I expected much more and was disappointed, especially since I came especially from Leipzig. The cocktails and service were ok, but the meat tasted like McDonald's - not worth it. Would I come back? There is much more and more decepción, especially when traveling from Leipzig with this propósito. Ate here on the recommendation of my daughter. Nice and cozy tent with friendly staff. The hamburger was delicious, I didn't like the fries as much. The cocktail was tasty. I did regret that I couldn't choose the tip myself.

Be careful with delivery orders! We have now ordered three times via Lieferando for our team. Fries were forgotten three times, even though they were accounted for and shown on the receipt. The solution is to give it to Lieferando as a lack or to ask for free fries next time. A rogue who thinks evil of this accumulation.

Their specialty is burgers. We tried the vegan vegetable burger. Ok without pkus. The pancake was fried and didn't taste much. The sweet potato fries were good.

Burger very weak. You can buy meat for €1 in every Lidl. Overall, it's a drama, there's nothing wrong with it, you can go across the street to Makuś and you'll be more satisfied. It's a waste of your palate and money for what they call burgers in this place.

For example, a glass of Wilde Berry approx. 200ml with a few frozen berries and lots of ice cubes costs €6.50. In my opinion that is too much. €4.50 would be more justified. Title: Absolute low point in Hans im Glück Dresden I've never written a Google review in my life, but after my visit to Hans im Glück Dresden today, I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I've never experienced anything like it - neither in terms of taste nor overall as a restaurant visitor. The food – just a disgrace: The bacon on my burger was a disaster. It was barely fried, no more than 40% cooked and absolutely inedible. There is no question of it being crispy, which is simply disappointing for a burger that is advertised as having bacon. But that was just the beginning. The absolute highlight of the disappointment was the beef patty. This taste fiasco really spoiled my appetite. Instead of tasting like juicy beef, the taste was reminiscent of the smell of an elephant stable - and that's no joke. If you don't believe me, you should visit the Dresden Zoo before or after and enter the elephant, giraffe or zebra enclosure - that's exactly how the patty tasted. It was so unpleasant that I seriously considered leaving the burger alone. My friend had a different burger, but even there the taste of the patty was identical: musty, stale, downright disgusting. Without the sauces the burger would have been simply inedible, and even with sauces it was a challenge to get it down. It's unbelievable that a place that advertises itself as quality and "fresh" would serve something like this. One can only assume that the meat was frozen and then simply warmed up carelessly - and at prices where you would expect fresh, high-quality ingredients. Unfortunately, the fries were just as disappointing. Fried way too long, hard and dry - a perfect example of how you can ruin even simple side dishes. Price-performance ratio – a disgrace: The two of us paid 45 euros for the lunch special. For that amount you would at least expect edible food, but what we were served was an absolute disgrace. I regret every single euro cent spent. If I had known what to expect, I would have preferred a simple currywurst for 5 euros - it would definitely have tasted better. Conclusion – never again: I'm so frustrated that I'm still writing this review at the restaurant. It's incomprehensible how a restaurant can survive with such bad food. While the drinks and service were fine, the food - the real reason you go to a burger restaurant - was so bad that it overshadowed everything else. To show my family at home how bad it really was, I had half of the burger wrapped up. I'm curious to hear their reaction because I'm sure they too will describe the taste as "pure elephant stable". I was at Hans im Glück five years ago and it's shocking how much the quality has deteriorated since then. Everything tastes like mass-produced goods, convenience products and, above all, poorly prepared. If you don't have high expectations of your food and are happy with convenience products, you can eat here. For me, however, one thing is certain: never again. Please avoid this experience and spend your money elsewhere. Hans im Glück disappointed me today not only in terms of taste but also emotionally - so much so that I will regret this visit for a long time.

We ordered a bowl, burger and side salad to pick up. Positive: no waiting time. Negative: The mixed side salad consisted of wilted green lettuce with brown spots and a cherry tomato for appearance. There were also several salad drinks included. The salad bowl tasted okay, but mostly consisted of wilted green lettuce. The burger was dry and soggy, but tasted okay. Everything that happens in the restaurant is good to very good. A great selection of burgers, everyone should find something there. BUT the toilet (disabled & women) is a mess. It's disgusting, sticky - kind of unkempt. The faucet is broken, the toilet seat is outdated or not cleaned.

On December 30th, 2024, a spontaneous trip to Dresden - with an empty stomach... Were here late at noon, it was very well attended. Despite the stress, the staff were very friendly and the food came very quickly.

