The staff are friendly, but ordering from my phone isn't for me. The fries were terrible, and the burgers were so sparsely topping-packed that we won't go there again. The soda and shakes are very tasty, but unfortunately don't make up for the rest.

I applied for a part-time job as a waiter there. They asked for a residence permit and a work permit. When I mentioned that I was a German citizen, I was quickly and rudely rejected. Everyone can think of something like that...

The food was delicious. And it was brought to our tables very quickly. Unfortunately, the entire restaurant isn't exactly clean. There are cobwebs on many shelves (even though it's almost Halloween), which really bothers me. The decor would also really appreciate a quick wipe. That's a real shame for our visit.

Today was my first time at Burgerlich Dresden. I was there with my nephew. We received a very warm welcome, and since my nephew is only 5, they immediately asked if we wanted to sit near the play area, which I found very thoughtful. I also think it's great that they have a kids' menu 😇 My nephew really liked it and enjoyed it! The kids' menu is great value for money! I wish the kids' menu included a little something for the little ones... maybe a small piece of candy or a small coloring book. (Of course, you can include this in the price.) I had sweet potato fries with cheesy dip, which was very good. I had a chicken burger, which was okay... I've had much stronger burgers in Dresden. Nevertheless, it was delicious, and everything arrived quickly at our table. The passionfruit lemonade was also very, very tasty.

The decor is superb, very nice. The ordering system is also very convenient and easy to use (via QR code scan at the table). The staff has always been friendly, there are no long waits for a table or food, and the latter is always served hot. They also have a very wide selection of burgers, which you can also order vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free. The price is reasonable for the quality and quantity. I'd be happy to go back.

We had a wonderful time at Burgerlich on Prager Straße! The atmosphere is modern and cozy, and the service was very friendly. I tried the Jack Daniel’s with Coca Cola cocktail and it was perfectly balanced. The passion fruit lemonade was refreshing and full of flavor. For starters, the Blumenkohl bites were a real highlight – crispy, well-seasoned, and delicious. Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy good food and drinks in Dresden. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised by the contemporary concept. I was able to order food using my smartphone. The selection is diverse, and within two minutes, my order was in the kitchen. In conventional restaurants, you wait five minutes before you get a menu. And then again until a server takes your order. After ten minutes, the food arrived. The burger was delicious. The meat was perfect, and the bun was also very good. Personally, I didn't like the piece of raw onion so much, but that's nitpicking. The lemonade was also very tasty. All in all, I'll be back. Thanks also to the staff. Very friendly but not intrusive.

You don't get a menu, but are expected to act as a waiter yourself and put together your order online. Absolutely terrible. My mood was already at rock bottom before we even finished ordering. I won't be coming back. The lady who served us was very nice. The food was okay. But that doesn't make up for the overall experience.

Once again, I couldn't get a table with the excuse (after 15 minutes of pointless waiting at the counter) that it was too busy, even though half the restaurant was empty. Absolutely outrageous.

This is a fantastic place to have lunch. Close to hotels and train station so very convenient. The staff were amazing and helpful. It was super busy today and they were quite efficient — and the food is outstanding. Today I had the lunch special - cheeseburger, fries and lemonade. Whoever works in the kitchen — you guys are divine. For sure I will be back. Cheers! 🍻

Clean place, nice cold juice to drink

We've been customers at Burgerlich for many years, actually about twice a year when we're in town for shopping. Unfortunately, the store has changed significantly for the worse, which we noticed even more today than the last two times. First of all, the removal of tablets at the table, which was really great service, is annoyingly time-consuming and inconvenient. The next issue is the massively increased prices. When a regular mid-range burger already costs €12, that's already the upper limit, but unfortunately, the burgers have gotten smaller over time, which I particularly noticed today. The service also seemed overwhelmed. Overall, I have to say that we won't be visiting Burgerlich again in the future. What a shame...

A friendly welcome, a great ordering process, simple and straightforward. The burgers are fresh and taste excellent. A very good selection of vegetarian and vegan alternatives. Excellent homemade lemonade. Impeccable service with a friendly farewell. We were very satisfied.

Unfortunately, that's no longer a highlight here. The last few times the food was below average. The burger was cold, the fries were cold and soggy, and the grilled vegetables were raw... Only the lemonade is still delicious.

