Sehr lecker, sehr freundlich und alles super frisch. + Ungel hat sehr gut bedient - sehr nett!

Schlechter Laden, schlechtes Essen, schlechter Service. Der Wi Hbf hat etwas besseres verdient! Und tja, blöd gelaufen, dass jetzt alle sehen, dass ihr 21-50 Bewertungen habt entfernen lassen! 😂

Sehr guter Döner. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Zuerst das Gute: der Mann am Tresen war wirklich sehr nett, und hat mir auch sofort Gewürze nachgereicht. Habe den Couscous Salat gegessen, der war okay. Die Pizza fand ich persönlich aber nicht lecker, besonders der Teig schmeckte mir nicht. Dieses Restaurant lässt auch gerne schlechte Bewertungen löschen. Diese hier z. B. Versuchten sie auch zu löschen.

0 Sterne. Ein Freund von mir wurde dort von einem Mitarbeiter belästigt. Nachdem ich eine Stunde nach dem Vorfall die anderen Mitarbeiter darauf angesprochen hatte, erklärten sie mir lediglich, dass er neu sei und ich Verständnis für ihn haben solle. Ich werde dort nicht mehr hingehen und möchte andere warnen.

Von Bahnhofs Döner ganz okay schmeckt verstehe nicht die schlechten Rezension ich habe mir hier nur einen Döner geholt weil ich auf einer Reise in Wiesbaden bin und finde den ganz okay

Sooooo ich bewerte wirklich nie , aber bei so einem Laden hatte ich so ein Erlebnis noch nie … Habe vor 20 Minuten ein Döner bestellt und habe darauf hingewiesen , dass er bitte mehr Dönerfleisch machen soll , weil der Döner war ohne Sauce und nur mit Eisbergsalat. Der Mitarbeiter hat genickt und bei der Herstellung habe ich gesehen , dass der Döner zu 85% mit Salat gefüllt wurde . Ich habe gedacht er macht das Fleisch am Ende , aber das hat er nicht gemacht und einfach zugepackt . (War oft dort essen und der Döner ist meistens zu 70% mit Salat gefüllt, aber wenn man unter Zeitdruck ist und man sein Zug schnell bekommen soll , achtet man gar nicht darauf ) Und als ich heute darauf hingewiesen habe , dass nicht so viel Fleisch da ist , weil ich bei der Herstellung aufgepasst habe , war der eine Mitarbeiter sofort sauer und hat angefangen zu schreien und meinte , dass ich es am Anfang sagen soll dass ich ein BIG DÖNER haben will. Da der Mitarbeiter immer lauter wurde, habe ich ganz ruhig gesagt, dass es okay ist, wenn es so geregelt ist, dass man kein extra Fleisch bekommt , wenn auf den Döner nur Eisberg drauf ist und habe gesagt dass ich den Döner dann bitte zurückgeben und mein Geld zurückhaben möchte. ( meine Bestellung war ein Döner nur mit Fleisch und Eisbergsalat und bitte mit mehr Fleisch habe nicht erwartet dass ich extra Salat dazu bekomme hahahahah) Der Döner war komplett unberührt und original verpackt. Daraufhin ist der eine Mitarbeiter völlig ausgerastet, hat laut geschrien und mehrfach gesagt, dass sie nichts zurücknehmen. Die Situation war so laut, dass es fast der halbe Bahnhof mitbekommen hat. Es waren zwei Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Einer davon war die ganze Zeit ruhig, sachlich und wollte mir auch das Geld zurückgeben. Er kam jedoch gar nicht dazu, weil der andere Mitarbeiter die ganze Zeit herumschrie und sich überhaupt nicht mehr kontrollieren konnte. Ich bin während der gesamten Situation ruhig geblieben und habe sachlich erklärt, dass man Kunden weder anschreit noch respektlos behandelt. Ich habe außerdem klargestellt, dass ich den Döner nicht wegen der Fleischmenge zurückgeben wollte, sondern wegen der Art und Weise, wie mit mir gesprochen wurde. Nach mehreren Minuten hat der ruhige Mitarbeiter schließlich eingegriffen und mir das Geld zurückgegeben. Danach wurde mir noch gesagt, ich solle nie wieder in diesen Laden kommen. Das war für mich dann auch endgültig das letzte Mal. Ich bewerte normalerweise nie Restaurants oder Imbisse, aber dieses Verhalten war absolut inakzeptabel. Freundlicher Umgang mit Kunden sollte selbstverständlich sein – selbst dann, wenn es Missverständnisse oder unterschiedliche Auffassungen gibt. Umso unverständlicher sind für mich die vielen positiven Bewertungen. Nach meiner Erfahrung kann ich diesen Laden leider nicht empfehlen. Habe 30 Minuten geschrieben , aber bei so einem Verhalten und so einer Bedienung lohnt es sich .

Addendum: No wonder the place has good ratings if all the bad reviews are blocked. That's what honest reviews are for. Very, very bad dürüm! I ordered vegetarian, and it was mistakenly prepared with meat. After I pointed this out, the meat was simply shaken off the dürüm. Truly awful service. And the dürüm was cold. I won't be going back.

The staff was incredibly unfriendly, the food was unfortunately extremely bad and caused stomach aches, even for several people in our group. The one star I gave was already too much! - I wouldn't recommend it. Additionally, I must also say that I felt very uncomfortable as a woman.