Hamburger restaurant that is very well located, with easy access through public transportation as well as by private vehicle. The place is very well decorated with excellent decoration. The staff's attention is very pleasant and fast, without being annoying or invasive. After seating us at the table, they give you time to read the menu before asking what you want to order, since you decide how to put together your menu (and your burger). There are two types of menus, one that works until 5:00 p.m. and the other that works after 5:00 p.m. The food was ready in less than 6 minutes. The menus are the ideal size. The burgers, sides and drinks were AMAZING. The cost per diner is approximately €15. 100% recommended!!!

Food was very good but unfortunately some of it wasn't really warm, service was great 👍but you should also pay attention to the toilets, they weren't clean.

The burgers were also bigger 😕 The taste was quite okay. Fries were served cold. If they had let them go back, the burger would have been cold by then. It wasn't like I would eat there again. However, the toilets are terrible. There hasn't been any cleaning in the corners here for months. You should put more emphasis on cleanliness there.

Extremely suitable for quick meals

First of all, the most important point is the food. We both had burgers with sides and a cocktail. That was a menu one evening. The burgers and sides were delicious. I also had a fried egg on the burger. I can recommend. What I found very unfortunate was that there was a bit too much ice in the cocktail. But we were more than full. I can definitely recommend it to everyone.

The service was super nice, friendly and quick. However, the burger was only lukewarm and the non-alcoholic cocktails were a waste of money. No idea if this was due to the bartenders that night, as the cocktails look better in photos from other reviews. The cocktail was served with a mountain of ice cubes, so much so that they even fell onto the table while drinking. After drinking the cocktails, which happened very quickly, the glass was still full to the brim!!! with ice. You can calculate how much cocktail was actually in the glass:( what a disgrace given the prices...we were very disappointed.

Friday evening and luckily got a table. Otherwise it was very busy and we ate very tasty, high quality burgers. Unfortunately the price is also high. Still a recommendation.

If you like burgers done well, this is the place for you. The environment is very welcoming, clean and the service is good. The prices are reasonable, except for water, as is the case everywhere in Germany which is disproportionately expensive in restaurants, especially for us Italians. Still a place worth visiting

We ate there in the evening on December 26th, 2024 and were a little disappointed. We had to wait quite a long time for our food and the ambience was disturbed by delivery drivers constantly running in and out. Apparently there were a lot of online orders, which caused our order to be delayed. It wasn't supposed to be like that... The waiter responsible for us seemed stressed and uncommunicative, but overall pretty listless. The burgers we ordered were tasty, but the fries were not cooked well (neither the regular nor the sweet potato fries) and were too soggy. For dessert we had an apple strudel, which also had more ice in the Virgin Mojito than anything else and it hurt us so much because of the constantly open door that we had to move around, which unfortunately wasn't possible without any problems. Overall a disappointing experience, I advise against it and recommend Peter Pane, which has the same concept.

A very nice and large burger restaurant in a super location. The menu is a bit complicated at first but there is something for everyone and the prices are good to match. You don't need to reserve a table and even when it seems busy and full there is always a table available. In winter you're right next to the "Striezelmarkt" and if you're lucky you can get a table with views of the xmas market!

The restaurant is over two floors. When we visited, every table was occupied. A reservation is definitely an advantage. Our service was super nice, quick and competent. Well-kept restaurant, fast service. Had dinner: choice of burger + side dish + cocktail. Hans im Glück classics, normal fries and a Goldseegen cocktail were ordered. Unfortunately, the burger sauce wasn't quite as rich, which made the meat seem a little dry. The grill and mustard orange sauce were tested as additional sauces. Both very tasty. Despite the vodka, the cocktail was very fruity and tasty.

About the ambience: As you know it from one Hans im Glück. Birch forest, mixed music and everything. Coherent and cozy. The service was friendly and quick. Small mistakes can happen, especially when, like on my visit, there is a lot going on. The food was hot, tasty and the portion size was perfect. For a really good price you're really well fed. The cocktails in this HiG were also a taste explosion and very drinkable! Compliments, you'll be happy to come back.

It's a really neat and well-designed German chain burger joint, and you can find it anywhere. This branch is located in the city center and is easily accessible. Delicious burgers and drinks. We went there on a Saturday evening and had spontaneously reserved a table. Everything worked out great. The conditions were friendly. Drinks and food were both ready very quickly. I also have a lot of vegetarian or vegan burgers

The taste is great and the service is also great You have to like the Birkenstock ambience but you had a nice view of the Christmas market upstairs ^^

Got food poisoned there (I think it was chicken salad ), also got a lemonade, decorated with rosmary covered with pieces of soil. There were a lot of bees in summer and the stuff didn't do anything about it. The service is friendly, but might be a bit slow when it's crowded and you might get not exactly what you ordered. Also there's not much meat options for kids (only one actually).
