Burgerlich in Dresden

My friends and I love the food here! The lemonade is delicious and there's a wide variety. The fries and burgers are also delicious. There's a lot more too: salads, milkshakes, etc. I recommend everyone to come here.

Very cool! And (for being located in the heart of a capital city), surprisingly personal, despite the modern digital ordering system. A great team I'd join immediately if it were less than 100km from where I live. Happy to be my new regular stop in DD!

The staff are really friendly. The food and drinks came very quickly and tasted great. You'll be well-filled, and the atmosphere is very cozy.

Very tasty food there! Order quickly via your cell phone and the food arrives in 10 minutes, no reservations necessary, perfect! Highly recommended and for those on a tight budget I recommend the kids menu for €10, which includes a burger, fries and a drink 👍

Food was tasty but a bit too expensive, service was friendly but there was too much display (but it was quick), the ambience was nice, open and tidy, but the seating was disappointing (too many stools and no chairs with backs).

Unfortunately, we weren't that happy with our visit to Burgerlich. The ordering system using the QR code is modern, but complicated. The drinks and food arrived very quickly. However, the burgers didn't convince us; they were relatively small and lacked spices. The fries tasted like they had been sitting for a few hours. We would rather not come back.

The kids menu was great enough for normal hunger! A great option for around €10. You could order at your seat using the QR code. Burgers and fries were very good.

I wanted to eat differently and treated myself to a burger and salad by ordering from my cell phone. I sat quite comfortably on the first floor with a view of the round bar. The waiters and waitresses were friendly, although often overwhelmed. It was packed that Saturday evening! I waited a long time. The food was ok, but not worth the long wait. But the worst thing was the intrusive DJ, who wanted to amuse everyone alone in the middle of the room, often danced after people, especially the ladies, and in doing so went way beyond what was reasonable. It was just annoying and embarrassing. That disturbed my experience a bit and spoiled the mood. I was almost no longer hungry when my food finally arrived

I was there with my girlfriend and a few friends on a Saturday because we like the way we order. kinda cool! It took forever for the burgers to arrive. We could hardly chat because there was a DJ playing who was not only extremely loud but also very intrusive to my girlfriend. He was older, stocky, bald, tall and always did something stupid when our girls had to come over. My girlfriend hardly dared to go past there and go to the toilet.

Since I didn't feel like having another kebab, I ended up here. Ordering via QR code went quite quickly, even though I prefer communicating with people. A standard buger, fries and coke for €22.50. The Cola from the glass bottle is always a pleasure. Unfortunately the Pomeranians had no taste and were totally limp. The burger was quite small for the price. And it was also edible with BBC sauce on the fries, as I'm not allowed to eat burger sauce because of the mayo content. Overall, not as great as the advertising on the door suggests as a pure burger restaurant.

So, a perfect restaurant in terms of taste. A little expensive or the portion is too small for the price 😜. But if you just want to eat fresh and homemade food, it's definitely worth it 😁😁😁 In any case, we will come back again and again 🤗

Impersonal - all communication via web/QR code (Mc Donalds style) Food came BEFORE the drinks! 1 burger out of 4 was cold, after complaining via the counter (the response via web took a long time, <5 minutes), the burger was at least on the house. However, after receiving it again (he was then warned), the rest of the group was finished eating. Salmon Burger wasn't worth its €13.50. Too small, without fries etc. Rather dry, patty, thin and like "pressed meat". The location itself is beautiful!!! But both the DJ and the rest of the staff can stay at home in the future... impersonal. Robots and AI will replace you in a few years. Conclusion... Price/performance doesn't fit, UberEats&Co. will replace you in the future. I didn't have to wear pants for that. Great location, nothing made of it! This is better!!!

I find the new way of ordering food very effective and easy. The burgers taste very good and the fries were a delight. :) I really liked the setup

Very nice atmosphere. The food tasted very good and came quickly. The order went smoothly and was pretty easy to do using a QR code. At the end you can even “grab” an apple from your own farm.

