sehr sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service, leckere Bowls & Drinks, kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben hier während unseres München-Besuchs zweimal gegessen. Es ist eine gute Wahl für alle, die sich gesund ernähren möchten, aber die Bowls könnten meiner Meinung nach etwas mehr Würze vertragen. Etwas Säurehaltiges, wie zum Beispiel eingelegter Rettich, als optionales Topping, würde das ohnehin schon gute Essen noch einmal deutlich aufwerten.

Die Lachs Bowl war sehr sehr salzig durch ein bisschen viel Soja Sauce. Ansonsten sehr gut!

Sehr freundliches Personal und super leckeres Essen in bester Qualität. Ich habe die Maya Bowl probiert. Die war fantastisch! 😍

Absolut keine Beanstandungen! Ich habe das Amazonas-Açaí zum Mitnehmen bestellt und fand es fantastisch! Viele leckere Toppings und frische Früchte!

Ich hatte die Cosmopolitan Bowl und sie sah zunächst etwas klein aus, war aber sehr sättigend! Das Hähnchen war gut gewürzt und die Zutaten schmeckten sehr frisch.

Ich hatte eine leckere Bowl mit einer guten Auswahl an Zutaten. Die Aromen waren insgesamt gut, obwohl das Essen beim Servieren etwas kalt war, was das Geschmackserlebnis etwas trübte. Ich würde wahrscheinlich nicht extra hinfahren, da ich nur auf der Durchreise vorbeigekommen bin. Die Auswahl an veganen Optionen war jedoch recht gut und könnte sicherlich mehr Leute ansprechen. Vielleicht wäre es auch in den Sommermonaten eine attraktivere Wahl, wenn leichtere Gerichte besser passen und mehr Genuss bereiten.

Hervorragende Bowls! Wirklich super lecker und alles geht ganz fix.

Ich bin seit mehreren Tagen krank und hatte kaum Appetit, umso beeindruckender war es, wie sehr mich die Bowl von Schanna überzeugt hat. Geschmacklich wirklich herausragend, alles perfekt auf meine Sonderwünsche abgestimmt und mit einer Sorgfalt zubereitet, die man sofort merkt. Genau das, was man sich als Kunde wünscht. Die persönliche Nachricht hat das Ganze noch einmal besonders gemacht, eine kleine Geste, die einen großen Unterschied macht. Absolut empfehlenswert. Danke dir, Schanna! Liebe Grüße zurück

Ich bestelle hier total gerne Mittagessen, es schmeckt wie selbstgemacht. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Es gibt außer Getreide keine veganen Proteinquellen. Tempeh wäre echt super!

Die Wellness-Bowl war sehr enttäuschend – eine willkürliche Kombination von Zutaten, veraltete Nährwertangaben und kleine Portionen.

Der laden ist zwar klein aber super cosy es sieht sommerlich und hübsch aus das essen war bombastisch! Ich und eine Freundin haben die maya bowl genommen hat uns nicht enttäuscht! Geil

Guter Service, gutes Essen, angemessene Preise

Seit 2023 bestelle ich für meine Seminare das Mittagessen bei Bowls and Blenders. Knapp 200 TeilnehmerInnen waren immer superzufrieden, das Essen ist top und wurde jedes Mal auf die Minute geliefert. Auch auf Allergien wird akribisch geachtet und jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Danke, lieber Ersin! Für Deinen Service und Deine Verlässlichkeit!

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal da und ich fand es sehr enttäuschend und den Preis nicht wert. Ich hatte eine Bowl mit Zoodles und Chicken Flakes. Diese war zu Dreiviertel mit Reis gefüllt und es waren sehr wenig Zoodles drauf. Der Pink Hummus war sehr wässrig (geschmacklich aber gut) aber sonst war kein Gemüse enthalten. Die Chicken Flakes haben ehrlich gesagt furchtbar geschmeckt. Gar nicht wie Chicken und sehr überwürzt. Leider keine Empfehlung obwohl der Laden sehr schön eingerichtet. Aber es geht halt um die Qualität des Essens. Ich habe mich nicht gesund ernährt gefühlt.

Alles top. Die Protein Bowl war ne glatte 10!

In jeglicher Hinsicht eine 10 von 10! Aufgrund von geringfügig längerer Wartezeit erhielten wir kostenlose Getränke - Das ist echte Kundenorientierung und alles andere als selbstverständlich. Die Qualität der verwendeten Zutaten und die Zusammenstellung der Bowls ist herausragend. Fazit: Ein tolles Geschmackserlebnis und ein exzellenter Kundenservice!

Was sind Zoodles? Leute, das nervt. Ich kenne aus dem Marketing etliches denglisches "ach so hippes" Gequatsche, aber wenn es weder Google noch deepl übersetzen kann, dann gebt doch einfach mal eine deutsche altmodische Speisekarte raus, aber das ist wohl schon too much offence, ich fände es aber echt tuff! ;-)

Fantastisches, frisches Essen und sehr freundlicher Service!

