After successfully building an image as a vegan and healthy fast food chain and explicitly advertising that good food doesn't need meat, they decided, with the flimsy justification of "building bridges", to now offer real meat and thus appeal to their regular customers to fall your back. I think it should be clear that this is not about the integration of meat eaters, but rather about the profitability of the chain and that would be open à la "We're sorry, but purely vegan food unfortunately doesn't make enough money and that's where we are now "We decided to throw our concept overboard", I would have much more respect for that than for the official justification that I am attaching at the end of this review. My problem is not that there is now meat in this shop - that doesn't bother me in other restaurants - but rather the double standards of the management, first building up such an image and then slamming it with rhetoric that has its roots in the same way could also have in the pub regulars' table. Well, at least you managed one thing and that was to surprise me with your selection. So much so that I will no longer make any recommendations in the future and I will no longer leave my money with you once or several times a week. There will now be 2 additional specials made from real chicken in Münster and soon in all other locations: Chicken kebab & chicken shawarma Maybe someone comes for a meat dish for the first time, tries it a second or third time - and then decides on a vegan alternative because the food is so convincing. This is exactly the door we want to open to make meat-free dishes easier to access. 🌱 At Gustav Grün we have proven right from the start that good food doesn't necessarily need meat to be really tasty. We started with a completely vegetarian menu and showed so many people how versatile and delicious plant-based alternatives can be. Now we are taking a new step to get even more people excited about our cuisine: We now also have two new chicken specials – Chicken Kebab and Chicken Shawarma made from real chicken. Why this path? Our goal is to build a bridge and welcome people who may not have dared to try vegan alternatives before. With the new chicken dishes we would like to open the door to Gustav Grün and encourage you to stop by for the first time. Here, in addition to the origin, we pay attention to a very high protein content, to being lower in fat than comparable providers & are free of additives (clean label) It's clear to us: It's not about thinking strictly in categories, but about embracing diversity and showing how good plant-based dishes can taste. Delicious, nutritious food with no hassle! I like the modular principle and the selection of fresh ingredients. The staff is always nice, no matter how busy the store is. So good that there is a relaxed place to go for vegan food!

The food was really okay, but I don't think it's fair that in a restaurant like this the tip is automatically added to the bill. It should be up to the customer to determine the tip at their own discretion rather than predetermining it.

Das ist insgesamt zwar deutlich teurer als der Mittagstisch beim Italiener schräg gegenüber, hält aber dafür auch länger satt. My partner and I come here regularly to eat the rolls. We like to try out different things and can recommend the falafel and teriyaki rolls. However, filling the roles depends heavily on the individual employee. Sometimes we get very small, thin rolls, other times they are full and large. That also decides whether we get full or not. However, the taste is always excellent. However, I would definitely like to mention that, with a few exceptions, the tables are often very dirty. Something urgently needs to be improved here. The cleanliness of the toilet also leaves something to be desired.

Unfortunately, the delivery time is extended by an hour without giving any reason, bringing the total to almost 2 hours. However, the food tastes good.

Vegan wrap was really tasty! There were so many options and hard to choose but friendly staff helped me:) second time I had some wedges with mango coco curry and yogurt mint sources, I liked it!

War leider mal deutlich besser. Noch vor einem Jahr hätte ich hier 5 Sterne gegeben. Seitdem hat man leider die Preise deutlich erhöht und gleichzeitig die Portionen deutlich verkleinert. Auch das Personal ist ständig am rotieren und längst nicht mehr so zuvorkommend. Kleines Beispiel: Früher wurden die Wedges immer lieb mit div. Gemüse dekoriert, jetzt muss man da explizit nachfragen und selbst dann klappt es nicht. Geschmacklich ist es insgesamt dennoch sehr gut, so dass wir mangels Alternativen wohl weiterhin ab und zu was holen werden. Allerdings seltener und mit viel weniger Euphorie als früher. Sehr schade.
