Very dear team, We went to dinner with our niece and nephew at the end of the day and were really looking forward to the ribs all you can it. The taste was okay, only some ribs were warm and some were tough and cold. Regarding the salsa, it tasted like water and was very thin and could have been a little more seasoned. Otherwise 3 points deducted because you are not allowed to take the remaining ribs that you can no longer eat with you even though you pay your bill. Because we would rather throw it away, this is not exactly organic.

The host was totally rude and unprofessional. Will not give these people my business. Horrible food, no taste, caned products and over priced. Will not recommend to anybody. Had a chimichanga, quesadillas and tacos that were pre made or caned ingredients. No bueno

Not real Mexican. Food lacked flavor. Only thing I enjoyed was the mango margarita and chips con queso (la salsa roja was also good) but other than that, nope just NO👎🏻

The food is really tasty, the wings are great but also the Mexican dishes. It's always busy, so you should definitely make a reservation.

Really extremely old. I remembered it differently. Anyone who has ever been to Mexico will only laugh. It was dirty and there was insufficient ventilation. Way too much cheese, chicken not grilled well, but black. The rest is loveless, tastes borderline. It was always on my bucket list when I was a teenager, but it was crossed off and it's no longer on it.

I can really recommend the all you can eat ribs every Thursday. We got new ribs super quickly and were able to really take advantage of the all you can eat option. The prices were good too. The accompaniment also really enjoyed the dishes on the menu.

Came here with the family on a Saturday evening, was surprised that they kind of discouraged waiting for a table since they had a short wait list, they quoted 20 minutes but seated us well before. Table and menus were clean. Service was moderate speed, they have little flags on the table to raise to get service, like that option and generally received server attention after we raised the flag. Main server was effective but very, very impersonal. If they would install a Robot to take orders and pay the bill, you could program it to more friendly than our server was. Free nachos were surpirsingly good, the rest of the meals were very average except the fajitas which were probaly the most tasteless that we ever had. Assume they were beef as requested, but they certainly didn't taste good. If we come here again, which is unlikely, we would never, ever, order the beef fajitas here again. In the States we would have asked to take these tasteless Fajitas of our bill but from our experience here in Germany that's not usual, hence we didn't.

Dishes we ordered: Burrito - flavor okayish, rice that came with it completely overcooked and mushy Quesadilla - pale and soft (supposed to be pan-fried and be correspondingly crispy) Chimichangas - soggy, which is baffling, considering this is a deep-fried dish. Maybe the oil wasn't hot enough... Chile relleno - based on the fairly quick cooking time and the consistency, I'm pretty sure it was frozen and reheated. Not impressed. Churros - freshly made and yummy The food wasn't horrible, but disappointing. Friendly and attentive service. The makeshift dividers between the booths (probably leftover from the pandemic) are a bit of a mood killer. Either take them down or put up something nicer. Fair prices considering inflation and increased food costs.

The service was quick and good. The waiters and bartenders are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful time! Definitely recommend Banana Strawberry Colada.

Dreck's shop was there today, had three drinks poured over it and then they stood there and thought it was funny, it was the last time

Haven't been here for a while, but the kitchen didn't disappoint! Due to its size, it is a little louder and has a less quiet ambience. But if you know it, you won't be disappointed. We had a table further back, but it was super quiet! Ask about it. The margaritas were also great!

Unfortunately I was disappointed. We had a table far away. The food ordered was wrong. The ambience is something from the seventies and a bit out of date. The waitress barely understood German and you had to explain everything you wanted three times. So I don't go there anymore.

The mango lemonade is sweet but tasty. I ordered the Guadalajara but requested one chicken and one cheese enchilada instead of two cheese but I received one beef and one cheese. My friend picked a flauta and was given a tamale. The sauce on the enchiladas is a lumpy gravy that needs more seasoning and the rice and beans left much to be desired. I will say that the ground beef in my taco and enchilada was well seasoned and had good flavor.

