Sehr schönes Restaurant. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Waren schon öfter da. Tapas und Steak sind sehr lecker.

Uns hat es leider gar nicht geschmeckt. Von 9 Tapas , nur 2 waren ok

Etwas kühl von der Isololierung, aber ein suuuuper Service und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen war super lecker und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Eine große Auswahl der Speisekarte. Die Speisen in deutscher und spanischer Sprache. Ich bevorzuge immer die Tapas, aber auch Fleischgerichte und mehr sind sehr gut. Geschmacklich alles hervorragend. Bisher haben wir noch keine Paella gegessen. Fazit: In allem freundlich, hilfreich und das Essen perfekt.

The old file factory is a great location. Unfortunately it was much too cold for us in the evening. Nevertheless, there is a great atmosphere in the main hall. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. We ate tapas with a larger group. These were generally fine. Most people enjoyed everything so far, even if it wasn't quite as classic and traditional as some of us expected. Definitely worth a visit.

Unfortunately, the paella was too spicy for our taste, but the portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is good. Great atmosphere and nice service staff!

Even though it may be a little more expensive, it's worth every cent! This was our third time there and we were thrilled every time. Whether tapas or classic plated dishes - everything has been great so far. In summer it's also cozy outside. However, you should make a reservation at any time of the year.

We were there on a Friday with a large group, the shop is very tastefully decorated. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the door and the train stop directly. The tapas are not cheap, but they are impressive in their variety and, above all, in their freshness and taste. The quantities are also generous. Wine was delicious, service was quick and friendly. Wir waren gestern das erste mal zu unserem Jahrestag bei Guiterrez essen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch. Das Ambiente wunderschön, nur ein wenig laut. Man konnte sich schlecht unterhalten.

Alles super aber das Raumklima an den Seiten ist im Winter sehr unangenehm da die Fenster und die Wände extreme Kälte abstrahlen. Die Heizungen waren zwar voll geöffnet, konnten aber nur punktuell wärmen. Vielleicht wören Wandteppiche oder Vorhänge vor den Ziegelwänden eine Lösung. Ggf. auch transparente Folien in Holzrahmen vor den Fenstern? Dies spart signifikant Heizkosten.

Sehr gute Küche und schönes Ambiente. Hat allerdings auch etwas von einer Bierhalle.

We were there for the first time. I really liked the location and the food was also very tasty!

The service was ok. There were slight linguistic problems with an operation. Everything took a bit long. The overall ambience was better than the previous location. The food actually tasted good, unfortunately the meat and other dishes in the main course only came to the table lukewarm because it was served on cold plates. But that can be improved. Next time I would give out more stars.

Das Essen sowie auch der Service waren an einem Samstag Abends, absolut top. Natürlich war es voll, aber die Servickräfte waren gut organisiert. Das Essen war hervorragend und ein tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung. Unser Platz war leider etwas ungünstig an der Eingangstür, so dass es immer recht gezogen hat, sobald die Raucherfraktion nach draussen stürmte. Alles in allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

Wir haben wieder einmal unseren Besuch genossen. Wir fühlen uns in diesem Ambiete sehr wohl. Die Auswahl an Speisen jedweder At ist enorm. Alles wird optisch einladend präsentiert. Es schmeckt richtig gut. Der Service rundet dsa Wohlgefühl ab. Wir gönnen uns in regelmäßigen Abständen diesen Restaurant-Besuch der Extra-Klasse.

Preliminary note: An attempt has been made to have this review removed. However, Google has decided to keep the review online. Light and shadow Really nice atmosphere - inside and out. Excellent Canarian potatoes with excellent mojo. But: very inattentive service, constantly busy with the cell phone later in the evening, so the drink order wasn't passed on - you had to get up to pay. Above all, it was this reaction from the waiter that decided that we would not become regular customers: the pork fillet was tough and dry, the taste was borderline - my wife couldn't eat it at all, but had to pay for it in full in the end. As a “replacement” the waiter simply offered the same (!) dish again. But that wouldn't have made anything better, so my wife preferred to order a small dessert. The waiter immediately explained that he wasn't prepared to book the dessert on the house - the only thing we could have was a coffee. We didn't ask for compensation at all, but a small dessert would probably have been appropriate in this case. Especially since the restaurant knew from the online booking that it was my wife's birthday that day. One expects - and also receives elsewhere - a corresponding gesture anyway. Too bad about the light.