A definite recommendation if you want to avoid the old town but still enjoy good food close to the city center. This place stands out primarily because of its ordering system (previously via a tablet at the tables - now via an app). We visited when it was fairly busy, and the wait time was perfectly reasonable. We love the play area upstairs; there, the child can keep themselves busy when they're full, while you can finish your meal and chat in peace.

The burger, including the onion rings, was so greasy that I had an upset stomach for about three days. Even though I told the waitress that the food was inedible, they didn't help. The drinks were also way too sweet. Furthermore, the app is completely unfriendly. Never again.

Delicious cheeseburger (standard with two patties). Fries not run-of-the-mill. Top modern: order at your table via QR code and pay directly with Google PayPal or credit card. We really enjoyed it.

I have an improvement idea: a traditional menu. The QR code used for accessing menu didn't work, so I had to ask another customer to send the link. Why wasn't the internet address for the menu website next to the QR code as a back-up? Access to menu is requires giving cookies from your device, denying access to cookies was impossible. (What's next? Do I need an app just to access menu in a restaurant?) If you want to make your system electronic, please make sure it works before you implement it. Spending ten minutes just to access menu is unacceptable! Very shady system and too much nonsense effort required just to order food. Absolute waste of time, I'm not coming back.

Our last visit was unfortunately disappointing. The wait was very long, the burgers were poorly made, the patties were tiny, and the sides (fries, chips, etc.) were cold. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed/understaffed but were friendly. We've had better visits.

I got a burger to go. Very friendly service, only a short wait, and while the price was a bit higher, the burger was really tasty and, above all, freshly prepared. All in all, it was definitely worth the money. I'll definitely be back 👌🏻

Self Service ist an sich eine nette Idee... im Fast Food Restaurant... uns hat das Bedienkonzept mit BYOD und den geklicke auf dem eigenen Handy nicht überzeugt. Noch weniger konnte der Bürger überzeugen - der war einfach lustlos, wie man es sonst vielleicht von großen Fast Food Ketten kennt, zusammen geklatscht. Das Bild in der (Online)Karte und das servierte Produkt lagen sehr weit auseinander, so dass dieser erstmal zurück ging. Beim 2. Mal wurde dann noch frech gefragt ob er denn jetzt optisch gefällt. Sorry aber bei 15 Euro pro Bürger und dem Self Service Grad, mit dem man hier am Service Personal spart, erwarte ich eine höhere Qualität. Da fühle ich mich beim Service und dem Essen bei der Konkurrenz am Altmarkt ubd Postplatz besser aufgehoben.

It fulfills everything a good restaurant should have: - cozy atmosphere - friendly staff - fast food/drink service - digital ordering system that allows you to choose individual billing right from the start, even when dining with several people - delicious burgers and a selection of incredibly good homemade lemonades - good value for money (the lunch menu is especially great) - and the best part: when you want to order/pay, you can simply do so without having to wait forever for a server. This way, even as a couple with children, you can use your lunch break to enjoy a delicious meal together :)

The food was very good, but the cashier didn't know what a hospitality receipt was. When it comes to prices, a cashier should know something like that. Otherwise, gladly again

It's really very good. I'm here with my mother. She had the burger with asparagus and I had it with cheese and bacon. As well as some fries. Food came quickly, service was really friendly. Highly recommended.

Due to the lack of alternatives, we ate at Burgerlich in Dresden on Good Friday. Without knowing the concept, but very hungry, we entered the restaurant and were a bit overwhelmed by the ambience and the fact that we had to wait a few minutes at the entrance until we were greeted and taken to the table. Unfortunately right next to the “DJ”. Unfortunately, some burgers that we would have liked to eat were "sold out" that day. Unfortunately, the taste of the food was not our cup of tea. The in-house creations no longer had much to do with the original burger. Quite overloaded, only edible with cutlery and unfortunately not at the ideal temperature. Unfortunately, the mayo was not declared vegan, which made the taste even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the Nutella shake didn't taste like Nutella at all, but actually just like nougat. To the positive things. The food and all subsequent orders were brought to the table very quickly. All cocktails were delicious without exception, which is something I have experienced differently even in pure cocktail bars. In terms of price, it's in the upper segment, but justified to a certain extent due to the taste and the quick service. Unfortunately, the payment process was a bit complicated because there was already a queue of people at the checkout who didn't want to or couldn't pay via the QR. We won't be coming back.

Prices are too high, if you eat there you should take the lunch menu.