Schnitzel gravy for my chicken enchiladas. Neon green slime instead of guac. Yet another terrible "Mexican" restaurant. This place would probably be great if your only experience with Mexican food was the stuff made by Italians and Middle-Easterners everywhere else in town. If you've had real Mexican food, please don't bother. The mini-sombrero lights above the tables were a nice touch.

We wasted $70 on the food . The waitress messed our drinks n the chef our food . The only good thing that we ate was the appetizer wings . I highly not recommend this restaurant!!! Please if u hungry just starve .

I'm from south Texas and was looking for a Mexican fix.. this is on the lines of TexMex. I ordered the shredded beef plate...it came with a smorgasbord of every thing. I came out stuffed. I gave it 5 stars because they had jalapeño and chips and salsa.....staple of Mexican restaurants.

Delicious food at good prices. Nice and fast service. We forgot the nachos, but we got a dessert on the house. Absolute recommendation!

We've been going to the "Hacienda" on and off for years. The food is good and inexpensive. The service is also good, the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the facility is a bit outdated and renovation could be considered. Nevertheless, we will continue to come here because we know that the Hacienda can be relied on! 😊

We were here for the first time yesterday and we liked everything. The food was really tasty, the staff was also very friendly and nice. We'll definitely come again.

The menu is very overloaded. A little less and more clear would be nice.

We enjoyed eating there for years. Burrito was always delicious. Poppers are recommended. Unfortunately the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired… window sill very dusty. The table and everything on it is stuck. There was leftover food under the table. The plates were greasy and sticky. A family member ate seafood…. These came out ugly later... Unfortunately we won't be visiting it again!

There's always a lot going on here. It is best to reserve a table if you are a larger group. There are small flags on the tables. If you pull it up, the waitress knows exactly what you want to order. You definitely need to take some time here, especially when there is a lot going on. But you will be rewarded with the fantastic taste

Food is bad to okay. The only Mexican in KL who often gives you a stomach ache after eating. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not particularly hygienic either. The same applies to the service. Everything is very old.

The food was wonderful and very tasty. The starters were perfectly coordinated with the main course. The food was also beautifully prepared. The staff is very nice and accommodating. There are sufficient parking spaces around the restaurant. Gladly again!

At the end of yesterday I had dinner with my family at the Hacienda Restaurant. At reception they were visibly annoyed that we arrived a little later than the time originally reserved. It took a few minutes until we were shown to our table. We started our meal with cheesy nachos topped with a mush of crushed jalapenos. The nachos didn't taste like anything and the cheese also looked very unappetizing. My Fanta was glassy and had lots of ice cubes. The taste was weird, like a little bit of flavor had been mixed with a lot of water. For the main course, my husband and I ordered La Hacienda and a hamburger with fries. At La Hacienda the food was mostly cold to lukewarm. Skin had already formed on the sauce and was flaky because it had cooled. The cheese was barely warmed up, everything looked very carelessly prepared and unappetizing. After biting into the taco, it was over for me. The minced meat tasted extremely salty, so I had to return the food. According to my husband, the hamburger was edible. However, he didn't like it either. I rate the service alone as satisfactory because he didn't charge for my food. Unfortunately, we were not informed that nachos were available on the house. This should be mentioned when ordering food. The service staff was mostly friendly and came to our table as quickly as they could that day. Unfortunately, the waiting time for food was far too long with children. For us it was the first and last time we visited this restaurant.

