I really can't understand the negative comments regarding the delivery. We ordered through Lieferando and the food arrived super fast and hot. The fries were especially delicious and crispy. The burgers were also really, really tasty, so I definitely recommend them.

Rather unremarkable. A small burger for the price, especially because of the thin patty; otherwise, the taste is unremarkable. Reminds me most of McDonald's/Burger's.

I've tried their offerings several times now and have had the same result every time. They're not the first smashed burgers I've ever tried, but they're still the best I've had so far. I noticed that the ingredients are fresh, and you can definitely taste the difference! The place is very modern, they play good music, and some of the staff are friendly. However, the reason I'm only giving it 3 stars is partly due to the price-to-quality ratio. Of course, they need to manage their finances responsibly, especially in new areas, but the burgers could definitely be bigger, and like many others before me, I unfortunately have to criticize the delivery process through Lieferando – there's definitely untapped potential here that shouldn't be wasted. I hope they address these issues in the future, and I'm happy to change my opinion and rating at any time! Try it out for yourself and see what you think! It's worth it.

Awesome. I had the double chili special smash or something like that. It wasn't huge, but it only cost around €10 for a double smash burger. I think that's pretty good value. Taste-wise, it was a real hit, and the price was great too.

Small burger, big packaging, big price, very good taste

The burger was okay overall, but it definitely doesn't justify the price. I had the chicken burger for €10, but it was tiny. I'd seen an ad for this place and the burger on Instagram beforehand – and it wasn't even remotely accurate. I'm really disappointed. If you're going to be so misleading with your advertising, you could at least make the cardboard packaging for those huge burger boxes smaller so the poor thing doesn't have so much room to slide around!

Simply the best burger joint in Dresden! I've been to many burger places, but Burgervision truly tops them all. The burgers are juicy, fresh, and perfectly balanced – you can taste that quality is their top priority. Absolutely recommended! Burgervision in Dresden is my go-to place for truly great burgers. The ingredients are fresh, the meat is cooked to perfection, and the combinations are creative without being overwhelming. What I especially appreciate is how much love and craftsmanship goes into each burger – nothing is thrown together carelessly. The sides are also fantastic (the sweet potato fries are a must!), and the homemade sauces perfectly complement the meal. I can't complain about the delivery time. It was accurate. However, the burgers are disappointing. The taste is okay at best. And for this price, I expect a burger that's bigger and has more toppings than the cheapest hamburger at McDonald's. These tiny things with hardly anything on them are not good value for money at all. Not at all.

My burger with cheese fries was very bland. It had no seasoning and a bland flavor. The crust was burnt, and the bun was soggy from too much fat. The fries also had a tasteless flavor, lacking a fair amount of salt. The service is difficult to rate, as everything is done via a computer.

The burgers were generally delicious, although the chicken burger showed that the frying oil hadn't been changed in a while. The staff was friendly. While the ambiance is truly modern, you can tell that the franchise isn't built with love, but rather with a desire to make a lot of money. The impersonal nature of the shop, with the kitchen curtain always drawn as much as possible, which gives the impression of trying to hide something, makes me want to go back to Fettboy, with its regional products and the peculiar and grumpy boss, who at least stands behind his products.

The atmosphere was quite ordinary, and the service was nothing special. But the food was absolutely tasteless. The potatoes were dry and completely flavorless, and the burger was just plain awful—almost nothing in it, completely bland. It's a new place, but honestly, I didn't like it at all. Instead of just saying, "Yeah, sorry," and improving things, they're trying to delete my reviews. If this continues, I'll rewrite my experience; it was simply inedible.

When you order, the food takes forever! They tell you it'll take 35 minutes to arrive, but the delivery time keeps getting adjusted. We've ordered from there twice, and the food always took 2 hours or more and was cold when it arrived.

For me, this is the tastiest burger in town if you like smash burgers. We took the food to go, so I can't rate the delivery service.

