Es ist relativ laut, wenn große Gruppen neben einem sitzen.

Wir waren gestern Abend da, super liebes und freundliches Personal haben uns total wohl gefühlt, essen war klasse! Immer wieder gerne!

Alle Speisen (Tapas, Hauptspeisen, Nachtisch) und Getränke (Bier, Wein, Kaffee) waren geschmacklich einwandfrei und wurden von einer sehr aufmerksamen, höflichen weiblichen Bedienung serviert

Ich war bereits mehrfach im Guiterrez zu Gast und wurde auch dieses Mal nicht enttäuscht. Unsere Bedienung war den gesamten Abend über äußerst aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Obwohl meine Freundin und ich uns bereits im Vorfeld für einen Wein entschieden hatten, nahmen wir die Empfehlung unserer Servicekraft gerne an – und wurden in keiner Weise enttäuscht. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Top Spanier, nur zu empfehlen, gute Tapas und auch sehr gemütlich.

Was soll man sagen... Spitze wie immer. Ausgezeichneter Service, das Essen ist absolut Spitzenklasse und das "schummrige" Ambiente sorgt für tadellosen Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Wir sind immer wieder gerne dort.

Diesmal waren wir enttäuscht.Wir mussten unsere Mäntel anlassen das es sehr!kühl war ! Der Raum ist nicht geeignet für kalte Aussentemperaturen.Allerdings sehr freundliche Bedienungen.Preis/Leistung ist recht hoch (Mehrwertsteuersenkung 7 statt 19 % nicht sichtbar!)Wir werden wiederkommen wenn die Temperaturen (Sommer) wieder steigen!

Wir hatten verschiedene Tapas, die waren gut, einige auch sehr gut! Allerdings haben wir die ganze Zeit in unseren Winterjacken gesessen, weil es eiskalt im Restaurant war. Und nicht nur wir sondern auch viele andere Gäste! Deshalb nur drei Sterne!

Leider war es viel zu kalt in dem großen Raum. Zu kalt, um das leckere Essen genießen zu können.

Das bekannte Ambiente ist gemütlich wie immer, nur die zugigen Fenster machten es am Ende des Essens etwas frisch, obwohl wir neben einer Heizung saßen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet! Spieße mit Rindfleisch und Gambas inkl. eines Beilagensalates waren sehr lecker. Dazu habe ich die knusprigen Pommes Frittes gewählt und warmen Ziegenkäse mit Rosmarin und Honig. Ein trockener, weißer Rioja rundete das Essen ab. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

The atmosphere is great. The staff is super friendly and always available. The food tastes absolutely delicious, BUT the portions are sometimes disproportionate to the prices. The kebabs and steaks only come with a small side salad, and you have to order fries, etc., separately (regular fries are an extra €5.50), and a baked potato costs €6.20!!! You think twice about ordering that. We opted for spinach and were slightly shocked to receive about three forkfuls of spinach for €5.50. Overall, it's a great and tasty restaurant, but it would be great if they reconsidered the portion sizes and prices.

The food was generally okay, but the service was not very impressive. We received cold food and the wait time was abysmal.

Der Tisch lag leider im Eingangsbereich sodass es gezogen hat. Die Abstände zwischen den Tischen sind sehr gering.

Sehr nette Bedienung und auch das Essen war super! Es ist durch die hohen Decken nur recht laut, weshalb eine Unterhaltung recht schwierig ist. Wir würden wiederkommen!

The restaurant, the service, the food, and the owner are worth more than five stars. I try out many snack bars and restaurants, but this one is by far the best my husband and I have ever been to. Starting with the service when we arrived, we were treated so kindly and warmly. The waitress, Kathi, was very attentive, friendly, and accommodating, and always had a witty remark ready, which made her truly endearing. The food was fantastic and so delicious. Everything was freshly prepared, and you could practically taste the love that went into it. We were there for six hours; it was so wonderful. Not only can you eat very well there, but you can also get inspiration if you need new ideas for your home. We will definitely be visiting more often now. I can only wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone: if you're looking for something truly wonderful where you'll immediately feel comfortable, then go there. It's worth it.