Very, very cool insider! I love the “private” bench seating that allows visitors some privacy. You never have to wait long and the food always comes very quickly. The food itself is also a 10 out of 10, there is absolutely nothing to complain about!!! Absolute favorite and recommended, amazingly low prices too

We've been going to the Hacienda for decades, but yesterday was the last time we were there. It's unbelievable how brazenly you get ripped off. In the pictures you can see nachos with cheese for 8.40, with chile con queso for 3.90. In the past, the nachos were on the larger plate, with more cheese and fewer air holes created by artistic stacking. Also appropriate for the price. The 'Mexican' cheese dip Chile con queso was just disgusting analog mush, taste Corrugated cardboard. But then there was free fruit and blowflies in the sugar. Since it's not exactly high season for blowflies at the moment, you can imagine how often the sugar is replaced/refilled/checked. Choke. My companion ordered her refill for the iced tea 4 times (from different servers) until she got it. If we had been Americanos, we would definitely have gotten it quicker. The money is really too expensive for this rip-off, we won't bring ours to you anymore.Hasta never again Hacienda 👋🏻

Alles in allem ok. Service war nett, aber trotz den kleinen Fähnchen die man hissen muss, hat es relativ lange gedauert bis jemand unsere Bestellung aufnahm und dann nochmal so lange bis die Getränke da waren. Man muss dazu sagen, dass die Bude voll war und schon Gäste vor der Tür warteten bis Tische frei werden. Essen was in Ordnung, nichts zu beanstanden. Meinem Geschmack nach fehlte etwas Würze, die man aber selbst nachlegen kann. Es ist für jeden was dabei, auch Vegane Gerichte sind auf der Karte zu finden. Den hausgemachten Eistee ( ungesüßt, kann am Tisch gesüßt werden) kann man sich jederzeit kostenlos nachfüllen lassen. Das Ambiente ist ok, allerdings ist es sehr laut. Aber bei nem Mexikaner durchaus zu erwarten. Zudem waren wir waren mit einem Baby unterwegs. Einen Wickeltisch gab es leider nur auf der Frauentoilette und da war auch sehr sehr wenig Platz. Fazit: Ist einen Besuch wert, der Rest ist Geschmackssache 😊

Restaurant war kalt, musste meine Jacke gleich anlassen. Bedienung war sehr nett, und Essen war für mich ganz gut. Mexikanisch ist nicht meins, war eingeladen. Für mich nix.

Waren in den letzten Jahren öfter dort und eigentlich immer zufrieden. Letzte Woche allerdings, nach mehreren Monaten Abstinenz, waren wir ziemlich enttäuscht von unserem Essen. Der Avocadosalat war vollständig bedeckt mit Sour Cream und Käse und sah relativ unappetitlich aus. Der California Burrito, eine weißlich, helleTortilla mit shredded beef, war sehr trocken und ungewürzt und sah eklig aus. Wir haben dann Salsa nachbestellt, um das Teil halbwegs runterzukriegen. Qualitativ hat das Restaurant in der Vergangenheit schon wesentlich bessere Zeiten erlebt. Ein Plus sind immer noch die kostenlosen Chips mit Salsa.... allerdings reißen die die schlechte Hauptspeise auch nicht raus. Leider war die Servicekraft auch nicht die Freundlichkeit in Person.

Wir war dort gemeinsam mit ein paar Freunden essen und es war wirklich super. Das Essen war gut und der Service sehr nett. Wir würden nur am Anfang übersehen, sodass es etwas länger dauerte, bis wir bedient wurden. Danach war aber alles super. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es war nur etwas kalt als wir dort waren. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und sind statt und zufrieden nach Hause gefahren.

Wir sind haben für 6 Personen reserviert. Am Tisch angekommen gibt man uns nur 2 Speisekarten, obwohl es ausreichend Speisekarten gibt. Die Karte ist sehr unübersichtlich und erschlägt einem fast, Struktur Fehlanzeige, alles ist wild durcheinander gewürfelt. Es ist unheimlich zugig am Tisch und es wird unangenehm kalt. Wir sprechen das Personal an und wechseln an einen anderen Tisch. Offenbar sind die Fenster undicht, denn es zieht auch hier wie Hechtsuppe, was den Aufenthalt schon sehr unangenehm macht. Ich ziehe meine Jacke wieder an und stelle fest, auch andere Gäste sitzen in Ihren Winterjacken am Tisch. Noch schlimmer ist jedoch das Essen. Von unseren 6 Gerichten wurde nicht eins aufgegessen, weil es schlicht nicht geschmeckt hat. Auf meinem Burger waren genau 3 Scheiben Gurke, einen Scheibe Tomate, eine Scheibe einer großen Zwiebel und das Fleisch - fertig - furztrocken. Zu den kalten Pommes, die nahezu kein Salz gesehen haben, gibt es einen Beutel Ketchup wie am Imbiss, das war's. Wir haben dann direkt bezahlt und sind gegangen. Wer einmal richtig gut essen will, ist hier falsch.

