A very “frugal” Greek. Was there for lunch, the food was served very quickly and was delicious. The portion was very “economical” and therefore definitely not enough. That's not all, the actual “obligatory” ouzo was also saved. It's a real shame, probably lost a new regular guest 😞

Gyros made from fatty chicken leg meat? Not traditionally Greek to me. Meat is not marked on the menu. Whoever gets Ouzo is apparently rolled. If you're looking for a quick, quick restaurant, you're in good hands there for a short time.

We ordered lunch the other day. The menu looks promising with much to offer and at fair prices. We sat on the terrace really comfy. When the order arrived we had a slight misunderstanding between the order and what was actually served. Admitting to the miscommunication, the waiter or manager did not do anything to rectify the matter and walked away. Not really a guest orientated situation. We agree that the English language is barely understood, but it negatively impacts the lunch. The final straw we had to encounter, my wife be foreign and uses a credit card which needs to swipe. The manager took the card out of her hands and indicated clearly that we don't know how to deal/use the card. Of course it failed and when my wife tried it again the card approval was immediate and the order was paid. His final words were, do I get a tip.....this we will never forget. Hilarious.

I have had the delightful opportunity to dine at this wonderful Greek restaurant on several occasions, and I can confidently say it stands out as the best in town! From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warmth and professionalism. The owner and the service are welcoming, attentive, and incredibly patient with guests. Now, let’s talk about the food! Each dish is bursting with flavor and made from high-quality ingredients. I tried various plates and Lamm dishes. Every tasty bite teleports you straight to Greece. For those who appreciate fine wine, I highly recommend trying the dry white wine “Mostra.” It pairs beautifully with the dishes and enhances the overall dining experience. The staff is very nice and friendly. There is a large selection of Greek specialties. The food was very tasty and you didn't have to wait long for it, even though the outside area was full. The portions were very large, so everyone gets enough... It's a shame that we don't live nearby and were only there for the weekend, otherwise we would regularly eat at this great Greek restaurant

Today was a disappointment! The potato slices were covered in oil. I received a new portion, but it was even worse. As we were clearing away the lady with long light brown hair asked how it was. I told the truth that the potatoes were a disaster, which showed because they were still on the plate. However, she didn't respond, not even with an apology. When the bill was paid, sometimes before the meal, all guests received a schnapps. However, I don't. It wasn't until I asked that I received one. Where has the quality gone? The price has risen, the quality has fallen. A pity!

A really good Greek with very attentive service! We recommend! I had dinner with a colleague this week! We received a very warm welcome here, received the cards quickly and after choosing our starters we received a quick greeting from the service 😉! Afterwards came the salad and drinks. The food was very warm and really very good! Great meat! After the meal there was another little attention from the service 😉! Nice atmosphere, fast and attentive service and at fair prices! I'd love to come back!

Not the first time here - and definitely not the last time! friendly service, the food was very tasty: crisp salad, meat excellent and cooked to perfection, potato slices crispy on the outside and pleasantly soft on the inside, well seasoned but not too strong, the price was reasonable; I am looking forward to the next time!

Went for lunch. Food ok. Service staff hardly speaks German. A different dressing was used. After dinner no one came anymore. Service could be better.

Very nice evening with friendly staff, very good food and ouzo! We came here spontaneously, the atmosphere appealed to us and we were happy to get the last free table. The service was very good and the staff were quick and friendly. The food was also great, plentiful and good value for money. A Greek evening includes ouzo, which was on the house. We are completely satisfied and would come back at any time.

We had lunch at Münsterplatz. The food was okay and the employees were very friendly. There were various dishes typical of Greek cuisine. Everything was tidy and clean.

We came across the restaurant by chance. In our opinion, the menu has something for every guest. We had fried calamari, warm pulpo in oil and grape leaves with rice as starters. For the main course we had grilled doradę and a lamb platter. All dishes were freshly prepared, the quality of fish, meat and pulp/calamari was very high!!! We enjoyed the food and filled ourselves like we were on vacation in Greece. The boss's wife looked after the guests very lovingly, the furnishings look very nice, Greek music is playing in the background, so you really feel like you're on vacation... we'll definitely be back! Finally, there was the best Uzo I've drunk so far.

We had the symposium record delivered to us for the first time yesterday. The order was placed in the afternoon via the delivery app before the actual restaurant opening time. The food was therefore delivered before the confirmed time, which was very convenient for us. The older driver was very friendly. The dishes on the symposium platter (for 2 people) were divided into several containers so that, for example, the sauce could not soak everything through. Great. Unfortunately, the very tasty dishes (especially the sauce and the potato slices) could have been a little warmer. Therefore I am not sure whether a thermobox was used. Of course, given the 7 km journey, we expected food that wasn't quite hot anymore. In any case, the quality and taste were excellent, so we will definitely use this delivery option again. Is also the only Greek restaurant that delivers home. For others, collection only. Please keep it up (maybe with a thermobox so it arrives warmer?).

