Delicious food, friendly staff. Were there again yesterday. It was great again.

I celebrated my birthday today at Grüne Soße und Mehr. There were eight of us, and we were all very happy. The service was very friendly, courteous, and attentive. Everyone enjoyed the food. A particular highlight was the childcare today. Even my five-year-old niece had fun! 😊 Thank you for a lovely and successful evening.

We went there spontaneously and received a very friendly welcome. Upon request, they even offered us individual vegan options. Everything tasted delicious. They also served fresh, homemade mulled wine. Definitely worth a visit.

We were back in our old hometown of Frankfurt and discovered this restaurant by chance. Of course, we had to try the green sauce. I have to say, it was simply fantastic. The food was super delicious. The service was super friendly and very nice. We ate outside, since the weather allowed. All in all, a super nice restaurant that we will visit again.

We spontaneously stopped in for dinner for the first time. The young man who served us was very friendly and attentive. The green sauce with eggs and potatoes was good, although we would have liked more herbs in the sauce. Delicious apple wine. The restaurant's decor doesn't really match: fish and shellfish, horses and skulls... Not very appealing. A shame.

I was craving green sauce. And when searching for “eat green sauce Frankfurt” this restaurant appeared first. So we went there. The dining room is small and cozy, but unfortunately quite loud when many tables are occupied. The toilet is in the basement. The parking situation is not great. Aaaaabut - all of this is completely irrelevant once you've ordered, the food comes and you start eating. An incredibly delicious green sauce and a tender schnitzel! The dessert was really, really delicious! We'll definitely be back. 💯 P.S: According to Google, the parking lot mentioned is 900 meters away and that's not around the corner if you have a physical disability. For the same reason I mentioned the toilet in the basement. This may not matter for healthy people, but unfortunately that doesn't apply to everyone.

My husband and I wanted to try the classic German Green sauce during our layover on frankfurt and I was absolutely blown away with the service and the quality of the food. We explained that we were new to the area and had some dietary restrictions. We weren't sure what to order and were brought two custom dishes per order of our needs. We were welcomed so dearly and had a whole prelude of German culture. The kasierschmarnn was amazing. Honestly the owner was so welcoming and lovely to everyone, his hospitality alone is worth coming

Always good and always happy. I like coming here. The food is solid, the prices for the portions are completely reasonable. The portions are decent and I always take something home with me. There is only a deduction for access to the toilet, which can only be reached via a staircase downstairs. Not easily accessible for disabled people... Well, we don't need to talk about the parking spaces in Oberrad. Disaster, it's best to take the train, it stops right in front of it.

The green sauce that my companion was eating was also changed from salt-boiled to fried potatoes! My wife came across this wonderful restaurant during her Google Maps research. After my marathon we spontaneously went there. And were rewarded with a great taste experience and authentic hosts. If you're looking for the classic blue bezels, you won't find them here. But excellent homemade Äppler, delicious green sauce and excellent boiled beef. Everything at a top price-performance ratio. Absolutely clear recommendation!

It was our first time in Germany and in Frankfurt, we decided to aim a place where we could get a taste of the Grüne Sosse, as it's a speciality for Frankfurt. We chose this place and were so glad we did. The food was so delicious, making us also fall in love with the Grüne Sosse ! The waiter offered us Apfelwein to take with the Grüne Sosse as it's also a speciality from there. He was so very kind with us as it was our first time here, and we had such a great experience. We are definitely coming back next summer, as promised ! We really advise if you're looking for great food that is not too expensive, because clearly it's worth the price ! C'est un endroit très calme que nous avons choisi pour son nom, la Sauce Verte, car nous voulions connaître le goût de cette spécialité de Francfort. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et installés, nous avons commandé un repas qui était tout simplement délicieux, un vrai régal. Leur sauce verte, un vrai délice, une explosion de saveurs. Le serveur nous a même offert du Apfelwein, spécialité de Francfort, comme c'était notre première fois dans cette ville. Nous avons adoré manger là-bas, et le personnel était très agréable et très gentil, nous avons bien ri. Comme promis, nous repasserons l'année prochaine pour sûr, et nous réjouissons énormément. Je vous conseille cet endroit si vous êtes de passage, si vous cherchez la saveur de la sauce verte ! À ne pas manquer !

I visited Frankfurt for the first time and had my first experience with German cuisine at this restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious, and it made me fall in love with Germany. The service was also exceptional, making my first day of travel a wonderful memory. I hope to come back and eat here again someday!

It was a hot day when we visited the restaurant. When we entered, the staff were very welcoming and were happy to welcome children as guests. For the little ones there is a shelf with toys to keep them busy and a sandpit in the cordoned-off outdoor area. The children received A1 service. Children's chairs and children's cups were made available to us without asking. The staff were very attentive and thought of everything. Satisfying the children's needs and making them happy was extremely important to them. In between they even played with the children. The kids thought that was really cool. Despite the hot weather, we opted for an indoor table. The climate was pleasant. Nevertheless, they had placed several fans around the table for us to get a little refreshment and cooling down. We were very surprised by the unexpected, kind gestures. Our well-being was very important to them and we were very grateful! The food was very tasty. The portions are large. The price-performance ratio is right. There is nothing to complain about. It was an unforgettable evening with great hosts. A thousand thanks to the lovely team! Wir hatten einen großartigen Abend! Als Hamburger wollten wir uns von lokaler Küche überzeugen lassen und das wurde übererfüllt! Ein großartiger Gastgeber hat uns herzlichst in Empfang genommen und wirklich schmackhafte Empfehlungen ausgesprochen. Die grüne Soße war der Hit und auch das Pferdegulasch hat uns überzeugt. Zum Abschluss eine Frucht in Calvados und dann noch bei frühlingshaften Temperaturen draußen gesessen! Ein toller Abend!