This restaurant is simply amazing. Spanish tapas, paella, and so much more delicious food. You can sit inside or outside and feast your way through a pretty awesome menu. The owners work there themselves, with a lot of heart and great taste.

The Gutierrez Restaurant in Porz impresses with excellent food and friendly, attentive service. Everything tasted excellent, and the quality of the food was also excellent. We went to Gutierrez with a group of 10 people and had a fantastic evening! The tapas were excellent, and the sauces, in particular, were very authentic and delicious. Unfortunately, we gave this restaurant a second chance!!!! The food was good... only the service was terrible!!!! 4 steaks for 6 people... 2 guests ordered tapas... (each of them was missing 1 tapa... which wasn't ordered!!!) The young ladies who cleared the tables and brought the ordered drinks were diligent... only able to order one drink!... and then we waited again... after asking 3 times... about 20 minutes until it arrived!... our second drink!! In 2 hours, we only got 2 drinks...! Then we wanted to pay... and waited again... about 30 minutes! Then the waiter came to take the payment, quite rude... (we shouldn't rush...).... Unfortunately, we didn't get a bill... because we wanted to pay for a couple of whites...! So I asked for a catering bill... to check everything!! To get it... I went straight in... so I wouldn't have to wait any longer! I'm happy to spend money to enjoy a nice evening with friends and good food! BUT NEVER AGAIN THERE! (The service used to be great...now it's a disaster)

We booked a table here today for my husband's birthday party – unfortunately, it was a completely disappointing experience. We sat at the table for 75 minutes without food. Even the drinks took an average of 20 minutes. During that time: no communication, no explanation, no apology. Although not all tables were occupied, the management was obviously completely overwhelmed. No bread, no small greeting from the kitchen, nothing. They simply made us wait. That's not just bad service, but disrespectful to the guests. After over an hour (75 minutes), a waiter finally arrived with a tray of food – but by then, the evening was long over for us. We declined and left. We only paid for the drinks, despite the restaurant's complete lack of understanding. We should have understood that, after all, it was full??????? Conclusion: Anyone who goes here should have a lot of patience and a capacity for suffering. This restaurant is absolutely unsuitable for a birthday or any special occasion. What a shame, really.

Das Essen war sehr gut! Da der Laden mit mehreren Tischen ziemlich voll besetzt war, dauerte es relativ lange, es kam aber alles und auch richtig zusammen. Komisch, das die Karte und die Kellnerin bei einem „Spanier“ keinen Cortado kennt! Aber sonst ein tolles Lokal mit tollen Speisen und guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Danke.

Very nice tapas place to chill and enjoy the evening

In summer, it's nice to sit outside. The restaurant gets very noisy due to its size and height. The service staff were friendly, but at times overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the Spanish tapas weren't the real deal. The value for money was not right at all. Bottom line: few, poor quality, too expensive. There are better options in the southern part of the city.

Unfortunately, it's overpriced and absolutely disastrous. Mini portions start at €7. The food is mostly frozen. A portion of canned olives costs €5, frozen chicken with the accompanying sauce costs €7, and bread with aioli costs €4. The waiters, especially the older gentleman, are the best salespeople. They offer you a drink at every opportunity to squeeze every last cent out of your pocket. The checkout took about 40 minutes, and when it finally came, the waiter in question was standing there with the debit card machine and brazenly demanded his tip. A place that has nothing traditional about it, a pure rip-off for the typical German customer who can't tell the difference between frozen and fresh food.

We came to the restaurant for tapas. The Steinstraße stop isn't far away, which makes it very convenient. There are also a few parking spaces in the courtyard. The brick and courtyard make for a very nice location. Our server was unfortunately very pushy. We were asked if we wanted drinks before we even received the menu. When we asked to read the menu first, he visibly bristled. Unfortunately, this dragged on for a while throughout the evening. I was visibly annoyed every time my upsell wasn't accepted. The dishes were very tasty and the prices were absolutely reasonable. The sauces were perfectly balanced, and everything was cooked thoroughly. The aioli was also well-made and definitely homemade. Payment is easy with card, and tips can also be left via card payment.