Burgerlich has a concept that I have never experienced before: you are led to the table and from there you read the menu using the QR code and order using it. Ordering as a group is no problem at all and repeat orders are also great. If you have any questions, you can press the “Help” button and a waitress will come to the table. You still have the option of paying in cash or directly using the code mentioned. Because you hardly interact with the waitresses other than bringing food and drinks, you are very private and undisturbed. There is a very good selection of burgers and side dishes and the cocktails are also very tasty. The price is a little higher than other burger restaurants but the quality is there.

For me 2.5 stars, nothing special. The winter burger was rather tasteless and the combination of flavors was bland. The portion is very small, for just under €14 you would expect to be full. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. So if you're a burger lover and expect something really good, I wouldn't particularly recommend this restaurant. Furthermore, everything is fine, service is nice, atmosphere is pleasant.

I don’t eat burgers at all. But since the whole family went and everyone except me loved them, I had to try it. This is the first burger that I liked! I was shocked by how delicious it was! Good quality products. Everything is fresh. The staff is super polite, everyone smiles and creates a good mood! The atmosphere on the second floor is super! I really liked it. There is a play area for children. Interesting interior. Everything is clean (including the toilet).

Do not enter this tent! Hamburger is impossible to keep down and the Ceaser Salad is cowardly. Very hip tables, but downstairs you can't sit on a regular chair because the hip table is so high. The only funny thing was that 3 young guests walked out of this place without paying and the even hip waiter had to give chase!

The owner of this business should ask him self what kind of experience wants to offer to his clients... 4 waiters 2 cooks and even if the place it's almost empty you have to stand at the entrance waiting to be seated (like in a fancy restaurant) The bad part it's that the workers prefer to scroll on the cellphone instead of coming to you. When finally you get addressed to a table, you find out that you have to order by your self (like in a cheap mc Donald's) After basically working as a waiter, the food doesn't come to the table like ordered, missing the extras. The reaction of the service? Coming at the table with the extra for your burger in a plate... What's the next future of the Gastronomie? Even cooking by your self?!? Ah yes, the responsable ( or at least I think he was) said he was sorry about it. Nice... Mistake happen, sure and if the reason was a very full evening I would not have complained. But my impression was more lacking of motivation that an honest mistake. Restaurant should be something more that just providing food, if not it's just fastfood.

A really cool location, you can order everything digitally, etc., but you can pay in cash in the traditional way. Unfortunately the food wasn't good, very greasy, onion rings and cauliflower were dripping. The burgers are cool but not too big either. The food here was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere had a unique and captivating charm. The service was warm and friendly making the experience even more enjoyable. However the quality of the plates left something to be desired.

I was a true Burgerlich fan and always went to eat here with my best friend. I eat a vegetarian diet and am a FritzKola fanatic. It was always nice to come here and eat a wide and delicious selection of vegetarian burgers and sip my FritzKola. But the menu has been drastically shortened. Just one more vegan burger and above all: no more FritzKola?! What's that supposed to mean :( The staff is always very nice and accommodating. You don't have to wait long here either. But please - bring your old card back!

The place was amazing. The burger was really tasty. The fries were fresh and crispy. The mint lemonade I took was refreshing. But the best surprise for us was the completely digital order process. There was a really classy enviroment all around and me and my friends had a really good time.

Ordered a chillie burger with 2 paddies. Both paddies were thickly charred on one side. After the complaint, the wrong burger was delivered. After the second complaint, the incorrect delivery was blamed on the colleague. No apology, nothing like that. On the third burger the paddies were also black, but not as strong as the first. The taste is bland and there is no trace of chilli. McDonalds or Burger King are significantly better and significantly cheaper.

