Completely absurd prices that are quoted in the delivery service, €20 for a mini bowl. Also completely salty and inedible.

My friend Maksim Kozlov said that is the best bowl ever. He is from Thailand and knows how it should be.

Delicious food. I am vegan and I find great bowls options for me. Delicious and healthy. The service is the best and they help me with some recommendations in the menu. Super recommended.

We came here 3 times during a weekend visit to Munich. The food here is really good, very healthy, well priced. It was a nice and needed change from burgers and hot dogs. I highly recommend it.

Bowls & Blenders was the perfect place for healthy and delicious meals during my stay in Munich. The menu offers a great selection of delicious bowls and smoothies, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The welcoming atmosphere of the store makes the experience even better. My favorites were the Protein Power Bowl and the Mai Chai.

No recommendation. 42€ for 2 smoothies and 2 açaí bowls which were also much smaller than at other restaurants - the quality must really be right - but it isn't. Watery acai bowl with old fruit. The warm things in the store looked anything but appetizing. The Palmz around the corner is top quality.

It would be nice if you got what you ordered with everything that was supposed to be in it

Top healthy food location in Munich with a lot of selection, especially high-protein dishes. Simply great!

I always enjoyed buying the Maya Bowl, which at 12.90 euros also offered fair value for money. It now costs 14.10 euros, which I can understand for a moderate price increase. What really disappoints me, however, is that at the same time the portion size has become significantly smaller. (See photo - The disposable bowl used to be full, now there is a little more than half) The taste of the bowl is still excellent, but it's just a shame that I can't get enough for the higher price. Quality is important, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio is no longer right here. It's a real shame as I've always enjoyed visiting the restaurant.

We decided to buy some bowls to take away and have dinner at the hotel at our usual time (since in Germany they have dinner earlier and some restaurants close early). You can choose between various bowls or create your own to your liking. You choose the rice or quinoa base, 4 ingredients, 2 toppings and 1 sauce. Very good and the bowls are big.

First of all, I think it's great that the nutritional values ​​are right next to the dishes. But calling the bowl with the least protein a protein power bowl is kind of bold. When asked (staff only speaks English) whether the information was correct, she simply said that she didn't know anything about it [the nutritional values].

I am there, in average, once a week and I like the food. However, today I got 30% smaller portion. I believe it was not intentially, but I told to the worker who prepare my food and she didn't do anything. I don't blame the worker, but the owner who should standardise the portions so that I know exactly what I will get if I go there instead being dissapointed with such unpleasent surprise.

Delicious bowls and juices/smoothies that are freshly prepared. We had the Amazon Açai Bowl and an orange juice. We can only recommend it!

The boss is very, very nice, you could talk to him so well and he was just very correct. The food was also really tasty and the atmosphere looks very cozy. A nice place where you can sit outside.

Unfortunately it's no longer the same as it was a few days ago. I've been eating there regularly for years and have unfortunately noticed that the quality and taste have deteriorated significantly. The chicken is regularly too dry and the sweet potatoes are way too mushy. Very unfortunate.

Came because of the positive reviews and were there on a Sunday. Unfortunately I can't share the positive impressions. The employees didn't feel like working at all and were unfriendly when taking the order. Ordered açaí bowls. Unfortunately they were too liquid. Unfortunately, the shop is also a bit small and the tables and benches outside were dirty and freshly sprayed. Will not come here again, no recommendation.

Super tasty and healthy food, friendly staff (English preferred). The ambience isn't that great, it's small inside and very loud outside, as it's right on Rosenheimer Str. But that's not why you go there...;-) I think it's great to have a small restaurant with tasty, healthy food around the corner from the hotel. Especially when you're on the go a lot, it's not always easy to find something decent to eat. And the coffee is great too. Thumbs up!

We came in here more or less by chance after an exhibition. But it was really worth it: service is super friendly. Food was really inspiringly good. We were able to put together our bowls in peace and the drinks were explained to us. We will be back! There is still a lot to try!

Such a lovely place, with wonderful and helpful staff. The coffee was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend this place to people who appreciate healthy meals, avoid eating processed ingredients, or have food allergies (like myself). They will take care of you here :)!

Very nice cafe with good background music 🤣 Good for a quick lunch or breakfast with varieties of smoothies called "blenders". I would recommend "Maya" bowl anytime. Maya literally translates to "magic" or "love". I like the Mango-kokos dressing specifically made for this bowl. Fünf von Fünf 😎

Super delicious smoothies. Nice atmosphere, nice service. Prices for smoothies could be a little lower. Nevertheless, unreserved recommendation.

Food was not delivered properly due to Lieferando miscommunication. Restaurant was super accommodating, sent out a new bowl straight away via Uber Eats, really top service! We recommend!

Our bowls were of course prepared freshly and with the possibility of individual requests and tasted very good and were perfect after a “full” day at work. A great taste experience.

The only improvement could be to make the bowls a little bit larger.

Für Acai-Bowl Fans echt ein Glücksspiel: Wenn sie frisch zubereitet wird ist sie echt gut und empfehlenswert. Ich hatte aber gerade das Pech, dass mein Acai schon vorbereitet war und nur noch aus dem Kühlregal kam und daher viel zu flüssig und dementsprechend nicht genießbar war. Schade, aber auf eine Acai Suppe hatte ich keine Lust. Hätte ich vor Ort gegessen hätte ich sie zurückgegeben, ich hatte es aber eilig und dachte mir, dass die Bowl schon gut sein wird. Leider Fehlanzeige..

Habe hier die Lachs Bowl und einen Shake probiert. Insgesamt hat mich beides 22,30 € gekostet, was ich für relativ viel für die Größe der Portionen halte. Leider gab es auch kein Mittags Angebot, wie in vielen Restaurants in der Umgebung. Gericht an sich sehr lecker, wenn auch der Lachs kein frischer Lachs war, sondern geräuchert. Fazit: sehr gesund, sehr lecker aber auch etwas teuer!

