Good selection, without an overly extensive menu. Upscale Italian cuisine. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very attentive, with empty glasses being served without even asking. The decor is modern and tasteful—a slight drawback, as it was very loud, even when the restaurant was busy. It's worth a visit for its culinary delights.

On August 16, 2025, we celebrated our theme party at an excellent location. Everything, from the pre-conference meetings, food, drinks, and ambiance to the fantastic overall price, was perfect. You'll see us again. Thank you, dear Gusto team.

2023: We love going there. The atmosphere and service are absolutely first-class. The food is consistently good. However, the Christmas meal was exceptionally delicious. Addendum 2025: Unfortunately, I have to significantly lower my rating. The value for money is no longer good at all. The food is all bland, the service is no longer first-class, and the prices are constantly rising. Unfortunately, the Christmas dinner was so bad that we no longer go there.

We ate there on a recommendation and were sadly disappointed!!! It started with the appetizer we ordered – we got something different than what we ordered. The wrong appetizer was then on the house. The correct appetizer was served quickly! More than an hour passed from the appetizer to the main course, and there was little to no business. My husband ordered a steak well-done, and blood was already running all over his plate the first time he cut it. The waiter was then informed, and the steak was returned – less than 5 minutes later, the same steak, which was perfectly fine, came back – still not cooked. My husband just ate it. When we paid, they asked us if everything was okay – and then they said again that the steak was still bloody. The first waiter sent the next one, who then sent the manager?! They did at least give us a 10% discount. But it was still too expensive. We won't be coming back. Waiters were in coordinated and it seemed slightly chaotic

We were at Gusto this evening, and it was very, very good. The food, the service, and the lovely ambiance in the courtyard.

Our visit here was unfortunately disappointing. Although the restaurant was only moderately busy, we had to wait almost an hour and a half for a meal that was served lukewarm and neither visually nor tastefully convincing. The meat was dry as shoe leather, the side dishes were unseasoned or completely lacking in flavor. Steaks were overcooked, fillets were too thin, the grilled vegetables were more like raw vegetables, and the rosemary potatoes didn't even look like rosemary from afar. Although the staff was very friendly, this restaurant is not something we'll be returning to again.

A very nice restaurant with a great outdoor terrace. The food was generally very tasty. The pasta with truffles made from the Parmesan cheese core unfortunately didn't contain any truffles, and even the truffle oil wasn't noticeable. When asked, I received an incomprehensible, mumbled reply. It's too expensive for that. The staff is largely uncoordinated and unprofessional. A König draft beer with a Bitburger drip cap and coaster is also a no-go. Overall, unfortunately, only 3.5 stars. A shame.

Unfortunately, I'm disappointed because, in my opinion, the value for money isn't right. The prices are higher, but the food isn't truly exquisite. It's quite loud – there's probably little soundproofing done in this modern restaurant – visually, but very nice. We probably stupidly had a table that wasn't really assigned to the waiters. Our drink order was taken after we spoke to a waiter. The food was okay to good – but also way too much. Since neither of us finished our plates – which is very unusual – the waiters didn't think to clear them away. The pasta with chanterelle mushrooms was very heavy on cream – it lacked finesse.

Unfortunately, our usual quality wasn't there; as long-time customers, we were very disappointed this time. Four of us were there for dinner. We waited almost two hours for our food, and my truffle spaghetti from the Parmesan loaf was simply served on a plate. When I asked why, the waiter said we don't have time for that. What? A second waiter then told him that they would do it. With noticeable reluctance, I was given the correct dish, but there was no trace of truffle. I really enjoy going to Gusto, but this time it really felt like the guest was a nuisance. No one asked about dessert or anything like that, and no shot on the house. Please change that, because I want to continue to be your regular, because I know your good mood and quality!

Our wedding at Gusto was simply dreamy! The atmosphere was magical – from the lovingly decorated outdoor area to the stylish ballroom. The team on site was attentive, warm, professional, friendly, and absolutely reliable. The wedding day ran smoothly, and the food was excellent. We couldn't have imagined a more beautiful venue for our big day. We can wholeheartedly recommend Gusto.

We visited Gusto as a couple for the first time and were very satisfied! The steak was grilled to a perfect medium rare, and the side dishes were perfect. My husband had excellent tagliatelle with salmon in lobster sauce. Fantastic! Gusto remains a top restaurant in Wesel. We'd be happy to return!