If you are black don’t go there the manager with black sweatshirt tell me “i don’t give a mayonnese for the black people” if you want that go inside and ask to another manager. All people don’t go to the restaurant. Do not go to this restaurant which is clearly racist, the manager says it clearly, he does not serve black people. I didn't realize it immediately it was when I asked for mayonnaise he texted me no I'm not giving you any I don't serve black people ask the other manager he'll serve you he serves black people it's serious 🤣🤣

I've eaten at Burgerlich several times and have always been extremely satisfied. If orders were incorrect, they always apologized and tried to serve the right food. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed today which is why I would only give it 3 stars. As always, I wanted the cheddar sauce with my fries. According to the order page, these were sold out. So I ate these without sauce. When I had finished eating I saw that a staff lady (blond hair with glasses) had brought 3 cheddar glasses from somewhere and had taken them for her private use. I find it cheeky that the staff keeps things for themselves that the customer would be entitled to instead of offering them for sale to customers. I hope that this was a one-time thing for this lady and that it doesn't happen regularly.

Actually not a bad shop, certainly good burgers (mine was tasty👍), but the service definitely could have been better. Although we were allowed to bring food for our little one...and when the bill came, I was shocked...unfortunately we won't be coming back, just too expensive✌️

Not possible to get classical menu card. After 10 minutes of group clicking in one phone the apps announced error and whole order disappeared. Wtf is this if u wanna save money on service just don’t have restaurant. We just left and did not eat.

It's terribly uncomfortable to sit. The food is mediocre. The coffee is bad, they use cheap robusta. The coffee was poorly prepared.

Ordering with tablets is no longer possible, only via QR code with your own device. I was constantly kicked off the menu, and left after 5 minutes in frustration. Too bad, it used to be very nice here. PS: Is there really only one vegetarian burger (still) or was that due to the unreliable filtering?!

At the entrance on a Saturday evening you wait about 5 minutes until a seat is given to you. Ordering is done via an app. WiFi is not provided free of charge. Drinks and food were brought relatively quickly. However, the chicken patty we ordered was missing from the Caesar salad. However, this was removed from the bill without any objection. If you like garlic, you'll get your money's worth with the Caesar salad. We had a whole clove of garlic in the salad. Citizen was a 6/10, fries a 3/10 and sweet potato fries an 8/10.

The burger was great! The soft drinks were unique, with a unique combination of ingredients! The ketchup is homemade and was to my taste, barely sweet and with a real tomato flavor.

Me and my friends love the food here! The lemonade is very tasty and varied. The fries and burgers are also very tasty. There is also a lot more: salad, milkshake,... I recommend everyone to come here.

Unfortunately, we weren't that happy with our visit to Burgerlich. The ordering system using the QR code is modern, but complicated. The drinks and food arrived very quickly. However, the burgers didn't convince us; they were relatively small and lacked spices. The fries tasted like they had been sitting for a few hours. We would rather not come back.

The kids menu was great enough for normal hunger! A great option for around €10. You could order at your seat using the QR code. Burgers and fries were very good.

I wanted to eat differently and treated myself to a burger and salad by ordering from my cell phone. I sat quite comfortably on the first floor with a view of the round bar. The waiters and waitresses were friendly, although often overwhelmed. It was packed that Saturday evening! I waited a long time. The food was ok, but not worth the long wait. But the worst thing was the intrusive DJ, who wanted to amuse everyone alone in the middle of the room, often danced after people, especially the ladies, and in doing so went way beyond what was reasonable. It was just annoying and embarrassing. That disturbed my experience a bit and spoiled the mood. I was almost no longer hungry when my food finally arrived

I was there with my girlfriend and a few friends on a Saturday because we like the way we order. kinda cool! It took forever for the burgers to arrive. We could hardly chat because there was a DJ playing who was not only extremely loud but also very intrusive to my girlfriend. He was older, stocky, bald, tall and always did something stupid when our girls had to come over. My girlfriend hardly dared to go past there and go to the toilet.

Since I didn't feel like having another kebab, I ended up here. Ordering via QR code went quite quickly, even though I prefer communicating with people. A standard buger, fries and coke for €22.50. The Cola from the glass bottle is always a pleasure. Unfortunately the Pomeranians had no taste and were totally limp. The burger was quite small for the price. And it was also edible with BBC sauce on the fries, as I'm not allowed to eat burger sauce because of the mayo content. Overall, not as great as the advertising on the door suggests as a pure burger restaurant.
