Had the Rinderrouladen a couple times. Better than most I've tried but still not great. Nice little restaurant with comfortable enclosed patio.

I ended up in the restaurant based on a recommendation. I ordered goose breast with red and kale. First the positive review. Red and kale are great! The sauce was very tasty (unfortunately a bit little). The dumplings could also be a little bigger, or maybe they should come in threes. Now to the goose breast: the portion is very large, the skin is crispy and tastes good. Unfortunately the meat was very dry! (which greatly limited the enjoyment of the food). The service is friendly and attentive and the prices are reasonable. If you visit the location in the cold season, it is advisable to put on a sweater because the room temperature is unfortunately only 19°C amounted to!

We went to eat geese and duck at the Lindenwirtin in December. The food and portions were good, service was very friendly and attentive. After dinner we went to the bar for a nice beer. Therefore the ambience is also good. Nice Berlin restaurant without tourists and frills. Thank you for the nice evening and would be happy to come again

We ate a wonderful goose here, really good and German-made. The food was solidly prepared and served in a friendly manner. We can only recommend this as a place with good German, clean food

After around 60 minutes of eating the very rich and tasty meal on the last day before the shutdown at the turn of the year 2024/2025, we two couples between 50 and 70 years old left the dining area and took a seat at a round table in the counter area. Here we started playing cards - "swimming or cracking" for cent amounts. After just a few minutes, the service staff kindly asked us to stop playing cards. When we asked, we were given the reason "the boss doesn't want that". Berlin, a cosmopolitan city! The service staff emphasized that they didn't understand this either and apologized. We immediately finished the card game, drank our glasses, paid and left the inn. It's a shame, another place of rustic and cozy Berlin hospitality less for us.

German cuisine with excellent fried potatoes; these were very crispy and not so greasy. The Leberkäse also had a very loose meat mass and the portion was generous.

Good German cuisine is always well attended, the friendliness Berlin could be better.

Samstag Abend vor den Wühlmäusen die Lindenwirtin aufgesucht. Meine Wahl fiel auf die Lindenwirtin, da es dort Jever und Köpi vom Fass gibt, was will man mehr. Kleiner Tisch am Tresen, freundliche und schnelle Bedienung, Bier erstklassig serviert. Zu Essen bestellte ich mir Leberkäse mit Bratkartoffeln und Spiegeleiern. Ein einfaches Gericht, kann man aber auch schlecht zubereiten. Dies war der beste Leberkäse mit Beilagen aller Zeiten, geht nicht besser. Lokal wird 100% wieder aufgesucht, war auch gut besucht, scheint nicht nur mir zu gefallen. Also, nix wie hin zur Lindenwirtin!

Also was ich vorweg nehmen möchte, dass die Bedienung sehr nett war. Aber ich musste auf mein Essen über eine Stunde warten......es kam nicht. Auf Nachfrage sagte man mir, es läge an den Bratkartoffeln, die dauern. Als ich dann gehen musste, wurde mir das Essen, was ich nicht hatte berechnet!!!! Jetzt kann jeder sagen, hätte ich nicht bezahlt, aber ich war so genervt und hatte keine Lust auf Stress, wollte einfach nur essen, aber daraus wurde nix. Schade. War zum ersten Mal da, aber sicher auch zum letzten Mal.

Visited on 11/30/24 evening. Very cozy, small inn. Classic ambience. The other guests were also very open-minded and nice. The entire staff, but especially our waitress, tall and attractive, was very courteous and exuded a pleasant calm despite the full house. Overall, you quickly feel very comfortable. The map is clear and structured. I would have liked to have had a sauce to go with my schnitzel. But it was also very tasty.

Enttäuschend… Ente soooo sehr trocken, Kellner verschüttete Rotwein über unser Hemd und der Gipfel- 1,5 cm Glassplitter im Dessert… 😱 Der Kellner entschuldigte sich, brachte Dessert und Glassplitter in die Küche, dann behauptete die Chef-Kellnerin, sie habe keinen Glassplitter gefunden- wir wurden also als Lügner hin gestellt. Also, nie wieder! Das Weihnachtsfreundetreffen -Wiener, Berliner und Potsdamer- kurz zusammen gefasst….

This is still a home-style restaurant. Berlin friendliness included 👍 The farmer's breakfast was powerful but manageable. Fried potatoes with fried eggs were great. As we all know, German cuisine. Oh, one more thing, the menu is clear but I think it's sufficient. The drinks menu is even larger.