We ate here 2 times. The first time the food was absolutely flawless, really tasty. Unfortunately the second time we came over it wasn't so good. The onion rings tasted like old fat, just like the fries. The burger from my companion was still good. That was quite a shame because after the first experience we were looking forward to going here again. I really like the concept of the trays at the table. You don't have to stress about choosing something, you can see the allergens directly and you can also order something straight away if you still want a dessert or drink. If I'm hungry in the area, I'd give the store another chance, but I wouldn't drive out specifically for it.

Wir sind Stammkunden, aber dieses Mal sind wir überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Das Fenster war die ganze Zeit geöffnet und wir fühlten uns sehr kalt, weil die Temperatur draußen minus war. Obwohl ich sie gebeten habe, das Fenster zu schließen, hat das Personal dies nicht getan! Das Fenster wurde in den letzten 3 Minuten geschlossen, bevor wir von dort wegliefen.

Not recommended for vegan people. When we asked, no one in the kitchen could tell us whether the burger sauce was vegan. In the ordering app you could at least find out that the vegan mayo was vegan. After we then said that we would use the mayo as a sauce, a burger still came with burger sauce. In general, the burger with the oat patty wasn't good either. And a vegan cheese alternative is also missing. So as a vegan it's the worst burger option I've encountered in Dresden so far.

At least it worked at the checkout at the exit. Another little fun fact: at lunchtime, the windows of the house opposite reflect the sun's rays into the restaurant, which creates a beautiful light.

We were here with 6 people. People without a smartphone are at a loss because orders are placed via QR code card and then via cell phone. At a time when there is a shortage of workers on every corner, this ordering process is now becoming more and more common. Unfortunately, the actual restaurant feeling is lost here, and the recommendations and conversations with the waiters are also missing. After a long time I was visiting again. Unfortunately, after my visit I now have a bad impression of the restaurant. The food still tastes great, but the service really leaves a lot to be desired. The interaction with the customer is very cool. In addition, ordering via the built-in tablet in the table is no longer possible. This is only possible via your own smartphone. Pretty bad idea, how do you make visits possible for older people?

I had ordered some things to take away on site, I was informed that the preparation could take up to 20 minutes, that's ok. But unfortunately I had to wait almost an hour for my things, which wouldn't have been the end of the world if parts of the order were already far from warm. And by that I don't mean the salad! The only stupid thing is that you have to choose the tip when you place the order. Otherwise I wouldn't have given one because of the long waiting time, but there's also good things to say. The sauces on the side are really great and if my burger had been a little warm, it probably would have been really tasty too

Very tasty burgers, you get a small free drink while waiting for ToGo. 😀 Unfortunately I have to deduct stars now. The prices at Burgerlich have now reached crazy heights. I know it's getting more expensive everywhere in the restaurant industry, but you're exaggerating it a bit. So I'll stay away from Burgerlich for now until the prices become affordable again.

Totally delicious and inexpensive

Theoretically, ordering and paying works via a QR code at the table, but unfortunately there are severe mobile phone reception problems in the restaurant itself. No problem, there is guest WiFi. You think. However, the WiFi is so bad that the order keeps getting canceled and payment doesn't work either. That was very annoying. But food was okay. Not the best burger in town but good price. Food also came very quickly. Unfortunately, drinks only come later, when you've almost finished eating. Staff was very nice. It was very crowded and loud, so not the perfect location to sit for a bit longer.

Was there for dinner with my girlfriend. Had the birthday menu. She got the wrong burger, i.e. the wrong patty. After consulting with the waiter, the burger was taken away. It takes and takes and no new burger was brought. She had to ask again and then after another few minutes the correct burger was brought out. For both of us, the food wasn't really warm. We weren't the only ones with such problems...

Not so great... Service was unfriendly, Patty wasn't asked whether it was done or medium rare, I understand why, it was as thin as a slice of sausage. Fries were the worst ever, soaked in oil and only broke, chips also full of oil. Pooh. So I won't come here again, not even for a 10-piece bday menu.

Nice atmosphere in Burgerlich Dresden. But price performance, not justified. Many finished products and some of them are not well processed. Burgers are boring standard, fries cold and the cheese burnt black. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
