I love coming here, the food is fresh and tastes so good!

Scam?! We placed an order that was never delivered. Instead of helping us over the phone, we were treated extremely rudely and referred to a non-existent hotline. When I pointed out to the employee that there was no hotline and that I therefore asked her for help, I was told that I had to trust her and that she would take care of it in the next few days. After I asked her not to give me her name, the employee refused to give me her name, saying that if I was supposed to trust her, I should at least speak to someone with a name. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they simply hung up on us.

We had bowls on site. Staff was kind and smiley. Bowls were tasty and big enough. Price is also ok based on Munich standards. Maybe it was just luck but the music was also bomb. Only maybe the sauce could be more in amount.

Very bad experience. The food was served in cardboard boxes, and it wasn’t fresh — even the basmati rice tasted like it had been taken straight from the fridge. Cold air was constantly blowing, making you feel rushed to eat quickly and leave. For €20 per person, it was an awful experience.

Good but nothing special, quite pricey as well

Ordered food, and it was a complete disgrace. Good service and attractive presentation are essential for delivery as well, not just for dining in. The piece was supposed to be salmon (Tokyo drift salmon). Completely burnt, tiny, and the bowl was presented with a terrible lack of care. Very disappointing, especially considering the €13.79 price tag – an absolute catastrophe.

A truly delicious and healthy restaurant! I've only ordered delivery so far, and every time all the ingredients were fresh and very tasty. Their website even lists the calories for each individual ingredient – ​​super handy if you're watching your diet. Overall, a great choice for anyone who wants to eat healthily and really delicious food at the same time.

Very tasty food. Ordering by card at the terminal. Delivery time on site was much shorter than the 15 minutes stated on the receipt. Limited seating, very cramped. It's a typical snack bar.

So-so. No greeting, ordering only via screens, very spartan decor. The Oriental Curry was okay, but the rice had been sitting out for a while. Overall, a bit uninspired, wouldn't come back 🤷🏼‍♀️

The salad was good, but the place was FREEZING and the door was open the entire time for some reason. It’s fine for takeaway but my hands hurt from the cold while eating.

It's always great to order from there. We haven't been there yet, but the food is always very fresh, the portions are generous, and the food is incredibly delicious. The prices are a bit high, but the fresh ingredients and the taste justify it. For us, it's the place to order healthy food during our lunch break or something similar.

I dropped by for a late lunch. The appearance of the place is nice, and it is easy to order and get your food quickly. ⌚ However, when it comes to the bowl itself, it was a disappointing experience for me. I tried their signature Spicy Buddha bowl with 2 additional salmon pieces. From my perspective: - The components, separately, are from good to okay, but they don't work out together - The bowl lacks protein content - it is a bit of peanuts, but that's it - Adding a reasonable amount of protein makes the dish more expensive (~30+%) than competitors - The bowl was extremely dry - the dressing did not even reach the curry millet, which is very dry on its own This was one of the rare visits when I had not finished my dish because I didn't like it. 😕

The food was delicious, and ordering and pickup went really well. I highly recommend it, especially the "mix your own bowl" option.

I love the concept of this place! I like the fresh ingredients and healthy options they offer. However, Team Green Club, PLEASE COOK THE RICE PROPERLY! I’ve tried 3 times and they were half raw and not edible. My tip is to order the salad, not the bowls with rice, sadly.

I visited the store for the first time today. Unfortunately, I wasn't greeted, nor was the ordering process briefly explained or even pointed out. So I stood there waiting until I discovered the ordering machines myself. I would have appreciated a friendly reminder, since someone had seen me. I tried the Baos Combo, which clearly has potential for improvement. The filling is delicious, and they look delicious, but the baos themselves are very dry, brittle, and the filling falls out immediately. I'm used to soft, fluffy baos, and I expected this from the pictures. Unfortunately, that was a bit disappointing. But I believe that with a few tweaks, you can create soft, warm, and fluffy baos here. And a friendly hello sometimes works wonders ;)

The best and, above all, healthiest bowl I've ever eaten – even as a vegan. This alone makes you want to live in Munich... For the prices, such an absolutely fantastic variety of food – absolutely fantastic! 🤩 A 10-star recommendation!

Food is delicious and healthy. Sometimes it’s too crowded and it may take long for the order to be ready. But I’d definitely go again.

