The food here is so delicious that I can recommend it 100%. Come here and enjoy one of the best hamburgers I've ever eaten.

The food was absolutely delicious. A belated congratulations to our waitress and thank you so much for the excellent service. The menu was extensive, with something for everyone. The cocktails were also very well mixed and perfectly reasonable for the price. We'd love to come back.

The burgers were unfortunately cold, and the service was only so-so. There were nine of us, and we had to actively ask them to clear the table. Burger prices were okay, but drinks were rather expensive. A shame...

It was a weekday and we wanted to order burgers for lunch (around 1 p.m.) to take home. Ordering was quite quick since we were the only ones there. For what I consider an "average" cheeseburger, €11.90 per burger seems quite expensive!

The price-performance ratio is poor, the meat quality is like McDonald's, the veggie alternative is more advisable.

And then it took another 40 minutes for our burgers to arrive. I wish the staff had informed us of the busyness and wait times before we were seated. We were pretty frustrated and even considered just leaving. The burgers were very tasty, but the price was a bit high.

I went to Burgerheart Dresden and had a burger and a homemade lemonade – both were really delicious! 🍔🥤 The burgers are fresh and varied, and the lemonades are super refreshing and homemade. The staff was very nice and friendly; you immediately feel welcome. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back!

Cool burger place, large menu, convincing! If you're looking for something smaller than Peter Pan or fast food places. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't quite right for my taste. The staff were sometimes overwhelmed when answering questions about the menu, there was a smell of toilets in the entrance, and fries are extra for the burger. The taste was okay. I had a no-meat chicken burger with coleslaw on the side. The bun was a bit dry but quite good. The lemonade was a bit poorly presented. The ambiance is also okay, although a bit too dark for my taste, with a modern black decor.

As two tourists, we spotted this place on the street looking for something to eat and drink. We were directed to a table by the entrance. Even though the place wasn't full, we waited a long time to order. Even after our order was taken, our food arrived late. Also, my phone's battery was very low, so we asked if there were any outlets. I was surprised to find there was only one. Only the blonde woman was there to help. The waitress, with her slanted eyes (sorry, I don't know your name), wasn't very friendly. The atmosphere was also very dim. I felt like our energy was being drained.

Good evening, we were there today shortly before 7 p.m. and were immediately and very politely shown to a table (there were three people). After that, we quickly ordered drinks, but they were only for two of the three people, as my companions were allowed to turn the wheel. This also came after a few minutes. I hadn't placed an order at that point. And no one else came after that. After 30 minutes of waiting, we left. It was our first and last time there, which is a real shame.

We were there with 15 people and were unfortunately very disappointed overall. The food took an extremely long time to arrive, some of it completely cold, and the side dishes were completely mixed up. Even the drinks we ordered later—be it beer or cocktails—took over 30 minutes, which is absolutely incomprehensible. We put the drinks down because they would have arrived after the meal, and we didn't want to sit there any longer, since some of us were just getting cold food. Unfortunately, the restrooms weren't particularly clean either. Whether this was due to a lack of staff or us simply having a bad day, I can't say. But if this happens often, I strongly advise against eating here.

Well, to be honest, I was really craving a burger! When I walked in, it smelled faintly of sewage... probably because of the toilets in the basement. The staff was friendly. We ordered and had to wait 40 minutes for our food (there were two of us). The food was also cold, which surprised me, as I would have expected the patty to be warm. In any case, I was also disappointed with the taste of the food. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it at all. And the lighting at the table is terrible; you can't really have a close conversation because the lamp shines so brightly. The vegan/vegetarian selection is extensive, though. I would gladly come back next time if the food tastes better or is warm.

We waited 30 minutes for drinks and one of us couldn't order anything because the service had simply disappeared. The table next to us came after us and got our food first and then our drinks 10 minutes later. We then got up and left. The burgers from the table next to us were so small you could take two bites out of them and the fries could have stayed in the third one for another 7 minutes. Well, the bottom line is we're going to eat somewhere else now.

We ate here on a Saturday night, and it was usually packed. We had to wait over an hour for the food. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't worth it. The service was friendly, but couldn't prevent the frustration of other customers, who left the place without food after a long wait.