Food was ordered at 6:30 p.m. At 8:30 p.m., there was still no food. When we called, we were told the delivery driver hadn't picked it up. Absolutely no customer service on the phone, they were handled rather rudely. And when the food finally arrived after 2.5 hours, it was, of course, cold. The bacon was burnt, and the mayo was just the cheapest, standard mayo. Worst burger ever. Absolutely not acceptable, we'll definitely order from them again.

I wanted to go here because of the descent rating and the great marketing pictures on the websites that raises the appetite. Unfortunately, you can expect very long wait times after ordering - even to go. I waited probably around 15 minutes. So long, I thought of asking how much longer it is going to take. The interior appears rather cheap and felt disappointing. So I was happy that I did not want to eat there anyway. My expectation, given the great images online, was that one burger and a side would be plenty for dinner. I was proven wrong. After opening up the packaging at home, the burger turned out way smaller. It would be more fitting to call them slider. I did not expect to pay about 14€ and be hungry afterwards. While it (a singel smash BBQ Burger) tasted good over all. However, there was too much BBQ sauce and the sauce itself was way too sweat. Overall, the experience was disappointing and it feels overpriced. I recommend to keep the portion size in mind so that you can make your own value judgement as to whether it is worth exploring or not. Unrelated to my experience, some customers had issues paying with their master cards. So you may want to make sure that you are able to use a different paying method. VISA worked fine for me.

Very small portions, and the meat was not tasty at all. Additionally, there were many critical reviews immediately after opening, which were apparently deleted.

Absolutely ridiculous. The burgers are way too small for the price and taste like nothing, the fries are completely seasoned. The only thing with a decent portion here is the mountain of garbage. Bad reviews simply don't get published.

I was there on opening day and was absolutely blown away. The burgers are really juicy, perfectly seasoned, and you can tell that everything is made fresh. And the fries are amazing... The atmosphere was incredibly warm, and you could immediately tell how much love has gone into this place. Despite the opening, everything ran smoothly; the team was friendly and attentive. From now on, this will be my first stop in Dresden when I'm craving a really good burger.

The burgers taste good, but unfortunately, the most important part of the burger, the beef patty, was too gristly for me. Maybe it was just bad luck 🤷‍♂️. The staff are friendly.

As someone coming from Burger Country, I have had a lot of burgers in Dresden over the years. Haven’t been to Burgermeister in a while, but just recently had the chance to come here and try their smash burger. Quite frankly, there’s not a more authentic and better balanced burger in Dresden. Very impressive what they have managed to produce here. Their beer and side dish selection also shows they have taste. Very clean, reasonable prices, will come back.

I was able to eat a smash burger. It was good but compared to all burgers of this type, I found it a little too fatty/oily, which is a shame.

We waited over 40 minutes for two burgers. Customers who came after us were served before us. In between, delivery services constantly came to pick up. When we asked whether our order had actually been forgotten, we were told that it would be quicker to take away and be vegan... however, the burgers unfortunately didn't make up for the waiting time because they didn't taste good.

From now on my absolute favorite burger shop in Dresden because they have smash burgers!!!! The double smash, at its best, really recommended to everyone. I also serve delicious fried fries with truffle mayo. The owner and his wife are in the shop themselves and are really super friendly and professionals through and through! Absolutely worth recommending. Especially if you've never had a smash before :)

The only positive thing was that it was particularly quick to prepare. Food quality was so-so. There is no service. Payment is made immediately when ordering.

We drove from Leipzig to Dresden specifically to try this burger joint's advertised smashburgers, only to find that they were sold out. Instead we took two normal burgers, which unfortunately were very tasteless. The brioche buns were not only dry but dusty. Overall the experience was disappointing and we will not come again. Unfortunately not recommended.

I love hearty food and I love burgers. We had takeout here two days in a row. The burgers are amazing and still taste absolutely fantastic despite the 20 minute drive home. The truffle fries are to die for. The burger bun is totally fluffy and doesn't feel heavy on the stomach. We definitely have to eat there again. I can really highly recommend this restaurant. Price-performance ratio is right!

