Hard Rock Cafe in München

Everything is great, everyone is very friendly, the food is delicious. The shrimps are really delicious 😊 Hello to the chef. The toilet didn't smell very good for some reason, but in general the cafe is surprisingly pleasant.

We have booked Gold menu before we visited. Which offers one main course and 1 brownie + soft drinks which costs 30euros per person. Food was okok burger had a very rough bacon, and in Twisted Mac menu chicken was very hard. Overall ambience was good and overcrowded when we visited due to some school party

Number ten. The waiters came like a treat after the local waiters. Portions are huge, prices are average. It would be great if the gift section was a little more affordable. We ate tacos, shrimps, hamburgers and ice cream, they were all top notch.

I had a problem paying at checkout at your merch store on February 1st. When I went back on February 2nd to clarify the matter, I received very friendly and competent help without any problems, despite the complicated issue! Many thanks to the retail manager with glasses who worked that day!

The liquid food was excellent. I've never had such a good Long Island drink before. It's a bit of a shame, however, that you don't get to hear much of the supposedly correct style of music in the Hard "Rock" Café. Unfortunately there are deductions in the B grade for this! Otherwise very solid!

As a big HRC fan, a visit to Munich was of course a must. Very nice staff, great atmosphere. The wood paneling still has the classic HR style. Hopefully it stays that way. First-class beer from Ayinger. Finally a café where the music isn't so loud. Very well stocked shop. Unfortunately, as is now the case in all HRCs, the prices are clearly exorbitant. But the café in Munich can't do anything about that. We'll definitely be back. It was a lot of fun with you.

Food ok. Shop well stocked. The staff forgot our drinks. The music is poor. During their approximately two-hour stay, they played maybe two rock songs. Besides, the music is cheesy. Modern music videos make it scary for children to look at the screens. We were disappointed. It wasn't a rock club with rock music.

Where did the Hard Rock go? We spent over an hour there, eating, drinking and looking at rock memorabilia. As always, we hoped that we would listen to rock music and see music videos and concert recordings of good rock bands. That's why you go to Hard Rock Cafe. That's why we bring our children there. Meanwhile, we didn't hear a single rock song. There was some pop crap playing, music videos with guys dancing in bras, and completely unknown bands that had nothing to do with rock. Pity. The icing on the cake was missing. We left disappointed, although the food was good and the Rock Shop was really well stocked. I also don't understand why exactly Lionel Messi advertises burgers in this place 😳

My wife and I go to the Hard Rock Cafe in every city we visit and always get the baby pork ribs. We continued that tradition in Munich and it was great.

The ambience was great but I'll briefly describe my story: We came in and asked where we should sit -> So we just had a drink at the bar... So far so good... But there was no space left at the bar. So we sat down at a table. A waitress came and took our order. So far, good too. (THE whole place except the bar was empty (due to a football game)). Suddenly a waitress appeared who apparently didn't even bother to speak German to us and shooed us away from the place where we were sitting (quite unfriendly) like second class guests. (Again: almost all tables were free). I have never experienced such arrogant and impudent behavior at any other Hard Rock Cafe branch and I subsequently decided not to wear the t-shirt that was actually obligatory. Until further notice (a personal apology (e.g. by telephone) for the behavior, etc.) I will refrain from further visits to this branch.

Hard Rock cafe is always worth a visit.

My visit to Hard Rock Café Munich with my wife was an overall good experience. The ambience is typical hard rock: cool music, rocky decorations and a lively atmosphere. The music memorabilia on display are particularly eye-catching and give the restaurant its special charm. The food was tasty, although nothing exceptional. We had a burger and nachos which were well prepared and the portions were generous. The cocktails were also tasty and complemented the meal well. The price is a bit high, but that's to be expected for a Hard Rock Café. The service was friendly and attentive, even if it took a little longer when the place was at full capacity. All in all we had a nice evening and for fans of the hard rock ambience it is definitely worth a visit.

Wrong opening hours and information on homepage not reliable for Munic location! We went there Sunday 9:00 AM as the website advertises that bar & kitchen open that time on weekends and also highlights a special breakfast menu from 9 to 10:30 AM. When we arrived 9:30 doors were locked an staff did not react. Door sign also says they open at 9AM on weekends. Were then told on phone they open 12:00 on weekend. This is not acceptable! As a customer I expect the information on your homepage is correct. Also your reservation system seems to accept inquiries outside the effective opening hours. Overall no satisfying experience and a travel to Munich for nothing.

