After 5 years we finally went to the Burgerei again because we always liked it here, but unfortunately we were very disappointed this time. The taste has deteriorated considerably for us here, which is actually a shame.

Burgers were delicious. Nice atmosphere. Service open and friendly. The mulled wine was simply great 😋 👍🏻

The food was fabulous. The order arrived quickly and was still super tasty. I would eat there again in a heartbeat. In general, the menu seems well thought out and the portions are completely sufficient. So I have a clear recommendation

We spontaneously ate at the Burgerei today. The burgers were great and sufficient. Side dishes can be chosen. We thought it was great. The service was super friendly and quick. The only drawback was the toilets. How some ladies indulge in this is incomprehensible and embarrassing. I can only feel sorry for the staff.

We were really craving burgers yesterday 🍔! Unfortunately we were quite disappointed! The dry aged burger was carelessly made, the bun was dry and the meat was not medium as desired but more than well done! The whole thing costs just 19 euros! Unfortunately, the lunch menu with the chicken burger wasn't any better. The meat was almost cold, the cheese had no taste. Only the accompanying salad was good! The price-performance ratio is not right in this restaurant!

Spontaneously asked for a table with 10 people on Friday evening and the impossible was made possible and we got a table. Super tasty burgers and simply great service. A good Christmas playlist for the moment. Simply perfect. Full marks. Keep it up!

Super tasty burgers, also for vegans/vegetarians

The food was good, the burgers and fries were delicious, especially the cheese sauce on the fries. However, the price is very high, hence only 4 stars. The shop is otherwise very crowded, with little space between the tables

We were there for the first time on Saturday evening, prime time, with a slightly larger group. The place was packed to the ceiling. The waitresses were always super nice, courteous and quick. Food tasted great and came very quickly despite the store being full. Large selection, including vegetarian options. Had a vegetarian burger (sounded too good) and sweet potato fries - both absolutely delicious! Pulled burgers also very good. We will definitely come back and can recommend it. The only kind note to the restaurant - even if it's full, take a look at the toilets, they looked very "used" by the women at the end 😉🙈 Thank you for a great Christmas gathering with friends.

Never eaten such bad citizens, the bread was cold and sticky and everything fell apart after complaining and got the same thing again, that's not possible. Every snack bar is better than here

Sehr gutes und leckeres Essen. Cool finde ich das es auch Gerichte ohne Brot gibt. Man muss also nicht zwingend nen Burger essen. Die hausgemachte Limo ist auch sehr lecker und erfrischend. Wir kommen wieder.. 🙂

Immer wieder lecker. Burger in verschiedensten Variationen. Man kann bei deren Produktion sogar zuschauen. Auch die selbstgemachten Limos sind zu empfehlen.

It is a really cozy place in the center of Dresden. I loved the cheese burger and the cowboy burger. Maybe i would have liked the option to make the lemonade smaller even though it was very tasty. The staff was really nice also, I loved this place!!

We are very disappointed with the service and quality of the dishes at this restaurant. The waiter, who was obviously not German, was extremely rude: he didn't wish us a bon appetit, didn't ask if everything was OK, and didn't even say goodbye. It seems that the staff does not know the basic rules of etiquette at all. As for the burgers – that was a complete fiasco. The vegetables were completely cold, the rolls were hard, and the sauce was almost non-existent. All of this made the dish absolutely inedible. The restaurant has deteriorated significantly compared to previous years. We will never come back and cannot recommend it to anyone. Management should pay urgent attention to training staff and improving food quality if they want to win back their customers.

You can't give anything else. It's simply delicious here. Fast and polite service, not pushy and on point. Was worth a visit again.

The restaurant is modernly decorated and the staff is really friendly. There is a large selection of food and drinks, some of which are a little more unusual and have funny names. The homemade iced tea was very tasty. Unfortunately, the selection for people with a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle is somewhat limited. It's nice that there is still something available, but it's a real shame that on the one hand you have to pay extra for a vegan bun and on the other hand you have no alternative if, as in my case, it is not available. Unfortunately, the fries weren't crispy and the free sauces didn't convince me either. There's ketchup, mayo (you have to pay extra for vegan mayo) and BBQ (which isn't even vegetarian because it contains anchovies). As a vegan eating guest, I would like more accommodation without being discriminated against in terms of price. If this hadn't been a pre-planned large group meal, I probably would have chosen another place. The noise level was also a bit high and the toilets were very far away in the basement. For larger groups there are few large tables, as there are mainly booths for four.

After a short discussion we finally got a place on Saturday evening. After about 70 minutes we were out of the restaurant again. Our food came quite quickly, as did drinks. Taste: Chicken and fries delicious, burgers quite good, especially the Goose Pulled Porker Burger was good. The sauces average. Try it.