War am Freitag, 28. November, hier essen und es war einfach super! Das Essen war richtig lecker, mein Mann und ich waren sehr zufrieden. Da ich momentan kein Gemüse und keinen Sauce essen darf, haben wir darum gebeten, dass mir Reis separat auf einen Teller gelegt werden. Alles andere durfte mein Mann essen. Auch Wasser bekam ich auf Wunsch nicht kalt - total nett! Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann diese Platz nur empfehlen!

I had a delicious takeaway bowl prepared by two very nice ladies. I'll definitely come back, and next time I'll order one of their drinks as well.

WARNING. This restaurant is having negative Google reviews deleted (or at least trying to). Stay away! The prices they charge for delivery are completely absurd—€20 for a mini bowl. Plus, it's way too salty and inedible.

Went on a spontaneous trip to Munich last week and I have to say, the place blew my mind 🥰 The food was amazing and the staff super friendly! I'd love to go back! ☺️

I was there with my friends; we discovered the place by chance and were thrilled. It's small and charming. The food is fresh, and you can play around with the ingredients as you like, depending on your mood—sometimes vegetarian or sometimes more meaty, thanks to the visionary bowl. The only thing I would suggest, though, is using a bit more spices like salt. Other than that, there's nothing to say.

Visited a couple of times now and this place is excellent. The Maya bowl is really delicious, and the staff can accommodate for gluten allergies. Lovely service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Wonderful food in a small restaurant with friendly staff. I recommend the eggplant bowls, which are a true taste experience. There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options.

The bowl tasted good, but as a Colombian, I find it very inappropriate and disrespectful to name a dish after Pablo Escobar. He was a criminal responsible for countless human lives. Using such a name for marketing purposes shows a lack of cultural awareness and respect.

The ambiance and the staff are the only good things. The food is far too expensive for what you get in a very small bowl. 50% of the food is just basic ingredients. And making a breakfast bowl out of mostly cold jam is disgusting to me. It's like eating a jar of jam on its own. It could definitely be better. All the other bowl shops I've been to were better. Don't go there if you want good bowls!

Lots of different bowls, sweet and savory! The prices are reasonable for the quantity. You'll definitely get full, but if you're really hungry, you'd better go somewhere else. Service was very friendly, but unfortunately, there aren't many places to sit. Best to go, or maybe you'll get lucky.

The shop looks chic. Unfortunately, my bowl contained moldy falafel rolls. At first, I thought, "Okay, it tasted a bit "fermented," but then I discovered a white coating. The manager? tried to compensate me with a new "free bowl" and a drink. I took the drink and went to the street pizza place around the corner (I've never been disappointed...I recommend it). The service staff was friendly, but in retrospect, I think they could have refunded the high price of the bowl. Even with the free drink, it was a loss for me. Unfortunately, the taste of the veggie bowl didn't impress me either.

The two of us went there for dinner and ordered two different bowls. The portions were quite small, and some of the ingredients weren't particularly fresh, which was obvious during preparation. Unfortunately, the taste was only okay and not particularly delicious. Unfortunately, we both had cramps and nausea immediately after eating (and it definitely couldn't have been the food we'd eaten beforehand). So, unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it! We were bedridden after the visit with a hot water bottle and fennel tea.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to try the food there, as the employee there preferred to talk privately on the phone in another language, leaving us customers waiting. We waited patiently, and she simply continued on the phone. At some point, patience finally runs out. August 15, 2025

We bought two bowls to go there. They were delicious. Good value for money. I definitely want to highlight the service! It was good anyway, but: I lost my sunglasses somewhere in Munich and was hoping I'd left them in the store. That wasn't the case, but the girls there went to a lot of trouble, including WhatsApp chats, etc. Respect, compliments, and thank you again for the effort 🤩

I was there recently with my girlfriend. The service was very good and the bowls were absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend it if you're out and about in the city and craving healthy and delicious food 👍🏼

I had an açai bowl here – it was tasty and refreshing, though I would’ve loved a few more toppings to make it feel a bit more generous. The juice I ordered was super fresh and delicious. Overall, a nice spot for a healthy snack!

Protein Power Bowl, generous portion, very tasty, and well-balanced. The price is more than fair. The restroom is clean, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

The food was very different from what I expected (there are no photos on the menu). The English translation doesn't explain what you're ordering, only the ingredients. The carrot cake with peanut butter is runny and not sweet. The açaí tastes very similar to Brazilian açaí, and I recommend it.

