Real Japanese food Fantastic 🤩 we are short of words

This is a real Japanese restaurant. That means no sushi-look-a-like stuff, but absolutly fantastic food, like the food I was eating on good restaurants in Japan 35 years ago. Simply a pleasure to eat there. A cousy litle restaurant with fair prices on food and sake, that I can strongly recomment

Never been to such a bad Japanese restaurant, employees speak poor German, the woman on the phone is rude, almost all of the food is not available.

The menu is similar to that of a Japanese izakaya! I was also satisfied with the liver sashimi. After the giblet hotpot, you can add noodles to finish off the meal with ramen🍜I informed them of my order details in advance, so everything went smoothly.

Excellent Izakaya Restaurant. Friendly service, great food and a cozy atmosphere. Perfect for meeting friends in the evening. This restaurant really stands out! See you next time :)

I can't understand the bad reviews. Were there today, it was completely empty (Monday evening), the service was very attentive and friendly and also spoke German. Broken, but understandable. The food was fabulous, had karaage, potato salad and seafood okonomiyaki. Unfortunately there was no sushi or noodle soup.

It takes forever for the food to arrive. Partly good.

It was very delicious. The owner was also very cheerful and cheerful. My girlfriend said so too.

The woman on the phone was very unfriendly! Impossible! The conversation wasn't over yet and she hangs up. We actually wanted to go there for dinner. Not anymore. If the service is like it is on the phone, then hallelujah!

I am thankful that they were accommodating to our last minute reservation on the same day for 7 people. We were keen on having authentic Japanese food at this restaurant and it did not disappoint. We noticed that all other customers were Japanese, which is a hallmark of authenticity. The motsunabe, hokke fish, gyutan, and gyoza was excellent. The waitress is so nice and speaks fluent English, which was helpful.

Very nice Ramen! I went there with my Czech colleague. He enjoyed as well. The price are reasonable(of course expensive than eating in Japan) but worth to visit at least once if you have not experienced Japanese Ramen.

Originally Japanese, card basically only in Japanese, really authentic. Very nice and not one of the usual Japanese tourist places in Düsseldorf.

Too terrible! The most disgusting and expensive food I have eaten. First ,we were not told that the beef intestine hotpot requires a reservation. When we arrived, the menu was completely incomprehensible. The waiter misled us into ordering the wrong salmon pot, but there was no "salmon" on the menu at all. After waiting for over an hour and finally the wrong dish was served. I don't eat fish at all！ After complaining, the waiter said that there was unsold beef intestine hot pot and asked us if we still wanted it and We agreed, but at the end of the check they charged us several euros more because we didn't have a reservation! Ridiculous! We bought the unsold hot pot for you, but you charge us a non-reservation fee without informing us in advance! In addition, takeaway the left food is not allowed , so we can only watch the food being wasted. This meal cost the three of us 140 euros, but I didn't eat any! Too expensive and rude！

The food is ok but doesn't worth the price, the portion size is too small. The menu is a bit confusing and entrees need to be pre-ordered to be eaten on site. Eating other snacks like ice cream inside is not welcomed, which makes sense and we went outside to finish to show our respect after they promised it was ok this time. Unfortunately, we didn't feel the same respect. Packing and taking away are not possible here which is ridiculous. The attitude of one of the waitress is ok however the rest is a disaster. The essential information was always not communicated in advance, for example, they didn't tell us about the extra charge for the food that was not pre-ordered until when we need to check the bill. And as you could see from the previous comments, the reply from the restaurant to the customers is always arrogant and offensive. In total, it's not a customer-friendly Japanese restaurant for fresh new customers especially from other cultural backgrounds.

Would not recommend this shop because they did not welcome foreign people . The staff said tonight only reservations but we saw a lot of empty tables with no reservation card whatsoever.

Service was ok although they don’t speak English nor German. Price quite high for a pot that contains mostly vegetables. A very oily pot by the way.

人生中第一次吃到4欧元一碗的米饭，甚至还是只有半碗的量的那种，何况用的也不是什么好米，连最基本的水量调节都有问题，不知道这样的米饭店家自己吃着是什么感觉。招牌的牛肠锅里牛肠屈指可数，建议直接改名卷心菜锅。茶水只给倒了半杯多一点的量，一杯2.5欧。在杜塞尔多夫吃过的所有日本餐厅里最差的一次体验。

Preisleistungsverhältnis sehr schlecht

Das Essen war okay. Der Preis aber überteuert. Der Hähnchen Pot selbst kostete 26€ p.p., dazu muss man noch 4€p.p. für Reis und 1€ pro mal für die extra Suppe. Und für diesen Preis kriegt man doch keinen Tisch service wie das wenn man so ein pot Speise in Japan bestellt.

Nach ein paar Minuten hat man das Gefühl man ist in Japan. Tolles Restaurant. Man muss japanische Küche mögen. Hier gibt es kein, an die europäische Küche, angepasstes Essen. Top Laden.