Nella zona di Charlottenburg sta questo delizioso ristorante berlinese. Propone una cucuina tipica molto ben eseguita. Wienerschnitzel davvero ottima e cucinata alla perfezione. Ottime birre e personalle molto gentile. Aseconda dei giorni meglio prenotare.

Abzocke. Auf der Tageskarte wird ein Gericht mit Kartoffelsalat angeboten. Aussage der Bedienung der Katoffelsalat ist noch nicht durchgezogen! Daraufhin fragte ich nach alternative die Bratkaroffeln zu bekommen. Aussage ja. Bei der Abrechnung wurden ohne darauf hinzuweisen 3€ mehr abkassiert.

It's been a long time since I last had such good German food, so let's start with that. Despite the restaurant being busy and many reserved tables, we were assigned a table. The welcome from the “boss” was warm and we were advised that the food might take a little longer, which I think is completely fine. Nevertheless, the order was taken quickly and the first Berliner Weise was delivered. We chose the broth, onion soup and beef roulade. The starter came quickly and the soup was simply delicious 😋, there was also a baguette. After the delicious soups, we were looking forward to the main course. The joy was not in vain, as already written at the beginning. The beef roulade is simply amazing and the red cabbage is homemade too, what more could you want. The restaurant itself is in the typical Berlin style, cozy and appealing. The staff are friendly, nice and their hearts are in the right place. Despite the very busy restaurant, always keep an overview. I can only recommend Habl's Lindenwirtin and it certainly won't be the last time I've been there. And that’s where we try the farmer’s breakfast😉😉.

Tasty beer. But the staff is terrible. The waiter was very unfriendly. And said that if we do not order food, then we can sit for an hour and not to hold their table. Although there were not many people in the restaurant. This is the first time I have seen such a thing, that a client was chased out of an establishment. I don't recommend it

The food came quickly and was super tasty! I had schnitzel with fried potatoes which was by far the best I've ever had! The quantity is perfect! The taste is super delicious! I even got an extra sauce even though it wasn't actually included. We'd love to come back! :-)

Small restaurant on the street, in the middle of the city, there was no beef roulade on the menu and when we ordered coffee, the coffee machine was broken. The food was ok, but it was all frozen food. The service was nice and the restaurant was quite busy. Can you do it if you don't have high expectations.

Very unfriendly, dismissive greeting at 8:45 p.m. The prices shown on the homepage are not valid. The homepage is advertised in the showcase in front of the restaurant. The dishes that are shown on the restaurant board with fried potatoes cannot be ordered. The sanitary facilities have not been renovated for a long time. Therefore, based on this experience of the service staff, I cannot recommend the restaurant.

The food is delicious and the portions are large. The downside is the quality of the service and the waiting time for the dishes (the 3 times I've been there, the waiting time is around 40-50min). I recommend it if you want to try something typical German. Ask in advance (by phone) for the dishes and ask if there is availability.

Very nice and cozy shop, it was the first time and certainly not the last time we had a regulars' table there...:-) Food was delicious, service was very nice. Beer anyway! Nice pub feeling even for non-smokers :-))

We had tickets for voles and thought we'd go eat first. Said and done. Called beforehand to see if you needed to make a reservation. Everything went great and we received a friendly welcome. I think the call was good. A small restaurant and quite busy. And that is also a small drawback. Tight and therefore a bit loud. At least today. Despite everything, the landlady was always courteous and friendly. The food was quick and really edible. Fried potatoes, no onion or bacon, which was burnt. I don't know how long it has been since fried potatoes were served like this. They could also have schnitzel, as well as a small salad. Really well served. THUMBS UP 😊😊

Old-established restaurant in the heart of the Westend. Rustic, delicious home-style cooking with attentive service. Been there many times and have never been disappointed.

We took advantage of the Christmas season and went back there for the first time in what felt like 35 years. The occasion was a Christmas goose dinner with the family in our old home. As a result, the store was packed on the 2nd W holiday. Of course we had reserved seats. But even though it was full, there was no rush (there were probably a lot of regulars there too) and the service was quick and routine. Drinks came quickly, food took a while. But it's no wonder when, as the "third round" of the day, the shop is completely emptied at 6 p.m. and all the tables are reoccupied. Of course, the kitchen rotates in the back, especially since 8 other dishes were offered a la carte.. . But what was served next was excellent. And both breast and leg at our table were delicious, crispy and large portions. So you can remember the place!

