Fast service and the salmon was very tasty

I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. On my plate, there were potato slices that were stuck together – when I separated them, I discovered that there was old tzatziki sauce in between. This clearly indicates that previously served leftovers were being reused – there's no other explanation for old sauce between potato slices. This is an absolute no-no in the restaurant industry and a clear indication of poor hygiene. When I approached the staff about it, they responded unprofessionally: One waitress "suddenly couldn't speak German anymore," and the second only half-heartedly dismissed the incident. From their facial expressions and demeanor, I also had the impression that they knew exactly what had happened – which is why I don't believe this is an isolated incident. Despite the incident, there was neither a sincere apology nor any kind of accommodation – we had to pay the full price as if nothing had happened.

Good authentic Greek restaurant, the food was fresh, the meat quality was very nice. The service was quick and atmosphere was brilliant, nothing would go wrong. The 400ml bottles water was little expensive I believe similar like the cost in Switzerland, now a days there is no difference doing restauranting in in Germany vs Switzerland, but are almost same on the cost.

Authentic Greek cuisine, generous portions, and friendly service! The meze platter, lamb souvlaki, and grilled octopus are especially recommended—all fresh and perfectly prepared. Highly recommended, we'll be back!

Very fine appetizers, succulent meat dishes, delicious salads, fast food, very friendly staff. Easily accessible. There are steps inside the restaurant, and the parking lot is accessible from the outside terrace, even with strollers.

One good Greek restaurant in the area. Not exactly 100% authentic, but out of all the Greek places I’ve tried around here, this one comes the closest to real Greek food. Unfortunately, the biftekia stuffed with feta was a disappointment the cheese inside was still hard and hadn’t melted, which made it unpleasant to eat. The gyros plate was okay. I’m sure they can do better next time! Very friendly service and a nice atmosphere and very big portions! It’s worth a try!

Freundliches Personal. Günstige und gute Mittagsmenüs. Es gibt zuerst einen Salat mit Brot. Gyros mit Pilzen und Kartoffelscheiben war sehr lecker.

Been here so many times and it was my goto place for Greek food. Unfortunately the quality is changed. The food is tasteless and way smaller. The signature tzatziki sauce was bland and simple yogurt tasting one. In the meantime the staff (owner?) kids continuously yelled and cried in the corner box made the full meal quite unpleasant. Sad this place changed this much.

Griechisch essen sollte ein kulinarisches Erlebnis sein keine Abfertigung ohne Emotionen Wir sassen mittendrin trotz Vorbestellung mit der Bitte etwas ruhiger. Das Restaurant ist nett aber sehr klein hat etwas Mensaathmossphäre, mein Einsruck. Bedienung war total überfordert kein persönliches )Wort Motto :bestellen,essen,gehen Das Essen war durchschnittlich nix besonderes kein Augenschmaus und völlig überwürzt es gab weder Pitabrot noch einen Ouzo zum Abschied da sind wir anderes gewohnt . Die Terrasse und der gesamte Aussenbereich sollte auch im Winter gepflegt sein und einladend wirken naja vielleicht verlangt man da zuviel. Hauptsache die Preise stimmen . Es muss also nicht nochmal sein schade.

For the price and from Greeks, I expect the tzatziki to be made with fresh garlic and not ready-made powder. Doesn't work at all.

A very nice restaurant in the heart of Grenzach. Large outdoor terrace, cute little winter garden and a clean, tidy and chic restaurant that invites you to stay. The food is amazing and the service is great. The service is also understanding towards children and strives to meet all requirements.

This was a meal after a tiring day. Wasn't exceptional. A lot of garlic in the minced meat versions and the mousaka was dry. Too bad!

Relatively expensive for what is served.

The food is always a dream, as is the service. The Greek cuisine is really good and the atmosphere is very homely. It is also highly recommended in terms of price. Also a little tip, on weekends it is VERY crowded, so you have to wait (without a reservation) or the food isn't prepared so well, so call or leave within the week.

Extend the outdoor area somewhat carelessly to include the adjacent meadow, you're practically sitting on the meadow. The food didn't really impress me, but the service was attentive and friendly. Deserves a second chance.

We really enjoy going here. The food is good, the service is good. The prices are moderate. There are enough seats inside and outside. Even those who make a reservation spontaneously usually still have a chance of getting a place for themselves and their loved ones.

We have known the restaurant for a long time and always enjoyed going there. Now this time I was disappointed, I ordered fish with salad. It's a shame that it doesn't say which dressing - allergy sufferers asked if it was Dil, they said yes and then said I couldn't eat the salad. It was a store-bought, fatty, ready-made sauce. That was simply ignored. And you pay €28.00 for that. I've eaten a lot of salads and they were always really tasty. There used to always be a Uso??when paying, potato slices and rice at the meal are no longer there, but the prices have risen, which is a shame.

Great food - everything was fabulous. Great service and worth it!

The food was average, not exceptional but standard. The portions were sufficient, the side salad was a bit bland. According to the menu and drinks menu, we ordered a draft wheat beer, but you could see behind the counter that it came from a bottle. No drama in itself, but if you offer it on tap and the guest orders with the exact words “from tap”, it would at least be sincere to say: sorry, we don’t have it, it comes from the bottle. This approach simply leaves an unpleasant aftertaste.