Es war ein toller Abend. Der Service war so mega toll. Man konnte ganz in Ruhe seine Tapas bestellen, bekam eine wundervolle Beratung und die Bedienung hatte ein tolles Auge, wenn die Getränke sich leerten. Es passte einfach alles.. Wir kommen garantiert wieder, auch wenn es nicht ganz günstig war.

Das Essen war mal wieder großartig. Alles hat super geschmeckt. Der Service war immer für uns da - einfach perfekt. Allerdings ist es recht teuer - womit man bei dieser Art von Restaurant aber auch rechnen muss. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

I ordered the fried battered avocado, I don't recommend it, it's practically eating fried flour because what's inside the avocado is tiny and it's cold inside, they give you very little amount for what you pay. Otherwise it is a nice place with a good atmosphere.

The taste of the food was very good. However, price performance does not match. Every detail costs extra. The younger service staff are more on the ball and have more of a focus on the guest than the “older” ones. We had made a reservation, stated the anniversary and sat at a cat table. Several guests (2 people) who arrived shortly afterwards were given a 4-person table without a reservation - that annoyed me to no end. Of course I asked the waiter about it, he was annoyed but there was no great apology. Conclusion: The evening was not worth 127.00 euros (2 people). It's a shame that the restaurant used to be different!

We had a wonderful wedding celebration at Gutierrez with Choukri and his amazing team. The food was great and very tasty and there was never a lack of drinks. Christine, #kleinesundfeines, who took care of the decoration, also did everything from planning to implementation to our complete satisfaction. We look forward to your next visit!!!

Es war alles sehr lecker. Die Preise sind für die Größe allerdings sehr happig. Zum Beispiel 4 kleine Kartoffeln mit Salzkruste und zwei Mojos für fast 7 € ist schon grenzwertig. Aber wie schon bewertet, Essen und Service hervorragend.

The food was very tasty! We paid around €130 for two adults with one child and no wine. The staff is friendly. The acoustics are a disaster when the store is full. The tables are placed far too close together, so we sat with the backs of our chairs next to us. Uncomfortable! Hardly any parking spaces available for the size of the restaurant. So we had to park at the hospital. Unfortunately there are too many negative points so we won't be coming back.

I would like to share my experience at the restaurant 'Gutierrez' as of August 31, 2023, although it was anything but pleasant. This visit was undoubtedly one of the most disappointing moments we have ever experienced in a restaurant. When we entered the restaurant, we noticed that there were only a few cushions on the outside seating. Instead of providing us with cushions at our chosen table, which is common practice in most restaurants, I decided to go looking for cushions myself. After finding some empty tables, I grabbed a cushion from the next table, where a family was sitting, but there were plenty of empty seats available. The owner of the restaurant reacted to this action in a highly inappropriate way by suddenly holding the cushion and trying to force it away from me. His reasoning was that an older lady would sit down at this table later. This happened in public and in front of other guests and was extremely disrespectful and humiliating. When I pointed out that it is actually the restaurant's job to provide seating cushions, not the guests', the owner seemed speechless. We were then served by another waiter who we only later found out was the owner. Unfortunately, he did not apologize for his previous behavior, which would have been appropriate in this situation. After we ordered our food, the owner brought the food to our table without any further words. This behavior was extremely unpleasant and rude. After dinner we wanted to smoke a cigarette with CBD, which is legal and freely available. We were careful not to disturb other guests by moving a little further onto the terrace. This is where the situation escalated: After we had finished smoking, the owner stormed up to our table and aggressively asked if we were smoking "weed". After we explained that it was CBD and not THC, he seemed uninterested. Instead, he started shouting loudly and scolding us that marijuana was not allowed to be smoked in his restaurant. We were shocked by his reaction and couldn't make it clear to him that it was legal CBD. Our experience was characterized by disrespectful behavior, poor service and an overall very unpleasant visit. We left the restaurant without finishing our dessert, gave the overwhelmed waiter a larger tip out of pity and decided to finally leave this place. This was hands down one of by far the worst experiences we have ever had in a restaurant. It is unfortunate that a restaurant that could potentially offer great food and drink has fallen into disrepute due to the disrespectful behavior of its owner. Hopefully this review can help future guests be treated better and avoid similar negative experiences. Update: Now that cannabis has been legalized, they should be even more ashamed :)

