Apart from that, the price of the whole thing is so cheap that the big chains can't just take a leaf out of it. How the woman who runs this manages to do so is a mystery to me. There are people who want to use their skills to make other people happy and full and not primarily rich. Unfortunately, this variety is dying out. I wish the owner that her location is known beyond the borders of Griesheim and that she continues to do what she does for as long as possible.