Three of us were just in the restaurant at 6:05 p.m. Our order was taken around 6:30 p.m. The drinks arrived at 7 p.m., and we waited quietly until 8:00 p.m. and asked about the food. In the meantime, there was no information from the service. We mentioned that they wanted a solution within five minutes. At 8:10 p.m., the supposed food arrived, and we immediately said, "Please pack it up, we don't have any more time." At 8:15 p.m., they said the patties would take another six minutes. So, they had previously lied about it being our food. We canceled the meal and only wanted to pay for the drinks. The drinks were on the house. Everyone in the service was always friendly but unfortunately completely overwhelmed. Not recommended, the wait was extremely long.

We were there yesterday and can't understand the reviews. Absolutely meager burgers, which are significantly larger at any cheap Arab burger place, and taste-wise, they're all on the same wavelength! The prices are accordingly too high, and the ambiance could be improved considerably! We wouldn't go back. The staff was attentive and friendly.

The iced tea is very lightly sweetened and tastes very bland. The water is very expensive for what it is. All in all, I wouldn't go back again.

Delicious burgers! I had the L.A. Chili Cheese (veggie burger) and my friend had a regular meat burger. We were both very satisfied. The prices are not the cheapest, but the quality is great and the menu offers a wide variety, including many vegetarian and vegan options.

I recently visited Burgerheart in Dresden and I'm absolutely thrilled! The visit was truly a highlight, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant. I particularly want to emphasize the friendly and attentive service. I immediately felt welcome, and the service was excellent throughout the evening. The food was simply delicious. The burgers are super juicy and perfectly prepared, and the sides were also spot on. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and pay a lot of attention to detail. And the best part? The prices are absolutely fair! You really get excellent quality here at a more than reasonable price. If you're in the mood for a really good burger in a relaxed atmosphere in Dresden, Burgerheart is the place to go! I'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, we received a burger with mold growing on the bun. Our complaint was downplayed, and instead of promptly refilling our order, we were only offered one new burger. Of course, you're happy to wait at least another 30 minutes, while the rest of the order gets even colder. We don't even want to imagine what could have happened to my pregnant wife or her unborn child. Management/employees couldn't care less. Absolutely terrible service and incompetent employees/management. Addendum: Dear Burgerheart team, no one has been able to reach us, and mold growth is your fault. A restaurant should check the quality of its food daily.

Burgers and fries are ok, nothing special. I ordered a bottle of water and then the waiter came back with tap water. Apparently they only have "filtered tap water" and they sell it for about 7 euro. To answer the owners below accusing me of lying, yes you do. I did order water, thinking this is bottled water. But when your colleague came, I asked her if this is still water because the bottle wasn't typical like the ones you buy from a supermarket. It looked more like a house bottle. She says it's "filtered" still water and that they do not serve any other type of water. Attaching the receipt.

I can't understand some of the reviews... Service is far more courteous than at many other burger joints in Dresden. The taste and portion size are absolutely adequate and good, and the fries are very good!

We ordered through Lieferando, whose app I've now also deleted. Our order was moldy. Unbelievable. It continued with a lot of hassle and incompetent staff regarding the complaint. In the end, I got my money back, but the tip was of course kept. So I still had to pay. I'd love to sue everyone involved. This is beyond disgusting.

I was there with Neotaste, so we only paid half price, which worked out great, but somehow I can't write a review on Neotaste. The burgers were TINY! If I had paid the original price of €12 or even more, I would have been really angry. So, I was just disappointed... €12 for a burger, only slightly bigger than a McDonald's, is way too much, of course, without a side order and everything. The service was generally friendly, except for that one time when they yelled at us... The burger was very tasty, though, I have to admit. But the atmosphere was not nice at all; it wasn't nicely decorated and much too loud (due to the empty interior). We would have liked to sit on the terrace, but it was "already closed"... Well, sorry for the harsh words, but I won't be going here again :/