Super bowls and staff, but the "blenders" are unfortunately way too expensive. It's a shame because they actually taste really good, but the price of a whole meal (~€9) for a 0.5l shake, even with all the superfoods in it, is too high for me. 🙂‍↕️ For comparison: €8.90 is more expensive than any bubble tea or smoothie. At the old price of €7.50, one of your blenders would be comparable to a bubble tea with multiple toppings in Munich / slightly more expensive than a smoothie at one of Munich's smoothie shops.

Really delicious bowls, super fresh, and simply perfect for after a workout or when you're in the mood for something healthy. I discovered it through Mert Basbudak – we train together, and he recommended the place. Rightly so! Since then, I've been going there more often because it's simply delicious and you feel really good afterwards. Chill-out place, good vibes, and the food always delivers. Definitely recommend it! 🥗

I loved my experience here. The food was delicious, fresh and customizable. The portion size was very large, perfectly enough for even two meals. Sarper, the guy who was helping us, was incredibly personable and hospitable. The atmosphere was chic and comofortable.

Our visit was incredible! Sarper was extremely kind to us as we ate our bowl and worked on school inside. Everything was very clean, the staff gave recommendations, and we had a great conversation. So glad we found this spot and would highly recommend!

Upon entering the restaurant, we greeted them warmly (we were the only customers), but the two employees completely ignored us and didn't even look at us. The Mangkok bowl with pulled salmon that we ordered had zero salmon. After 80 minutes of waiting, not the dinner we expected. For the Mayan bowl, the chicken flakes were quite hard and chewy. Nothing I’d order again.

I come here regularly, usually for a breakfast bowl. The bowls are usually lovingly prepared and delicious. Our favorites are Amazonas Açai and Banana Joe, but I personally also really enjoy the Protein Power Bowl. The staff is friendly, but often speaks English instead of German, which I think is perfectly fine for a big city. You can sit outside when the weather is nice, but the street is very noisy, so it's not very cozy. During peak times (especially at lunchtime), there can be longer wait times.

Just had the worst smoothies of my life! So super sweet, it really only tasted like sugar with water, even though it was supposed to contain mango and various other fruits. No recommendation at all!

Every bowl they have is amazing and has very high quality ingredients. My favorite is Maya bowl. Paulo and Mahnoor are always smiling and they are very welcoming! They go beyond in service to give recommendations and advice. Always a great place to get a healthy and super tasty bowls.

Had a hearty bowl and a shake and the bowl was put together very carelessly and didn't have much. I absolutely loved my breakfast at Bowls & Blenders last Friday morning! My breakfast bowl and smoothie were both delicious. The service was first class - the staff and owner were very friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back!

This Sunday morning the entire order arrived incorrectly. And the coffee tastes much better at other chains.

I've been a customer here since it opened. The food is still great, but the service has drastically decreased. The employees don't feel like it, they're on their cell phones and they're waiting quietly. You almost lose your appetite with the attitude that the team exudes. Too bad!

Last week we were able to enjoy delicious bowls once again! Really very tasty! But my personal highlight, when I asked for a dessert (unfortunately there was no more!), was a few dates dipped in peanut butter and sprinkled with coconut flakes and goji berries!! And watch out… no charge, free of charge!!! Where else can you find something like that? I think the lovely young man was the boss or something?? What a service!! Thank you so much for this unexpectedly wonderful experience 😊

One of the most friendly services I ever had in Munich. super kind, caring, generous and flexible really. On top of it the food is super yum! we had the vegan kalifa bowl and veggie protein bowl. Perfect dinner place before a concert night in the Muffathalle :)

Bowls & Blenders was the perfect place for healthy and delicious meals during my stay in Munich. The menu offers a great selection of delicious bowls and smoothies, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The welcoming atmosphere of the store makes the experience even better. My favorites were the Protein Power Bowl and the Mai Chai.

We came here 3 times during a weekend visit to Munich. The food here is really good, very healthy, well priced. It was a nice and needed change from burgers and hot dogs. I highly recommend it.

No recommendation. 42€ for 2 smoothies and 2 açaí bowls which were also much smaller than at other restaurants - the quality must really be right - but it isn't. Watery acai bowl with old fruit. The warm things in the store looked anything but appetizing. The Palmz around the corner is top quality.

It would be nice if you got what you ordered with everything that was supposed to be in it

Top healthy food location in Munich with a lot of selection, especially high-protein dishes. Simply great!

I always enjoyed buying the Maya Bowl, which at 12.90 euros also offered fair value for money. It now costs 14.10 euros, which I can understand for a moderate price increase. What really disappoints me, however, is that at the same time the portion size has become significantly smaller. (See photo - The disposable bowl used to be full, now there is a little more than half) The taste of the bowl is still excellent, but it's just a shame that I can't get enough for the higher price. Quality is important, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio is no longer right here. It's a real shame as I've always enjoyed visiting the restaurant.
