The Grillstüberl offers an excellent selection, even for vegetarians! I was particularly impressed by the vegetarian chicken burger – super tasty and juicy. The fries were crispy and flavorful. The service at the counter was friendly and quick, so I felt completely at home. Absolutely recommended!

Rated 4.8 stars... in Germany maybe an excellent burger, but quite below average by Czech standards, decent service but not much food. You simply don't add curry spices to a classic hamburger.

I had ordered a kebab plate, described as having fries, salad and tzatziki. The fries were good, but I wasn't happy with the rest. The tzatziki resembled a ready-made herb remoulade and tasted like it. Since the salad was "drowned" with it, it only tasted like this reumoulade. The kebab meat was sufficient, but much too salty for my taste - apart from that salty taste, there was nothing noticeable. I didn't order a drink - in my opinion it's just way too expensive there. Ordering at the checkout was good, the interior is rather plain and doesn't invite you to linger.

It's a bit reminiscent of an MC Donald's, only much classier, tastier and fresher. The burgers have reasonable prices as well as drinks. We were well fed and even the fries seemed to be homemade. We would choose the Grillstüberl again and again

For me as a Ruhrpottler, this is a restaurant that you can only find here. The ambience is very reminiscent of American fast food chains. The operator is a great host. Ordering your food here is almost fun. Here, people value good food and you can taste it too. Not only would we come back at any time, but we would also take a small detour to eat here

The Grillstüberl is a bit inconspicuous right next to the large parking lot at Königssee / Jennerbahn, but it's worth a visit. We even went there twice. The food was very tasty, the prices were absolutely right, the restaurant and toilets were clean and the employees were friendly. There are plenty of seats and you can also sit outside when the weather is nice. It is a self-service restaurant, you order at the counter and pick up the food there. Absolutely recommended.

Beef curry sausage, kebab and cheeseburger are very tasty. Prices are good, especially in comparison. Nice and helpful employees. I can only recommend it.

A “snack bar” that some restaurants have to hide from. A Schitzel Viennese style with fries, where the salad is visually perfectly presented and appetizingly fresh. Crispy breading! The burgers also look very high quality. Ambiance: Everything is clean. Enough space. The rest is “practically” oriented. I enjoyed it. Service friendly. Price/performance is absolutely right here! Low quality fast food. The service was terrible. Asked for English menu and the waiter just snapped at me. We ordered Coke and received it like juice with no sizzling bubbles. The owner said “It’s the machine@. What kind of answer is that? Never return there again.

We were in the region for 3 days and only ate from here. There is nothing here that you cannot eat elsewhere in Bavaria. We ate double cheese burgers, chicken burgers, pulled beef burgers, yummy chicken burgers and falafel. Everything was at least good. Pulled beef and yummy chicken were special. We would have liked to have eaten them again. Fries are also very good.

I was very happy to be able to eat completely vegan! Had the vegan burger with fries and vegan mayo. It was really delicious! Service was nice, but the ambience right on the street/gas station was unfortunately not so nice. But okay for a fast food restaurant. And the food is even tastier and of much better quality than a McDonalds or Burger King.

Went there spontaneously today because of the proximity to our campsite. Really exciting combination of different dishes in the “fast food area”. The quality of the food, especially the kebab plate, with the variety of different side dishes was top. Clear recommendation!

We were there because of the numerous positive reviews. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The meat on the kebab plate was dry and tough! Tzatziki was also ordered, but it was only a small dollop on the salad. When I asked, they kindly added 2 spoons afterwards! The outdoor dining on a main street is therefore relatively loud. Still quite nice to sit on. However, there is a wasp infestation here. While we were eating there were almost 10 wasps hovering around us. Unfortunately, the operator has not done anything about this.

We had to go here based on the reviews. I have to say, the food is really very good. Exceptional burgers, good kebab meat and mega fries. It's a shame that this shop doesn't exist in Hamburg. Clean and very nice staff. There are also a few parking spaces behind the house.

I ordered a “falafel” kebab with a little spiciness. I got a sandwich with olives and indefinable white pieces and very spicy. The falafel didn't taste like anything and certainly not like falafel. But service was friendly.

I can only report positive things. The employees are very friendly. The food is fresh and tastes really great. I had the falafel wrap and the chicken burger on the next visit. I was very pleased.

We had two kebab plates with fries, it was very tasty and at a price of €12.90 it was really fair for the region. Parking behind the house was free, but only a few were available, otherwise it would be difficult as the Grillstüberl is located directly at the hotspot. Dogs are welcome. Food came very quickly, you get drinks straight away, you have to get your own food, you get a beeper.

We had a kebab plate with a Cola Zero. The cola tasted very strange. However, the kebab plate was very full and super tasty. It was also very nicely prepared. The price-performance ratio is definitely right. You order at the counter and get a beeper that tells you when your food is ready. Personally, I find it a bit annoying when you're waiting at the table and hear beeping everywhere. But that's beside the point. There are a few free parking spaces directly behind the Grillstüberl. Overall recommended

Went to the drive-in counter twice, both times everything was super packaged and when we got home everything was delicious and appetizing. Mega large portions of everything fresh and delicious. Can't confirm that the currywurst was a huge portion and not too spicy. Yummy chicken burger also super tasty, fresh and really big, hard to manage with fries. So everything is in All tasty, fresh and plentiful. Prices are more than appropriate for the quality and quantity. Anyone who writes otherwise is probably still living in 1990. Even the well-known burger giants now charge similar prices, but the quality and quantity cannot be compared. So everything is great and friendly too, SO STAY LIKE THIS, you're doing it all right We're already looking forward to next year

It used to be Mc Donalds… today Grillstüberl!!! Great improvement! The food is really delicious, everything is fresh and large portions 🎉 the service and the staff are great!! A nice casual conversation isn't common everywhere, but it's very nice here! Definitely go there if you are at Königssee

Very good burger. Fills you up, the price is fair.