I would say this is one of the most authentic and tastiest Izakayas in Düsseldorf.

The restaurant stands for food from the Hakata town/region in the South of Japan. I had Wagyu tongue, bonito and grilled mackerel which was all very good. The only problem is that they do not speak German at all and their English is not very good either.

We made an email reservation for Omakase for Dec 15, it was confirmed by Hakata, but when we arrived with expectation, we were told that there was no reservation at all?!?!?! After they checked our reservation email(several times) we were told that they forgot about our Reservation and they were sorry, the WHOLE TIME(about 15 min) they did not even ask us to come into the restaurant but let us wait in the -5 C COLDNESS. My husband and I like Japanese food pretty much and this is the WORST service attitude EVER. In the end they mention they will give us a gift if we come next time, I don’t think there is gonna be a next time.

A first Japanese restaurant I ever encountered. Said as Izakaya. Their not even reach the “I”. Bad service. Ordered with no stock also not inform. Just let us wait. Kitchen close at 9pm just want to surprise us. Not been inform too. We ordered a bottle of sake. This sake need to choose from their stock. Pls don’t see the drink menu. Most of them no stock. End up we still hungry. Force us to go another restaurant. As a Japanese food fan. I hope they will rectify the problem of their restaurant. Hope to see them get well in my next trip to Düsseldorf.

The restaurant offers a seasonl set menu of authentic Japanese food. The chef has recently arrived from Japan and prepared all the food by himself. He starts with preparation two days ahead. The food is exceptionalnd accomodates any allergies. The place let me feel being in Japan.

Incredibly average food and horrible service. There are two restaurants here, so if you want sushi you need to book for a separate place inside

通过fb找到了预约邮箱定了周六晚上的omakase，80多欧一个人性价比太高了，吃的超级撑！前菜都好好吃，而且摆盘很好看，寿司看着师傅做的，会用谷歌翻译告诉你是什么鱼，总之很棒的体验！

Sehr feines Essen! Der Kellner konnte zwar weder Deutsch noch Englisch, aber er war sehr aufmerksam!

サービスは満足でした。予約の際にも長くお待たせするかもしれませんが大丈夫ですかと親切に聞いてくれました。雰囲気もとてもよくリラックスできます。ただ、注文するものによるかも知れませんが、マグロを頼んだら信じられないくらい小さな小鉢で出て来たので驚きました。20€の価値はありませんでした。今度はマグロを避けて別のものを注文します。定員さん達とても親切です。

Super tasty high quality authentic Japanese food. A true hidden gem. Each dish is small portion like tapas, very suitable for a group of friends or colleagues to share few dishes together. Cozy ambience with seperation between tables. Close at 9:30pm, so suggest coming earlier.

Sehr authentisches Lokal nichts „typisch“ japanisches und keine Fusion Küche. Hier lernt man dazu….riesige Auswahl an Sake aber auch Pfälzer Wein von meinen Freunden Petri aus Herxheim am Berg

Ich konnte ”レバ刺し“ (leber-sashimi) endlich essen. Seit über 10 jahren habe ich das nicht mehr gegessen. es war sehr lecker! Falls Sie es essen möchte, bei der Reservierung müssen Sie bescheid sagen. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr sehr nett! Meine Freundin hat dank ihr eine sehr schöne zeit gehabt. wenn ich das nächste mal nach Düsseldorf komme, möchte ich auf jeden Fall möchte hier essen.

Das Restaurant ist wirklich schön eingerichtet! Auch das Essen ist sehr lecker! Leider hat alles sehr sehr lange gedauert, wir konnten als Gruppe nicht zusammen essen, ein Teil unserer Gruppe musste 1 1/2 Stunden auf ihr Curry warten :/… dieses kam erst kurz vor 22 Uhr. Der Service war leider nicht freundlich, man hatte das Gefühl als wäre man eine Last und ein unerwünschter Gast. Wir hätten gerne mehr bestellt, aber der Service war immer so schnell wieder weg, das wir nie richtig die Chance hatten zu bestellen. Sowas sind wir von japanischen Restaurants eigentlich nicht gewohnt - schade :(!

Super freundliches Personal. Es ist ein eher familiärisches Restaurant und lädt zu einen schönen Abend ein. Auch die location sieht wirklich passend zum Stil des Essens gut aus. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Ultra freundliche Bedienung und spürbare Gastfreundschaft. Das nur zusätzlich zu der ohnehin schon hervorragenden Küche und Speisen.