I always get the burrito bowl here; it's truly the best! The portions are really large, too; this is pretty much the only bowl shop where I can really get full :) The delivery service is also reliable, and the staff is generally super friendly! I highly recommend it.

The bowls are basically delicious, but I found there was too little dressing

The bowls are rather mediocre and far too expensive. The staff doesn't say hello or goodbye. It's not a particularly pleasant atmosphere; you feel like you're being treated like air.

I ordered through Uber Eats. After waiting for over two hours, the order still hasn't been delivered, although the app shows that it's been delivered. I haven't received a refund.

We had salads, ciabatta bread, and eggplant paste delivered. I wouldn't order the paste again, as it didn't taste good and was too watery. The ciabatta bread was great, and the salads, although very expensive, were perfectly fine. The portions are large and enough for two meals. However, I would still be happy if the picture matched the delivery. It may have been very busy that day, but we had to hunt for the Japanese asparagus because it's smaller than chives. We only found one crispy seaweed leaf. One salad was forgotten, and the second salad was missing the extras we ordered. However, after a quick call, they responded immediately and delivered a replacement.

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star, even though the food is delicious. However, the delivery service is abysmal, and even via Wolt (although, according to Wolt, Green Club has its own drivers), the delivery took more than two hours – without any prior notification or information. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from here again under these circumstances.

We ordered through Wolt and waited almost two hours for our food. When we call, we get an automated message, making it impossible to speak to someone directly. The bowls tasted good. We won't order from here again due to the extreme wait time.

Impossible to order food there. I tried twice – I ordered at 8 p.m. and arrived at 11 p.m. The restaurant is unreachable by phone.

Uber Eats orders aren't delivered, and you can't reach anyone by phone either. Very poor service.

Salads or better poke! At the tables Non-existent service only order via display and payment only by card! Fresh food even too much ... undercooked some things for something light and genuine ok! No water only drinks.

We are spending a week of holidays in Münich area and we ordered here to finally eat some veggies and help with good digestion after dinner. Delivery man with a big smile, awesome and tasty food, a note and a special discount due to the lack of sauces (the mango one was also awesome!) made our day. We will repeat 100% sure! Super friendly service and well-mixed bowls

The bowls are varied and truly delicious. Unfortunately, they're not really filled to the brim, and they're quite expensive. You even had to pay for the disposable packaging.

My ordered bowls were ready for pickup on time and taste absolutely delicious. I would buy the kimchi tomato dressing by the bottle!

The first time I went there the wait time was more than 45 minutes, but the food was ok. Next time I didn't have to wait for so long, but the food was not really tasty. Falafel was dry and hard, rice extremely overcooked. And everything is cold.

We placed our order, and after a two-hour wait and two calls telling us it was on its way, we were eventually unable to reach anyone, and there were no updates or notifications. Edit: The delivery arrived in the middle of the night after about three hours and then became a takeaway for the next day. After a few messages with customer service in the days following, we received a full refund and a voucher for our next visit.

New opening in Munich! I had the Kebab Supreme bowl, amazing food and also the service was really nice, I will definitely go back!

The food was delicious, but I was the only customer in the store, waiting half an hour for a bowl. The staff, who didn't even greet me when I walked in, consistently avoided eye contact with me during that time. A friendly "Hi, we need a moment, please take a seat," certainly wouldn't have hurt.

I ordered the seasonal Trufflelicious Bowl on-site, and I have to say: it was amazing! All the ingredients were fresh, perfectly combined, and the marinated lentils and truffle cream were particularly amazing. I then ordered the Spring Soul Bowl to take home. Even a day later, it still tasted amazing!

Great place! We got some to-go food and took it to the English Garden. Great vegan selection (planted kebab, planted chicken, falafel, and tofu), all the ingredients were super fresh, large portions for the price, and very, very friendly service! We'll definitely be back :)

Incredibly delicious bowls. The ingredients are a little different than at other bowl restaurants. Allergens are clearly labeled, and there are plenty of options, including vegan and gluten-free options. There's a few seats inside and outside. Card payments only. Very progressive for Germany 👍

Good new vegan option in Maxvorstadt. I had the protein bowl, which was a quite large portion. Ordering online was great to pick-up right when you arrive at lunch time.

Since the app said the food should have been delivered 30 minutes ago, we called to inquire. We were told the driver would be with us in a few moments. I ordered a bowl through Lieferando and have been waiting for two hours for delivery. When I call, hardly anyone speaks English. The order never arrived, and I haven't received my money back. I won't order from there again and can't recommend this place – very unprofessional. (I'm Spanish and used the translator to write this review.)