Das Essen war gut. Leider ist es im Sommer drinnen ohne Klimaanlage nicht angenehm. Es hatte auch viele Fliegen und nach dem Besteck mussten wir selber fragen.

Wir haben uns draussen auf der Terasse aufgehalten. Mittagessen war ganz ok, Preis-Leistung war auch ok. Doch was uns enorm gestört hatte ist , dass das Servicepersonal mit dreckigen T-Shirts ( mehrere Personen) unterwegs war. Die Flecken auf den Kleidern stammen ganz sicher nicht von dem Tag.

A nice place, especially in summer when you can sit outside. The dishes are rather simple but well prepared. The menu doesn't offer that much variety. More variations can be found on it. The operators and apparently it is a family are very warm in their service. We recommend taking a seat outside in the garden.

Plenty of room, enough space between the tables. You are not bothered by a lot of noise and can have normal conversations. Service was helpful and patient. The food arrived on time and was very tasty. The meat is just perfectly prepared, the herbs, the structure, the juice is really a form of perfection. The meze mix was also very tasty. You get value for your money. Highly recommended.

Ob Sie die Makedonia-, Gyros-, Vegi-, oder Dorfplatte wählen, begleitet von gutem Wein und köstlichen Desserts, hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Why travel for a long time when Greece is so close? You have come to the right place in the “Syrtaki” restaurant. You can expect a cozy atmosphere inside as well as a beautiful outdoor area, partly covered and extending to the meadow. Whether you choose the Makedonia, Gyros, Vegi or Village platter, accompanied by good wine and delicious desserts, the price-performance ratio is right here. The dessert “Galaktoburiko” is particularly recommended. There are also plenty of parking spaces available. Thank you very much and see you next short vacation.

The lamb shank was good, but the sauce was clearly not homemade, but tasted like Maggi, carelessly prepared, salad with some kind of dressing (Greek restaurant?), cola by the glass, a large bottle of mineral water for 8 euros can't really be justified.

Food and service very good. Unfortunately, you sit too close to your neighbor so that personal conversations can be overheard. That bothers me.

Very good food, especially the Hercules platter is great, lots of good meat. Staff is always friendly and in a good mood. Unfortunately, the restaurant is rather small, so it's better to reserve in advance, as the restaurant is usually busy.

Cozy restaurant, attentive service and good food

Wir habe uns spontan dazu entschieden dieses Restaurant zu besuchen (Freitagabend) und trotzdem hat man Platz für zwei Personen gefunden. Das Essen war sehr gut und der Service hervorragend! Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen.

Wer zu oft geht schaut zu viel.

Un voyage en Grèce : La musique, la décoration et la nourriture ! Très bonne salade offerte en entrée avec des légumes de saison. Très savoureuse. Les plats sont très bons, la serveuse très sympathique et la bière excellente.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und deshalb ein Ort, wo man gerne wieder hingeht. Das Essen war auch gut, aber viel zu viel. Ich bin zwar kein Fan von griechischer Küche, aber das syrtaki würde ich empfehlen und auch wieder zum Essen hingehen. Preise sind auch im Ordnung. Schade, dass nur ein vegetarisches Gericht auf der Karte gibt. Die Speisekarte ist zwar sehr vielfältig aber fleischlastig. Schade, dass Menschen mit Behinderung Mühe haben ins Restaurant zu kommen. Auf die Toilette zu gehen, wird absolut schwierig, da der Weg zu denen für Rollstuhlfahrer zu eng ist und auch selber in den WC Anlagen ist es zu klein und zu eng für einen Rollstuhl. Schade, dass man hier Menschen mit größere Behinderung ausgrenzt. Empfehlungen für Gerichte abzugeben ist schwierig, da jeder ein andere Maßstab und Ansprüche an die Küche und Essen hat.

Das Essen gut wie immer, Bedienung nette Griechinnen und Griechen mit perfektem Deutsch, jetzt schon dritte Generation. Innen und außen jetzt angenehm erneuert und kälte- und wettergeschützt. Küche hervorragend und sehr vielseitig, günstige Mittagsmenus, etwa zehn Minuten ab Aeschenplatz

Wir waren am Samstag zum Abendessen Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und ist auf Extrawünsche eingegangen. Essen war gut Schade das es kein Ouzo zum Abschluss gab

Das Essen war nicht schlecht. Ouzo Gratis---Fehlanzeige. Toastbrot im Brotkörbchen-- hab ich meinem ganzen Leben in einem griechischen Restaurant noch nie gesehen. Waren das gar keine Griechen?

Essen war gut, der Service war am Anfang extrem, ständig war jemand da und wollte unsere Bestellung wegen Essen aufnehmen, obwohl wir noch garnicht lange da waren. Getränke hatten wir gleich bestellt nach Ankunft. Nachdem wir unser Essen bekommen haben, war dann lange Ruhe mit dem Service! Man lief lange an uns vorbei und beachtete uns kaum,obwohl wir gern noch was zum Trinken gehabt hätten. Irgendwann konnten wir noch etwas zumTrinken bestellen. Die Rechnung kam, man hat bezahlt und das war es dann! Gab es nicht früher mal einen Ouzo aufs Haus?