I was in the restaurant at the counter when it was exactly 20:00 which means I entered the shop at 19:59 but unfortunately they asked me to leave while the two people at the counter were just immersed in their phones. Now the question is that rights weighs towards the customer more or the business? I can give more than 2 stars because of the unprofessional behavior of the restaurant staff. I didn't give one in case the food is actually good, which I didn't get to try and will probably never will.

Sehr sympathische Bedienung. Ich habe ein Smoothie bestellt der hat super geschmeckt Choco loco nach Empfehlung. Dieser Laden wird mich öfters als Gast haben.

Die bestellten Bowls waren lecker, und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Allerdings wurde in meiner Bowl der Koriander vergessen, obwohl dies auf der Werbetafel stand. Als ich danach fragte, wurde mir gesagt, dass es laut dem Personal entweder Chili oder Koriander als Topping gegeben wird, nicht beides. Hier wurde deutlich, dass der Werbename "Bowls & Blenders“ hier eher ein Blender war, da nicht alle angekündigten Zutaten tatsächlich in der Bowl enthalten waren. Es wäre hilfreich gewesen, vorab zu wissen, dass bestimmte Toppings nicht kombiniert werden können, um Enttäuschungen zu vermeiden. Die Werbetafel gab leider keine klaren Informationen dazu, ob es z.B. nur eine Auswahl zwischen Chili oder Koriander gibt oder ob alle Zutaten, die angeblich in der Bowl drin sein sollten, aufgelistet sind. Dadurch entstand Verwirrung und die Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt. In Zukunft sollte das Restaurant darauf achten, dass alle bestellten Zutaten vorhanden sind und klare Informationen bezüglich der Toppings gegeben werden. Trotz dieses Vorfalls war das Essen in Ordnung, und das freundliche Personal trug dazu bei, dass ich insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung hatte.

Das Essen (hatte bisher Pablo Esco Bowl und Maya Bowl) trifft genau meinen Geschmack, die Zutaten sind merklich sehr frisch, selbst darauf, dass die Avocado auch schön reif ist, wird geachtet. Sowohl die Basis Reis, als auch Quinoa sind gut. Die Zutaten sind richtig gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Service ist absolut lieb, manchmal etwas mit dem riesigen Kundenaufkommen gefordert, macht es aber durch die familiäre Stimmung absolut wett. Das Ambiente ist modern, Musik ist niemals zu laut, bedingt durch die Lage ist es jedoch laut (Verkehr). Die Preise sind für die schmeckbare Qualität angemessen, insgesamt erhält man hier jedoch kein günstiges Produkt.

Bowls & Blenders is a great place on Rosenheimer Str., opposite the Gasteig. I had been eyeing this place for a while and dropped in for lunch on a weekday. They have an assortment of bowls (vegan, vegetarian and with meat) and juices/ smoothies. We called for a Kalifa Bowl and a Cosmopolitan Bowl, along with freshly squeezed orange juice. Both the bowls were fantastic, with fresh ingredients and great taste. The portion sizes were small and the meal costed us ~28€ which made me think about the price- performance ratio. The service was friendly and quick. Overall enjoyed the place, but still isn't my favourite bowls place in Munich.

Rarely had such good bowls. It is not just a combination of tasty ingredients, but they blend in really nicely together. Absolutely recommended.

If I could give more than five stars I would! This is the most delicious thing I’ve had since arriving. It’s a simple concept executed divinely. I had the Maya Bowl with the mango sauce on the side as I usually don’t love mango. The bowl by itself was incredible! The mango sauce was also delicious but I used it sparingly since the bowl didn’t need anything extra. I highly recommend.

Ich habe über 40 Minuten auf meine Bowl zum Mitnehmen gewartet. Die armen beiden jungen Mädls hinter der Theke haben einfach viel zu viele Anfragen parallel zu managen. Es ist nicht ihre Schuld. Wenn man den beiden zuschaut, wie sie das machen, sollten sie unbedingt entweder ein Training bekommen, wie man das effizienter macht, oder, noch besser, eine dritte Person als Aushilfe bekommen! Die Bowls schmecken gut und frisch, ist also nur dann nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man erwartet sie schneller als in 40 Minuten zu bekommen. Cappuccino war nix.

Super leckeres, proteinreiches & individuell zusammenstelbares Essen! Der Service ist super, auch wenn mal ein bisschen mehr los ist. Über dir Preise kann man immer diskutieren, wenn man sich jedoch mal anschaut, was die Konkurrenz verlangt und/oder was man z.B. für das gleiche Geld sonst zur Mittagszeit bekommt (ungesundes Fastfood, Bäcker etc.) Wird man feststellen, dass die Preise insgesamt absolut durchschnittlich sind.

Sauberer Laden mit gutem Service. Zum Frühstück, Mittag oder Zwischendurch, für jeden was dabei, Smoothies, Bowls, Kaffee, Heißgetränke,... Es wird auch auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen. Die Portionen sind groß genug und für ein gesundes Mittagessen ist es günstig. Ich hatte die Pablo Escobar Bowl ohne Fleisch bestellt und auch die Acai Bowl probiert. Man kann draußen sitzen und es gibt kostenfreies W-Lan. Parken ist in der Nähe möglich, auch im Parkhaus Gasteig gegenüber.

Bowls & Blenders are my go to lunch or dinner place. Quick, easy but still quality on the table. Always different bowls depending on the season. I chose the “Pablo Escobar Bowl” and it was super tasty. Can recommend stopping by, especially if you want healthy food on the way to hangout at the river 😉