An absolute disaster. I just got a doner kebab. I went outside, got in my car to eat it, and it was ice cold. They'd put a new spit on it, and I just got the old, stale meat off the old one. Sorry guys, but a doner kebab really has to be warm.

I had a terrible experience at this place, and I didn't even get to try the food. When I went in, I started speaking English since I don't know German. The person working there immediately started yelling at me in German. I couldn't understand him, but he kept yelling. He then made a hand gesture, which I figured out meant there would be a 20-minute wait. I asked him why he was so upset, and he just kept yelling that he didn't speak English.

Absolutely solid for a kebab in a train station. Many of the previous reviews are a bit too euphoric in my opinion; the kebab is good, but nowhere near very good. I had a jumbo kebab, which I would classify as a regular size. However, at €8, the price is absolutely fair. Overall, a good, honest offering, definitely a solid choice if you get hungry at the station. One small criticism, however, concerns hygiene: Unfortunately, there are quite a few flies flying around the area where pizza and börek are displayed. An additional sliding glass panel would be useful to better protect the food.

I was there with my friends on Sunday. Very friendly staff and fair prices. You can rely on the shop for fresh food, even at very late hours. I'm very satisfied and recommend it to everyone.

I was there earlier to get a Dürüm, the service was quite nice, but ate it at home and half an hour later I was vomiting over the bowl. Not recommended. The best kebabs remain “THE KEBAP” and “Döner 2000”.

The doner kebab comes with the usual sauces and salad. However, the taste leaves something to be desired. The service is solid, and the ambiance is fitting for a main train station.

So the price-performance ratio is completely unacceptable, a kebab box for €7.50 and the meat is unfortunately totally cold, preferably zero stars. You are being rude to me as a customer

Update today: Doner kebab is still very tasty, with Ayran €9.10 you can't say anything. Why star deduction? Very simple: I always find it delicious to have yogurt sauce and hot sauce on it, unfortunately I didn't get that today, only chilli flakes instead of the hot sauce. The bottom line is that I recommend the store 100% :)

Actually, I only bought kebab from them because it was HALAL. But today around 6:20 p.m. when I gave myself my order, I noticed that the 2 employees were arguing with their superiors. They spoke Turkish and didn't know that I could also speak Turkish. In any case, I and two other customers found this behavior very unprofessional. The boss actually just wanted them to work more cleanly and the others felt insulted and took it very personally. Anyway, the guy, who was very offended, just threw my order on the other table, even though I wasn't waiting there. I found it very unpleasant (along the lines of take your food and go!) The food was delicious, but you don't just pay for the food! You also pay for friendly faces and good service! Since my train was about to arrive, I couldn't discuss this. Disrespectful! Outrageous! Unprofessional! I don't recommend anyone! Better somewhere else in the future!

The two guys who stood behind the counter yesterday afternoon were super unfriendly and unmotivated. I would have preferred to leave if I hadn't already paid. When I asked if they also had halloumi, I was really pissed off by both of them. They didn’t even know what halloumi was. The falafel was carelessly warmed up in the microwave. It didn't look like hygiene was being paid attention to either. No idea how long the guy who rolled the dürüm hadn't washed his hands. When another guy (I guess it was the boss) stopped by, they insulted him while he was gone and one even waved a knife at him as if he wanted to "hurt" him. I would definitely not go here again. These guys really don't work!

Was drunk & hungry, so everything was a bit distorted, but the kebab was extremely good.

Edit: Döner shrink a lot over the last 2 years. Reduced to 3 stars from 5. Döner itself is still really good, the size is just not good anymore, even the big döner. Getting a Döner regularly here. For me it's legit the best one in town. It's by far the biggest, even the regular one is bigger than big döners in other shops. So the döners are great. Salat is fresh, sauces are amazing. Only thing, if you take cheese for your Döner, remind them when your Döner is getting made, sometimes they forget. Can't say much about the other options, I only get the Döner regularly.

The best deal for a lunch at the train station. As a kebab lover who has eaten at many kebab shops, I have to say that the kebab is very good. The meat is good and tastes good. In combination with the well-chilled vegetables and the good garlic sauce, the kebab is one of the best I've eaten.

Der Döner war ausgezeichnet, dass Brot ist angenehm weich und hat ein gute Dicke. Das Fleisch war eines der Besten die ich aß, sowie auch die Knoblauchsoße exzellent ist. Das Gemüse hat eine seht gute Qualität und hat eine sehr angenehm gekühlte Temperatur. Ist der Beste Deal am Bahnohf für eine Gute Mahlzeit.

limp, unseasoned fries, below average kebab. Alcohol was sold to a clearly inebriated customer who was barely able to walk. He couldn't even get the drinks off the shelf himself (an employee took over and gave him 3 Jacky Cola straight away). I find the employees very irresponsible.

Absolut ungenießbar! Gestern mit einem Kumpel einen Lahmacun bestellt, Fleisch war komplett roh!!! Meidet bitte diesen Dönerimbiss, sitze den ganzen Tag aufm Klo. Mit Glück gibt es keine Lebensmittelvergiftung!!! Und dann noch nicht einmal den Fehler eingestehen und mit einer Anzeige drohen, da bekomme ich aber jetzt weiche Knie...
