The burgers are completely overpriced. 15 euros for a small SmashBurger, absolutely a rip off. But the taste is okay Service mediocre.

Quiet atmosphere with friendly service. The food was very tasty, the portions were generous. I particularly liked the ranch dip; It's just something different compared to other burger restaurants. The only thing that was unusual was that the drinks came after the meal - but the meal also happened very quickly. The fundraising campaign that Burgerheart launched is also cool. I read it by chance - it immediately makes you feel better!

We went there for dinner without a reservation and were seated right away. The waitress accommodated our request to change tables, which was appreciated. Now to the food: The menu was different from the online photos. We ordered a Trüffelpuff Beef Burger, a White BBQ Chicken Burger, pound fries (half potatoes, half sweet potatoes) with truffle mayo dip, and Blaubeer Honig Iced Tea. The sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious, though one dip wasn’t enough for the portion. The iced tea was refreshing and flavorful. The beef burger tasted good but the chicken burger didn’t match the description- no caramelized onions and a brioche bun instead of sesame. The waitress offered a replacement, which was nice, but the second attempt was even worse.. The onions were not caramalized, the chicken patty was burned and chewy with hard edges as if they re-heated the old patty. For the price, the food quality was simply unacceptable. All in all, it’s a good hangout but one critique would be… work towards improving their burgers.

Delicious burgers + fries. The burgers were delicious and the XL fries were definitely a good portion too. We also had a truffle mayonnaise which was also very good. Definitely recommended.

A good institution with friendly staff. The burgers are quite tasty, there is a choice of draft beer. Quite cozy and calm. Prices are adequate. Minus for the lack of napkins on the table.

This shop is highly recommended for anyone who likes to wait an hour or longer for their burger and side dishes.

Not recommended. We were forgotten for almost an hour after our order. We got food after about 1.5 hours. The “dip” for the fries (simple wholesale product) costs an additional €2. In the two hours we were here, someone only asked about us once. (We would have drunk more because of the long waiting time). I'm writing this review while we wait for someone to clear our plates. It now takes more than 10 minutes. The burgers themselves weren't bad. The meat was good and the sauce was delicious. The toilets very dirty. It's a shame that the overall impression doesn't fit, the food could be more.

Had a very friendly condition called Sara. Was super friendly and patient with our team and always treated us politely. The ambience and the burger (chicken) were also great.

Sara was a great server. The atmosphere was so funny that we were even allowed to explicitly say her name. Thank you for the great experience and the delicious beer.

The sweet potato fries were inedible in the frying pan for too long... The drinks were served warm Glass with washing up water Hello (Why) The ginger lemon is so sweet... I have no idea the first time we ate here, they really made an effort! Where did that go?

a smash burger, decent don't expect an unforgettable burger, it does the job but no more frozen fries decent final price (burger ~13€ + fries 5€ + drink 5€ = ~23€ per menu) be careful not to be in a hurry, at 9 p.m. impossible to find the waitress to pay, we missed our tram

Went there for dinner today after a long time. Mega service very nice. He mastered it on his own in a friendly and qualitative manner. We've been there before and weren't so impressed...but this time everything worked out. Looking forward to the next time ✨😌

I'm here for the first time today and I have to say that I'm positively shocked. 1 the staff was super friendly.2 the atmosphere was also very nice.3 the food was also super tasty. But most of all I liked the staff because you can see that they do their work with heart.

The waitress quickly took us to our reserved table. We had to wait quite a while for our order. After a request it went there. The drinks came quickly and after 30 minutes we had our burger and fries. The White BBQ Chicken tasted good. We had the original Burgerheart fries. Looked normal, like standard fries. Where we were done!  We had to wait and ask for our bill. If you want to eat her, you have to take a little time.

The food looked good, but tasted completely bland. We would have been better off with Burger King. The food was also in our stomachs. The service didn't really care and was very inattentive. 2 burgers plus two drinks for almost €60 - that's not possible!

Had the double smash burger with 2 smashed beef patties for 15.50 euros. It tasted really delicious. But if you think you're getting a big burger, I'll have to disappoint you. There came a puny thing!!!

Unfortunately disappointing again. There were two of us. A table was assigned quickly, unfortunately there was only one waiter who was overwhelmed. Order was accepted after 20 minutes, drinks then took another 15 minutes (1x soda, 1x beer) Food (1x burger, 1x loaded fries) came again 15 minutes later… unfortunately both were only lukewarm. If I pay €15.50 for a burger I expect more! The taste was okay. If we hadn't been hungry we would have left. That was the last time here, fortunately there are many smaller shops that have better performance and are even cheaper.

Burgers and sodas were delicious, service was quick and friendly. Music is pleasantly quiet, so you can have a conversation and still hear the music. Ambience itself a bit run down.

The food is delicious. Unfortunately there is little staff there, but the staff is very, very friendly.

The waitress quickly assigned us a table, but then the speed slowed down considerably. After a long wait, we were only able to place the order after being asked to do so. It was anything but full. There were seven of us there and after a long wait a single drink arrived. After 7 more minutes, 4 more and after waiting some more, food suddenly arrived for 4 of us. The last drinks were still missing. There was no cutlery at first. The last 3 dishes came along with the last two drinks. The picture shows the Triple Cheese Burger, which looks very sad for the price and only came with one slice of cheese. The salad was very dry and the bread with the salad was as hard as if it had been from the day before. The taste is also just below average. Not recommended, it was my first and last time here.

We were very positively surprised by the interesting burger creations and it tasted good. The prices are typical for a burger restaurant. There are also promotions for students (there is a discount on Thursday through UNIHELD)

There's a lot going on here on Saturday evening. Accordingly, the staff is well challenged. Given that, the service was okay. The burgers are ok, nothing more. Sweet potato fries are great. The homemade lemonade was a bit disappointing. Overall, everything is a bit too expensive.

The burgers are comparatively expensive but of very good quality. The ambience is listless and has as much charm as a canteen. Unfortunately, the biggest problem is the service. Unfortunately he was very rude to us. We were told we would have to wait 45 minutes for a table. After we did this we still couldn't get a seat and the waiter thought we could wait longer. Despite asking, we weren't able to order a drink while we waited.

I was at the burger joint yesterday and I have to say it was a taste explosion! The burgers are so juicy that I almost thought I was in heaven. 🍔✨ But the real highlight was the waiter Kevin. Not only did he take the orders perfectly, he also lit up the whole store with his charming smile and hot looks. 😍🔥 Kevin, you're the reason I'm a regular now! Who needs fries when you can have Kevin? 😂

I find 12-15€ for a burger the size of an appetizer very disappointing. But interesting creations.