The citizens are good but the service 🙉 You pay €16 for citizens and fries and you don't get them at the table.3 meters. Tzz there was almost nothing going on, but smartphones and sitting around have to be enough for customer friendliness. I won't be coming back, Hellmutz is supposed to be far better.

A great burger joint. I particularly like the vegetarian burgers. The sauces are tasty and the vegetarian patties have a great consistency. The fries are always fresh and delicious. The only drawback is that you have to order at the counter - but points are deducted for service. But this is bearable given the small size of the store.

The burgers aren't bad, but I've had much better ones at a cheaper price. More of a snack bar than a restaurant.

Update March 7, 2024: The two of them are really extremely nice and warm 😁. I had a smash double burger. The meat tasted very good due to the roasted aromas. I don't question the quality of the ingredients. If we call a restaurant price here, then restaurant quality is also to be expected. The bun was not only much too small for the patties, and unfortunately completely limp, so it was taken straight away without even being on the grill. As far as rolls and cheese look like the simple ones from the supermarket, without having to warm them up briefly, put the rolls on the grill or melt the cheese. All in all, you definitely have to work on the quality of the entire burger (the meat is right), otherwise you won't be able to compete in the price range, which I would find such a shame because I felt really comfortable with you. It is delicious. Both burgers and fries. The service man is very nice. However, I would only have given it 3.5 stars if possible because the price is too high. After all, it's not a restaurant but more of a snack bar.

€4.50 for a 0.33ml bottle of cola is a disgrace. The burger 1-1 like McDonald's only 5x as expensive, really not as good.

We ate here after YouTubers recommended the place because of a solid smash burger. The YouTuber probably had a camera bonus. Because our burger paddies weren't really smash flat, let alone had a crust. But that's the point of it all. Unfortunately it just looked like a squished paddie, but nothing more. Unfortunately a bit thin for €11.50. Sweet potato fries were very good.

I had a double smash cheeseburger with fries and garlic mayo. The burger fully met my expectations. The meat dominated, and together with the very good bun it was a culinary delight. If you're looking for a good smash burger, you've come to the right place. The garlic mayo was also very good. After a short wait, fries and burgers were served hot and fresh. I will definitely come again!

Sehr freundliches Personal und hervorragendes Essen. Aus Berlin kenne ich so manchen guten Burger, "Burger Meister Royal" reiht sich unter den besten ein. Bestellt wurde ein Classic Cheeseburger mir zwei Smash-Patties + Pommes. Sehr saftig. Der Burger kommt ohne viel Schnickschnack aus. Nur Zwiebeln, Ketchup, Senf & saure Gurken finden, neben Buns, Patties & Käse, Platz auf ihm. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Dresden bin, wird das ein Pflichtbesuch!

Since the change to the new owners (super friendly!), we have been eating here almost regularly, we love the classic burger because the meat is juicy and the taste is very fresh. I particularly do not really like to eat meat, but their burger I do crave from time to time, paired with the pommes is super nice!

Liebloser geht kaum! Der Burger war staubtrocken, es fehlte Salat, Soße und Liebe für gutes Essen. Auf einem Schild im Laden steht: wir lieben gutes Essen. Tja so manch ein Kunde auch. Komme definitiv nicht wieder!

Aufgrund des Hypes der SmashBurger verschlug es uns ins Burger Meister Royal. Für einen Mittwochabend war es gut besucht. Zum Glück hatte die große Gruppe bereits ihr Essen verzehrt. Für uns gab es jeweils die Smashburger als Menü (Mit Pommes und Getränk). Doppelpatty ist ein muss, sonst ist der Burger *fleischarm*. Dafür einen stolzen Preis von 9,50€ für den Doppelpatty Smashburger. Auf Wunsch gab es Ketshup und Mayo im Preis inbegriffen in Form der kleinen Heinz-Tüten. Die drei Bürger mit Pommes kamen nach kurzer Wartezeit. Die Martinspotatobuns sind recht gut. mMn könnten die Smashpattys noch knuspriger sein. Obwohl ich ein salzarmer Esser bin, war der Burger schon gefühlt salzarm. Pommes kamen frisch und heiß raus. Burger war eher lau warm. Es hat nichtmal gedampft. Obwohl der Burger von oben bis unten geglänzt hat und durch den Doppelpatty es fleischer ist, war zwischen den Pattys nichts und es wirkte ein wenig trocken. Viele sagen Smashburger sind der bessere McD Cheeseburger. Saure Gürkchen waren vorhanden, aber die Säure und der Kick fehlte. Die Soßen wirkten auch milde. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Burger ok. Aufgrund des Hypes verstehe ich die Preise, aber natürlich überteuert für den überschaubaren Burger. Vlt ziehen andere Burgerläden nach und können den Smashburger besser umsetzen. Testet ihn, aber erwartet keine Geschmacksexplosion.

Ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus! Die Smash Burger hier sind einfach unschlagbar. Die perfekte Kombination aus knusprigem Fleisch und geschmackvollen Belägen. Jeder Bissen ist ein Genuss! Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und das Personal immer zuvorkommend. Definitiv ein Ort, den man für erstklassige Burger erleben sollte!

Der Begriff Meister ist hier völlig fehl am Platz. Es ist eine kleine Portion und sogar als Menü einfach viel zu wenig. Das ist maximal eine Vorspeise, aber dafür für 18€. Zudem war der Burger kalt, die Pommes sehr salzig und in den Süßkartoffelpommes war unten die Füllung aus normalen Pommes. Echt sinnlos!!!! Geht woanders hin, das ist keine Erfahrung wert.

Ich hatte einen veganen Trüffel Burger bestellt. Dieser war lecker aber nicht so wirklich seine 12EUR wert. Dafür war ein meiner Meinung nach etwas zu klein und die Trüffelnote kam leider gar nicht durch. Ansonsten ist es ein ziemlich klassischer Burger, was auch durch das beyond Meat kommt was einfach eine der besten Fleischalternativen ist. Cool ist es, dass man seine Pommes 50/50 (normal und Süßkartoffel) bekommt, für Leute die sich schwer entscheiden können. Leute vor Ort super freundlich. Atmosphäre nicht wirklich gemütlich und lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. Alles in allem ganz lecker!

Mega, leckerer Burger! Preis/Leistung ist Super. Da wo ich her komme sind die noch viel teurer und schlechter. Deswegen kann ich das Gemecker von manchen Leuten hier nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Süßkartoffelpommes sind sehr gut. Personal ist freundlich. Die Auswahl ist völlig ausreichend und man weiß gleich was man haben möchte. Vielen Dank

Leider gar nicht mehr das, was es mal war. Alle guten Burger von der Karte verschwunden, Service gleich Null, Burger ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Waschbecken auf der Toilette leider auch nicht sauber. Handtücher nicht aufgefüllt. Gibt viel viel bessere Burgerläden in der Neustadt!

Die Burger schmecken super. Leider war an dem Tag keine EC Zahlung möglich und ein Vermerk bei der Reservierungsbestätigung sehr wünschenswert gewesen wäre.

Es war kein besonderer Bürger. Er war lecker, aber nicht so viel Auswahl. Sehr mächtig und ziemlich weiche Brötchen. Hat etwas an BürgerKing erinnert. Dafür waren die Preise sehr teuer.

Leider versalzen und das falsche bekommen

2 Burger Scheiben? Eher dünne, durchgegarte Scheibchen! Fleisch teilweise außen verkohlt - leider das einzige Knackige neben dem pappigen Klansch von Sauce und Feldsalatblättern - absolut nicht die aufgerufenen 15 Euro/Burger wert.

Waren gestern spontan dort essen. Die Burger waren richtig lecker, das Fleisch war unglaublich gut und saftig, ebenso auch der Kartoffelbun. Mussten auch nicht lange auf das Essen warten und der Service war sehr freundlich. Wenn ich wieder einmal in Dresden unterwegs bin und ich Lust auf einen Burger habe, dann komme ich gerne wieder. 👍🏻