Wir waren mit unserem Paintball Team dort essen…alles in allem war es ok. Bis auf Micha…dem hats ned geschmeckt.

All you can eat ist extrem geil dort.

Einer der vielen Mexikaner in Kaiserslautern der Tex-Mex Küche anbietet.Origial Mexikanische Gerichte findet man hier aber kaum, man sollte jedoch erwähnen das es in der Nähe ebenfalls einen guten Mexikaner gibt bei dem einige Gerichte deutlich besser schmecken .Leider schwankt die Qualität mancher Speisen stark. Ich gehe Trotzdem gerne zur Hacienda weil ich die Gerichte mit der BBQ Sauce mag. Von Vorteile ist es ,das man durch die Größe des Restaurants auch Kurzfristig einen Platz bekommt, auch mit mehreren Personen.Parkplätze sind auch kein Problem.

Das Essen dauerte sehr lange. Eine bestellte Beilage zum Essen würde vergessen und musste nochmal bestellt werden. Früher war es irgendwie besser

Service ist bemüht und freundlich. Doch egal ob Getränkeaufnahme, Essensbestellung und Bezahlung alles dauert ewig. Ist mit anderen Mexikanern im Umkreis nicht zu vergleichen. Für uns der erste und letzte Besuch.

Der Gruß aus der Küche wurde uns leider doch auf die Rechnung gestellt. Leider zu spät festgestellt Das Essen nun ja. Der vegetarische burrito war mit tk kaisergemüse gefüllt und hat somit nichts mexikanisches für mich, zudem war das Gemüse schon zu weich. Da war null biss. Ich habe da was anderes erwartet. War enttäuscht und musste noch nie solch eine Menge zurückgeben. Brownie nun ja, da war meine Hoffnung das dieser heiß ist. Leider anscheinend auch nur ein zugelaufen billiges Produkt Nochmal werden wir wohl nicht kommen

Essen geschmacklich sehr gut. Service außerordentlich freundlich, obwohl die Bude voll war. Preis- Leistung top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unfreundliche Bedienung, Preise gehen hoch, Beilage wie Pommes werden bei chicken wings, all you can eat, ganz gestrichen. Dafür gab es 4 Karottenstreifen…. Alles in allem wird es immer unverschämter.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, nicht dass sauberste Lokal. Personal deutlich überfordert, Soße zum Gruß aus der Küche hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Ansonsten waren Getränke und Essen ganz gut. Nicht super raffiniert aber ok.

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker und Preis/Leistung stimmt definitiv. Kenne das Lokal schon sehr viele Jahre... Leider hat sich darin kaum was verändert und wenn, dann nur zum negativen. Von Flur bis Gastraum und Toilette müsste dringend mal renoviert werden. Auch was die Deko angeht, gibt es Luft nach oben.

Essen hat alles gleich geschmeckt. Personal war total überfordert. Ständig etwas falsches oder gar nicht gebracht. Wir waren sehr unzufrieden.

