We stopped in spontaneously and got a nice seat. Very nice and good, friendly service. The food was very good 👍 The atmosphere was typically Greek and cozy.

Here, you feel like you're staying with friends. Simply delicious food, service always friendly, and the chef is excellent. I recommend it to everyone.

Actually, it's quite good. It's very beneficial to have smaller dishes to choose from. This way, you don't have to stuff yourself, and it's cheaper. There are a lot of dishes to choose from. Very friendly staff.

What a great restaurant! We spontaneously decided to have lunch here on Whit Monday, so we called Thessalia the night before and reserved a table. It was definitely not a mistake. We found the hosts very friendly and the atmosphere wonderful. We didn't wait long, and our drinks and food were served at regular intervals. The food was fantastic and beautifully presented. Excellent value for money. We were thrilled and will definitely come back again. Thank you for this wonderful meal.

Sehr gutes Essen, auch die Grund- und Beilagen bestens. Knoblauchkartoffeln sind der Hit. Auch scheinbar einfache Komponenten sehr edel und mit Raffinesse gemacht - hier ist nichts nur durchschnittlich. Eine unaufdringlich freundlich und relaxte Bedienung rundet den Besuch mehr als positiv ab.

Der Kellner bzw. Besitzer war so unfreundlich. Als wir gegangen sind, haben wir ihm das nochmal gesagt. Er erwiderte, „Er müsse nicht freundlich sein. Er ist ein freier Mensch“. Uns sieht der Laden nicht mehr wieder. Unser kleines Familienunternehmen ist stets bemüht, Ihren Erwartungen in Geschmack Gastfreundlichkeit und Service gerecht zu werden. Dieser Spruch des Restaurants ist ein Hohn!

Immer wieder sehr angenehm in diesem Restaurant zu speisen. Verkehren schon viele Jahre dort als Stammgast mit der Familie. Leckere Speisen und Getränke verwöhnen jeden Gaumen. Auch das Personal sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und Kinderfreundlich. Das Restaurant macht einen sehr gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Kann man nur bestens weiter Empfehlen. Macht weiter so, wir kommen wieder.

We were guests here on August 5th, 2024. The service is super friendly and the food is very tasty. The price-performance ratio is impressive. The only disadvantage is the small beer garden on the sidewalk which has few seats. That's why there are only 4 stars.

Good tasting food, but very small portions and therefore low value for money. All of the Greek restaurants in Gera provide similar tasting Greek food. After all, cuisine is Cuisine! Service was good, and the staff spoke English, which is a bonus in such a rural area.

Very friendly, fast and attentive staff. The prices so far are still great and not overpriced. Portions are huge and always very tasty. Always happy to visit. Small dogs are no problem either. Unfortunately no parking spaces, but tram stop within walking distance.

Price-performance ratio not appropriate. Firstly, small portions for a lot of money. Secondly, cut pieces of meat either small or with a lot of fat (more fat like meat) and add salt to the whole meat. Presumably so that guests buy more drinks. I think the taste has also diminished quite a bit.

The menu is very clearly arranged and there is something for every taste. The dishes are freshly prepared and take a while, so we recommend ordering a starter. The plates are tastefully and decoratively arranged. Garlic lovers will get their money's worth, in all variations. The obligatory Uzo before eating and after eating is self-evident. Even if the portions are very large, the guest does not end up feeling overly full. A dinner to enjoy without the hassle.

The dishes served were of good quality and taste, and we also found friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the overall impression was severely diminished by an above-average waiting time. It took 85 minutes from arriving at the restaurant at lunchtime to serving the main course. What feels like an eternity with hungry toddlers 🙄....

Ein ganz tolles griechisches Restaurant. Tolles Ambiente, man fühlt sich wohl. Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich, auf das Essen muss man nicht lange warten. Es wird optisch schon ordentlich zubereitet, man sagt ja, das Auge isst mit. Vom Geschmack vorzüglich, Kompliment an die Küche. Man kann mit Karte zahlen. Wir wurden auch jeder persönlich verabschiedet. Also wir waren angenehm überrascht, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können euch nur empfehlen. Danke

Der mit Abstand beste Gastronom und Grieche. Den Punkt Abzug im Service, bekommt der Inhaber mit blutenden Herz. Hier fehlen die angagieierten MA's. Dafür rammelt er für 3. Wahnsinn. Und trotzdem immer freundlich und das Essen ist einfach nur Bombe. Wer einmal dort essen war, nimmt die TK Ware seiner " Konkurrenz " nicht mehr ein. Ich hoffe, das dieses Restaurant, uns auf ewig erhalten bleibt. 🤗😊🤗😊🤗

Essen sehr lecker,nur der Service war etwas träge! Haben nicht von allein nachgefragt ob noch jemand etwas möchte MSN musste immer sn die Theke gehen und etwas bestellen, auch beim bezahlen musste man sich einzeln an der Bar anstellen! Und es gab aber auch genügen Personal.

Freundlicher Service, jedoch muss man für den zweiten Ouzo auf Nachfrage ganz und gar bezahlen. Das Essen solide. Da geht man lieber ins Knossos in Gera oder zum Athos in Zwickau. Leider ein himmelweiter Unterschied.

Wir haben uns gestern den Griechen ausgesucht, weil wir nach den Bewertung gegangen sind. Wir haben noch nie im Leben so einen lustlosen unfreundlichen Kellner erlebt! Das Essen war so schlecht, mein Mann hatte eine Moussaka, die war für das Geld viel zu wenig und lauwarm, und hat nach nichts geschmeckt, der Rest des Essens war so lala. Das einzige was gut war, ist der LILLET gewesen! Da wir wirklich sehr selten essen gehen, haben wir uns natürlich doppelt geärgert!

Uns hat das Restaurant begeistert. Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich, das Essen exzellent. Es ist ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir sind der Meinung, das Thessalia ist das beste griechische Restaurant in Gera. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Haben gut gegessen. Vorspeise parierter Schafskäse, warme Vorspeisenplatte, Zaziki etc sehr lecker. Kinderfreundlich, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Preise typisch griechisch. Haben mit 4 Personen, ein Kind davon, mit Vorspeisen, Hauptspeisen und Getränken 105€ bezahlt. Es war sehr nett. Sehr gut besucht und wirklich zu empfehlen. Rund um: kann man machen! Sehr lecker. We hebben er 5 dagen achter elkaar gegeten en elke keer blij verrast door de uitmuntende kwaliteit van het eten, met 2 personen op die manier 10 verschillende gerechten gehad en elk gerecht was een geweldig fijne ervaring, daarnaast een perfecte keurige en vriendelijke bediening, de prijzen liggen zeker niet te hoog voor de kwaliteit wat wordt geserveerd, iedereen begrijpt natuurlijk als je 5 dagen achter elkaar bij het zelfde restaurant gaat eten dat het dan wel TOP moet zijn, beveel dit Griekse restaurant graag aan.