Die Auswahl an Essen ist übersichtlich und lecker, allerdings wird hier um diese Jahreszeit nicht geheizt, was gar nicht geht.

Traditionelle Speisegaststätte in Westend. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße. Das Innere vermittelt durch holzgetäfelte Wände, schmiedeeiserne Raumteiler , warme Beleuchtung und runde Stehtische vor der Theke eine angenehme, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Nix für Hipsters aus Mitte, eher was für West- Berliner der Generation 55+ . Meine Gänsekeule war einzigartig. Krosse Haut, zartes Fleisch gute Sauce und schmackhafte Beilagen. Meine Begleitung hatte Gänseleber und war ebenfalls begeistert. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Preise für die gebotene Qualität moderat. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen. Hingehen!! Meine Frau und ich waren am 12.11.23 wieder zum Gänsebraten da. Wieder bekamen wir eine Top-Qualität. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und flink. Es gibt gute offene Weine zu günstigen Preisen. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Just an average german restaurant, with a quite limited amount of dishes to choose. But the service was terrible, it took us almost one hour to get the food served. And the waitress was quite infriendly, even considering that we wait for 1 hour.

Sehr uriges, gemütliches Ambiente mit viel Atmosphäre und sehr freundlichem Service. Salatdressing war etwas langweilig und die Panierung des Schnitzels hat Luft nach oben. Sonst alles super.👍😊

Der Service,das Essen sowie die Getränke. Alles war sehr gut. Und bei den Preisen muss man sich die Augen wischen,sehr moderate Preise.

Die Speisekarte mag meine 20 Seiten lang sein, aber das braucht sie auch gar nicht. Die bestellten Speisen waren sehr lecker und das zu einem fairen Preis mit einer netten Bedienung. Im Ambiente gibt es einen Stern Abzug aufgrund der Lage an der vielbefahrenen Straße. Alles in allem komme ich gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Ausstattung, sehr gute deutsche Küche und sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service. Der Besuch lohnt sich! Die Bratkartoffeln sind unglaublich gut und auch einen Aufschlag für die Umbestellung allemal wert! Zu den Pfifferlingen passen sie perfekt.

Kleine Speisekarte. Unkomplizierte Gerichte super gemacht! Die hausgemachten Rouladen und die hausgemachte Sülze inkl. Bratkartoffeln und Remoulade z. B. sind nicht besser zu machen!

Wir wollten heute schön Essen gehen und draussen sitzen. Nach langem Überlegen sind wir nach Jahren mal wieder bei der Lindenwirtin gelandet und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Ein gutbürgerliches Resaurant. Innen geschmackvoll rustikal, draussen ein netter Garten in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. (Vorsicht: Parkplatzmangel). Der Leberkäse mit Spiegel und Bratkartoffeln war hervorragend. Selten so gute Bratkartoffeln gegessen! Und sie sind wirklich gebraten, nicht frittiert. 12,80 € sind wirklich günstig. Meine Frau hatte Spargel mit Kartoffeln und war ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. 15,90€ und das in Charlottenburg. Mit Jever haben sie natürlich genau meine Sorte, aber auch der "echte" Berliner wird hier mit Schultheiss glücklich. Und als Weißbier: Erdinger. Meiner Meinung nach das Beste. Der Prosecco kommt als Piccolo. Süß. Apropos Jever: 0,4l für 3,50€ ist inzwischen enorm preiswert. In meiner Lieblingskneipe zahle ich schon 4,10€. Und das ist eher normal. Einziges Manko: Für Schwergewichte sind die Stühle draussen eher nicht geeignet. Aber das fiel bei all den positiven Dingen nicht mehr ins Gewicht.

Ein tolles Restaurant, mit leckerem Essen und ein sehr nettes Personal. Die 235 KM, die wir auf uns genommen haben, haben sich wirklich sehr gelohnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Ein Berliner Lokal das seines Gleichen sucht. Service absolut top. Da merkt man noch die alte Schule. Essen, alles hausgemacht und das schmeckt man auch. Es ist das beste Lokal seit langer Zeit. Bleibt so wie ihr seid!

Das Restaurant verfügt über eine sehr gute Deutsche Küche wo der Chef noch hinterm Herd steht und Kocht. Keine Soße kommt aus der Tüte, da können sich andere Köche eine scheibe abschneiden. Das Personal hinterm Tresen ist sehr freundlich. Wir sind jahrelange Stammgäste und kommen sehr gerne zum Essen und zum verweilen ln die Lindenwirtin.
