The service and food were very good. You could also ask about the degree of doneness of the meat. The tables could be cleaner and the sauces on offer are left in the blazing sun all day.

A really nice restaurant with a large outdoor area. We had dinner there and had reservations. However, you could have easily gotten a table even without a reservation. The waitress was very friendly and quick. The drinks arrived quickly and the food only took about 15 minutes. It doesn't get any better! 👍

Unfortunately there is little space and quite narrow... The benches quickly become uncomfortable and do not invite you to linger

The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Recommended for those who want to spend some time with a beer on the beautiful terrace in front of the square! However, if you eat Haksen on the terrace, be careful of swarms of flies. As soon as I ordered Haksen, large dung flies rushed to the food like crazy and ate it while fanning themselves. Seeing that only the tables ordering Haksen are crowded, I think the only way for those who want to eat Haksen is to eat it inside the store.

Super 😋 delicious. Burger 🍔 super great. Service very friendly. Top location. Food came very quickly. Gold fries very tasty. You can sit both inside and outside. Toilet could be cleaner and is on the top floor. However, there is a disabled toilet on the ground floor. We recommend. We will be back.

Had a western burger and fries with garlic sauce and cheese. The burger must have waited a while before it was brought. I've eaten better.

The dishes are good but that's about it. It's nothing special. What I didn't like at all was that our reservation for 3 tables was shortened to 2 without asking and we sat like sardines. In general, I don't find the benches particularly comfortable. You can tell that the concept is eat, drink and go. Not suitable for a cozy, long evening. In addition, the prices are quite competitive. Don't have to eat here again.

It was better. Food, drinks and prices are still great. Unfortunately the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We were in as soon as it opened. Dining mats are very stained, cards and sauce tubes were greasy, my plate still had dried sauce on it from the previous meal. Addendum: 2 years later, the last impressions were almost forgotten, so the store was given another chance. Disastrous result: The freshly served citizen had various heavily dried sauce residues on his plate. Sauces that aren't even on the burger. In other words, the burger was served to me on a dirty plate. When I complained, my burger was simply put on a new plate. Very unsavory. No offer of a new burger. No compensation or anything. Unfortunately that was the last time for me in this branch.

Nice place in the center. You can grab a quick bite and spend some time in the shade on a hot day. The menu mainly includes burgers and salads, rather small dishes, but that's good because it's easier to choose something.

Die Bedienung war flott, nett und ohne Beanstandungen. Das Essen ist mittlerweile qualitativ nicht mehr von den Fastfoodketten zu unterscheiden. Ich bin in der Vergangenheit wirklich gern zu Hans im Glück zum Burgeressen gegangen, war jetzt aber einige Zeit nicht dort. Die Burger waren bisher schmackhaft und von recht guter Qualität, der Preis war gerechtfertigt. Was ist nur daraus geworden. Das Pattty war klein und von der Struktur her wahrscheinlich ein gepresstes Stück miderwertiges Hack aus der TK vom Großmarkt. Zudem totgebraten. Der Rest des Burgers machte auch nicht viel her. Die Pommes waren ok, die Limonade war das Beste von allem. Ich finde es schade, dass diese Kette offensichtlich auf unterem Niveau angekommen ist (außer beim Preis). Viel Glück, Hans, mich siehst du nicht mehr.

Very friendly service. The food is very tasty and prepared quickly. On the menu there is also a small children's menu and other delicacies that are made especially for children up to 12 years old (of course also for adults 😉). The restaurant itself is very nicely designed. There are birch trees everywhere and there are large leaves on the ceiling. There is a small wishing well on the second floor. There is a drinks bar on every floor. If it's too warm you can also sit outside.

Nice service and good value for money too

I had reserved for 15 people including wheelchair drivers. It was also confirmed that there would be no problem with a wheelchair. When we arrived we were told that the first floor had been reserved for us. Pretty stupid, to be honest. Luckily our wheelchair driver had a “good day” and was able to walk the long stairs. Unfortunately, the burger I ordered with jalapenos was without them. When I asked, I was told that the jalapenoa were very small in the sauce. Sorry, there was nothing there. And if it says extra jalapenos then they should be on there too otherwise you can call it jalapeno cheese sauce. Unfortunately, my fries and those of others in the group were cold. I had a drink with basil, which was really tasty, but the basil decoration, which was sad and dried out, should have been left out. The condition was very friendly.

I like coming there because the atmosphere is really appealing. Food is delicious. Drinks are delicious and you don't have a run-of-the-mill restaurant 👍

I've always wanted to eat here, but everything here was always full. Which is a good sign. It looks nice and has a great location. We ordered and from then on we were in for a treat. There were only two tables out of three, they were very small and the shop was full, one or two drinks were wrong and the benches weren't comfortable to sit on. The service staff tried to get everything under control and compensated us for the problems. The food came quickly and tasted great. Overall I was satisfied, but I wouldn't try it again so quickly.

Bedienung sehr schnell und freundlich. Essen - Preis Leistung sehr schlecht. Der Burger ist zu dünn, deshalb duchgebraten und trocken. Wir hatten 3x Burger mit Ziegenkäse. 2x Ziegenkäse mit nur 3 Bröckchen auf den Tellern. 1 x Burger mit ausreichend Ziege.Lapidare Antwort der Bedienung "Das ist so festgelegt". Vor zwei Jahren das letzte mal im Hans..alles super. Ab sofort nicht mehr. Aber die Touris bringen ja genug bei eimalig in der Gaststätte.

We were there on a Saturday evening and you should reserve a place in advance. Large selection of burgers that you can put together to a certain extent yourself and great cocktails that, in my opinion, are filled with a lot of ice cubes to give the impression of a full glass, but they were still tasty and we would be happy to come back.

My only complaint about the ambience is that the tables are very narrow and close to each other. So you sit a little bit on top of each other and it's a little loud. But if you just want to enjoy something quick to eat, you can accept that.

Leckeres Essen. Aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung. Hier bin ich sehr positiv überrascht, weil ich es in einer anderen Filiale komplett anders erlebt habe. Speisen waren gut zubereitet. Insgesamt war ein angenehmes Klima im Restaurant. Mit Kinderwagen ist es auch kein Problem. Hier gibt es einen "Parkplatz".