ドイツには日本レストランはたくさんあるが、ここは、日本の南にある九州の郷土料理が楽しめるレストランです（私が育った所）。 しっかりと仕込みのされた手作り料理を味わうことができ、お酒の種類も豊富です（たまに品切れの酒もあり）。 店員さんは気さくで良い方達ですが、お店は少ない従業員で対応しているので、事前に料理の予約をすることをオススメします。 僕は事前に予約注文をしていたので、比較的早めに料理が提供されました。 ふるさとの懐かしい料理を味わいたいとき、ぜひまた訪れたいです。

Der Geheimtipp in Düsseldorfer. Ein sehr typisches regionales japanisches Restaurant mit typischen Speisen aus Fukuoka im süden Japans. Geführt von einer sehr netten Familie. 80 % der Gäste sind Japaner, dass sagt es muss einfach super sein. Es ist nicht immer leicht einen Tisch zu bekommen aber es lohnt sich auf jedenfall. Die Speisen sind frisch und lecker. Preis, Leistung sehr sehr gut. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Wer japanische Spezialitäten (besonders aus der Region Hakata), abseits vom klassischen Ramen und Sushi probieren möchte, der ist hier genau richtig! Das Essen ist sehr authentisch und es gibt auch Izakaya-mäßig viele kleine Gerichte zum teilen. Die Bedingung ist sehr freundlich und versteht deutsch und japanisch. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und auch bei hohem Besucherandrang hat man genug Privatsphäre. Bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten berät die Bedienung sehr hilfsbereit. Am Wochenende Reservierung ggfs empfohlen. Wir sind auf jeden Fall begeistert und kommen zu diesen Geheimspot gerne wieder!

Super leckeres Essen in entspannter Atmosphäre. Die Wartezeiten waren länger als gewohnt, dafür wird das essen frisch zubereitet und somit keinen Stern Abzug wert. Positiv aufgefallen ist auch die nette Bedienung 👍🏼. Gerne wieder, bis demnächst.

Sehr authentische, japanische Küche. Toller Isakaya-style der sein übriges tut um sich wirklich wie in Japan fühlen zu können. Ich werde auf jeden Fall noch öfters dorthin gehen. Besonders mit Freunden eine Empfehlung.

Es war einen tollen Abend mit super freundlichem Service und ganz leckerem Essen, sehr empfehlenswert und wir werden bald wieder besuchen.

店の雰囲気、店員さんは気さくで良い。 ただまだ新しく開いた店らしく、サービスシステムがまだ整ってない部分がある。 食事も美味いし居心地は良しです。

ラーメンを頼んだら、厨房が混んでいるとの理由で30分かかると言われ待っていたら、30分たった頃にさらにプラスで30分かかると言われました。 いくらなんでも時間かかりすぎかと思うが。。

九州の美味しいものを満喫できます。 予め予約する必要がありますが、ここのモツ鍋と鴨鍋（鴨のしゃぶしゃぶ）は絶品です。 大将が化学調味料なしで丁寧に炊いたスープがめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。 お肉と野菜を食べた後はご飯を入れると最高です。 あと、熟成牛タンのたたきもおすすめです。九州の甘辛いお醤油で頂けます。 今はプレオープン（？）でそれほど混んでませんが、もつ鍋や鴨鍋がお好きなら、混み出す前に絶対行っておいた方が良いですよ！ お鍋は要予約ですので、数日前に電話予約されると良いと思います。

鍋の味は美味しいが3人前で約60ユーロの鍋の少なさに驚愕。あとで鍋の具材がくると思ったが全部入って3人前だった。 料理がどこのテーブルもほとんど出てきておらず、帰ってる人多数だった。

週末なのに席がまばらにしか埋まっていませんでした。席は雰囲気が良いとは言いにくく、寒くて入り口の前でも無いのに足が凍えそうでした。 メニューに写真は無く、大根サラダがラディッシュで出来ていていました。もつ鍋以外のメニューが種類が少なく、値段の割に量が少なく、ガッカリ。美味しいとは思えませんでした。 お酒は変なグラスに入っていたので、雰囲気に合いません。 請求書に税金番号が無いとの説明書きがありました。 全く満足出来なかったので、食事をやめて別のレストランに行き直しました。

Während an einem Samstag Abend vor jedem Lokal Leute draußen auf einen freien Platz warten, war es im HAKATA erfreulich leer. 🤔 vielleicht, weil es nicht gut ist? Das kann aber nicht sein!!! Aufmerksame Bedienung betreut den Gast auf Deutsch und japanisch. Das Essen selbst ist sensationell gut. Es wird rasch geliefert, sieht optisch schon lecker aus und lukullisch ist alles ausgezeichnet! Jeder Euro von unserer 99€ Rechnung war es wert! Wahrscheinlich wird es bald auch vor diesem Lokal schon bald lange Schlange geben, denn seit Mitte Oktober erst bietet das Restaurant Food&Drinks an.

Motsu-nabe was excellent. Friendly staff is a plus. Might be asking for too much but wish to see more selection of Sake and Shochu in the future. But I would definitely recommend this place👍

今日10/4から夜の本格的なオープンと聞いて、早速楽しみにしていた”もつ鍋”を食べてきました。もつ鍋のダシでシメのラーメンを食べると、おいしくて幸せでした。