Essen und Getränke waren lecker mit Abzügen. Als Gruß von der Küche gab es Nachos mit einem Dip. Leider schmeckte dieser nach Wasser als wäre er gestreckt worden. Der größte Minuspunkt war der Service. Wir mussten sehr lange warten bis wir erstmal bestellen konnten. Nach der Bestellung ging es dann relativ zügig zu den Getränken, Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichten. Das bestell System ist sehr merkwürdig. Jeder bekommt separat eine Rechnung geschrieben und wenn man für jemand anderen der weiter hinten am Tisch saß was bestellte wurde man direkt angemacht wieso man bestellt habe und nicht die Person die das Getränk tatsächlich wollte. Das würde so nicht gehen.. what?!? Ich mus sagen wir waren von 18:00 - 20:30 Uhr da und als wir gezahlt haben waren immer noch leere Gläser und Teller auf dem Tisch gestanden die einfach nicht abgeholt wurden. Als der Kellner mit den Rechnungen kam wurden diese auf den Tisch geknallt und ringsum verteilt. Auf ein Trinkgeld wurde nicht reagiert (der ein oder andere hat auch keins gegeben aber war mehr wie recht). Als einer von uns auf der Toilette war während des Zahlens und wieder zurück an den Tisch kam wurde er direkt überfallen er solle doch bezahlen jetzt. Einfach bodenlos. Da wollte man mal was Neues probieren und macht so einen ersten Eindruck. Einmal und nie wieder. Und wir sind extra von der Weinstraße hier her gekommen auf Empfehlung. Nein danke. Immerhin war das Essen „gut“

We are regular Hacienda customers since 1988. I recommend making a reservation at night. Lunchtime you are normally served quickly and for a good price. There are many similar restaurants in the area however this is our favorite. They have the best chips and salsa. You can order a spicy salsa if you like it. My favorites are the lunch combos and fajitas. The atmosphere is best in the front section by the bar area. Staff is friendly and responsive. Being a long time customer there have been times the fajita beef was tough or dry but they had no issues with me sending it back and ordering something different.

Ich frage mich immer woher die guten Bewertungen kommen. Das Restaurant ist sehr heruntergekommen. Toiletten und Fußböden sehr dreckig und klebrig. Überall findet man Essensreste aus historischen Zeiten. Der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Falsches essen, teilweise kalt und nicht durchgebraten. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und können die vielen positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen

Essen ist lecker und das Ambiente ist recht gemütlich. Ist bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber alles in allem gut 👍🏾

Definitiv nicht schlecht, aber bei den Rippchen wurde lange Garzeit wohl durch große Hitze ersetzt (trocken und recht zäh), die Bohnen schmeckten wie Heinz Beans aus der Dose und die Wartezeiten waren recht lang. Highlight war die Muschelsuppe zur Vorspeise (New England Clam Chowder).

Die besten Buffalo Wings weit und breit. Bisher keine besseren in und um KL gefunden.

Leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen!!!!

Das Essen ist super lecker. Wir hatten viele verschiedene Gerichte bestellt, und alle Speisen waren sehr lecker. Der Service war super und hat unser Fragen beantwortet und sonderwünsche wurden beachtet. Das ganz Restaurant ist sauber und völlig in Ordnung. Die Toiletten waren sauber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall normal dort essen. Die Getränke waren sehr lecker.

Schrecklicher Abend!!! Die Tische stehen viel zu eng, man muss sich überall durchquetschen. Auf Nachfrage für Kinderstühle, wurden diese nur widerwillig gebracht, weil es laut deren Aussage zu eng dafür sei. Dann würde die Bedienung ja nicht mehr durchkommen. Alleine bei der Getränkebestellung lief so viel falsch. Gläser wurden nicht gebracht, auch auf mehrere Nachfragen nicht. Wir gingen dann selbst zur Bar und haben uns Gläser geholt. Falsche Getränke wurden gebracht. Nachdem wir über eine Stunde auf unser Essen warten mussten, wurde es zu allem Übel auch noch teilweise kalt serviert. Beschwerde wurde nicht wirklich ernst genommen. Nie wieder!

Es dauert viel zulange bis das Essen kommt. Bedienung interessiert es nicht wenn die Flagge oben, sie ignorieren es so gesagt.

Das beste mexikanische Essen. Die magaritas so lecker, der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Mit mehreren Leuten sollte man reservieren, ansonsten kann es zu etwas Wartezeit kommen.

