Ordered here with Lieferando. I think 2 burgers with fries each for €35 is steep, especially if they are frozen fries without free ketchup or similar. Burgers were average, not outstanding. Waiting time around an hour.

This establishment is recommended for all age groups. There are tasty burgers, homemade lemonade and various sides that are recommended for everyone.

Fried Chicken Burger very close to the original Kentucky Fried Chicken. As an idea, maybe a little onion on top.

It's really damn tasty! We had the burger with chicken and I can only recommend it to you, the combination with the ingredients alone is great. As a service we had a young woman, super personable and really professional, she was there for us straight away, thank you Sara for that. Thanks to the great ambience, the food and Sara we will come back!

Food was good but the waiting time was bad.

Well, where do I start?! The restaurant is clearly getting old, parts of the furnishings and furnishings are broken and appear unkempt. We were a group of 20 people and made our orders one after the other. The food came almost at the same time. The burgers and sides were served on small trays. The problem was, firstly, that dishes were brought that we had not ordered, and secondly, the side dishes were distributed randomly on other trays, just not on what we had ordered. So we had to pick our own side dishes from everyone else at the whole table. When I order a burger with fries and mayo, I don't understand why it isn't on a tray. No joke, the fries somewhere else and the mayo too. That's how it was for all of us. A colleague orders iced tea and gets a red liquid with carbonation and alcohol and the waitress didn't know what she was serving him. The burgers themselves aren't anything special, apart from the price. I had one with bacon, fried onions, cheese, fried egg and tomato, with a side of sweet potato fries. Egg, bacon, cheese and fries were cold, lukewarm at best, the beef was warm. At a price of around €28, this is not a gastronomic experience. But what I find extremely borderline: you are approached with the condition of asking for a 5 star rating, then you also get a shot for free and all of this before you even get your food. At the end it was clear to me why you should evaluate before eating. For my part, I was very disappointed and the response from my colleagues was similar. If I could finally express one wish, I would like to see more passion, commitment and respect for the guests again.

Our waitress Sara brought us to a table for two as quickly as possible and took the order straight away. The service was very good. Thanks to the great food, the ambience and Sara, we would like to come back.

A bit uncomfortable, dark lights and unfortunately the heating wasn't on in January. Unfortunately, the smashburger was just average. Fries very good. Service very nice!

It's really delicious. I had the smash burger, the patty could have been smashed thinner but the sauces and bread were very good.

Had dinner here this evening. The vegetarian burgers are very good. But the colleagues in service were the best. Even though it was full they were super quick and nice. Conclusion: Stable burgers, prices are really good. The colleagues are great.

Super fast and good service with a cozy atmosphere and creative drink selection

The size of the burger was rather small and the ingredients were rather cheap. The tomato was tasteless and the same goes for the cheese. Altogether the taste felt like paper. The fried potatoes with extra sauce were served in one plate, so that the ones at the bottom were moisturized and tasteless. The service was extremely slow as well. The place itself was cozy though.

The restaurant is modernly furnished. We got a seat very quickly and were served very friendly. I can recommend it!

-Patty didn't taste freshly prepared -Burgers were a bit small -What's really annoying is that table water (i.e. water from the tap) is sold for €6.20 a liter, which costs around €0.002 to purchase.🤨

Unfortunately the burger wasn't ok... it's a shame! Patty wasn't fresh and the taste wasn't great either. Lemonade with frozen East is also bad... It's already wobbly at the top... 🫣

Waited almost 50 minutes for the burgers, which, like the fries, were only served lukewarm. The quality of the burgers is not proportional to the price. Simplest ingredients that were “fancy” shown on the menu. Once and never again.

Quiet atmosphere with friendly service. The food was very tasty, the portions were generous. I particularly liked the ranch dip; It's just something different compared to other burger restaurants. The only thing that was unusual was that the drinks came after the meal - but the meal also happened very quickly. The fundraising campaign that Burgerheart launched is also cool. I read it by chance - it immediately makes you feel better!

We went there for dinner without a reservation and were seated right away. The waitress accommodated our request to change tables, which was appreciated. Now to the food: The menu was different from the online photos. We ordered a Trüffelpuff Beef Burger, a White BBQ Chicken Burger, pound fries (half potatoes, half sweet potatoes) with truffle mayo dip, and Blaubeer Honig Iced Tea. The sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious, though one dip wasn’t enough for the portion. The iced tea was refreshing and flavorful. The beef burger tasted good but the chicken burger didn’t match the description- no caramelized onions and a brioche bun instead of sesame. The waitress offered a replacement, which was nice, but the second attempt was even worse.. The onions were not caramalized, the chicken patty was burned and chewy with hard edges as if they re-heated the old patty. For the price, the food quality was simply unacceptable. All in all, it’s a good hangout but one critique would be… work towards improving their burgers.

Delicious burgers + fries. The burgers were delicious and the XL fries were definitely a good portion too. We also had a truffle mayonnaise which was also very good. Definitely recommended.

A good institution with friendly staff. The burgers are quite tasty, there is a choice of draft beer. Quite cozy and calm. Prices are adequate. Minus for the lack of napkins on the table.

This shop is highly recommended for anyone who likes to wait an hour or longer for their burger and side dishes.

Not recommended. We were forgotten for almost an hour after our order. We got food after about 1.5 hours. The “dip” for the fries (simple wholesale product) costs an additional €2. In the two hours we were here, someone only asked about us once. (We would have drunk more because of the long waiting time). I'm writing this review while we wait for someone to clear our plates. It now takes more than 10 minutes. The burgers themselves weren't bad. The meat was good and the sauce was delicious. The toilets very dirty. It's a shame that the overall impression doesn't fit, the food could be more.

I have no idea the first time we ate here, they really made an effort! Where did that go?

Went there for dinner today after a long time. Mega service very nice. He mastered it on his own in a friendly and qualitative manner. We've been there before and weren't so impressed...but this time everything worked out. Looking forward to the next time ✨😌

I'm here for the first time today and I have to say that I'm positively shocked. 1 the staff was super friendly.2 the atmosphere was also very nice.3 the food was also super tasty. But most of all I liked the staff because you can see that they do their work with heart.

The waitress quickly took us to our reserved table. We had to wait quite a while for our order. After a request it went there. The drinks came quickly and after 30 minutes we had our burger and fries. The White BBQ Chicken tasted good. We had the original Burgerheart fries. Looked normal, like standard fries. Where we were done!  We had to wait and ask for our bill. If you want to eat her, you have to take a little time.

The food looked good, but tasted completely bland. We would have been better off with Burger King. The food was also in our stomachs. The service didn't really care and was very inattentive. 2 burgers plus two drinks for almost €60 - that's not possible!

We had to wait a long time for food even though there wasn't much going on. Burgers were tasty but not great, few toppings. Sweet potato fries and the lemonade are very tasty.

Had the double smash burger with 2 smashed beef patties for 15.50 euros. It tasted really delicious. But if you think you're getting a big burger, I'll have to disappoint you. There came a puny thing!!!

Unfortunately disappointing again. There were two of us. A table was assigned quickly, unfortunately there was only one waiter who was overwhelmed. Order was accepted after 20 minutes, drinks then took another 15 minutes (1x soda, 1x beer) Food (1x burger, 1x loaded fries) came again 15 minutes later… unfortunately both were only lukewarm. If I pay €15.50 for a burger I expect more! The taste was okay. If we hadn't been hungry we would have left. That was the last time here, fortunately there are many smaller shops that have better performance and are even cheaper.