There were three of us. It was very loud inside the restaurant. Cell phone reception was also very poor. The pizzas were okay, but not great. The pasta was okay. We wouldn't go back, though, as no food really stood out and nothing really had the wow factor to make us go back. The service, however, was excellent, and they made a lot of effort.

We've been there several times, but were unfortunately very disappointed the last two times. Today, 40 minutes after arriving, we still didn't get a menu, so we couldn't order. When it finally arrived after another very long wait, the food was cold. We won't be coming back for a while.

All steaks were ordered medium rare and delivered well done. The steak, by the way, was very fatty and not of great quality; even a bistro could do better. And then charging so much for it? It's just plain cheeky. Apparently, new owners and kitchen staff have also ruined our previous experience. Thanks for the waste of money.

The restaurant is really highly recommended. Had a pinsa with shrimp etc. I'm not a typical restaurant fan otherwise, but I have to say that it's really worth eating here. The taste was excellent and I “barely got through”! Price performance is also right here. Very small criticism of the acoustics - it was a bit loud at times. Nevertheless, I give it a full five stars. Gladly again.🤩

A great restaurant with excellent cuisine and selection of dishes. The online reservation worked very well and we received very courteous, attentive, friendly and unobtrusive service. Only the noise level in the fully occupied restaurant was a little too high, hence the point deduction for the ambience. All in all, highly recommended and we will definitely come back!

The ambience is modern, but it's just a matter of taste and not my thing... but the food is impeccable, as is the service. The squid is highly recommended. Deliciously seasoned, right consistency, not rubbery, really great. I'm looking forward to the next visit.

I was there for the first time a few days ago. The restaurant was easy to find and also very well equipped in terms of parking. The service was really nice, the atmosphere was very elegant and pleasant. The food was really good and the prices were completely justified. I liked it a lot.

Gusto offers a great ambiance and truly delicious food at fair prices. We were brought directly to our table, and the drinks arrived promptly. We started with baguette and pizza rolls, served with herb butter, olives, garlic, and chili oil. Excellent service, something you don't get everywhere anymore. We also ordered two bruschettas and one focaccia for four people as starters. A total of six delicious bruschettas and a giant focaccia topped with olives and cherry tomatoes were served. It was almost too much for an appetizer with the delicious bread, but it was simply delicious. The main course was also served without a long wait—despite a full house. There was pizza and pasta. The dishes were all fresh, very tasty, and absolutely worth the money. The service was also very good. The waiters were super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, we had a great evening at Gusto and we will definitely come back! Unfortunately, there wasn't room for dessert, but what I could see looked absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!

I invited my family over for lunch. We didn't eat according to the menu. I had ordered food. The starter, main course and dessert were simply very, very tasty and plentiful. The service was very friendly and accommodating. There was time between courses so that you could enjoy the meal in peace. I've enjoyed it several times and have always been very satisfied. The next visit with the family is in March. Food, ambience, service very good with stars.

Well, I was actually quite satisfied; it was a very pleasant restaurant. The only thing that bothered me was that they only played one and the same song. It's not difficult to use a playlist or something similar. My food was good, except for my father's. The zander was absolutely dry and small, that's how I saw it. I thought that was a real shame for a restaurant like that. The waiter was quite relaxed, which is okay, but I would be careful; not everyone is so understanding when you talk to customers in such a relaxed manner.

Yesterday, four of us ate here for the first time, and everything was absolutely delicious. The online reservation was easy, there was plenty of parking, we had a nice table with plenty of space, and we received a very friendly welcome and service. The food and drinks were consistently excellent, and the value for money was excellent. All in all, a wonderful evening. Thank you very much.

Ganz besonders bedanken möchten wir uns für die Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und Flexibilität mit der wir von (Herrn) "Schatzi" betreut/bedient wurden, bedanken. Egal, welchen Wunsch wir hatten, er hat ihn uns erfüllt. Z. B. wollte meine Tochter gehobelten Parmesan, ich wollte den Fisch länger gebraten, als normal, es war kein weißer Reis zu bekommen; er hat Risotto empfohlen, zusätzlich wollte ich Hummersoße u.v.m.. Wir hatten viele Wünsche; er ist immer freundlich geblieben und hat sie uns a l l e erfüllt. Das Essen war einfach himmlisch lecker. Dafür Danke an den Koch und sein Team. Simply fantastic. The food is truly amazing. The price-performance ratio is decent, although you can't exactly eat here for cheap, but that's due to the really good food. So, it's completely fine. The service is excellent, and the ambiance is also really well-rounded. Friendliness is a top priority here. A truly great quality of life that you can experience here. The menu is very understated and seems a little lost in my opinion. I think that's part of the overall concept, so it's completely fine. Ultimately, you'll find quite a few things, if not everything, but that's a good concept, so it's all fine.

