauce was delicious. Katie (I hope I remember her name correctly) who served our table was attentive. However, the person who showed us the seats at the entrance said "reserved" even though the tables in the middle of the place were empty as seen in the photo and remained empty for a few hours. It wasn't nice that he didn't want us to sit at those tables. Although the food variety is low, it is a nice place with a nice concept.

It needs a visual change after all these years! Cola was not carbonated again. The problem is already known.

Went to eat at the Hard Rock Café for the first time in Munich. We have been to many others. The Hard Rock Café has a nice atmosphere, but it doesn't come close to L.A., New York or Miami. The music collectibles on display are also not that interesting and international. The food was very tasty and the service was also very friendly. We found the prices overpriced for what you get. Despite everything, it is worth seeing.

Around 19:00 29.03.25 I tried with my housband to go in for dinner, the cafe was not completely full. The unfriendly staff first asked me if it was for drinks or dinner, I said dinner, the gentleman at the entrance said everything was booked. No apologies, no attempts to say try again later or anything. This is unacceptable behavior for a world-renowned cafe! Never again!

The staff is rather inattentive, despite the large number of employees. Cocktails are available, but hardly any non-alcoholic ones. Food prices are sometimes bordering on rip-offs (a cheesecake costs €11, are you serious?)

This is one of the highly recommended places in Munich. We stopped by with my boyfriend to try their burgers on March 25th. Their burgers were really quite successful. The people taking the order were also very attentive, and our order arrived quickly. We were very pleased. We tried Messi chicken Burger and Spicy BBQ burger. I would definitely recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who wants to come.

People go to Hardrock mainly for the atmosphere and not for the food. We ordered mini burgers and ribs. The quality of the meat is not my taste. The staff is friendly but you often have to expect waiting times.

Sorry hard rock But that was a disaster. It is foreseeable that there will be a lot going on on Friday evening. That's why we made a reservation. We also got our table on time. But other than that, both the food and the service were poor. Chicken wings and burgers came before the drinks and were cold. Chicken wings also tasted really old. Like it was forgotten at lunchtime and then warmed up too briefly in the microwave. The steak was not medium rare but at least well done. Tough and completely tasteless. I was looking forward to a good steak and expected much more. We weren't even noticed to ask for other things like ketchup or an additional napkin. The service is really poor. When eating, the burgers and fries were OK. Wings and Staek really catastrophic. And with the prices that are being charged here... 34 € for a tough shoe sole. Very disappointing. In the future, if at all, it will only be for overpriced drinks.. We also waited over 30 minutes to pay and were told stupidly by other waiters that they weren't responsible for us. Too bad

Hard Rock Cafe is a must-visit when traveling. The hamburger was still delicious and the draft beer was amazing. Hovbräuhaus is right across the street, so it would be better to have a beer there instead of going there.