I ate here a few years ago. I and my companion absolutely didn't like the burgers and I gave them a 2 star rating. Due to the alleged embellishment of my own average rating, my review has now been deleted due to defamation. Therefore unfortunately only 1 star.

We were here 11 months ago and wanted something “breakfast”. The food was also ok but the service was unfortunately bad. Maybe the operation was new? We had only received our order incomplete and even when we asked, this was not completely corrected. Then we ran out of time. I was still allowed to pay the full price. Today I receive a message from Google that my review is being deleted due to defamation. So this is how you deal with criticism? Actually, I would have even tried it again with you and maybe corrected my review, but the store definitely doesn't see me that way anymore.

The two of us wanted to eat at the burger restaurant when it wasn't busy. Unfortunately we weren't served and left again. I later wrote this in a Google review. The operator then reported me for defamation. That's how service works.

Even though it was busy in the evening they were able to offer a good place for the 3 of us. Unfortunately the service was very slow. It took quite some time before you could order. Some of the food was repeatedly brought to the wrong tables. If you have drinks and food in front of you, you can really enjoy it. Great drinks and great food. I think the prices are too high, even if the location is so close to the Dresden Frauenkirche.

The restaurant offers a large selection. The food is delicious and served quickly. Very nice and attentive service. I would recommend making a reservation. The restaurant is usually very busy. I'll be back!!!

We got a table even without a reservation. The service was friendly and attentive. The food came quickly. The larger burgers were very tasty as were the fries. The view of the Frauenkirche was very beautiful.

The Burgerei is a nice hamburger restaurant in cozy Dresden. There is a lot of choice and the taste of the burgers is excellent. What else can you say about it: They are hamburgers, they are fries and something like mayo, there can't be much wrong with that. It is also a cozy and busy restaurant. If you want to eat quietly, you should choose something else.

We were here for lunch. Nice atmosphere, the burgers were tasty, the side dishes were okay, but the waiter's service really left a lot to be desired. Starting with an unfriendly greeting and ending with incredibly annoyed and disrespectful comments when asked about the dish.

Best Gluten Free burger ive ever had! Serving is super fast, we waited like 5 minutes for 3 burgers and some fries, the waiter is kind and helpful, and also speaks fluent english!

The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The service was quick and efficient without being intrusive. I would particularly like to highlight the selection of beers. The beers were freshly tapped and tasted excellent. Overall, a very successful visit.

The food is good. Unfortunately the burger bun was cold. Great praise - we were accommodated with the bill. We had to get the drinks and menu from another table after 5 minutes. The food and drinks came very quickly. Deduction for the ambience... At the end we had the feeling that a "cage fight" was taking place in the kitchen. The noises were very disturbing. The way to the toilet could be better signposted... I got lost on the way back😅🤷

Unfortunately the visit was a disappointment. The shop was well stocked. However, when asked whether the service was understaffed, everything was said in the negative and yet everything was running as usual in terms of speed. The burger was tasty even though I got it cold. I didn't get the supplement. The later justification was that it is unfortunately difficult to see in the booking system whether someone has ordered a side dish. Example: Fries with a burger is apparently a gamble because it is difficult to see whether something has been ordered with it. Unfortunately, the service during the visit was also non-existent. If the drink is empty, you can't order anything else because no one is coming over. The restaurant itself is also very narrow. A trip to the toilet is only possible if other guests vacate their seats. All in all: food cold, order not fulfilled, long waiting times, comment from the service: "Everything is normal".

Burgers were ordered. A selection of the burger bun is possible. The burgers were very tasty. The side dishes could also be chosen. The coleslaw is homemade, but the taste could have been more convincing. Unfortunately, the beef patty was not asked about the doneness. The service was friendly. It's nice to sit outside in the middle of Dresden.

We ordered the food at 7:00 p.m. Now it's 8:30 p.m. When we asked how long it would take, we were told it would take even longer with the food. So the meal was canceled on our part. Unfortunately it's not possible to wait that long for food. The waitresses are completely overwhelmed and confused. There is no star from me.

We were there for the second time. This time with our kids, unfortunately there is no children's card etc. The hamburgers and cheeseburgers are of such a size that a hungry child can also eat them. It was a bit carelessly prepared but we all enjoyed it. The homemade lemonade was particularly delicious. The waitress wasn't in the mood today, it's a shame 😕

We had to wait a long time until our order was taken. The food came quickly and the burger was delicious. The fries weren't my thing, but that's a matter of taste. We were here on a weekend evening and had reserved in advance. The smash burgers and fries we ordered arrived within 10 minutes, and the drinks we ordered came even earlier. The burgers were nice and juicy and flavorful and the price was reasonable. The service was good. We'd love to come back.