Ate there this afternoon, beef roulade with dumplings, Christmas card, dumplings from the ready-made package, definitely... I was always happy there, but very disappointing today. The roulades were also tough. €27.00

A very nice atmosphere with really tasty food. Went there for the first time today based on a recommendation. I had beef carpaccio as a starter, a pinta parma as a main course and a crème brulee as a dessert. I would order everything again, even if the Pinta could be a little smaller. We were very satisfied with the service. Came by regularly, but without being intrusive.

We were at Gusto with 10 people for a family reunion. We ended up there on the recommendation of my brother-in-law, who is himself a restaurateur in Voerde. I have to say, I really liked the entire atmosphere, including in the large hall. Das Ambiente des Gusto ist sehr ansprechend und ja,es ist laut.Wir waren an einem Montagabend dort und erstaunt,wie voll es war.Uns hat die Lautstärke jetzt nicht besonders gestört.Der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend,Bier gut gezapft,Wein sehr lecker.Die Vor-und Hauptspeiesen haben nach unserer Meinung noch Luft nach oben.Kalbsschnitzel aus Friteuse,Sosse zum Saltimbocca ncht so fein und bei Antipasti war das Gemüse nicht so wie wir es sonst kennen und auch selber machen.Das Dessert war köstlich.Insgesamt war es ein netter Abend und lädt zum Wiederholen ein.

Went to a wedding there. This wedding was extremely well organized. The food was delicious, the service was very good and the ambience inside and out was well maintained and stylish. They know their craft there. The service staff were very attentive and a drink was always served straight away. Already in the parking lot and from outside you can see how much attention is paid to a well-kept atmosphere. The food was amazing! There wasn't a dish that wasn't tasty.

Even the bread with garlic oil was worth eating. The subsequent fish platter with sea bream and sole - fillitated at the table - was delicious. It wasn't cheap, but the quality was reasonable. Would love to come back.

Unfortunately not 5 stars. The ambience is absolutely great and the food looks good too. Unfortunately, there is also a lack of suitable staff for a restaurant in the upper price range. Friendly and attentive. But if a total of 8 employees are more occupied with themselves or their cell phones and hang around at the bar or reception (and quite loudly at that) then they belong more in a shisha bar or train station restaurant.

Great location, great service. The food is always fresh and well prepared. Starter: Bruschetta: unfortunately the same bread as the greeting from the kitchen. You could expect a slightly higher quality. Main course: all delivered at the same time, pinsa, pasta and lasange are really very good. Prices are high but just reasonable.

Everything was really great. We drove from Dinslaken to Wesel to try out this very great restaurant. It was worth it. My wife had various green food plates (it was great) and I had a rump steak, grilled vegetables and spaghetti. Everything tip top. Service - all waiters very attentive. Ambience was very good. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was simply delicious and you can immediately tell that high quality food is used. Every bite was a delight. The interior of the restaurant is also remarkable. It creates an inviting and pleasant atmosphere that goes perfectly with the food. I would particularly like to highlight the service. We celebrated our wedding there yesterday and I am very satisfied!! From the ambience, the great service and the wonderful food, everything was wonderful!!! The location is perfect and you don't have to worry about anything! Everything is delivered and done perfectly and exactly as discussed and the employees are super nice and really enjoy their job!! We can highly recommend the restaurant for events, weddings, birthdays or company events but of course also if you just want to eat something good!! In short: Simply great!!!

The food was really good. Everyone was happy. The service was nice and quick. The prices are relatively high compared to equivalent restaurants. Half of the lid was missing from the men's toilet. The toilets were otherwise clean. The restaurant was busy and therefore relatively loud. But we'd love to come back

We were at Gusto for the first time today. The ambience, service and food were indescribably good! We'll definitely be back. Quality has its price and we are very satisfied. Can simply be recommended. The boss himself doesn't miss it and approaches the guests personally! Very commendable!
