NU-VA Bowl and More in Wiesbaden

Discovered by chance. That's usually a risk – but not here at all. The owner-operated shop is absolutely clean and well-maintained. Everything is prepared fresh and served right in front of me. I had two different bowls – one classic with rice and one with quinoa. Both dishes were large enough for an average appetite and consistently delicious. Oh yes – and it was quick, too.

The sushi is super delicious, always fresh, and beautifully prepared. The lady and gentleman are always friendly, hardworking, kind, and take care of their guests. I mostly pick up my food here; it's always beautifully packaged, and the prices are reasonable. I always enjoy coming here.

The ambiance doesn't exactly invite you to linger, but it's essentially just a snack bar. The food is delicious, and the prices are really reasonable compared to other restaurants in Wiesbaden. I'll be back!

As an out-of-towner, I walked past and almost stopped in by mistake. The food selection was great, very tasty, and easy to digest. Two minor flaws: there are no guest restrooms, and drinks are only served in plastic bottles.

The food was freshly prepared before my arrival, even late in the evening. The young staff is always very friendly and accommodating. It's always worth a visit whenever I'm in Wiesbaden.

The food wasn't fresh. It tasted like it had been reheated. You could see the vegetables in both the fried noodles and fried rice, and the beef was dry and tough.

Many people ordered take out but there are a few tables and a counter where you can eat. The mango curry was really yummy.

We arrived late by train and found this restaurant across the street from our apartment. We picked up some Udon with shrimp and Tofu egg noodles. The food was delicious!

Here a really lovely couple cooks in the traditional way. The food tastes delicious and always looks fresh. I regularly get something for lunch here. You definitely have to try the summer rolls. I think they are the best in the city.

Das Essen schmeckt super lecker. Der Service ist auch gut. Zum Abholen oder draußen essen wirklich super. Der Gastraum ist leider nicht so ansprechend. Was ich sehr verwunderlich fand: Die Sommerrollen sind mit Reis statt mit Glasnudeln gefüllt (wie ich es üblicherweise kenne). Sie waren trotzdem sehr lecker, aber für mich sehr überraschend.

Ein ruhiger Ort an dem man stärkende und sättigende und leckere und frisch zubereitete Phó (Reisnudelsuppe mit Rindfleisch) genießt.

We've been here twice, we've tried 2 other PHO places in Wiesbaden and this one is by far the best. Everything is made fresh as it is ordered and they serve as soon as the dish is completed. Small place, family owned, and clean. Their menu is simple and the food is great. I've ordered the Pho beef twice, partner has ordered the rice bowl and red curry on different visits and we have shared the avocado sushi each time. You can get delivery if you like, but we like the atmosphere/coziness of the place. I don't know if they have restrooms as there is no place on the first floor for one and they are closed on Saturdays.

Liebe diesen Laden! Er mag von außen vielleicht etwas unscheinbar aussehen, aber es ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Diese Bowls bspw. werden immer frisch zu bereitet und schmecken super gut. Ideal auch für die Mittagspause geeignet.

Das beste Curry was ich in vier Jahren Wiesbaden gegessen habe, sowohl das rote Curry, als auch das Mango-Curry. Mein Kollege ist stets begeistert von den gebratenen Nudeln. Man zahlt je nach "Einlage" Hühnchen, Garnelen, Tofu o.ä. um die 10,00€ für eine ausreichende Portion. Bieten mittlerweile auch Kartenzahlung an.