At this restaurant, the steaks are always cooked to perfection. Since I didn't want to order French fries, I chose grilled vegetables without tomatoes. The bowl was quite sparsely filled, mostly with pieces of eggplant, zucchini, and two small pieces of red bell pepper. I find €5.90 a very steep price for this. The ambiance, both inside and outside on the terrace, is very nice.

Sehr freundliches Personal und schöne Lokation. Wir haben uns für verschiedene Tappas entschieden. Essen war super lecker, einzig der Pulpo war etwas zäh und daher etwas schwierig zu essen. Gut fand ich vor allem das Kellner,als ich Creme Catalan bestellt habe, direkt sagte das sie vor zwei stunden neu gemacht wurde und daher noch nicht ganz so fest ist wie man es kennt. Wir komme sehr gerne wieder 👍

The food was rather average. The price/performance ratio wasn't quite right... The tapas were comparatively small, and many of them tasted the same because they were all in the same sauce. The cocktails were rather subpar; I wouldn't recommend them. Overall, it wasn't quite to our taste. The ambiance was very nice, though!

TOP! A fantastic location for my daughter's wedding. Everything ran smoothly throughout the entire event. Nothing was lacking, and the owner's helpfulness was especially commendable. We'll be returning after the wedding.

Hello We wanted to spend a lovely evening here on Valentine's Day, but unfortunately, it didn't work out.

Unfortunately, the wait after ordering was extremely long – we had to wait 90 minutes for our food. In the meantime, we politely asked if we could at least get some rolls in advance. Unfortunately, we only received the answer: No, all the dishes arrive at the same time. The food, unfortunately, was only average. It was clear that many of the tapas and sauces were mostly made from ready-made products. Without alcoholic drinks, we (three adults and one child) paid a total of €140 – a hefty price that was neither justified by the quality of the food nor the service. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Went to the restaurant with 9 people at 5:45 p.m., got something to drink at 6:30 p.m., ordered food at 6:45 p.m. After complaining, it finally came at 1945 because otherwise we would have gotten up and left. Steak instead of medium, well done. Pork fillet cooked through and only slightly warm. Not to eat either. Forgot the tappas we ordered, chicken was left for rabbit, some of it was cold. No apology, no insight. In the end we definitely didn't pay for the entire meal. Now fell for the second time. That's it.

Absolute recommendation!!! Our family dinner with 21 people was a complete success, from the reservation to the advance arrangements to the delicious food and super friendly service! The price-performance ratio is right. So if you want to enjoy excellent steaks and tapas in a great ambience, this is the right place for you!

Einfach nur Mega leckere Tapas, leckeren Wein und freundliche Bedienung . Zudem eine sehr schöne historische Location mit Sitzplätzen im Freien. Wir sind zum 2. mal dort gewesen aber nicht das letzte Mal !

We were there with four people. Nice restaurant in a factory hall and good parking spaces. The tapas are not cheap but varied. And what comes to the table tastes good. However, the service is very self-conscious, slow and can often look the other way.

As a first-time customer, I booked a table for four people. When making the booking I should state whether there is a birthday coming up. In fact, that's why I clicked it. Well, it had no effect. I have no idea what I expected. Now to eat. We ordered a Paella Mixted for 2 people. Unfortunately the paella was lukewarm and unfortunately oversalted. I complained about this and was offered to take the paella with me and have it "reworked" by the chef. We gave up on it. Unfortunately the shrimp were also lukewarm. I would never order paella like that again. The others' dishes were OK - grilled chicken skewers. All in all, however, not a suitable price-performance ratio. We wouldn't come back. The service was ok, probably a student. The atmosphere was good, you just had to clean the floor of the men's toilet because the floor was sticky. You could also clean the windows. After eating, the four of us decided not to come back.

Wir waren an einem Freitagabend dort. Es war voll und dementsprechend recht laut. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen ( Tapas) war sehr lecker, teilweise sehr salzig(vielleicht wegen der Rezeptur) . Das Brot leider etwas trocken. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen. Leider war der Parkplatz sehr zugestellt und wir hatten Mühe wieder auszuparken!