Even though the place was large and crowded, the service was quick and efficient, excellent food and beer, very pleasant environment, absolutely not to be missed!!!!

There is memorabilia from Freddie Mercury, Aerosmith, and more. İ made a reservation but actually wasn't very busy, next to the bar-restaurant there is a shop where you can buy t-shirts , glasses and keyrings. Prices are, off course, fairly expensive but they do have an amazing choice of cocktails, so I will recommend to go for drinks only if you don't wish to overspend. You can also buy the branded glass for a fee :)

We were 6 people and our experience was terrible to say the least! we came from another city and were so excited to eat here (we came here last year and the service& food were much better). My order was forgotten and therefore arrived late. My cheeseburger patty arrived raw and barely cooked. !!The Mac&cheese had terrible taste and the cheese was dry ! The rib-eye had a really bad aftertaste. We were all deeply unsatisfied. We will not be visiting again.

Absolutely great place in Munich opposite Hofbräuhaus always great

The atmosphere was very warm and the staff was friendly. The music played in the venue was chosen with high quality. This is a venue where organizations of the Seattle Seahawks team, one of the NFL teams, are held. Even though we had nothing to do with it by chance, we became Seahawks fans thanks to this beautiful organization. It was a place that left me with good memories. If you happen to be in Munich, be sure to stop by.

The service was really bad, food served extremely cold,, never experienced that in other hard rock branch,, our waiter kept us seated for more than one hour then after a while when we asked another waiter that we have been waiting so long he said i can’t find your waiter and when we find him we will tell him to bring the food then our waiter came to tell us sorry he forgot to log in our order in system,!!,, they brought our food extremely cold after a long waiting!! We ordered burger and fajita which suppose to be sizzling but it was extremely,, however the atmosphere in the place is always good as any other hard rock branch,

We waited 10 minutes at the entrance for someone to come and welcome us only to be told that we hadn't booked and they bounced us. I recommend booking. In other rock cafes you can wait and when a seat becomes available you sit down.

Really crazy!!! We are Munich! And in the Hard Rock Café the guests are directed to the nearest pub at 11 p.m....nothing going on and the employees hope to go home earlier even though they are still open until 1:00 a.m....!! In my opinion, Munich culture looks different

After waiting 15 minutes without anyone working at the reception, the waiter arrived and said that in order to eat, you had to reserve a table, in other Hard Rocks you can wait for a table to be free to eat. Horrible

I'm a big fan of the HRC and I particularly like Munich. The food is good as usual, a bit expensive but you get the typical HRC vibes.

Just a typical hard rock café. If you like American cuisine and love the international flair like me, you can't miss this restaurant. We had very friendly and attentive service and the food tasted really good. The restaurant is stylishly furnished and clean, nothing to complain about, everything is great!

We went to Hard Rock Cafe Munich on 24th December for lunch and it was lovely. Not too busy, staff were great and the food was hot. Great place to eat.

Like all hard rock, absolutely great. No matter what city, if there is a Hard Rock, definitely visit. The prices are absolutely okay and everything tastes really delicious. My recommendation anyway

We were tired of Bavarian food and wanted some American comfort. Hard Rock Cafe hit the spot. First, they provide FREE WATER, which is something us Americans miss dearly when traveling overseas. What a welcome treat to not have to pay for water! Second, they do have a dedicated gluten free menu, which I appreciate. It can be hard to eat in foreign countries with a lot of dietary restrictions but HRC did it well. I had the classic burger (without cheese) on a GF bun - bun was soft, burger was flavorful! The fries were mediocre and could be improved. But the burger was fantastic! My husband had the Messi burger and he enjoyed it! Service was very good - nice to have attentive waiters (unlike most of rest we’ve had in Munich). Highly recommend!

Was here in November 2005 and it was a great experience to be able to visit one of beautiful Hard Rock Cafes in Europe. Wish one day will have another chance to revisit again. Great surrounding and great crew!

Unfortunately the food was cold for 7/9 orders. Very long waiting times and poor service. Women's toilet is a catastrophe worse than at a village festival

It was great fun as always Hamburgers, cocktails and desserts are great.

