Hans Rese in Einbeck

First of all, unfortunately the music was too loud and the choice of music was not suitable for a restaurant and it was a bit too cool for us. The service was very nice and attentive. Our schnitzels were all very tasty... only the fried potatoes were unfortunately left in the pan for far too long, otherwise everything was very tasty and fresh. We would be happy to come back.

The ambience is great on the market square surrounded by the historic buildings. The food, i.e. the starter, tasted really good, but was absolutely overpriced. For the main course we (5 people) all had burgers. Each one was delicious in its own way, but unfortunately very dry as the burger sauce was missing. I also told the waitress this, after which we were no longer noticed and the second round of drinks was canceled.

We went there for lunch today after visiting the PS Speicher and were very satisfied. The service was very attentive and super friendly, our 2 year old son was entertained and everyone had fun. The food was top, the crusty roast, the giant currywurst and the gratinated chicken fillet were great!!!! If we are near Einbeck again, it will definitely be on the list again. Thank you! Food was good and plentiful. I would have liked to have another drink, but no one came. Otherwise very nice waiters. Please remove the cobwebs. Were everywhere, which wasn't so good.

Perfect. Simply perfect. Erdmann is a sweet guy and of course a good cook. The food was great, the beer was great and the ambience was first class. This is the place where you simply feel good. This is the bar that filmmakers try to emulate but can never get to. We were just passing through, but after 2 hours you felt like you were at home. Only recommended!