I find delivery time of 60 minutes really absurd considering that I literally live around the corner? Then please don't offer it and I'll just pick it up in the future

I ordered the Spicy Buddha Bowl with extra chicken. Unfortunately, as far as I could see, there was no chicken even though I had paid for it. It's not tragic, but it's a shame that it was forgotten. In terms of taste, the bowl was really great: very intense, fresh and really spicy - I even had to take out the chili peppers. Every single ingredient was delicious. Overall a strong 9 out of 10! I can absolutely recommend it. (Green Club Munich)

I can agree with the other reviews in that the food is really plentiful, delicious, and fresh! PRICE: In my opinion, however, the price-performance ratio isn't right. Charging €8.95 for a roll WITHOUT a main dish (tofu, halloumi, chicken, falafel) and adding €2 or more for all the aforementioned ingredients is really too much – in my opinion: overpriced. Unfortunately, it only tastes half as good when you pay almost €14 for the roll. I'd rather eat a good kebab for €7 😅

Unfortunately the chicken was rock hard and very oily. At a “healthy” bowl shop you expect more freshness in the ingredients. There were also no olives in stock for my bowl, so the second sauce was missing. Given the prices you would expect more…

It's said to be a burrito, but it's actually made from a bread-like pancake, and when you eat it, it's a bit rotten on the outside. The ingredients are sufficient and the portion is large, but why didn’t I see the egg when I ordered the egg-added dish? Hollumi is too salty

This is the best bowl place I've found in Munich! Good variety of bowls (vegan, veggie, chicken) made very fast. Staff is friendly, too. I especially loved the Yo Booch kombucha 😋

I went to Greens&Grains for the first time a while ago and then again straight away! The food was great, very tasty, the atmosphere was great and the staff were great. Nicolas, Italian, was happy to advise me and was super nice to talk to, I'll be happy to come back. 🌟🌟

I ordered in the evening. And unfortunately G&G just sent me the leftovers from the evening. 80% of the ingredients were wrong. No chicken, no egg. Total failure!

We ordered two bowls with chicken here, a completely indefinable bowl came with no chicken, no side dishes, no dressing but with two (!) pieces of halloumi. The bowl tasted really greasy - you had the feeling they just put everything that was left in there. Apart from that, the portion was super small and way too expensive! You pay ~16€ per bowl (not organic).

The quality of the food was not as it used to be (at least now that I went) and one girl that was working there was SLEEPING in the chairs and the another one was with her cellphone. Plus when I tried to pay it took so long for the machine to load.

Ich hatte das Auberginen Dal, war sehr lecker aber für 10€ eine super kleine Portion. Zum Sitzen gibt es Hocher und eine Sitzbank, länger als 1h Stunde wird es dann etwas unbequem. Grundsätzlich kann ich es empfehlen, aber wie gesagt relativ teuer für die Menge

Die Bowls sind wirklich super lecker und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Leider sind 16€ für eine Bowl schon eine Ansage, deswegen ein Stern Abzug. Wer sich mal was gönnen will ist hier aber auf jeden Fall richtig :)

Wir essen 3-4 Mal pro Woche bei Greens & Grains. Super lecker und gute Qualität... aber. Die Preise sind gestiegen, die Portiongrößen stark geschrumft. Eine halbe Bowl-Schale für 15 EUR ist arg wenig! Wenn es sich nicht ändern würde, kommen wir leiden nicht mehr vorbei.

Vom Prinzip her ganz cool, man kann Bowls und Pitas individuell zusammenstellen. Aber der Mitarbeiter war sehr unmotiviert und die Portion hat mich leider nicht satt gemacht. Für 12,95€ pro selbst zusammengestellte Bowl fande ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis deswegen leider nicht so gut und würde nicht wieder hin gehn...

Lieferung über Uber Eats war Problemlos, Geschmack und Anrichtung waren allerdings unter dem Akzeptablen. Weder 2 Soßen könnten den Trockenen Bowl und Fallafel Geschmack verbessern, noch waren Gewürze oder gute Geschmacksstoffe vorhanden. Lediglich gesunde und reichlich Zutaten waren kombinierte. Geschmacklich kaum zu unterbieten und im Konkurrenz vergleich deutlich abgeschlagen.
