Hellas can also be described as the best Greek restaurant in Gera. The ambience is beautiful and very Greek in style and extremely modern. The food is also a real culinary delight, but the gyros could be a bit overcooked, but overall it's a very nice restaurant with extremely entertaining service and the owner's son is also a real eye-catcher🤭. Big recommendation

It was very nice here again. Super nice and friendly service, always with a smile on their faces. We were often asked if we needed anything else and if everything was OK. The food and drinks were very tasty. We were able to look at the menu in peace and didn't feel like it was a fast food restaurant where you barely sit down and just want to take your order. I would definitely recommend the restaurant The only thing I would have to complain about are the chairs in the winter garden. Because you can't stay there for long.

We ate at this restaurant after reading many good reviews. Unfortunately I can't understand this. On the one hand, it took quite a long time until our order was taken. When the food came, it was just put there without any good appetite (more like thrown away by a moody waiter). Ordered fish, it wasn't even close to being cooked, it was picked up again, without an apology or anything and after a few minutes it was put back in a very moody manner without any comment. Everything is done very carelessly and without joy. The waitress is friendly but the men in the shop are in the wrong profession. In any case, no one there is paying attention; if you don't act yourself, you'll sit there without a drink like we did. I have never experienced this in any restaurant. After dinner we had the urge to eat dessert, but the things from the main meal were cleared away and then there was no one to be seen and no, there wasn't really much going on. There were also loud discussions about whether I really don't need it when I go out to eat. After a certain amount of time had passed, we decided to have our dessert at home. We were only able to pay if we and the table next to us actively went and asked for the bill. After we said that we would have liked to have dessert, we were told succinctly and quite briskly that we could have said something and or come to the waitress, but it wouldn't be a problem if we didn't eat any more. However, I don't think this is my job. All in all, the food wasn't bad, but I don't need anything else. I will not recommend this Greek.

As usual, everything was very good, but I find it very loud due to too many closely spaced tables, the acoustics are loud and the staff tries to satisfy the guest as quickly as possible, which doesn't always work, but keep it up 👍

The service was friendly and accommodating, you really felt welcome as a guest. The quality and taste of the food was very good, everything was prepared to perfection. Drinks were well chilled. Unfortunately the food was a disappointment. The portions are far too small (adult man) and the beef liver resembled the sole of a shoe. For this reason the first and last time.

We visited the restaurant as part of a family celebration with about 15 people and it was a very good decision. Really good food at reasonable prices, plus a service staff who looked after us very attentively. The kitchen also did a great job, all guests received their food at the same time, which is something you have to do with so many guests. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Very nice and friendly staff. The food is very tasty and the portions are appropriate for the price/performance ratio. I would like to see a larger selection of non-alcoholic drinks, such as: homemade lemonades etc. The homemade ouzo with pomegranate was also very tasty, and we took a bottle to take home with us. We can warmly recommend the Greeks.

Best Greek in Gera. Very comfortably furnished, with a winter garden that was still heated in March. There are also smaller portions, but they are quite sufficient. My beer shouldn't be that cold - no problem, the glass was warmed up a bit. Great service, nice staff, reasonable prices. The food tasted TOP. For me: clear recommendation.

Service super fast. Food very good, in taste and quantity. Of course, requests will be taken into account. There is a small downside when it comes to the ambience. Apart from a few pictures of Greek landscapes on the walls, there is hardly any Greek flair. Yes, the restaurant is modernly furnished.

It was something very special at Hellas for International Women's Day. There was good eating 🍽️, drinking 🍻🍾🥂🍹🍷🍸 and of course dancing 💃🕺. A successful evening where every guest had fun.

In my opinion, Hellas in Gera is the best Greek. The prices are great, the food is delicious, the waiting times are always very short and the atmosphere is modern and cozy. Geradaki ilk akşam yemeğimiz için burayı tercih ettik. Cumartesi akşam 17.30 da kapılar açıldı. 18.00 e kadar içerisi tıklım tıklım dolmuştu. Rezervasyon yaptırmayı unutmayın. Yemek olarak 129 numara ve 107 numarayı tercih ettik. İkisini de tattık ve oldukça güzeldi. Başlangıçta salata veriliyor, hemen ardından ouzo shot geliyor. En son hesabı öderken de ouzo ikramları var. Sade ouzo ve kokteyl ouzo olarak. Kokteyl olana bayıldık. Mekan çok güzel dizayn edilmiş. Biz bahçe kısmında yedik. Isıtması oldukça yeterliydi. Kısık sesli Yunan müzikleri de yemeğinize eşlik ediyor. Çalışanlar da çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüler. Hesap 51€ ödedik. Yine geleceğiz :)

Einfach lecker und gut. Große Portionen, toller Service, wir können das Essen nur empfehlen. Leider ist es immer sehr voll und ein spontaner Besuch ist schwierig, man sollte definitiv reservieren.

Wir waren zur Mittagszeit, ohne Tischreservierung da und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Mittagsmenue kam sehr schnell und es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Gaststätte und die Toiletten waren sehr sauber!!!! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Unser Lieblingsgrieche! Wer Wert auf freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit im gesamten Restaurant und tolles Ambiente mit leckerem Essen legt ist im Hellas genau richtig. Wir kommen jeden Monat und freuen uns immer wieder dort zu sein.

Soweit alles okay. Super Nettes Personal Super schöne Einrichtung. Und dann kommt das große ABER... Das Essen lässt nach wie vor zu wünschen übrig viele Speisen sind einfach zu lange gegrillt ergo einfach zu Trocken. Beim letzten Besuch war es schwierig bei meinem Gyros zwischen den Verbranntem und harten teil was essbares zu finden...

Zuerst zu den Parkplätzen: diese sind li. und re. der Einbahnstraße kostenfrei vorhanden- aber leider nicht ausreichend, so dass ich zum Erreichen des Ziels (an einem Wochetag) schon eine größere Wegstrecke zurücklegen mußte. 🤔 Überraschend war für mich zuerst die stil-/ und geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Gastraumes! Gespeist wurde nach "Mittagskarte" am 24.09.2023. Ohne Vorbestellung erhielten wir (2 Personen) sofort einen freien und gesäuberten Tisch zugewiesen. Die Service war für uns beide beispielhaft gut: schnell, aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.👍 Zum Mittagsgericht gab es für jeden Gast zuerst einen Ouzo und ohne Aufpreis eine Linsen-Vorsuppe. Mit dem Haupt-Gerichten "Gyros mit/in Metaxasoße u. Pommes" bzw. "Rinderleber vom Grill", waren wir beide sehr zufrieden. Sehr lecker!😋 Auch Ouzo wurde übrigens ausreichend nachgeschenkt. Auffällig war für mich auch der gesamte Sanitär-/Toilettenbereich: er war neu und beispielhaft sauber! Als "Gera- Besucher" empfehle ich dieses Restaurant und werde es auch selbst wieder aufsuchen.😀

Ich gehe immer gerne ins Hellas, man wird behandelt wie Familie. Preise passen, Essen ist sehr gut. In meinen Augen gibt es dort den besten Gyros der Stadt. Einziges Manko ist die telefonische Erreichbarkeit, das liegt aber daran, dass dieses Restaurant immer sehr gut besucht ist. Wärmsten zu empfehlen