First of all, price-performance ratio is not right here! Paid €65 for 4 people. 0.5 liter of Cola (Zero) for €4.50 tasted very strange, 0.3 liter of apple juice for €4.00 was steep. The portions were really very small. Unfortunately, the double currywurst with fries didn't fill you up either and the sauce was very spicy! I was hoping for more in terms of taste! No service at the table. The 3 stars are for cleanliness, fresh food, delicious fries and the friendly staff. 2 stars deducted for the tiny expensive tasteless portion.

Great food at fair prices? Does something like this still exist in a tourist hotspot? Clear answer YES Without any expectations, we went to the Grillstüberl at Königssee at 7 p.m. Fries shop, right? Not even close!! We entered a very clean fast food restaurant that was clean in a flash despite a huge rush. We were greeted very warmly by a lady at the counter who also managed the car counter without any problems. We ordered currywurst which was really huge and a kebab plate that was bursting with fresh ingredients!!! What a surprise, very, very cool and always happy. PLEASE stay as you are, you are a double asset to the Berchdesgadener Land in terms of fair and good fast food. We will be back!!!!!!

As always, it was very good! Yes, it takes a while for the food to be ready, but it is always fresh, regional products are used and the quality is consistently good!

Fast food??? Not when selling!!! Ordering due to lack of interest?? Unfortunately not possible. We've eaten here several times, but today's visit was a complete failure. There was a lady behind the counter who was obviously very bored, even though there were a lot of people waiting to order. Instead, we waited until one of the two chefs had finished a (partial) dish so that we could put it on the tray. During idle time there was a friendly grin, nothing else. After about 15 minutes we got tired of waiting and left. The owner obviously doesn't work here, WE certainly won't find out.

Pretty mediocre/poor burgers & fries and quite expensive. The service was really very nice. However, unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it.

Went to the drive in and ordered currywurst and fries. We thought if you ordered at the drive-thru you would also get wooden cutlery or something. Then we stood there stupidly without cutlery. Unfortunately the currywurst was cold and the sauce wasn't great... Fries were ok. Addendum: What kind of response to criticism is that? Incredible. But if you read the responses from the other bad reviews, you can see that they can't handle criticism. I've never experienced anything so cheeky. 😂

Great value for money. We both had a kebab plate. Prepared with love. The service was very nice and the atmosphere was nicely decorated. Even though it was on the main street it was quite quiet. But we were there around 5 p.m. 12.90 € for a kebab plate that was so full that something flew down. The tzatziki was also different from what we know and I liked it better. There's even a drive-in.

Inconspicuous at first glance, the Grillstüberl was completely convincing thanks to the quality of the food, the friendly and helpful service station, the size of the portions and the slightly amber-colored “light” wheat.

Since I already know the grillstüberl from Berchtesgaden, I wanted to test the new branch on Königssee. Fortunately, there is a large self-service beer garden. The food was like in the Grillstüberl in Berchtesgaden, very good and tasty. I love the wide selection of food and burgers.

At the beginning we were a little deceived by the checkout area. Here you almost thought you were at Mc's. But you quickly realized that you had landed in a great restaurant! The food was great and the staff were very friendly. The Watzmann Burger is highly recommended and really fills you up 👍🏻

But my husband decided that it would feel a little too small for boys! Moreover, 2 burgers (chicken 9.9, cheese 6.9), a portion of fries and a cup of latte cost 24.8 euros, which is equivalent to more than NT$1,000, so after doing the math, I think this burger is a bit expensive🤣🤣😅😅😅

Attracted by the good reports, we wanted to stop by the Grillstüberl today. So first it has to be said. The kebab is awesome. Yes, maybe not a "classic" lamb meat kebab, etc. But that didn't matter to us. It has to taste good. And he has it, mega. We didn't try the burgers. But we definitely want to do it for the next few days. The employee who took the order was also super friendly and in a good mood. The only thing we didn't like (which we're happy to ignore) is the ambience. White walls, pictures of mountains, McDonald's interior, rubber flowers everywhere and then the hip hop music in the background. That doesn't quite fit. You can definitely get something out of it in the near future. You could also just sit outside and admire the mountains. But with the temperatures... no. But the food was top, top, top and that’s what matters. Keep it up.

Yes, the Grillstüberl has moved into the former McDonalds halls. You can see everywhere that not much has changed, which is a bit of a shame. We ordered two burgers, fries and onion rings. Add a coke and it was 33-34€. The burger was big, but it wasn't really that special, and it wasn't really hot, but it was freshly prepared because there was nothing going on. I don't fully understand why when I order a burger from the menu, it doesn't come with a drink or side dishes. I actually wanted to give it 3 stars, but the nice service (boss?) was so nice that I still gave it the fourth star. Next time we'll try a kebab and see if it's better than the burgers. Honestly: We really, really enjoy getting something to eat here! The kebab is absolutely amazing, the falafel is homemade and super tasty and the burgers are just awesome! And the most important thing: the price is sensational and the employees and the boss are ALWAYS friendly! We like to grab something or eat on site. 5 stars are actually not enough for a snack 😉

Bought a kebab for €6.90. The kebab was a normal-sized portion and tasted different than a regular kebab - somehow a slightly "Bavarian" version, with arugula and cucumber slices. AT LEAST as tasty as a normal, perfect ratio meat-vegetable sauce. The service was friendly and quick at 8:40 p.m. Special requests were also taken into account; since I was very hungry, I got a great portion. Thank you very much and would be happy to come back at any time!