Centrally located, right in the middle

Reception was friendly, Unfortunately something was forgotten when ordering (drinks + appetizer), not tragic but not ideal either. The food:...the salad was great. But for me personally, the main course was too greasy or oil-heavy. The food was quite heavy on my stomach. For me personally there will be no repeat.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, das Essen war schnell auf dem Tisch und sehr sehr fein, sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant. Das einzige, was mir nicht gefiel war die Salatsauce. Was hat eine thousend island sauce in einem griechischem Restaurant zu suchen? Ich erhoffte mir griechischen Geschmack, ein feines Olivenöl zB. Portionen sind zu gross, ich würde lieber verschiedene Sachen essen können. Nächstes msl teile ich den Teller, dann kann ich Vorspeise oder Dessert haben. Meiner 14jährigen Tochter wurde dafür ein Gläschen Alkohol serviert. Sorry für die schlechten Bilder.

Super, familienamtmosphärische Taverne. Aber nicht für Famile mit Kleinkinder. Das Essen ist Lecker us der Preisleistung ist für uns richtig.

Accueil agréable. Personnel très serviable. Le monsieur qui nous a servi (je que c'est le chef) était très sympa. Lors du choix du vin, je lui ai dit que j'aimerais bien boire du vin rosé sec avec mon repas. Simplement, sur la carte ce n'est pas disponible. Il m'a dit que c'est possible. Le repas était top. La portion bien généreuse. Ambiance agréable avec la musique grecque. A refaire !

Service und Essen Mega Qualität

Ambiente kühl-Gasthaus nicht fertig; Baustelle im Gasthaus, Der Empfang: als Gast mit Hund als störend empfunden, letzter Tisch in der Ecke wurde angeboten. Kunde ist König wird hier leider nicht gelebt. Essen fad. Eines muss ich sagen: 1 Service Mitarbeiter war top.

Nach längere Zeit bin ich heute mal wieder beim Griechen 😋 Es war alles durchweg klasse 😊

Preis-Leistung hat gestimmt. Es gibt sicher bessere griechische Lokale, aber auch schlechtere. Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Auf Essen und Getränke mussten wir nicht lange warten. Kaum bestellt, stand auch schon der Beilagensalat auf dem Tisch. Portionen vom Essen waren auch reichlich. Sauberkeit vom Lokal auch top. Für meinen Geschmack etwas Zuviel Soße (Fertigsosse?) an den Gerichten. Sonst alles okay.

Wir waren das erste mal dort und waren vom Ambiente begeistert. Das Person war sehr nett und höflich, zu uns zumindest. Wir hatten Lammkoteletts mit Beilagensalat statt Pommes bestellt war für das Restaurant kein Problem und wurde gut umgesetzt. Kleiner Minuspunkt , es war zuviel Salatsosse auf dem Teller. Dazu hatten wir noch Gyros mit Brat-Kartoffel Gyros war lecker die Bratkartoffeln waren leider nicht ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Tzaziki war lecker! Ouzo gab es natürlich reichlich aufs Haus totaler Pluspunkt für mich weil ich finde das das einfach dazu gehört!!! Auf die Rechnung mussten wir länger warten den Grund wussten wir leider nicht dafür.

Leider war das Essen viel zu fettig :-( Ich habe nach 5 Stunden immer noch furchtbares aufstossen. Aufmerksamkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Schlussendlich mussten wir mit bezahlen noch warten, bis der zuständige Herr von der "ersten Etage" zurück kam.

Das Symposium in Bad Säckingen – ein griechisches Fest für die Sinne! Bei jedem Besuch wird man hier mit einem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis verwöhnt, das im Einklang mit dem Geschmack der Gerichte steht. Fast alles war ein kulinarischer Genuss, obwohl ich mir gewünscht hätte, dass die Kartoffelscheiben einen Hauch knuspriger wären. Doch das selbstgemachte Tzatziki? Ein Traum! Es erinnert an die warmen Sommerabende auf einer griechischen Insel und ist ein klarer Beweis dafür, dass hier mit Liebe und Handwerkskunst gekocht wird. Die großzügigen Portionen sorgen dafür, dass man nicht nur satt, sondern auch zufrieden nach Hause geht. Der Service rundet das gesamte Erlebnis ab: aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Symposium ist ein Ort, der das Flair Griechenlands nach Bad Säckingen bringt und jedem Gast ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubert.

Die Qualität ist gesunken, die Preise sind ok

Tudo muito bom,com gentiza e presteza, comida saborosa e farta. Ambiente interno a aconchegante.

Schöne Lokation am Münsterplatz, leider kam man sich nicht willkommen vor, das Personal wirkte recht Lustlos. Dafür das auch nur 6 Tische besetzt wahren und ein Teil schon sein Essen hatte dauerte es recht lang bis der Hauptgang kam, Salat war teilweise welk und auch ein Strunk war drin mit Fertigsauce lieblos übergossen,Bifteki waren sehr salzig so das man recht viel durst bekam doch alle Kellner liefen ohne zu schauen an uns vorbei, kein Nachfragen ob alles ok ist oder wir noch etwas möchten, also blieben wir durstig. Bis wir zahlen konnten verging dann auch noch etwas Zeit und man muss pro Tisch bezahlen, was etwas ungeschickt ist da nicht alle bar zahlen wollten. Für ein Griechisches Restaurant ok, aber ich muss nicht nochmal unbedingt hin.