We were there for lunch on June 20, 2025. It wasn't busy. Maybe three tables were occupied. One star for the drinks. Otherwise, we've never had such a bad meal with such unprofessional service. Checking the menu using a QR code on my phone was the first thing that wasn't so great. It didn't work for me, but the waitress brought a tray with the menu on it. We ordered drinks, which arrived quickly and were perfectly fine. Then came the food order: My friend ordered a burger with fries. I ordered or wanted to order green asparagus bites or something similar, but they weren't available. Okay, then I'll have the asparagus salad with radishes, cucumber, tomato, wild garlic pesto, lettuce, and dressing. The waitress explained to me that they didn't have any radishes. No problem, I said, and asked for an alternative. The waitress said, "Well, we have Parmesan cheese." It was strange at first, but okay. I said the kitchen should just put more cucumber or tomato on it. Our food arrived, and my salad for €12.90 was terrible. Before I started on the salad, I went to the waitress and asked for condiments (salt/pepper, vinegar/oil). I took the salt/pepper, and when I asked for vinegar/oil, the waitress said they didn't have vinegar or olive oil, they only had frying oil. Seriously? I felt like I'd been made a fool of. Okay, so the waitress said they wanted to ask the kitchen. Meanwhile, I went to my seat and started on my salad. It had one sliced ​​spear of green asparagus on it, I found three halved cherry tomatoes, a few (maybe 8) quartered cucumbers, and wilted old lettuce leaves. I couldn't find any wild garlic pesto, which was listed on the menu, and I couldn't find a substitute for cucumber or tomato instead of radishes either. At least not for a €13 salad. Meanwhile, the waitress came with plastic takeaway containers and explained to me that they had found olive oil in the kitchen and sour cream. They didn't have any vinegar! I told the waitress that I wasn't going to eat that salad and gave her my reasons above. She left with the salad. My friend started eating her burger, which was just mush with fried pieces and old lettuce. The fries were fine. When the waitress came, we also gave her back the burger (mind you, she only ate a small forkful of it; none of the salad had been eaten at all) and said we were going to pay for our drinks and go somewhere else to eat, because, to be honest, we were just fed up with the whole thing. Both the quality of the food and the service, with their somewhat strange way of speaking, were too much. The waitress also said that she was on the phone and that it wasn't possible for us not to pay for the meal. She could offer us an espresso. That's what you do when guests say they didn't like the food and their plates are perhaps almost empty, but not in our case. But in the end, that didn't surprise me anymore. The bottom line: We left and just paid for our drinks, and the waitress wrote down the shortcomings on a piece of paper. Maybe some things could be improved (serving salads is standard). For a burger restaurant, the burger was really bad. Maybe you could change something there, at least in terms of quality and freshness. And the waitress needs a little more training on how to speak to guests and what alternatives are appropriate for food. All the best!

Very disappointing. I ordered the lunch menu with friends and specifically requested a veggie burger. The order was handed over with the same words, but unfortunately, we discovered it was real meat. It couldn't have been a rush, because the place was empty.

Overall I found it rather average, for the high prices the portions were quite small and something was missing everywhere. Constantly loud, technically disturbed music in the background and unfortunately no paper in the toilets and not so nice otherwise. And we were there early in the evening... I wouldn't recommend it.

On Friday, May 2nd, 2025, I wanted to order a takeaway burger here for lunch and asked for the menu in the entrance area. A young employee curtly told me that there was no menu and that I should scan the QR code on a display on the reception counter.

I was here 8 months ago. Food, service, drinks continue to be top notch.

My partner and I thought it was very good. For us it has become a closer alternative to Hans im Glück. The sodas are really delicious and the burgers were also very good. We couldn't complain about dry buns or anything like that. The service was very friendly. We were lucky and didn't have to wait long for our food, but today wasn't that busy either. I could imagine that there would be longer waiting times if you go on a Saturday evening and it is full. Especially now, when it's getting warm again. But I don't think the comparison is justified when you compare Burgerheart to another snack bar. It's more of a restaurant.

We have eaten at Burgerheart several times now and have to say that the taste is really impeccable! A big drawback, however, is the waiting time. No matter whether you eat on site or order food, no matter what time of day, you always wait a long time. When ordering online, people often forget to deliver the drinks. The employees just seem very stupid to us.

I was in Neustadt to have a pleasant evening. But I had to wait a long time for my cocktail, which was very annoying. But overall the visit was good. On Sundays you can get your drink cheaper via Wheel of Fortune. The service was nice and the atmosphere was cozy.