Es war das erstmal und das letztmal das wir in diesem Restaurant waren. Leider war das Restaurant Cantina Mexicana wegen Ruhetag geschlossen. Aus diesem Grund ging wir in das Hacienda Mexican. Beide Essen waren nicht überzeugend, Schweine und Rindfkrisch waren trocken gebraten und lieblos auf den Teller gebracht. Es ist nicht empfehlenswert dort zuspeisen.

Nach 7 Jahren waren wir mal wieder in dem Restaurant. Es hat sich gar nichts verändert. Es sieht noch genauso aus wie damals. Wir waren gegen 17 Uhr dort. Es war leer und trotzdem dauerte das Essen sehr lang. Für 5 Personen erhielten wir eine ganz kleine Schüssel Chips. Wir bestellten Guacamole, welche keinen Geschmack hatte und auch nicht frisch schmeckte. Die Chicken Nuggets für Kinder waren aufgetaute Nuggets aus der Tüte. Das Einzige, was wir leer hatten, waren am Ende die Getränke. Margarita war ok, könnte aber mehr Alkohol vertragen. Homemade Limonade ist gut. Fazit: Wir kommen nicht noch einmal wieder. Es gibt definitiv bessere mexikanische Restaurants.

The most authentic thing about this restaurant is the flies. Visited this restaurant last week for the first time, probably the last. I was worried about the food being good so I ordered something simple. A burrito. #357 on the menu. The order came fairly quickly which was nice. The staff was polite and helpful. But wow. The burrito was a tragedy. Just bland. A sad little bland burrito. Seasoning isn't expensive...and the menu even says it's spicy. There was a bowl of chips and salsa brought as a starter, which was nice. On a positive note (besides for the service and the chips) the margarita's were 2 for 1!

Tolles Essen, freundlicher Service, normale Preise. Einrichtung könnte mal erneuert werden. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren gestern zum ersten Mal nach dem Lockdown im Hacienda. Leider eine Enttäuschung. Die ersten 15 Minuten am Tisch wurden wir gekonnt ignoriert. Nach der Bestellung kamen dann die Getränke, das Glas randvoll mit Eiswürfeln,der Rest Cola. Ein Zug am Strohhalm,Glas leer.... Bei der nächsten Bestellung dann mit weniger Eis bestellt,Cola war pisswarm ,jetzt verstehe ich auch die übertriebene Menge an Eis.... Der gesamte Laden war sehr warm und es wurde in keinster Weise gelüftet. Wir bestellten zur Vorspeise scharfe Salsa Soße ,die leider erst nach erneutem Bestellen zum Ende der Vorspeise erschien.... Die kostenlose Salsa Sauce war vollkommen Geschmacksneutral , die scharfe war genau dir selbe,nur mit Chilipulver drübergestreut.....🙄 Leider konnte das Hauptgericht ,Rindersteak das ganze noch übertreffen, komplett ungewürzt,null Röstaromen (vermutlich Konvektomat ) und trotz des Wunsches Medium totgegart... Das Essen war im Gesamten geschmacklos und das Personal,mit Ausnahme der jungen Dame im schwarzen Röckchen desinteressiert. Die Wartezeiten lagen nicht am vielen Betrieb sondern an der Faulheit des Personals, es wurde durchaus registriert dass wir einen Wunsch hatten,dieser aber gekonnt ignoriert. Vorm nächsten Pächterwechsel werd ich dort nicht mehr auftauchen

Aufgrund des All you can eat Angebots gehört Hacienda zum Stammlokal und bietet für die Ribbs und die Wings sehr gute Qualität, für einen angenehmen Preis

As we were walking up the girl cleaning the outside tables through a bucket of water on us and looked down and smiled. We walked up to speak with the manager and he at first denied it but then had to admit that it happened with several witnesses present and our soaked clothes. No apologies from anyone, when we looked inside most tables were empty and it was a whole new staff. It smelled terrible too. We used to come here once a week but never again.