Es war wirklich gut, und das Essen war sehr gut. Durch das ruhige Ambiente konnte man gemütlich und in Ruhe essen. Die Dame die uns bedient hat war sehr sehr nett.

Once again we had a very nice and delicious evening at Gutierrez. Reservations can sometimes be a bit difficult; online (opentable) is not possible with more than 4 people. Unfortunately not very easy to reach by phone. Email is answered very late. If it does work out, it's always a successful evening. Yes, if it is busy there, and good staff is notoriously difficult to find in the restaurant, then it can take longer or something can be forgotten. But that's not particularly dramatic, as the food and drinks are really delicious and the staff is friendly and mostly on the ball. We were 6 people. Everyone was very enthusiastic and satisfied. I've been there several times and always enjoy showing this great location to my friends and acquaintances. Hopefully I will be able to visit there again soon.

CATASTROPHE. Restaurant visit on July 16th absolutely disappointing. We arrived at 7 p.m. very hungry. There were hardly any guests there. We waited almost 2 hours for 6 small tapas to find out that the tiny portions were overpriced, nothing special, not justified, instead of prawns there were small shrimps, 4 pulpo rings, both 10€ each, 2 of 8 small potatoes were bad, Bottle of water still €7, in the end €60 for nothing, so to speak. Tapas were only brought when we asked after 1 hour 40 minutes. We didn't like 3 of 6 tapas either (potatoes, avocado and seafood salad). We are really shocked - what kind of store is this? We wanted to toast over dinner that evening and thought this trendy restaurant was the right spot for it. Service absolutely disinterested, we are still angry today, this visit to the restaurant ruined our special evening. Since we waited so long, there was nothing more alcoholic to toast, we weren't asked anything, nor were we asked about the food. We then bought a bottle of Moet, ordered pizza at 9:40 p.m. and toasted at home. The evening was a failure and we will make up for it, certainly never here again.

Manche Dinge passieren manchmal, aber wenn sie auf solch eine charmante Art erklärt und korrigiert werden, ist doch alles gut. Sowohl Tapas als auch Hauptgerichte waren sehr lecker und wir haben uns in dem phantastischen Ambiente sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke und gerne wieder!

Food is there, but it's extremely salty! Since the beverage supply is still underground, the only option is to suffer in silence or tap water... not necessarily tempting!

No recommendation! We've been waiting in vain for our food for 2 hours - unfortunately the staff and the boss don't care at all despite repeated requests... Better go to another restaurant... A pity! …Addendum: After 2.5 hours the food actually came. Unfortunately, the food was extremely oversalted and incomplete (side dishes were missing!) It's a real shame - we allowed ourselves to be lured by the good reviews - that was a huge mistake. Anyone who charges prices like that should at least offer service and good food. Ich bleibe dabei. Seit Jahren erstklassige, leckere Tapas zu fairen Preisen und nettem, aufmerksamen Personal. Und nebenbei noch eine tolle Location

Leider hat sich aufgrund von fehlendem Personal die Zubereitung der Speisen extrem verzögert. Wir warteten fast 1,5 Stunden auf erste Tapas. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns dies erklärt. Man hätte uns bei der Bestellung vorwarnen müssen und beispielsweise durch etwas Brot oder ein kostenloses Getränk die Zeit etwas überbrücken können. Schade, denn das Essen selbst war ausgesprochen lecker und preislich in Ordnung.