We were at Hard Rock Cafe on Saturday for having lunch. My kids ordered the Messi kids menu and my husband and I ordered the Messi Chicken "Milanesa" Menus.The truth is that the portions for kids and adults are very good. For the Kids there is also a small Messi as a gift for the Kids Menus. The taste from the burgers were great. The athmosphere there perfect! They also brought everything very fast and at the end they recommended a very good dessert (Apple Struddel with vanilla ice cream). The place is kid friendly so you will not have problems taking the whole family. The personal working there are very nice. We will come back very soon.

Excellent sandwiches and attention to gluten-free

One of the worst Hard Rock Cafés ever (has been around 15 different ones). We had a table reservation for 8 people and still had to wait 15 minutes at the reception, which was manageable if we didn't have the !!!WORST SERVICE!!! would have had at all. After an incredible 45 minutes we were served for the first time, after which we waited another 15 minutes just for drinks. 3 people had ordered a starter, which came at the same time as the main course (how stupid can you be), and while 6 people were already eating, 2 others had to wait an incredible 20 minutes for their main course. Food was okay but grossly overpriced for the small and average portions. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here!!!! I don't know what kind of logic the Hard Rock Café still has when they don't play rock songs but only 2000s pop...? The ambience was okay and as a little bonus, I got an ice cream sundae (received on the house as a birthday present) that tasted so bad that I had to give it back. All in all just a disappointing evening!!! Don't recommend anyone to come here!!!!

Nice place. First time in a hard rock cafe for myself. I didn't really know what to expect but it was a nice experience. The service was great and fast. The food was okay. Don't expect anything special, just American fare. It tasted everything. The cocktail was also tasty.

I got the Messi Chicken burger. It was actually terrible. The chicken was so tough to eat. I definitely do not recommend it. My 3 year old daughter got the margarita pizza from the kids menu, again I wouldn't recommend this, it looked like either a full frozen pizza, or at least the base was frozen. My daughter wouldn't even eat it, as it was so dry. My husband got the ribs and said they were lovely. We also got the chocolate brownie for dessert, which was also lovely and presented very well. Also ordered the hurricane cocktail which was lovely. I try this in every hard rock cafe I go to. For food that was below average and very expensive for what it is, it definitely was not worth it on this trip. Our server was lovely. We did not complain there, but although there was so much food left, we were also not asked was the food ok.

Had a Christmas party there in a separate room. 250€!!!! Room rent It was way too warm, no air conditioning. There were more people than seats. Drinks came after an hour. Salad was without dressing. Service wasn't good. It hasn't been cleared away for ages. 45€ for a small salad. A mediocre burger at best and a brownie with ice cream for dessert... Simply overhyped

Amazing. I visit every HRC whenever I travel (I have 12 so far from around the world). This is a very welcoming bar and the staff are awesome. I met Robert the manager who took very good care of us and the rest of the team were amazing. Homemade Glühwein was epic.

I had ordered and paid for a "thanksgiving dinner menu" online, as I have never tried such an event or serving beforehand. Even though that I had reserved a table beforehand, I still had to wait with my wife for more than 20 minutes to get in the restaurant, together with other customers, who did not reserve... When we got through, we had to mention that we had ordered the special menu, as they were handing us their regular menu, which did not seem that professionel. When we got down to our table, we were asked what we wanted - I thought that was a joke, we had already made those decisions online? They apparently also needed to get it in person, as those two systems do not overlap... The menu consisted of a main course and a dessert. We also ordered one of their additional drinks (Cranberry Mojito), as that was stated as a "Welcome Drink". My wife tried to order another drink from their menu card, but that was not possible. We both looked at eachother - That could not be right... I got my "welcome drink" at 18.37, with a dinner reservation for 18.00... Not much of a welcome for that... My wife ordered a Rocking fresh 'rita cocktail, but received a Tropical Magarita instead... When we asked the waiter about it, he was very much "Oh, don't you worry about your mistake, I will just go fix it for you" - It was his mistake, so of course he should do that... We really felt blaimed by him mixing up the two drinks... The food was OK! 3/7 from both of us, nothing special, and I felt there were too little gravy in the menu. When we got our final bill, the waiter asked for 13.50 even though the Rocking 'rita costs approx. 12,something - We checked the Cocktail list, he wanted payment from the more expensive Tropical Magharita.... Even though it was only a 1 euro difference, we had to notify the waiter ourself that we were being charged for the wrong drink... The placing was freezing, as we sat next to the HRC Shop which had an open door for our entire stay...

The restaurant itself is classy and with good ambiance. The food taste good and the staff were nice, approachable and friendly.