Good food, skip the veggie smash burger and get a regular veggie burger instead. The smash is not worth the price. The staff is very busy and so you might need to find them to get their attention.

We went to the “Burgerei” for dinner. After a short wait, our drink requests were accepted. The drinks we had were nicely presented. Personally, my lemonade was a bit too sweet for me. The burgers and side dishes we ordered were served quickly. Portion size was sufficient, we were all full. Everything tasted fine. The service was extremely friendly and careful. Price-performance ratio is okay.

Too bad, unfortunately new map. Smaller lighter burgers Fries like at McDonald's instead of thick fries like before I wish you all the best. We are now pausing our visits to you.

There wasn't much going on when we visited, but we were still disappointed with the food. We had a regular smashburger and a vegan burger. The normal burger was fried for far too long, the meat was really tough and the vegan burger was unfortunately far too over-seasoned. Despite there being so little going on, we had to wait half an hour before we could place our order.

Beaucoup de burgers proposés dans ce restaurant, avec des pains différents, plusieurs accompagnements possibles, notamment des frites à base de maïs. La viande est bonne, c'est assez copieux. J'ai pris un burger au jalapeno, le "Mexicain" c'est assez épicé. Il y a aussi dess burgers végétariens et aussi sans pain ou sans gluten.

Extremely satisfied Worth a trip

The ambience is really nice. Great view of the Frauenkirche. It also looked very inviting inside. The toilets are a little further away, but very clean. The burgers themselves tasted good (summer burgers), but you had to look for the cheese on top of the cheese and beef. Unfortunately our rolls were swapped. The sweet potato fries were a little under-seasoned/not seasoned at all. The guys in service are very quick, but unfortunately I find it problematic that only 1 person is responsible for orders and payment. The young man couldn't keep up at all. Ran from one table to the other and we had to wait forever until we could pay. And there were 3 of the guys always on duty. So you should rethink the concept.

The location is great. Unfortunately, the food does not live up to the name of the restaurant “Manufaktur”. The dry aged burger was not medium fried and the buns were a bit stale. Too bad!

The portion size of the side fries is too small in my opinion. For €5 that should be twice as many. The vegetarian burger was very tasty. The vegan burger was too small and too expensive for my companion. The vegan bun also costs extra for the vegan burger. I found it somehow strange. The staff was top. As a burger lover, I unfortunately have to say that the normal burger simply tasted like tomato soup and I almost died from the spicy burger. Otherwise, I really like the restaurant, the selection of drinks and food is great and attention is paid to avoiding gluten. Mega ambience and a perfect view of the Frauenkirche. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't really live up to the name Burger Manufactur. Service was good, friendly and very quick. Large selection of different burgers and the accompanying buns. Beef burger was okay: unfortunately the patty is too compact and therefore firm. They use regional beef and grind it themselves, but unfortunately they are frozen before they are fried. The chicken chili cheese burger was tasty, with a good cornflake breading and very juicy, but unfortunately the expected cheese sauce was missing. But overall a well-rounded burger. Unfortunately, the fries were too soft and not really crispy. What's great, however, is that there is a changing lunch menu.

Manufaktura burgerów - the name obliges and so it happened. We ordered several and each one deserved 5 stars... in one there was a normal medium steak waiting for us.

It was Sunday. Restaurant was empty. I’ve been waiting for waiter 15 minutes. Asked on the bar ti make an order. They said take your sit. And nobody came again. a waste of your time

For €11.90 you can get a solid lunch menu here. The crispy fries were a plus. Unfortunately, the burger wasn't entirely convincing. The chicken was dry and the bun was a bit soggy. Despite the weaknesses in the burger, the price-performance ratio is okay.

The burger was good and I really appreciate the gluten free option for the bun. Still, we had to wait approximately 20 minutes until the staff came to take our order, no smile, no welcome, the guy just took our order fast and left. The food was prepared pretty fast, but it arrived without our drinks that we ordered. We reminded ourselves again and once again, the drinks didn’t arrive. After we finished our food, we asked for the third time for our drinks and it finally arrived - after we finished the food! There was a family next to our table that has been waiting approximately 15 minutes for someone to take their order and after not being attended for so long, they just left. So, once again, the food itself was good, but the service was the worst I’ve experienced in years.

The food itself was good. Our burgers weren't hot though. The buns were no warmer than room temperature and so the entire burger was rather lukewarm. We asked the waitress about it, but we were told that's how it should be.

Die Fitten kosten nochmal 5,90€ extra und waren ein Witz. Viel zu lange in der Fritteuse gewesen, geschmacklich schlecht. Der schlechteste Burger, den ich je hatte. Den 1 Stern bekommt der freundliche Kellner.
