Best 0 stars for service but can only click 1. Hands off!!! It's better to eat your fish where customers are also warmly welcomed. No reception from the staff so they don't even notice that a customer is there and waiting. Yesterday at 6:00 p.m. I was there and there were 3 of us. When we arrived at the restaurant there was no staff to be seen so we sat at a table where there was a free table. We were sitting on a table for 2 people and when we saw that 2 tables had become available that could be pushed next to each other so that we could sit comfortably, we were disrespectfully pointed out by a disrespectful and unqualified gentleman (employee) that we couldn't move around without consultation. The boss would have forbidden him to have three people sitting at a table for four. We should please go back to the single table where only two people can sit and they simply put a third chair there. I made it clear to the disrespectful gentleman who works there that he should do his job and not be disrespectful and asked him to call his boss. He became very nervous, which other customers could also see. The boss wasn't there and called me "brother". I told him that I wasn't his brother but a customer and that he should be more respectful. I insisted on sitting on the 4th table to be comfortable. After 10 minutes, no one came to hand over the menu. I caught the disrespectful employee and asked for a menu, to which he simply replied that he would be there soon. I waited another 5 minutes and decided to get up and eat at another restaurant. I mean, if the boss doesn't need it to make money, you can give someone else the chance. Suddenly he came and tried to persuade me to stay there, so I got up and left. It's a real shame for such an incident, but such behavior is very unprofessional, disrespectful and brazen towards customers.

Der Fisch (Dorade und Scampis) machte einen eher trockenen und nicht sehr frischen Eindruck. Der Salat war frisch, die Saucen Fertigprodukte. Die Preise sind allerdings moderat. Insgesamt aber nicht unser Ding…

The food is ok - comparable to a normal fast food chain that offers fish. The ambience is not good. As a guest you cannot reserve a table and you have to wait almost an hour for a table with a small child. In addition, the staff is not very friendly - a staff of five was nice. Günay may have acquired a name over the years and consciously draws attention to itself with long lines in front of the store, but it definitely doesn't do it justice.

Das Essen ist ok - vergleichbar mit einer normalen Fastfoodkette die Fisch anbieten. Das Ambiente ist nicht gut. Man kann als Gast kein Tisch reservieren und muss mit Kleinkind knapp eine Stunde auf ein Tisch warten. Hinzu kommt dass das Personal nicht sehr freundlich ist - ein Personal von fünf war nett. Günay hat vielleicht einen Namen über die Jahre erhalten und macht mit langen Schlangen vor dem Laden bewusst aufmerksam auf sich, aber wird dem definitiv nicht gerecht.

When my wife reminded me again, the food they cooked in a hurry was not tasty because it was uncooked, which led to us getting there. It was our last visit and I don't recommend it to anyone.

If you like fish, this is the place! I had the grilled Dorado, my husband had the mackerel. Both were out of this world. The home-made lemonade was refreshing and not overly sweet. The food portions are generous, prices reasonable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The first time we came, outdoor seating was available immediately, so we enjoyed the fresh air and people-watching. Do yourself a favor and come, feast and enjoy!

I call for the waitress, even though she heard me, she ignores me and just keeps walking. She herself said I should order take-away again after dinner. After I ordered she came after 40 minutes and said we had no more shrimp. Then I ordered something else, and I waited 40 minutes for that too. The waiters see that I'm waiting the whole time. Nobody says that my order is ready until I ask. In total I had to wait 80 minutes to order take away, and I didn't even order that much, just two dishes. That's not normal, the employees don't seem to want to work.

The online prices do not match and they tried to ripoff a young boy who stated and had proof of the online price. The cashier literally was rude and overcharged the little boy 11€ extra. Instead of the staff taking ownership for the restaurants failure, they were trying to take the money but not do the right thing. An unidentified woman gave the little boy the remaining money to pay because she felt sorry by the treatment from the staff who was rude. Definitely not giving them anymore business. What a bad way to tarnish their name by reputation…shame on Gunay.

You get a salad as a starter, bread with dip until the main course arrives, which I think is very good. The homemade lemon lemonade is very tasty, I personally like it sour, some people find it too sour. The ambience is simple, nothing special. Just like a simple fishing restaurant abroad. Unfortunately, the waitresses are often unfriendly, forget what they tell you (extra lemon & tartar sauce is almost ALWAYS forgotten, even after reminding them you still don't get it). Wonder how I should eat the fried potatoes without the dip? The last time we were visited, a younger man serving us constantly treated us condescendingly and made our visit really unpleasant with his snappy manner.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach unschlagbar. 11,99 für die Dorade mit Beilade und Salat. Zudem bekommt man Brot mit Soßen vorweg. Am Ende gibt's noch Tee. Absolut genial und geschmackvoll das Konzept.

Bin öfters dort, unter der Woche wartet mann nicht lange aber an Wochenenden kann mann schon bis zu einer Stunde warten müssen. Preislich ok Geschmacklich top.