Very disappointing. It was totally cold in the restaurant itself, so much so that we were freezing. The food was really not good. The bowls didn't taste like anything and were ice cold - probably fresh from the fridge. Defrost the meat briefly and quickly throw it into the pan. Slightly burnt on the outside, tough on the inside and an unhealthy gray color. The cocktails were also not good and inedible. It was my last visit to the Hard Rock Cafe.

We spontaneously went here for dinner with our girls today. The ambience is always right here 😊 Food & service were great! DELICIOUS and child-friendly 😍 As a surprise, the kids were given a “little Messi” at the checkout. We were thrilled 👌❤️

Today, as teenagers, we were approached by a 40-year-old (pretty drunk) man who, so to speak, harassed us a bit. In the absence of this man, we were told by the bartender that he was keeping an eye on the situation on his own. When we were finally able to get away, the rest of the staff helped us to do this discreetly and safely. Far too often people simply look the other way in such situations, but here we were helped discreetly and well, which gave us a feeling of security, which is useful in such a moment. The café is great, the hot chocolate is delicious and the staff is absolutely great !

The atmosphere is lovely, the restaurant is decorated with lots of great memorabilia, the food is tasty as always, and the service is good. When we got there for dinner, the place was full of people from all over the world, and there was a live show which we enjoyed.

Rock'n'Roll ;) Artifacts are great. It's just a shame that the clothes are presented flat; it would make more sense and be more impressive to wear them on mannequins. Staff very friendly and attentive. Child-friendly, with a children's menu. Food tastes good and there are a few vegetarian options, unfortunately no vegan options. It's quite cozy inside and of course there's a souvenir shop too. Thank you ;)

The music was a bit too loud for me. And it felt like it wasn't always hard rock. The loaded tots and spare ribs were delicious. The burger wasn't for me.

The first time at the Hardrock Café and it had to be a milkshake. For dinner the traditional burger was a bit too medium for me and it was a matter of taste. The tots with cheese and sauce were very tasty. The spare ribs with the legendary BBQ sauce are also recommended.

Unfortunately the service wasn't friendly, we didn't get a goodbye, and there was also a long wait for a drink. Unfortunately, you couldn't give any feedback about the food because you didn't even ask. Unfortunately you couldn't order drinks from another waitress, even though it was always the same. The other operator didn't forward it to the responsible operator either. The seat was tight. Lots of people in too little space. Tables were pushed back and forth. The burgers are either “dead” fried and/or still bloody. You just have to say that the hard rock cafés abroad are unfortunately better.

Was there for the NFL Munich game, the Seahawks made it their home base for this weekend and it was great.

It was again a rock-solid cheeseburger that I ate. The music from the stereo was really nice, a good selection. The downsides: we had a table close to a door, that can't be closed. It was kinda windy all the time. I had to drink my beverage out of a cheapish plastic "glass" that showed a picture of an overpaid football player. I never heard of any piece of music, that was published by Messi, nor is he in any kind of way "Rock'n'Roll". On the one hand, glass-glasses are good for the environment, on the other hand, this plastic-glasses would be at least suiting in your concept, if Lemmy, Ozzy or Mötley Crüe would be shown there. This collab drove me already nuts last year on my trip through poland. I always enjoyed the stays in the HRCs in the last 20+ years. I visited your places in Honolulu, La Jolla, Amsterdam, Ulan Bataar, Sydney and many, many more. But if one day, the guitars and drum sticks will be replaced by footballs and trophys, it has become a sports bar. Not my cup of Jägermeister.

Entire restaurant only shows Chiefs on AllDN TVs on NFL weekend. If you ask to switch once, no chance. Disaster for an event weekend

A catastrophe... normally you have to lock the hut!

Visited the Hard Rock Cafe for the first time ever and was quite disappointed. Staff on the entrance was confused and kept telling everyone to come in 10, 15 or 30 minutes and there will be spots, but we made online reservation for the time 5 minutes later. Memorabilia and atmosphere is nice, as well as the waiters and service in general. Food is underwhelming, expectation was set very high knowing that Hard Rock Cafe prides itself on their burgers and shakes, but the taste was not great, portions not big and overall, there are many places in Munich where you can get much better food for far less price. This kinda ruined the experience for me, as I was expecting a lot, especially for the price.

We were there with a group of 8 people. The reservation was easy to make online. The table was very well positioned and already set. The service was friendly and quick. Despite the larger group, all dishes were served at the same time. The food was good as expected. Conclusion: An excellent evening! Thanks.
