HANS IM GLÜCK - DRESDEN Altmarkt in Dresden

Well-kept restaurant, fast service. Had dinner: choice of burger + side dish + cocktail. Hans im Glück classics, normal fries and a Goldseegen cocktail were ordered. Unfortunately, the burger sauce wasn't quite as rich, which made the meat seem a little dry. The grill and mustard orange sauce were tested as additional sauces. Both very tasty. Despite the vodka, the cocktail was very fruity and tasty.

This time chosen to take away. Very friendly approach and it tasted very good.

The hamburgers and beer are so, so, so delicious.

The cheese and bacon burger was delicious. I recommend adding a fried egg, that made it perfect. The strawberry mojito I took with it was extremely tasty. The fries were crispy and tasty. A good deal thanks to the evening meal menu.

Were there today, the food was great, the service was very nice, only the employee who assigned us the seat wasn't particularly friendly or communicative

About the ambience: As you know it from one Hans im Glück. Birch forest, mixed music and everything. Coherent and cozy. The service was friendly and quick. Small mistakes can happen, especially when, like on my visit, there is a lot going on. The food was hot, tasty and the portion size was perfect. For a really good price you're really well fed. The cocktails in this HiG were also a taste explosion and very drinkable! Compliments, you'll be happy to come back.

Food ok, ambience hectic, far too cramped

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food because we canceled our meal after waiting 1½ hours. Service was apparently a bit overwhelmed.

The price is a bit higher than that of a regular hamburger, but This is a restaurant that offers quality meals worthy of the price, an atmosphere, and friendly staff. It's a really neat and well-designed German chain burger place, and you can find it anywhere. This branch is located in the city center and is easily accessible. If you are worried about what to eat, it would be a good idea to visit here.

We ate burgers, vegetarian with walnut patties and one with beef. Everything was very well seasoned and tasted really great! With crispy sweet potato fries. Service was extremely fast and very friendly.

Delicious burgers and drinks. We went there on a Saturday evening and had spontaneously reserved a table. Everything worked out great. The conditions were friendly. Drinks and food were both ready very quickly. I also have a lot of vegetarian or vegan burgers

Top food and service very friendly

Spontaneous visit for 2 people. There were 2 burgers (1 with 2nd patty), 1 starter, 2 beers (over the mark!^^) and 1 cocktail = under 60 euros Despite the store being full, the order was taken and delivered shortly. The taste is great and the service is also great You have to like the Birkenstock ambience but you had a nice view of the Christmas market upstairs ^^

Was there yesterday. Service looked tired and was just chatting. You don't feel welcome at all as a guest, but they are friendly.

Everything is good, as we know from Hans im Glück Kette.

Got food poisoned there (I think it was chicken salad ), also got a lemonade, decorated with rosmary covered with pieces of soil. There were a lot of bees in summer and the stuff didn't do anything about it. The service is friendly, but might be a bit slow when it's crowded and you might get not exactly what you ordered. Also there's not much meat options for kids (only one actually).

Food is good. Unfortunately it wasn't very warm anymore.

The burgers in this store are certainly better than those from McDonald's or Burger King, but for the prices quoted, I expect a hand-formed burger made from fresh beef and not frozen beef patties, which are also relatively thin and fried to death! The service was good very quick and nice, but that doesn't explain the high prices that are charged for inferior quality...

Perfect as always and everywhere. Even got a replacement salad because the chef had overlooked a big chunk of lettuce. Top!

The staff is friendly and attentive. I found the bench without a backrest strange; I had to/was allowed to cuddle with the nice man behind me a few times. The decoration with the birch forest is original. The noise from the many guests could not be ignored. The restaurant was also very busy on Friday evening. The food was quick, good quality and plentiful, almost too much.

As always delicious. We would love to come back.

Food was OK. I wouldn't say whether the price of the burger is justified. It's not a bad burger, but compared to other burger shops with similar prices, it's not on the high end. But the rest was very good.

Von der vielen veganen und vegetarischen Auswahl war ich begeistert. Dadurch war für jeden was dabei. Der Beherzter kann ich nur weiter empfehlen als vegetarische Variante. Aber meiner Familie hat es auch lecker geschmeckt

We have been to various Hans im Glück branches many times and so far it has always been a safe bet. Unfortunately our impression has changed after our last visit to Dresden. The burger patties are as thin as typical fast food chains, which wasn't the case before. In addition, the thick, crispy fries were replaced with regular fries. The price has also increased significantly - €55 for two meals with a burger, side dish and drink is simply no longer appropriate. It's a shame, it used to be much better!

The food and drink was delicious, but we waited forever for everything. Although there weren't many guests there. Plus, my fries were cold and I had already finished my burger when the new ones arrived. I wasn't happy with the whole service.

The food is delicious and the service has always been friendly and patient. The music is a bit loud so it's hard to have a conversation. And the tables and chairs are so squeezed together that there is hardly any space.

Food and drinks came very quickly and were quite good. The ambience was okay but everything was very cramped and some seats had no backrest so you had to sit back to back with others.

Great service, we were there as a large group and the ordering was really quick and the food was also very tasty, would happily come again.

Was here on Friday evening, got a seat at a large table outside, the young man waiter gave me a proper warning that the kitchen was about to close and I could order something else. Their specialty is burgers. We tried the vegan vegetable burger. Ok without pkus. The pancake was fried and didn't taste much. The sweet potato fries were good.

I'm not a fan of hamburgers, but I still go there often because the selection is very large and the dishes can be varied. The cramped conditions caused by the countless tree trunks and the nearby benches don't give me any joy. But it's part of the concept.

We were the only lunch time diners... However we were made very welcome and the service was great. The food was a treat..the steak I ordered was served thinly sliced rare on with a salade..the beef was rare and almost melted in my mouth - an absolute delight! We did order starters and shared a desert with a bottle of good wine ..hence the price!

Unfortunately the quality has decreased significantly...we'd rather go to Peter Pan now

08/15 Burger and every burger from McDonalds is warmer at the drive in and 10 minutes later at home than the "fresh" one served here in the house! Peter Pane and Hans im Glück seem to have the same Paddy TK supplier because the burger tastes the same for both!
